Maybe just give it another day. I'd suse like to see this RP happen it seems really cool. Seems odd that the GM would just go poof knowing there was a big interest check. I'm gonna stick it out personally and see what happens

@Themerlinhawk 2 days is probably best. Dont wanna jump the gun, and plus then its on Saturday when something actually gets underway should he be no show.

@HueMan Yes but I personally have found that a hands on approach to story line kind of kills SoL style RPs so in all honesty I like to have players include potential plot spawning pieces in their CS. I know i did so with my character in this RP and I dont know if there was a general plot in mind but I have some ideas for a few arcs, etc. Although I find its important to let characters drive personal plots when its not a more action oriented story. Obviously if the point of the RP is find the princess slay the dragon, such a hands off approach works..less well XD

@Vocab I agree. I totally dont want to jump the gun since it seems like @OneStoryToMany really wanted to run this Rp from what I can tell. That being said if we dont see signs of life by lets say 46ish hours from this posts time stamp I'll at the very least take stock of who is still interested, set up an OOC, character page, Discord chat for those who like to have a more instant message sort of medium and generally get ducks in a row. Then at that point if we aren't seeing any indications that they will be back; ill take it from there just to preserve the work that was done by those who submitted character sheets and the interest that was generated.

I would imagine life caught up to them. TBH id hate to see this one go before it even gets off the ground; its a neat idea. Normally i wouldn't volunteer to adopt but my character turned out rather interesting.

Okay everyone I think I caught everyone who expressed interest in this RP. I'm just giving an update so anyone who is still interested knows what is going on. In about 22 hours it will be 48 hours since I offered to adopt this RP. If the creator doesnt return then shortly after that hour mark, which for reference is Noon PST, I'll put up the OOC. I will do my best to keep everything in the interest check as close to what I can tell we was OneStoryToMany's intention for this RP. In the instance in which they come back this will allow for a smooth transition to cooperative running of the RP if we are further in or if it is right at the very beginning a successful hand off. When the OOC goes up any character sheets which were PM'd can be posted to the OOC with an @mention tagging me. If you have any questions you are free to @mention of PM me. Thanks everyone; I hope we can get underway with some fun really soon.
