Alright, since I'm a little slow on the update, you guys get 2 days extension since three of you are on Day 7 and one of you have reached the dreaded Day 8 (kind of my fault for waiting for everyone to post even though it isn't really necessary especially since there isn't any fighting, hopefully won't happen again). Just letting you guys know. I'll be updating tonight.

Location: Circus
Interacting With: People in circus tent

She watched as they set up the spotlights, and when she looked back at those who had stayed put, she was shocked to see Andromeda die. Thalia hadn't looked over until her friend decided to mention it. The woman seemed like an interesting person, and it saddened her to know that she had died before they could break the barrier. "Hey, look on the bright side, at least she doesn't have to deal with all this crap about demons and stuff," he said, and walked back towards Cecily.

Suddenly, as the spotlights came on, her head began to pound even harder. It hurt a lot, and she almost had to sit down again in order to deal with it. All at once though, it had stopped, and her head felt clearer than it had all night. Her friend was still watching Cecily, and it made her wonder what was up with the girl. When she looked over towards the entrance of the circus tent, she saw that their were others outside, looking in on them. Thalia wondered where they had come from, and if they knew anything about what had just happened.

She was still wondering what was going on, but she just went along with what everyone else was doing. Kat didn't do much, but she stood back and watched what was going on. When she looked over at the woman who had collapsed earlier, she was amazed at how quickly the woman had died. She died not long after she had passed out, and it made her wonder what mysterious force could possibly have caused it.

She had no idea what was going on still, and she hadn't known who this woman was until she had arrived here, but he fact that two people had died and she hadn't been able to do anything to prevent it. Kat saw the bright lights caused by the spotlights, and watched as the barrier that surrounded them vanished. She hardly had any time to process this when she heard Millicent say something about a strange door. Kat walked over to her to see what was going on with this weird door she mentioned.

She was surprised when she heard someone's voice. Lydia had been more focused on her injury that she hadn't gotten a good look around to see if anyone else was around. The boy had a giant dog, and even though she loved all animals, it made her have difficulties with the kitten, who clearly did not like the dog. She did appreciate how he seemed to have wound the leash up to prevent the dog from jumping up on her. This made it easier for her to hold the hissing kitten.

Lydia reached for the napkins that he held out to her, "Thanks, I'm alright," she said as she leaned over to put some pressure on the scratch without making the kitten uncomfortable. Lydia looked at the envelope again, and noticed an address on it. Even though she actually knew somewhat where the address was, she still was pretty sure that she should turn it over to the police, since she could get into some big trouble if she was caught with it. Her curiosity though, told her to go to the address and then hand it over to the police. She might not be in as big of trouble if she did that since she wouldn't have opened the letter right? She didn't know what to do with it.

Elissa Isley

Location: Some island

She was confused as to what was up with the large group that was forming. So many people, yet she felt strange, hardly recognizing anyone. As she looked around, she recognized Anastasia and Catalina. It was confusing, and she couldn't shake the strange feeling of something calling to her from the lake. Elissa watched as the witch jumped off and into the lake. This was crazy to her, but the fact still remained that something was down there, something powerful.

She herself was still a little hesitant to jump off into the lake. However, she watched two other people follow Septima into the lake. A woman she didn't know, and Anastasia both jumped in. It didn't surprise her that Anastasia was so quick to do it, and watching her do it gave her the courage she needed to follow suit. Elissa walked over to the edge, and walked off into the lake below.
Daphne Pender

Location: Prometheus

Daphne only had to make a few trips in order to get all of her things in her quarters. It was an interesting thing, seeing the new ship as she walked by with her things. She didn't see much though, since she was on the lower level and it wasn't a far walk for her. Daphne considered going up above to look around, but decided against it, she had to go help load up the gear onto the ship.

She walked back to the main dock, having already decided to wait until she had time to unpack her things. It was best to hurry up and load things up on the ship. Especially since it seemed like other people were taking forever to get back to the ship. If the ship was loaded up quickly, then when Foy and Dorothy got back they would be all set. Hopefully nothing horrible has happened to the pair, it made her worry a little bit for her sister just thinking about it. She pushed that thought aside as she headed to start loading things up, Dorothy could handle herself, there was no use in her worrying about it.

Thalia listened, and liked the ideas that people were coming up with. The spotlights at the circus was definitely something to take into consideration. They were stuck in a circus tent, of course there were going to be giant light sources. It just made her wonder what the barrier was after though. It reacted to light and energy, so it made sense to use something as powerful as a spotlight.

She stayed back as she watched them try to find out what was going on, and she had no idea what was going on with the one girl. Liquefied metal on her hand? That's just weird. Of course, her friend decided that this was something worth commenting on. "Ooh, I know what's going on. It might be obvious, it might not be. Depends on what you know," he said, and was silent again, leaving Thalia to her own thoughts.

Kat was still confused about what was going on. The idea that they were surrounded by some magical barrier of time just sounded crazy. Then again, it made sense when you thought about how demons and witches were real. When she thought about it like that, it silenced her doubt about what was going on.

She kept watching as a few people walked over to try and mess with the spotlights. Kat used to be in the circus, it's where she learned the skills that eventually transferred over to being a hunter. Knife throwing and acrobatics, yup that's what she did during her performances. Though now was not the time to be talking about something that for her was only about a year ago. Kat sat back and watched how the group handled the situation.

Marygold Isley

She was not in the best of moods, and was glad that she had left the lab behind her when she did. There was no way she could handle this type of conflict right now. She herself wasn't too wary of Nina, but she paid attention to any interaction between the woman and Guin. Only someone who lived under a rock wouldn't know what was up with them. The fact that for some strange reason the two of them couldn't stop arguing and act like professionals didn't help her headaches either. It made her wonder how Cassandra was able to deal with it all, since she had to put up with it more than she herself did. She definitely did not envy her that was for sure.

Marygold walked up from the lower level, and found herself on the second floor. She headed down the hallway towards the Professor's office. She preferred to talk to him in person, since if she tried to talk to him telepathically, there was always the chance that she interrupted a conversation. As she approached, she saw someone else heading for the same door. It was boy she didn't recognize, though she figured he was one of the newbies at the institute. They've been getting more people over the past month, so she wasn't totally surprised. She reached the door and decided to speak to him, "Hello there," she said with a smile.

Allison Andrews
Xavier was silent for a few moments, and he looked Allison in the eyes. "You may feel this way, and several others in the past have come up to me with the same problem. I believe your familiar with one of them, Marygold?" he said, and continued on again without waiting for a response. "When she first joined the X-Men, she faced the same problem as you. She came to me since she felt like she wasn't able to help out as much as she wanted to. Though her first mission was in a desert, so her powers weren't very helpful in that situation. I told her the exact same thing I'm going to tell you. You are able to contribute, even if it takes a while for you to find your place, it will come. You can practice, and work hard, or try to help strategize, as Marygold started to do when her powers failed her when the team was in different situations. All that matters is that you tried your best and worked to the best of your abilities". He smiled at her, and gave a reassuring nod towards her.

Elissa Isley

Location: The Faithful Bride -> Some island

She had no idea what just happened. One minute, she was walking through the port towards Anastasia's ship, the next minute she was on a beach somewhere else. She was confused, and started to try and remember what happened. It was a blur for her, and nothing seemed to be right. When thinking about it, she remembered that she and Aravis were talking with Anastasia about the Captain that they were going to be work with, and then everything muddled together.

Where were Anastasia and Aravis? They had been walking next to each other, so why weren't they standing next to her? She remembered the pain in her head, and a few screams around her, but nothing beyond that. What had happened there? Elissa was confused, and no one was around for her to ask. The fact that she appeared to be alone was a little unsettling, but she could deal with that. She paused for a moment, and felt the presence of something, something filled with power. Elissa started to walk, looking for both any sign of people, or what it was that was that drew her to it.

"Damn it!" she said, as she juggled the little kitten in her arms, stopping herself from dropping him. Her leg was hurting, and as she looked down at it, she saw the blood. She could feel the blood trickling down her leg, and it hurt a lot. Feral cats were not something you wanted to mess with clearly, and she watched it bolt away after clawing her. Lydia looked down on the ground, thinking to at least see what it was that she got clawed over.

She picked up the envelope, and turned it around in her hands. Even though she hadn't really seen him personally, she recognized the name of the mayor written on it. Lydia also knew that the guy was dead, and was trying to decide on what to do with it. If she gave it to the police, she probably wouldn't know what was written in it since she doubted Jenna or anyone would tell her. If she kept it, she could get in a lot of trouble if it was found in her possession. Since she did not like the prospect of jail time, she decided that she should hand it over to the police. Lydia didn't even notice that Andrew was there.
Daphne Pender

Location: Docks

Daphne nodded as Anisa came over and started giving room assignments. It wasn't too surprising that she just started talking like that, she was used to it by now. She just listened, and it was made clear that the guy was supposed to come and take the Retribution since Anisa hadn't made any comments about it to them. Her sister and the other guy still hadn't arrived, and it bugged her slightly. Though she just went about following Anisa's orders about moving in.

She grabbed a box of her things and headed off where Anisa had mentioned her room was. A new ship, with plenty of space to explore made her curious, but with work to be done she headed off to find her room. It wasn't very long of a walk, since she was on the lower level now, but that made sense to her. Harper was after all the lead pilot now, not her, so it made sense for him to have a room near the bridge than for her. Daphne set the box on the ground, deciding to unpack her stuff later, and headed back to get another load. She needed to hurry so she could help get everything else on board.
