@SilverDawn so am I approved boss?

I'm letting Ostarion read them first. I'm not 100% sure that he's awake right now, though. He might have fallen asleep while on his computer.

EDIT:

HOLY, HE'S AWAKE.

THE BEAUTY HAS AWAKENED.

VAN WINKLE ISN'T RIP.
Any difference between this RP and here?

Simplicity, taking place on the entire Western Europe front instead of Londenium (I have no idea if the UK is part of West Europe or North Europe, wikipedia says both :V) and a lot of mechanics will (instead of weird word-length leveling) be based upon a story focus. I have no idea what that website focuses on because I'm just so disorientated by it.
Huh.

So we're doing numerical stat boosts after all, instead of based off ranks?

Naw. The stat boosts in the anime are a number. My plan for items was them being that they would say things like "Heavily increases STR", but the way that you did it is also okay. It's okay so long as I understand how much of a bonus it gives. Stats, of course, are just reminders to see how enemies react to what you do.

Ahh, so we can only play as EU classes?

For now. You can freely travel through the continents, so after some time, you may make a new character from China who walked all the way over.

Edit:
Also letting Ostarion see the characters before I accept anything.
Heeey, people are here right now. What could possibly happen at this ungodly hour?

Oh, the OOC.

Tagging everyone who posted here.

And to having a bunch of Lv. 90s strolling around...

Bad things happen. In the IC.

Also, don't worry about how large the OOC is. Most of it is just refreshers on the series.
Mission Board:

<We Found Tasteful Food>

Come to the 'PK-Cave' located North and slightly East of Seven Hill.
Reward: <"Tasty" Cake Slice> x 7

<Food_Man's Food_Quest>
Given by: Food_Man
"I need meat."
Bring Food_Man 50 pieces of meat.
Reward: Ancient-Class Barbecue Spit

<Keep Yourself Occupied>
Given by: Renee
"Uh. A small reward for reading this mission board? Just go through a dungeon, or something."
Clear out a dungeon (or something)
Reward: 50 gold pieces.
@SilverDawn iirc Ostarion did that a lot :P

Yep. Being from the UK blows.
OOC might not be coming today because Ostarion fell asleep.

Faceclaim = using the image of an existing character as your original character's.

Ah. Thanks.

@zellected I personally wouldn't like if you used an already established character in the main series as an appearance, but if you have your heart dead-set on it, then I won't stop you.

@SilverDawn
Yes I'm saying we will need to figure out a system for that.
Level 1 salad success rate 40%
Level 5 french fries success rate 50% salad success rate increased to 45%
Or something along these lines for the subclasses

I don't think we need a really complicated system with real RNG for this. I think that it would just be "How good you are at" and let the players decide how much and when they fail at their subclass job.
<Snipped quote by SilverDawn>

What I mean is that I doubt everyone will be a level 1 right off the bat or end up being level 90 when we start. What I'm trying to figure out is how far or abilities start out as and what we will be able to do. For example a cook with a high level can make food taste like heaven but if a low level cook tries we get purple mush.
Then we have a blacksmith in the latter known episodes is shown that they invent steam power so what level would we need to be in order to do that.

It's more depending on what you can do. A Level 1's cooking won't taste very good and they can only make simple things with a high failure rate, like salad. Later on in the tree, you would learn new recipes that would "taste" better with a lower failure rate.

Generally, you need to discover stuff with higher levels and the lower levels can replicate it.

I wonder if we can use a face claim from the anime. I'm planning to take Soujiro >.<

Yea... I have no idea what a face claim is, besides from the Urban Dictionary definition (which doesn't help me).
What will we do in terms of jobs though. Since as we known "people of the land" cab earn the job of adventure while many will have jobs we need to figure out our limits

People of the Land can't earn it, per se. The only way they can get it is by a scribe making a contract that transcends the rules of the world (sort of) and forces them to become an adventurer.

I don't quite get what you're asking. What do you mean in "figure out our limits"? Seeing how far your subclass goes? It would depend the the subclass.
