Weapon X Lab, Northern Canada - 16 months ago

Dr. Laurence Odell, one of the higher ups in the department was flipping through files, going over the names of the two new "volunteers' within the program. Both mutants, one with incredible telepathy, another who could control metal. There were several different ways things could go with the two, and they were certainly an interesting pairing to say the least. "So doctor, might I ask what your opinions of the two would be? Or more of recommendations on what we should do with them?"

Dr. Zhi "Michael" Jiāng looked over at his colleague. He was a mutant himself, gifted with the ability to change an individual's age. He never revealed to anyone exactly how old he himself was, yet the Experiment X project thrilled him. Very few organizations were funding this sort of research at the moment and even those that were, they were limited with poor technology. "Of course...I believe we have found our candidates," he said simply. "I would classify them each as omega and with these powers...I do wonder if the subjects can complete Project Onslaught."

"It would appear so... However doctor, they aren't exactly in the prime of their lives. They are well into their fourties, despite their powerful abilities, most of our subjects who we've considered are a lot younger than these two. That might prove to be a bit of an issue," he pointed out, though he figured it was pointless to argue, after all, Jiāng was a mutant with interesting abilities of his own that could solve this problem rather easily.

Jiāng sighed, looking at him. "What sort of idiot do you take me for?" he asked, before in order to prove his point, he waved his hand and the other scientist turned into a 12 year old. "...I think you are much improved like this, but unfortunately, I can't keep you like this - I need someone to work with," he mused, waving his hand and turning him back.

"I apologize if I insulted you Dr. Jiāng, so, we are to go forth with the plan then? You can age them to be however old we need them to be, and proceed then? It will be interesting to see the results of our efforts. No matter what happens, these two will play an important role in our work and research."

"Yes, I will go and de age them momentarily. And no matter the outcome, I imagine we will have some form of breakthrough..."

@ihinka@Morose Erik took the file from Carolina, and started flipping through it, frowning slightly at it. "This... This is not what I expected... It has a lot of information about what exactly..." he said, his eyes growing wide, before he pulled one piece of paper out and ripped it apart. He didn't want the others to see what was in it, and he planned to keep it quiet. The rest of the info was mainly talking about how to amplify their powers. "Calm down Ellie, Ms. MacTaggart, how long are we able to be in here?" he asked Moira, looking at her. "Unfortunately, we should probably leave in the next 10-20 minutes or so, since that's when the loop I put the cameras through to make it so they didn't see you enter the building, or this room..."

Miranda Fay

Miranda returned Katalina's smile, she was finding that out of everyone who they had met, she preferred Katalina over them. Ellie was a little bit of a wild person, and Mythri had way too much of an attitude for her to be able to easily deal with, Katalina at least seemed like a nice person to be around. Charles and Erik were wild cards in her opinion, they seemed like two different people, but somehow they were the best of friends. She didn't have too much of an opinion on them.

She glanced over at Charles, trying to figure out what was going through his head as he seemed to be contemplating how to answer the questions of the other two. After a moment's hesitation, he looked over at Katalina, "The problem is revealing the existence of mutants at this point in time might backfire and hurt us, since people tend to fear that which they do not understand. However, going after the facility itself, is what we plan... Erik went to visit a friend of mine, Moira MacTaggart, with Eliette to get as much information as possible about the facility itself, as when Erik and I ran from it, we tried to avoid paying much attention to what was going on in the building around us. We know roughly where it is, but we need more information before we can even think to strike against it."

Miranda nodded, "That makes sense... Get as much information as possible before we strike, you can't just rush head on into anything, no matter what it is. Whether it is breaking into a facility to shut it down, or an engine of sorts that you are trying to put together, it doesn't matter. Everything needs to be thought through before you can do something."

He nodded in agreement with her, and she was glad for that. Then there was the issue of what Mythri had blurted out about training and such. "There likely is a better way, especially since we likely might be fighting others... Perhaps... Perhaps we should see about something, Katalina, you mentioned at one point about there being a room that we could use underneath the mansion? There is a basement area that might serve well, and Miranda, I will need your help with it," he said, before he headed out of the room, and opened a door showing a stairway down, and headed downstairs. Miranda looked at the others and just shrugged, before she followed after him.

Thalia Maehers

Location: The Palace

Looking over at Asha when she spoke, pointing to her necklace, Thalia nodded. "Yes, it speaks greatly of that, and the others..." she said softly, before turning to address Richard. "It was Ms. Stark who wrote the original, this was translated into Serbian by someone along the line... It doesn't matter, what does matter is what it is talking about, those things are freaky, no offense to you, but I tend to avoid them at all cost."

Hearing Puck snap at Thalia, her skin started to shimmer, her eyes flashing with fire. "You are not to talk to my daughter like that!" she snapped, smoke practically coming from her mouth as she spat the words at him. The dragon within her was wanting to come out and swallow Puck whole, no hesitation, but she was holding her back, not wanting to cause any problems with Zekarra.

Queen Valda

Location: The Palace

"Yup, we can... And sure, we can pay her for her help. Thank you for helping my sister," Valda said, saying this last sentence directly to Harlianne, nodding her head. The woman didn't even seem to really recognize that she was talking to the Queen, or had helped the Princess, but that didn't really matter. She had helped Luna when she needed it most, and she would be grateful for that forever.

"We should probably see about getting you back inside the Palace... Get someone to have a look at you to make sure you are okay, as well as get the payment for her," she said simply, giving her sister a smile. She was practically ignoring the Young Army members who were there, not really caring that they were there at all. The fact that they were even there were irrelevant to things, as she had already had to deal with her brother collapsing, hopefully her sister was fine, and there was some good news regarding Myrus.

Sylvi the Bard

Location: The Ramblings - Winking Duck Tavern

"Well, yes, that is true I suppose. Though it also depends entirely on whether or not there ever will be a situation like that... Though you are right... We tend to believe that the four will return and help us out in our time of need. Now, whether or not I believe you're father is actually the Master of the Cosmos is not something I can determine, though the fact that they have the same name is a little bit odd if you ask me," she said in response to Marya's comment.

She turned away, before she decided to listen to the conversation between Bruce and Marya, wondering if there was any sort of clue about them. Things definitely were a little weird about them, but she didn't know anything about them really. Myth was an interesting person, not seeming to care that apparently the guy never had a girlfriend. She did still feel bad for him, but not sure what she could say about it.

Lydia Weaver

Location: Library
Interacting With: Robert, Jenna

Lydia just followed after Jenna, still not too positive as to what they were doing, but the information that Jenna and the others were after probably would be at the library or something. She figured that the least she could do was try and help them out, since this sounded like it would be a matter of life or death at this point, since it involved Riley in some way. The girl who she had never met, but seemed to be a major player in whatever the hell was going on.

"Wait, you can what now? See ghosts? And you are just mentioning this now Jenna?" Lydia whispered back, her eyes growing wide when she heard that. It was a little freaky to even think about that, but considering the way the rest of her week has gone, she probably shouldn't be too surprised as she followed after her cousin. They needed to figure this out, or at least what was going on, and she noticed the others in the room as well, but she didn't really pay any attention to them.

Dorothy and Daphne Pender

Location: Atticus' Room - The Prometheus Upper Deck
Skills: None

"...There is a lot we need to talk about... Mainly, whether or not either of us has a place with this crew anymore... I've been thinking, maybe it would be best to just leave all of this behind. You might not have admitted it to anyone, or even yourself, but I knew you had feelings for Atticus, and with him gone... I'm wondering if you might want to leave with me."

Dorothy looked at her sister, letting Daphne see the tears falling from her eyes as she clutched the Bible from Atticus. She had been worried that Daphne would wish to leave the ship - but she didn't know what to say to her. She thought she had been prepared for this conversation earlier this morning, but now, everything seemed to have changed. Perhaps she had gained perspective - or maybe she had lost it. "...He left me a letter," Dorothy said, taking it with trembling hands and handing it to Daphne, so that way she could read it. "I...I wish he had told me when he was alive still...But I don't think there would have been a happy ending for us. There wouldn't have been...I guess, a little house with children or anything near serenity...It just wouldn't have worked out, I don't think."

Daphne looked at her sister, before she gave her a hug. "You don't know what could have been... You don't know if it would have worked out or not, but you can't keep thinking about the what if situation Dorothy, you just can't, otherwise you'll never be able to move on," she said softly, giving her a smile. Usually, she was the one going to Dorothy for help, or advice, but now it was her turn to be there for her sister, no matter what happened. "It'll be alright Dory..."

"It isn't time to move on - not yet," Dorothy said, stiffening for a moment as Daphne hugged her before she relaxed and returned the embrace. She had just learned of Atticus' feelings for her that day, the same day that Atticus had died unexpectedly on. It wasn't time to move on from those feelings. She wanted to allow herself to explore them, to be honest with herself that she melted a little on the inside when Atticus had smiled at her, that she had felt angry when he went to sleep with the prostitutes at the Lady Luck...That she had cared for him.

"I know... But if you try to think about the what could have happened, there is no way to truly be alright again. It'll be alright, you'll see... Maybe we should leave, you know, go our own way, away from all of this, from you know, all the memories. We might do alright by ourselves, you never know..."

Dorothy hesitated. There was only one person left on the ship that either of them had any sort of personal connection to - Anisa. And the night before, Anisa had nearly killed her little sister. Dorothy knew that she wasn't cut out for the role of second in command. If she were to resign the post, she'd be stuck as secondary medical to Jahosafat. "What about Anisa?" Dorothy asked quietly. "And your new friend....the nervous one...."

She just shrugged, "Well, Fitz I don't think really wants to stay on this ship, he's kind of terrified of Anisa. Now, about what to do about him, or her, I don't really know... I honestly wouldn't mind Fitz coming with us if we did choose to leave, but Anisa? Well, odds are she won't be very happy about it..." This whole thing was hard to think about, what exactly they'd be doing on their own, but they'd figure it out.

"Anisa is my best friend," Dorothy explained. "She just lost Jackson...If we leave, she'll have lost her entire crew," Dorothy whispered. She didn't want to leave her best friend all alone. But then again, she had joined up with this crew in order to spend time with Daphne. Daphne had been fired. And the work that Dorothy would be doing on this ship, in a place filled with traumatic memories...It didn't justify splitting apart her family again. "Maybe we leave..."

"Well... If we leave, we'll have to tell Anisa... I know that she's your best friend, and I know that she's lost a lot of people recently, but still... I'm asking you to come with me off this ship, you don't have to come with me, I'm just saying that maybe it would be better for both of us to leave..."

"I don't know if you're right or wrong, mei-mei...I...I joined this crew in the first place to reconnect with my little sister and atone for the crimes I was complicit in as part of the Alliance," Dorothy explained, thumbing the beads of Atticus' rosary. She regretted that she never had gotten to kiss and slap his dumb, stupid, handsome, and annoying face. "But I won't lose my baby sister...Not again. So I will come with you," she decided. Daphne was her blood. She would choose her every time - it was the very thing that had made her a mediocre at best second in command during her short tenure.

Daphne was a little surprised to hear her answer, it actually silenced her. The fact that her sister didn't even really seem to hesitate in that answer, considering all of the problems that she herself had created in the past 24 hours. "I have to admit, I'm a little surprise, but... Let's go talk to Anisa... We need to let her know," she said, giving her a smile as she headed out of the room.

Dorothy nodded, but when she went to stand off of the bed and follow Daphne out, her feet felt like they were made of lead. She couldn't move a muscle and her chin started to wobble, before the waterworks began in full strength. Leaving this room would be akin to saying goodbye to Atticus again - a goodbye that had been painful enough with just his corpse. It felt as if her entire life, she was trying to catch up to those she loved - to her baby sister, to Atticus... And this time, she hadn't been fast enough. Her head hit the mattress and she sobbed uncontrollably.

Hearing her sister, she turned around and went back into the room, going over and sitting down next to her. In her entire life, Daphne never remembered a single instance when her sister had just broke down and cried. Growing up, she had always wondered why she did that, since to her crying every now and then was a good thing, but now her sister was just crying. "Hey, it'll be alright Dory... Things will get better, don't you worry, you'll see," she said softly, looking at her sister.

Dorothy didn't say anything, just sobbing as she continued to handle the beads on Atticus' rosary one by one. It was the closest thing to a religious experience that she had had, outside of Atticus' proclivity for throwing Bibles into her quarters.

Daphne just sat there, comforting her sister, it took her a little while, but eventually she had managed to calm her down somewhat. It never was easy losing someone, especially if you didn't know how much you'd miss them until they were gone. "Come on Dory... Let's go talk to Anisa..." she said softly, standing up again.

Theresa Sparks

"Y-Y-Yes sir, okay sir..." Sparky said, nodding her head at what Director Fury had said as he walked away, leaving her alone somewhat in the hallway. He wanted her to do some tactics training or whatever with Agent Romanoff, as in Black Widow. That was insane to think about, but there wasn't much else she could do, or say as she found herself alone, left with her own thoughts about it. After a moment, she walked back down the hallway to the lab.

When she walked in, she had shown up just in time to see them catch Rivera and her dying by killing herself. Sparky was a little surprised by what had just happened in front of her, especially considering that Rivera's death was the much more permanent kind, unlike a simulator. She couldn't do anything, especially since the woman was already dead, but that didn't mean she couldn't internally freak out or something at the whole thing. She said nothing when Fury spoke, just looking around the room at everyone else.

Marygold Isley

Location: The Lab
Skills: N/A

Mary looked over at Maria, hearing her question, and she looked slightly annoyed at hearing the question. It wasn't exactly any of her business, asking more personal questions like that. Just being a little rude about the whole thing, asking straight out, not even trying to word it a little more nicely, no. She just had to flat out say it like there was something wrong with having a horrible relation with someone. However, since they had given almost death like glares to one another, it only made sense to her to answer.

"...A few months ago, SHIELD was still very much a part of, and worked really closely with, the X-Men. Up until of course, the take down of OMEN, which by the way, considering the fact that the X-Men were the ones who stopped the organization, you'd think people would learn a few things, or at least listen. I cut off SHIELD, since we literally fixed most of their problems, while as mutants, we were basically being prosecuted for nothing at all. You want to know the reason I'm pissed off at Agent Reed? It's because she knew what people tend to do to mutants, to anyone with powers and she seemed perfectly fine with making more. Which, might I point out, makes a hell of a lot more problems for me in the long run,so that's why."

@FantasyChic Happy was sitting behind a desk of sorts when Allison walked up, he didn't even really seem to be doing anything particularly important. Actually, it looked like he was playing Galaga on one of the computers. He didn't look up, but he could tell that she was there, "Can I help you?"

Marygold Isley

Location: Jakobsen's Campaign Office

"Thank you for that Ms. Valeska, it has been a few years since I've seen you. Wasn't since the whole business with Hel and her attack on our HQ a few years back..." he said, giving her a friendly smile, before he got more serious when he heard Guin's word. "You may think that, but we are just trying to put people with abilities in line, since people with too much power is a dangerous thing... I'm sure you can understand that." When he heard Cassandra say Fury could pull their funding, he just chuckled. "Oh, trust me, Fury wishes he could pull our funding, but he can't... Since we at least get the job done."

"Did you cause the attack on the mansion? What did we ever do to you? Sure, I get it, the whole thing with Hel, and what happened there like Guin said was bad, and probably traumatic, but still, that doesn't give you an excuse to attack a school full of kids!" Mary said, looking at him, echoing Cassandra's question. The man was annoying, and he definitely was different from fighting against Magneto. Magneto wasn't this sort of person, not calculating to the point where you couldn't tell what he was going to do before he did it.

"No, I didn't order the attack, now why would you think that? All I've done is worked on my campaign, I'm more concerned about whether or not I get elected than bothering a bunch of mutant children. I do have better things to do than you'd think. You all are just children, and flies on a windshield, nothing to really be concerned about, at the moment anyway. You cause problems, then things will change..."

"Oh, and we are just supposed to believe that? That one of the leaders of the organization that attacked us didn't know about the attack on the mansion or whatever?" she asked, glaring at him still, not too sure what else to do. The man seemed to have thought of a lot of things, probably knowing perfectly well that they couldn't attack him right now.

"No, I don't expect you to believe me, I never would have expected that at all, Ms. Isley right? Leader of the mutant team the X-Men? Of course, you would instantly expect me to be the one who caused the attack on the mansion, but you are miss informed."

"We already know that you caused the destruction of the mansion Jakobsen."

"I am not familiar with you, actually, you bear a slight resemblance to my friend Ricky... Oh well, didn't expect you to have believed me anyway about that."

Mirembe Adebayo

Location: Stark Tower: Lab

Mira just kept working on the device that she and Stark had been working on, "...My full name is Mirembe, not many people call me by the nickname... It just makes it easier since some people don't like saying my full name," she said, her accent coming through even more when she spoke her full name. It just made things easier, and she didn't really know what else to say. She was choosing to ignore Allison when she came in and then was gone pretty quickly after that.

Tony looked over at the group and shrugged, "Sure, knock yourself out kid," he said, setting what he had in his hands down, and going over to a monitor, and pulling up an image of Stark Tower. It was a basic schematic of the building, it was clearly the more simplified version of the floor plan. Mira glanced over at the plan, before going back to what she was doing before. There wasn't much she could do, aside from hopefully building the device to combat the Sentinels. What the others did with their time was their own problem, she knew technology, and so she was doing the best she could to be useful, which didn't leave much time for talking.

Lance Banner

Location: Stark Tower - Main Area

"Well girl, I at least can do something with my powers, unlike you. What did most of you in this room do? Run from the Sentinels? Figured, you all think you are so much better than us, when it reality, you aren't" Wanda said, moving closer to Aspen when she spoke, her hands starting to glow red. Pietro noticed, when something seemed to flash in his mind, and she stopped instantly, the glow fading. She let out a small laugh, looking over at her brother, "Well brother, doing that? I didn't have my guard up, and you took advantage of it. I'm impressed. Maybe you have learned a few things."

"I don't want you to hurt anyone Wanda, we're all stuck here, and in a horrible position, we need to deal with it, and trying to kill each other isn't going to help anything..." Pietro said softly, coming out of hiding and shoving his hands into his pockets. He was speaking the truth, they were all stuck there, so trying to take each other out is a little messed up.

"Perhaps you have learned something," Magneto said, shaking his head, before he turned to address Carolina. "Unfortunately, I do not have a concrete idea, the main thing that we would need to do is strike their new HQ, after the last one was destroyed by the Goddess of Death Hel a few years back..."

"Do not mention that incident, it still brings back horrible memories... It's the reason Jakobsen despises people with abilities... I was there that day, and honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't completely sane..."

"Look, I don't see why you should even feel sorry for the guy if he has tried to kill us today... Wouldn't be surprised if he tried to kill us again before the day is over..." Lance muttered, looking at the others, not sure what else to say, after all, they were stuck in Stark Tower, odds were that OMEN was watching them, no matter what happened, so they had to do something to work together.

"Trust me... Attacking the mansion is probably the least horrible thing Jakobsen will do over the course of the next decade..."

Jason and Janelle Gauger

Location: Seattle, Washington
Interacting With: Cynthia

Jason wasn't too thrilled about the idea of talking to Scott again at all, and he did notice the look that Cynthia had given him when they went to the car. He left a few dollars for Isley as well, not wanting to let Cynthia be the only one leaving something behind, it wouldn't exactly be right to have Cynthia pay for things or whatever when she hadn't even been there very long.

"Thank you Cynthia, it is appreciated," Janelle said, giving her a smile, as she stood up from the table. With her cane in hand, she easily was able to maneuver her way outside after Cynthia. Se wasn't too sure where exactly she was going, or what exactly Cynthia's car looked like, but it didn't matter, as long as she was able to follow after her.

Jason stuck close to his sister, guiding her somewhat, though he knew she probably didn't want, or need, his help, but it made him feel a little better. He looked at Cynthia's car, and said nothing as he guided her over to the side of the car. He expected his sister to argue, but he didn't care. She would complain, that much was obvious, but he didn't know if she could tell where everything was, so whatever.

Janelle got into the car along with her brother, a little annoyed that he insisted on sticking close by her so much, as if she couldn't do things on her own. She glared at her brother for a moment, at least somewhat, as much as she could anyway since she couldn't really see anything. After a few moments, she gave directions to Cynthia that would lead to their home, and she fell silent afterwards, just thinking about everything.

@ihinka@Morose"I apologize... You are?" Moira asked, looking at Ellie.

"This is Ellie Theriot, an associate of ours," Erik said, giving Ellie a slight smile, before looking back at Moira, "So, there was some information that Charles said you had for us, some of which could prove useful to us?"

"Yes, of course, right this way," she said, nodding her head and leading the way inside of the building, swiping a badge that she had with her to unlock the door. She led them through a series of hallways, every now and then, if they looked in a corner of the hallway, they'd find there was security cameras. However, they would notice that they didn't seem to be on at the moment as Moira went to another room and opened up the door, walking inside. The room was lined with filling cabinets, there was one or two computers in the room too. "Here, several of these cabinets are filled with everything you would ever want to know about the program."

Miranda Fay

'Thanks..." she said, giving Katalina a smile. Miranda then glared at Mythri, the girl was really getting on her nerves. "Hey! Don't get pissed off at him! Be mad at me, it was my fault anyway," she snapped at her. The fact that the girl was blaming Charles for something that he had no control over, she seemed so entitled or something, that everyone was to blame for something. Not to mention the fact that this was the man who was trying to help them all in the long run, despite what anyone else was saying. Any of them could have gotten caught by those guys, but no, they were busy arguing and fighting each other.

"Calm down Miranda..." Charles warned slightly, before he turned to address Mythri. "I understand your anger Mythri, and you are correct, I should have stopped her, however, there is no use arguing about it now. And believe me, there are worse things out there than a few pencils and books." he added this last part, almost with a warning in his voice of some kind. "The place we ran from, the place that made Erik and I realize what was happening across the country, is known as Department K, which is the cover name for the actual place. The program was meant to turn mutants into living weapons that the government could control, and they are still in operation. The facility was an old run down sort of building, in the middle of the Canadian wilderness. We didn't pay much attention to what was in the building, as while we were there, occasionally there was a yell or a scream coming from the other rooms. However, we were the only ones still living from what we saw when we made our escape. This is why we are trying to stop them, why we are trying to shut down the program. What happened in that place, it is far worse than most things that I can throw at you in this place," he said, before he got up from his chair, and walked over to the window, looking outside.

Miranda fell silent as well, hearing what Charles had said. Of course, the fact that Mythri was blaming him for a lot of things, as well as what Katalina had asked probably had triggered some bad memories for him. She felt bad for the man, and it made her wonder just how he kept going, both him and Erik. The fact that they were both fighting against something that they had survived through, it was interesting to see just how things went with them, how they kept going, she admired them for that.

Thalia Maehers

Location: The Palace

Thalia rolled her eyes at Richard, "Well Richard, I think I did mention to you NOT to call me wifey. It gets really annoying, really quickly. Also, it's not her fault, after all, most dragons have parents who are dragons, not mutants, like you are, or dragons who used to be human like me, so she's just doing what's natural to her, even if you aren't fireproof." What she said was true, most dragons didn't have to worry about setting other dragons on fire when they were babies, so she didn't know better.

When she heard the others going over to the book, she just rolled her eyes. "Let me have a look at that would you?" she said, before she moved over, adjusting Zekarra in her arms so she couldn't breathe fire on the book, and she examined it. The instant she saw the words, her eyes grew wide, and she was wondering where the hell they had gotten that book. "Where the hell did this come from? You have no idea what's in it do you? Well Richard, an old friend of ours from several millennia in the past was the original writer of this, and it was one of her children or descendants that translated it into this language... This book and the information in it is not something to mess around with..."

Queen Valda

Location: The Palace - Lawn

Valda let out a sigh of relief when she saw Luna wake up. She was glad to see her sister regaining consciousness, she kind of zeroed in on her, ignoring everyone else for the time being. The Port Witches had almost gotten her, and if she had shown up a second later, then she would have been too late to reverse the CradleSnatching. "I'm glad you are okay Luna... If I had been a moment later getting here, I would have been too late to help you..." she said softly, giving her sister a smile.

Now she turned towards the others, listening to them now. Amarantha's words about the Wendron Witches was not something she had wanted to hear, since it sounded like that meant the Port Witches had won the battle. The fact that her entire coven had just gone off in a fight, and had just died, made things a little more difficult for her. When she thought about it, it was also weird, since technically she was the last Wendron Witch if every other one had died. "It's alright... Don't worry about it..." she said to Amarantha.

Sylvi the Bard

Location: The Ramblings - Winking Duck Tavern

Sylvi let out a small laugh hearing the twins' words. They were trying to tell her that the Myth of Four was actually real, and that one of them was sitting by her at the bar? That sort of talk was definitely kind of crazy, though there was one thing she noticed. The fact that the Master of the Cosmos in the story was named Bruce, and that was the same name as the man next to her. There was also the fact that he looked nothing really like the twins, so she figured the girls were probably adopted or something.

"You know? I kind of find that hard to believe, I mean, it is after all just a story, a myth about 4 powerful gods... I don't think it would make sense for them to be here anyway, I mean, why would they bother coming here of all places when they could be just about anywhere else in the universe? It doesn't make much sense to me," she said, looking at the twins. She wasn't sure whether or not she believed them, but she did know one thing, if for some weird reason these two were telling the truth?
