Joss is tall and lithe but not without curves (36-22-36). She has freckles. She is most often seen in skin tight leggings, graphic tees, crop tops, boots or tennis shoes.

Joss is a little town country girl from Pilot Grove, MO. Her family owned a farm and she joked that she was probably related to half the town. It was a sleepy little town that really only had a corner store a church and a pool. She was the oldest of four with two brothers behind her, two years and four years younger, and a sister seven years younger than her. Her powers manifested at the age of thirteen when one of the boys in her class wouldn't leave her alone. For weeks he had teased her about her hair, being the only redhead for generations she got a lot of attention, and she'd had enough. After school walking home he finally got under her skin. He knocked her brother over and the sky darkened as she vented her rage verbally. Lightning struck a nearby old silo and the kids scattered. This incident was followed by more. She was pulled out of school when one incident of a microburst blew in windows and she was yet again in a rage. She was recommended to take a martial art and she chose Tai Chi due to the movements. Unfortunately things did not get better. Joss' parents looked into what would help their daughter and they decided to join the Hyperhuman Social Conscience Program.

Ivy stands at roughly 5'4" and weighs 120 lbs. Her skin is the color of Ivory, sprinkled with a healthy dose of freckles. Her eyes are a forest green with random nrown spots in them, and her hair is a natural ginger, falling to her mid back. She has a bit of a pear shaped figure, small feet (a size 6 in womens), and has a healthy muscle mass for her size. Her nose is narrow, but fits her heart shaped far perfectly.

Ivy was born and raised in Houston, TX, and although she loved the quick paced city life, she never really felt like that was where she belonged. Her mother, Tina, worked in the hospital as a maternity nurse, while her father, Roger, was a firefighter. She was an only child, though had always wanted a sibling. When she was 10, they moved to Crestwood Hollow, NH to live closer to her grandmother, who had been in a near fatal car accident. This was around the time she discovered her ability. Ivy had been sitting with her grandmother, holding the older womans hand while she slept. She kept looking at a particularly nasty bruise on her eye. And then, she started to feel a slight pain in her own. Ivy then noticed that her grandmother's bruise slowly started to disappear. The more it disappeared, the more her own eye hurt. Ivy quickly released her grandmothers hand, just before the bruise disappeared completely, and she brought her hand up to her own eye. It was swollen and very tender. Concerned, she jumped up and ran tooth bathroom, looking in the mirror. Sure enough, her eye and the surrounding area was horribly bruised. After discovering this, an informed her parents, though they all kept it their own secret. As she got older, nearly out of high school, a new program came along. The Hyperhuman Social Conscience Program. It was mostly out of curiosity that she decided to join. Ivy was skeptical that there was anyone that would/could help people like her, but she joined anyways, filled with the slightest bit of hope.

Benjamin is a handsome young man with sandy tan skin and brown hair, often kept short. His eyes are light brown and almond, with a resting look of contemplation and longing. He has full lips, an oval face, prominent eyebrows, and a bulbed nose notably inherited from his father. His protruding ears and bright face give him a somewhat elf-like appearance. He is of an average height, and his body is slim and toned like a swimmer, though notably missing the muscle definition of someone who actually exercises. He generally wears clean attire, a polo and khakis is usually his go to, though sometimes sweaters as well.

Born and raised for most of his life in the UK by a British mother and a Jewish father, Benjamin is the second oldest of 4, having one older brother and two younger brothers, Solomon Jr.(20), Danior(15) and Malachai(9). His mother worked as a psychotherapist and his father was in the military. Because of this, he didn't get to see his father very often. Despite this, Benjamin had always admired his parents, but especially his father, who had always taught him the value of knowledge, continued growth, and how to be a responsible man.

However, it wasn't until his father died in duty, that his powers activated. The day after the funeral, he was plagued by a haunting nightmare and when he woke up, he found himself on the basement floor with a gash on his temple and a broken ankle. Once he recovered, every night he would use his newfound ability to quietly sneak out the house in order to visit his father's grave, talking and ranting to him as though he had never departed. This nightly ritual went on for months.

But unfortunately, his mother had no such solace. Unable to bury the pain of her husband's death and in much dire need of a fresh start, Benjamin's mother moved them to Crestwood Hollow after an extensive search for a new school lead to the discovery of the The Hyperhuman Social Conscience Program.

Though voluntary, she made Benjamin's participation mandatory. Furthermore, it was here that she was finally able to live her life long dream of opening her own psychotherapy practice. But in the end, she is hoping that Benjamin can start over as well and become a happier individual. He probably took the death of his father the hardest.
