Oh no, it's fine. You can create and play Katsura. I just needed know if you were going to do so or not.

Same with the crime scene. It would be nice to get a PM of what you want to be definite. No rush though. I'm going to post in like, 20 hours.

Last few questions. Weew. Just to know how hard I can push it.

When you said that I can make up the crime scene (while including your details), does that mean I can make the mystery man's "crime" personality (not how the character acts, but their behaviour in doing the illegal wang dang doodle crime) or do you have a plan for that?

also, with katsura, he literally has no personality besides "lowkey gay", so am I the one who's relegated to creating their personality, or is that something you or rolling want to do? Just making sure in case I chimp out and moff everything up.

might be a bit incoherent
Also, you have no idea how much it bothers me that your PC isn't called Remi but your username is Renny.

Local shitposter ruins GM's life.

quick question, how free are we to make stuff up? More or less stuff about the crime scene. Is it something you strictly want to control, or is it fine if we just go for it.

As the quartet approached the cave, the first thing that they noticed was the smell. A deep sea brine seemed to emanate from the cave, covering up everything except a brief tinge of rotten fish. The harsh knife of a scent seemed to only increase as the four adventurers reached the entrance.

As they peered at the entrance, they saw two things. The first being that the sea seemed to spill into the cave, carving out a deep inlet to the left half of the cave. The second being the corpse of a large sahuagin, its scales reflecting what light shone on the cadaver. Obviously dead, the beast was being eaten by more sahuagin. Six, to be exact. Cannibalism wasn't exactly common among the fishy beasts. As soon as the six fish saw that their precious meal had been spotted, they instantly turned to fight.

Two sahuagin carried broken swords. The rust and unknown filth on the swords would, if you were stricken by them, afflict one with sepsis and most likely kill oneself. One sahuagin was armed with a large broken crossbow, used as a sword. The last three sahuagin, each of them large and tall, seemed to use their hands. They quickly charged the group. There would be no time to prepare.

The striations and chunks missing from the table. Remi's fingers followed the grooves until the lines reached the end of the table. It was definite. The conclusion? Whoever did this to the table was an ass. Remi's investigations had all come up short. Each one resulted in a dead end or red herring. It didn't help that the CCG operated purely on a need-to-know basis and Remi didn't need to know. As a result, she was spending the day in a fast food restaurant, drinking coffee and trying to eavesdrop on any sort of lead. Of course, that was before she had received an urgent text from the CCG.

She quickly downed what remained of her coffee and ran towards the headquarters. Her pace only slowing when she realized what a horrible mistake it was to run with a filled stomach. Reaching the CCG building, the lobby was the same as always. She walked past the Rc gates, her eyes instinctively shutting on the off chance that it would go off. Thankfully, the gate remained silent. Into the elevator and up to the top.

She entered the room, ignoring the loud tapping of the investigator outside. "Sir," Remi said as she bowed to Seto. She stood next to the extraordinarily tall detective, not exactly acknowledging his existence. After all, she preferred her interactions with coworkers to be primarily business.
Also how is his combat style focused on counter-strikes but offensive at the same time? Did you mean defensive?

Ever read Hajime no Ippo? Just block with your face and counter.

also counters are defensive, the difference between offense and defense is who's acting and who's reacting

@SilverDawn
Well, I love the concept. There's only one change I'd like to request before approving.

Would you mind changing the Quinque to shooting needles instead of extending?

That was my original concept for it (which I decided not to use because having a ghetto nutcracker would be funny). So, no problem there. Done.
