Current Sorry for the delay everyone. I've been absolutely swamped with work these last weeks. I'm getting my replies up slowly.

Keeping track of things makes it easier to avoid bad experiences! And to not make the same mistake like an idiot... :-/

Bio

"Humanity takes great pride in three things. Their willpower, their greed and their mortality.

Their will and endless greed allows them to grow and accend past other creatures
But their mortality denies them divinity

It's a delightful purgatory between being Fallen and being Divine"

Myra was still confused, alarmed and in pain due to the wound in her head, but seeing how Mathis wasn't acting in a hostile manner around the two other people, Myra ended up trusting his judgement and his words as he said that they were only trying to help. Myra Immediately stopped growling and retracted her claws, although she was still watching those around her with a wary and alarmed stare. The moment the male elf grabbed an elf, pulling him closer to her, Myra gave a step back, hissing for a moment as she saw him approaching, but stopping soon after, seeing how he didn't seem to be armed and he was almost as scared as her with the entire situation.

Thankfully, it seemed that trusting the elf and the strange people indeed wasn't a mistake and just like Mathis said, they were trying to help her. As the male fairy used his magic, Myra's wounds and the pain in her head slowly went away. Not only her wounds were healed but she was feeling a bit better already. Just the fact that the pain had stopped already helped her immensely, being able to think better.

After the fairy was done, Mathis thanked him and turned to Myra, asking if she was better and if she was able to walk, which Myra replied with a nod of her head. She was still a little bit dizzy and confused but as long as she didn't need to run full speed, she would be probably okay for now. Even though the wounds disappeared, she still needed some time for her mind to heal from the stress.
With the matter of her wounds solved, Myra looked around for a bit, almost as if she was searching for someone before turning to Mathis again with a worried expression. She didn't know where Darius and Artemis went, nor even if they were unharmed... Not only that but it would be hard to find them in the middle of so much confusion...
Aiko Kamiya

Truth be told, Aiko was somewhat relieved that the thugs knew when to drop everything and run, as they were doing right now. Even though they were still Don's thugs, they were just following orders. That coupled with how harmless and funny they actually were made them almost an nonexistent threat for Aiko. The moment they shouted to run though, Aiko was already far, only being able to hear part of it before disappearing in the jungle of alleyways and pipes. Despite her speed, her heard was still beating fast due to the surprise. Anyone who knew what a doomrat was and how obstinate and crafty they were also knew how dangerous a horde of angry ones was terrifying. Raise that to a horde of angry, BURNING doomrats and it was easy to know why Aiko ran away as fast as she did.

Since she had to make another detour, it did take a bit until she got back on her way home again but the fact that she managed to lose the thugs saved her enough time so she wouldn't have to worry too much about the preparation to the oncoming job. That said, while she was riding back, she did have a rather uncomfortable feeling of being watched. She did try looking around and ride a bit faster but it that feeling just didn't go away. If it was anyone else, they would probably have dismissed it as they being a bit paranoid due to all the trouble with Don but Aiko lived by herself in the streets of Midgar for quite a while and she knew best than to ignore her own intuition and as such, she kept her eyes wide open and alert for any strange movement. After a while though, it became obvious that either she was just being a bit paranoid or whoever was watching her was almost inhumanely good at their job. Knowing that she needed to rest a bit before the job, she ended up going back home to relax a bit.

When she got home, due to the strange feeling of being watched she had a while ago, Aiko didn't take off her rollerblades and made sure to put her suit before throwing herself at the couch to relax a bit. If anyone wanted to enter her house, it would be rather obvious, as the streets were quite busy on that time of the day. The preparation for the oncoming job was almost completely done, she had her cellphone with her and the modifications on her equipment were working perfectly well as she could confirm with the small 'test' she had both playing around with the thugs and when she had to seriously run away from the Doomrats. Now, she was merely waiting for the call before grabbing the small chokutō she used as a weapon and going wherever her client wanted her to go. Judging by the appearance of the guy that she talked with and the way he talked on the phone, that job could potentially be something big... And Aiko was hoping that the payment would also be substantial. Enough for her to not need to worry with Don for a while.

Mikhail didn't try to conceive the fact he was listening to Fatima and Jandar's telepathic conversation despite his silence. In his opinion, the best thing they could do right now was to just stay away from any queen, including the local one, Alice. Not only that but the way Jandar described her made her look like a real pain to deal with. Young or not, the local queen might still be a threat to them, which definitely wasn't something they needed right now.

Unfortunately, things didn't seem to go the way he preferred. The moment he saw Fatima spinning in a circle, he had an idea of what was about to happen and couldn't hide an almost annoyed expression as she did so. Unsurprisingly, Fatima mentioned that she was going to attend the queen's invitation for a dinner as she went towards Sybl, asking for him to show her good shops for her to buy a new dress. Even though her dissatisfaction was clear as she complained to them by telepathy about having to continue to act like that, it was a fact that they were going to put themselves in a potentially dangerous situation by attending to that queen's invitation.

Before he could voice his dissatisfaction and protest against how things were going, Jandar sent a telepathic message for him, inquiring about the route, the portal for Kaeleer, more specifically, about the price that they would have to pay in order for such portal to be opened. An important and crucial question. Before he could reply though, Jandar received another message. Mikhail waited patiently until he could talk to him again but when he did, Jandar had another information for him. One more complication that could become a serious problem in the future. Sybl, who was Alice's spy, apparently had felt the pull towards Fatima, just as she felt him as one of her own.

"I don't trust him nor the local queen." Mikhail replied, his mental voice clearly tired, exhausted and annoyed by the current developments.

"We cannot take any more risks, Jandar... The condition, the price for the portal to be opened is a harsh one... We are to take SaDiablo with us." he finished, with a grim tone in his mental voice.

"He is even more unpredictable and dangerous than Xandar was. A ticking bomb. To make things worse, we lack any means to keep him in check." he continued, with a worried tone.

"Regarding the local queen... This Alice... If we are indeed going to attend her invitation, we mustn't go unprepared in case something happens. There are too many things that can go wrong right now. One small mistake, one little error and our situation can get incredibly worse in the blink of an eye." he finished, looking to Jandar with a serious expression.

Ayita was already starting to walk away when a voice suddenly yelled from the crowd that she had just finished addressing, making her immediately stop walking and looking behind. While there were a few people who agreed with the one who yelled, the others were still in silence, looking back and forth between Ayita and the ones that were yelling towards her. Just as that happened, Torvi approached, with a few words to say to the crowd, before Ayita could reply. Even though her words were, at first, correct, saying that they should leave and help others who might be wounded, the moment she turned to speak with Ayita, her words didn't help to quell her anger.

"Risks must be taken if we want to do anything about Aklenroth." She said in a tone that while wasn't outright hostile, was clearly not happy either before walking towards the crowd.

"Despite all this, you still think Aklenroth is a fair and kind ruler? Don't be such an idiot. Even if we humans weren't here, he would still kill everything and everyone who stood in his path." she began after giving a step forward, looking straight towards the one who yelled towards her.

"I will give you and your friends a choice..." Ayita said, walking towards him. Her eyes, posture and steps were enough to open a path among the crowd without her even having to try. Among stares of fear, anger, confusion and... surprisingly enough, some of admiration and respect, she approached the man, looked him in the eye for a second before punching him straight in the face, sending him to the ground with a surprised expression.

With fire in her eyes, Ayita proceeded to put her knee on the man's chest and grab him by the throat, pinning him down in the ground. The anger was clear in her eyes and the strong winds surrounding her were just another warning that she wasn't joking.

"You can either go back inside the ballroom or if you really think you can take me on, I can end you, right here, right now. It's your choice." Ayita said, looking straight inside the man's eyes before she released her grasp on his neck, leaving him on the ground as she walked back to where she was a moment ago.

"Aklenroth is a plague to Avalia, a tyrant and those who side with him will be considered my enemies... And will be dealt with accordingly." she finished, with a menacing tone as she began walking away.

"Instead of shifting the blame towards the humans, face the problem yourselves. You can all do something, even if you can't fight. Now... You can chose whether you will do something or if you will be a pathetic coward like that vermin over there, crawling on the ground and his friends." Ayita finished, before she began walking away to the port.
Ada

@PaulHaynek@Rezod92@Restalaan@Stern Algorithm

The moment Ada and Yang arrived they quickly saw the perpetrators of the kidnapping, who were near a wagon filled with various items, along with Nero, who was gagged and bound, squirming and trying to draw Ada and Yang's attention. Near the wagon, they could see not one, but four spider ladies, exactly like the one Ada saw in the cooking competition. It was almost as if the four of them were clones or at least sisters, which made telling which one of them participated in the cooking competition almost impossible.

Upon realizing that they were discovered, the four kikimoras stopped everything they were doing, grabbing a bunch of long sticks and distributing to each other. Even though they tried to talk, it was clear for Ada, who was already in an attack posture, growling and hissing, that it was impossible to solve that situation without a fight. She wouldn't let them take Nero away, who made such a tasty meat for her and they had already tried to fight with Yang before. Due to what happened, Ada too was a bit against the idea of solving that peacefully. She didn't like the spider ladies, not even one bit.

Ada gave a small glance towards Yang before looking back at the kikimoras, still in the same threatening posture. Ada was waiting merely for Yang's decision before attacking. She was quite certain that Yang was strong, while she knew that she was fast enough to deal with a kikimora if she fought seriously, albeit it would be a bit hard to keep from seriously wounding the spider ladies if Ada did so. Not only that but fighting four at the same time would be really problematic.

Freyr

When Freyr arrived where the cooking contest took place, he was still flushed, trying to regain his composure. Upon arriving, both Neil and the Altissima sisters were already there, as the first one began explaining. While he already know that there was a kidnapping but the information that it was a kikimora who did it was new for him.

"I- Uh... It's nothing... Don't worry." He said, hesitating as Neil asked why he was all red.

"A-Anyways... Do you need me to go where Ada and Yang went?" he said, trying to change the subject.

Unfortunately for Freyr, his attempts to change the subject or regain his composure were about to be completely ruined by Haley, who suddenly arrived, landing near them. While at first she said nothing, it was clear for anyone to notice that she was about as embarrassed as Freyr himself. Even if she did nothing, just the air between them, the glances would be enough to tell anyone what was going on. That said, the moment Haley suddenly planted a long and intense kiss on Freyr's lips, catching him by surprise, it became impossible for him to hide what was happening.

Getting even redder than already was, Freyr was surprised by first but he couldn't hide his smile and the happiness in his eyes as he looked at Haley. It was almost strange to see Freyr, who was normally quiet and composed so flushed and looking just like a teenager in love. Even now, despite how embarrassed he was, he was glad by having Haley by his side. He knew that it was going to be hard to keep up with her. Haley was almost like a storm, but he knew well that it was worth it.

"... I-I guess it's no use trying to hide it anymore..." Freyr said, with a dumb smile on his face despite how red and embarrassed he was.

While discreet, it was clear that Freyr was closer to Haley than the usual, even after the kiss. He wanted to embrace her, to show her how much he loved, appreciated her and how thankful he was for her accepting his feelings but not only they had something to do right now but he didn't know if he was going to be able to do so in public.

"Do we... Continue it later?" Freyr asked in a low tone, approaching Haley with an embarrassed expression.

Almost as if calling back to the real world, Sir Reed called his name, saying that he and Haley should accompany him to where Yang and Ada were.

"Ah... Y-yes. We should probably go help them." Freyr said, looking to Sir Reed. Truth be told, even though Freyr knew he had something important to do now, he was happy to know he would be together with Haley.

Mikhail watched silently as Denvar approached Sybl and tried to make some small talk. Despite his attempt, it was painfully obvious for Sybl that he wasn't trusted there and that his movements were being closely watched. With Gennar leaning against the wall near the stairs in order to prevent Sybl to go up in case he tried, it was clear that it would be foolish for him to try to do anything right now as all eyes were on him.

Focusing his attention on Jandar's words as he began talking a bit more about the invitation and the local queen, Mikhail couldn't help but have a bad feeling about her as Jandar described the queen. A queen concerned with her own image... One could assume she might be quite egocentric and selfish. Either foolish or, if they were unlucky, a scheming queen. Whether it was on purpose or simply a coincidence, it seemed like the queen's invitation was made in such a manner that they had no other alternative but to attend it. Either that or be sure that they were already far away from there before the dinner began.

As Jandar approached Fatima he began communicating with her via their minds, a smart choice considering they had a warlord prince that was part of the local queen's court hearing everything they were talking. Staying in silence, Mikhail listened to their conversation, only to figure out that Xandar, whom was the reason for them to go to the local queen in the first place, was either already captured or even gone. Either way, it would be hard for Fatima but Mikhail agreed with Jandar. There was no way they would be able to get him back. That said, even though Jandar still considered accepting the invitation as a choice, Mikhail was certain that nothing good would come out of interacting with a queen. More than simple prejudice, it was one of his rules and one of the reasons why he was never caught or killed.
Ada

@PaulHaynek@Rezod92@Restalaan@Stern Algorithm

Ada smiled happily as Nero patted her head, agreeing to let her help him to make the food. Even though she didn't know how to cook at all, she could still perform basic tasks. Not only that, but her help also meant that her food would be ready even faster, which was a very good thing!

After the food was finally ready, Nero handed it to her. Finally having the steak she was so eagerly waiting for in front of her, ready for her to eat, Ada didn't make any ceremonies before she began eating it with gusto. Just as she was in the middle of eating it though, someone shouted from afar for them to watch out. Before Ada could turn her head though, smoke went off everywhere, obscuring their view.

Still with a piece of meat hanging in her mouth, Ada looked around, confused and trying to understand what was happening. Nero's voice sounded like he was fighting with someone but due to the smoke, Ada couldn't really locate where he was and due to the surprised exclamations from the people around her. When the smoke finally disappeared, thanks to Kira's wind, the group noticed that despite everyone being fine, Nero had disappeared completely.

Talia, whom apparently was the one who tried to warn them about the smoke, arrived soon after, explaining to them what had happened. According to her words, the one behind such confusion was no one other than the spider lady. The same who almost started a fight with Yang a while ago. Ada listened quietly, finishing to eat her meat while Talia explained to everyone. When it was finished though, Ada looked around, almost as if asking what she should do now. Just as she did that though, she heard Kira saying about her going to find the others, mentioning how she was fast. Initially, Ada approached her, thinking that she could also help her, since she was also very fast, but Kira flew away immediately after she spoke.

When Yang started to explain what they would do, Ada approached her as she spoke about chasing the spider lady. She knew she could catch the spider lady or at least help Yang, so when Yang ran away after the spider woman, she would find Ada following her without much trouble if she looked down from the rooftops.

Freyr

Freyr was caught by surprise, flinching a bit as Haley yelled his name, flushing and blushing after what he spoke. Even though she was clearly embarrassed, much like Freyr himself, she was quite serious when she asked if Freyr really liked her. Once again surprised with Haley's sudden question, Freyr didn't know how to react about it, looking away as he blushed too. He wasn't really experienced with that kind of stuff, nor he was the type of person who would open himself and freely talk about his own feelings.

When Haley began talking again though, clearly confessing that she liked him, Freyr became even redder, in what was quite an unexpected sight for someone who was mostly always quiet and composed as he was. Despite how awkwardly he was reacting to Haley's confession, it was clear by his expression, the discreet smile on his face that he wasn't reacting in a bad manner.

Forcing himself to look at Haley when she finished speaking, clearly asking about his own feelings, Freyr took a bit to find the words to speak to Haley.

"I... Since I met you I... was captivated by you, Haley." Freyr said, stumbling on his own words, clearly struggling to voice his own feelings.

"Your bright smile, your happy and cheerful personality, your beauty, how you care about those near you..." he continued.

"You make me feel... lighter... happier, satisfied just by being near you..." Freyr said, looking away for a bit.

"I... Like you, Haley. I didn't know you felt that way for me, I thought you weren't interested, I..." he said, still struggling to find the words he wanted.

"I tried to distance myself because of that... I didn't want to keep trying only to be rejected..." he finished, forcing himself to look at Haley once again, despite how embarrassed he was.

Just after he finished speaking though, being too embarrassed to notice what Sir Reed said before, Kira arrived, interrupting them before Haley could say anything else. While at first Kira asked if she was interrupted something, she quickly continued, telling them how one of the contestants for the cooking show had been kidnapped.

"Uh... We should probably... Leave this conversation for later then... Probably when we are... alone..." He said, trying unsuccessfully to regain his composure.

"I will... go ahead to try and track down whoever did this then..." Freyr said, awkwardly before he dashed away. It was clear for Haley that being interrupted and caught in such an embarrassing conversation by Kira too, other than Sir Reed was too much for Freyr, who was already someone who had troubles with such things.

Taking off the earphone she was still using on her right ear after stopping the music, Ylva was merely waiting for them to finish their meals. She was a bit relieved that Luke also didn't seem to want to talk about his problems, having politely declined Millie's offer to talk about it. That said, it was surprising to see how interested both Millie and Luke appeared to be when she told about her homeland. While Millie simply stood in silence despite the big, shiny eyes she showed when Ylva talked about it, Luke insisted a bit further for her to talk about it, which was intriguing to say the least. Ylva wasn't really expecting anyone to be that interested about such an old and ancient place. Experience showed her that such places tended to attract a very distinct kind of people.

"It is a place that tends to attract the attention of some very... distinct types of people." Ylva said with a chuckle as she looked at him, raising an eyebrow.

"That said, not many stories that wouldn't include my private life." she said, looking to Luke in what was a clear sign for him to not pry much further regarding her past.

With both Luke and Millie having finished their dishes though, it was about time for them to pay for their food and leave.

"Well, I already paid mine so I'm good to go whenever you want." Ylva compleded, shrugging as she got up, turning around to wave towards the guy who served her the sandwich.

When Ylva was about to put her earphones on again though, before turning towards Millie and Luke again, she listened quite the interesting words coming from Luke's mouth in a very low tone. Words from a language that even though she didn't talk, she knew who did and who still used. Hearing that immediately made her let out a discreet smirk. She knew that there was something off with that man. Her instincts and her senses were always right. Knowing what he was, she also knew that despite being physically weak and slow like any human, they were very, very crafty and problematic to deal with. Even though the ones that were primarily her and her pack's foes were vampires, they had to deal with a few magic users every now and then. Other than the old covens who lived in the same ancient lands as the werewolves and had somewhat of a peaceful relationship with them, many which even respected and had the same old traditions as the Asulf clan, there were also those who were on the side of the vampires.

"Those are some very interesting words you just spoke, Luke." she said, turning towards Luke with a sharp stare that would be enough to make any normal person to feel extremely unnerved.

The way she was looking at Luke was a clear indication that she knew what he was and that she didn't trust him, now more even than before. She was getting more and more suspicious about Luke and it was obvious to him that he now had her full attention.

"It seems I'm not the only one with 'stories' to tell, am I?" Ylva said, still looking at Luke with the same sharp stare from before, looking deep within his eyes.

"But I did say I wouldn't insist on knowing about your problems, or your past in that matter..." Ylva said, finally breaking eye contact with Luke.

"It is only fair, after all. I guess every person has stories that they don't want to share with strangers..." she continued, shrugging.

Even though she didn't speak it clearly, the message she wanted to tell Luke was clear. Even though she apparently knew what he was, she didn't particularly care about it. She would leave him alone, as long as he did the same to her. While it was clear she didn't trust him, their relationship wasn't outright hostile as long as he didn't do anything funny.

"There is no need to thank me. It was a nice change of pace to eat breakfast with such an interesting company." Ylva said, smiling as she replied to Millie, who thanked both of them for eating with her before inviting them to take that walk she promised.
Sorry for the delay! Going to have a post done tomorrow! :-)

Even though Mikhail knew they had no other option but to accept the price the old priestess gave them, he couldn't help but close his eyes, looking away for a second, sighing as Fatima agreed with the price. It was indeed a steep price and judging by Fatima's expression and the time she took to reply, she knew that as well. They would need to find a way to keep the black jeweled man under control. Otherwise, he could be a risk to the entire group.

As Fatima curtsied the old priestess and thanked her for her support, followed by a brief bow from Mikhail himself, she turned away from the old priestess, offering a smile towards both Mikhail and Gennar. Surprisingly, before they started making their way back to the inn though, Fatima took Mikhail's hands on her own, looking at him and thanking him for the words he said about her. Such gesture took Mikhail by surprise, as he wasn't expecting to be thanked by Fatima like that, especially seeing how heartfelt her words were.

"I... was merely stating the truth. You indeed are... different from the other queens." Mikhail said, without knowing how to react to what she had said very well.

"Apparently, maybe even enough to earn even the trust of someone like myself..." Mikhail thought as they made their way back to the inn.

Back at the inn, the situation seemed to have calmed down, judging by the scene they saw when arriving: both Denvar and Dareen toasting each other with an amber colored drink. That said, upon noticing them, Denvar's smile towards Gennar as he greeted them wasn't exactly 'friendly' but it was still better than nothing.

Just as Mikhail was going to sit down though, Jandar arrived through the door. What they weren't expecting though was the fact that he had someone with him. Someone that they had never seen before and most importantly, someone they couldn't trust. Both Gennar and Denvar immediately stood up, standing in front of Fatima, shielding them from the stranger. Mikhail, upon seeing the stranger, simply let go of the chair, giving up on the idea of sitting down as he stood still, watching the stranger with cold eyes and a watchful gaze.

When Jandar began explaining who was the stranger and why he was there though, Mikhail's expression didn't change even one bit. Until it was proven the contrary, the local queen was still a potential enemy and having a stranger, under her orders near them wasn't really a good idea. Even if Jandar also seemed to dislike the idea of having a 'guide', as he himself mentioned, Mikhail still didn't like the situation. Even though the stranger didn't appeared to be exactly capable... or even healthy, Mikhail knew best than to underestimate someone based solely on their appearance. Mikhail kept his eyes on Sybl, as he went towards the counter to ask for something.

Despite Mikhail's silence, not much was needed for anyone from the group to figure out what he was thinking. It was already a known fact for them, who were traveling with him for some time already, that Mikhail hated anything that was beyond his 'control', any 'variable' in his plans.

"This queen... What do you have to say about her?" Mikhail said, finally opening his mouth as he asked Jandar about the local queen.

"Drawing a queen, any queen's attention is rarely a good thing." Mikhail said, in a lower tone as he approached Jandar, being careful for not being heard by the guide.
