Well, i did kinda call Archer way back in the interest check, and noted i was making one, but i suppose this is how it is now. Alas.

We do have too many people here to split among 7 servants, however, so someone is going to be cut out in the end i think? Did we have someone join out of the blue, perhaps, that imbalanced the numbers? Trying to figure things out before i head to work in about an hour, because at work i won't be around to finish any apps today unfortunately. (@_@)
Not if i post an archer first! I was gonna make an archer yo. XD
@Sigma Hey there! May I ask a question or two about this RP, if that is ok? Just looking around the site this holiday season, thinking about things so i don't join too many RPs on an impulse, and trying to sate the curiosity i have about this RP! :D

1. What's the, ah, general situation in-RP as of current times? Is there a lot of war? Internal civil strife? etc.

2. Would a race based on something like the Valkyria from the Valkyria Chronicles series be potentially acceptable? Aka: A race who exerts great power when exposed to a particularly unique mineral on their homeworld, or something of the sorts, perhaps? Just to get a feel of what kinds of things you would, or would not, accept.

3. Any sort of nations, or races, or such you feel the RP would need..or otherwise better suit it currently? :)

Thank You for your time, and i hope to hear back soon! Ah, if that is ok i mean. ^^;
I'd be game to join and make a master and a servant! :D And this time not using Dimitri!Ajax as my servant idea admittedly.

Maybe an Archer class servant, or perhaps Berserker, but whatever the case I am ok with whichever class. :)

Well, the situation wasn't exactly enviable. Was it better than trying to murder their way out of an ice rink against a bunch of Overzealous Nazis other magical girls who wanted to murder and beat them probably? Yes. That much she could agree on for the moment being. Yet did these people know about her much at all? Admittedly she wasn't a monster girl, or a DMG...heck she herself was purified and made a human of all things from her past "life". It was all so strange, and she had no idea to the point she was keeping on-guard internally. Most she knew was that the girl who had cuffed her seemed sympathetic, the small girl in a military outfit (Violet) she wanted to throttle somewhere far back in her mind, Aurelio was here seemingly briefly and apparently alongside a nasty little glasses-wearing girl....bah. This whole situation truly was far from optimal, but at least wasn't the worst possible thing right now.

Kimble was a mess, beaten seemingly near death and now in a cage of runes. She could at least read and interpret those, that much was the easy part at least. Surviving all of this, saving Kimble, and people not getting slaughtered in an all-out overzealous holy war within Penrose? She had to work on that one in her head for a bit. Statistics could be a fickle mistress. If nothing else, however, her frustrations were enough to outweigh the anxieties...at least for the moment being. Plus the prompt nature of the oncoming trial was something decent, and not some drawn out torture scene at this point.

Though while Alicia was busy talking to Aurelio, the white-haired Serenity found her eyes drifting over towards the girl who had come in here with Aurelio. For a moment anxiety and frustration seemed to find a temporary middle ground, as her curiosity bubbled up.

"...Is there at least someone with a Light spec for this trial, to help confirm the actual truth of our statements to the court?" Serenity asked the other magical girl, seeming to be genuinely curious with the question.

A light spec ensured one could tell if a lie is being told. A neutral function that one could not deny without being a liar themselves, unless the Ascendancy found a way to warp a Light spec to sense anything that was a "lie" to their credo. She wouldn't be surprised if they had found something like that. More than that, she just wished it would all end peacefully. Sure, she agreed that the city needed to be safe. Vile monsters and beings wandering about to harm and hurt and destroy wasn't good, and it wasn't like a regular magical girl couldn't be more monstrous than some monster girls at times as well. Yet what was it a man of this nation had once said? Wanting to be judged "by the content of his character" rather than anything else?

Sophia von Zeerover

It had almost been as if one moment she was firing cannons at her enemy with impunity, the next she was being hugged close to Amaryllis with one arm as the Lich had tried to reach up for her. In fact, the closeness itself was...k-kind of nice, actually. Warm and soft, and like scenes from those romanticized pirate movies her patron had told her about. It was kinda of nice in a general sense. Yet soon Sophia found herself upon a tiny bud of chains...er, ivy? At least she had landed on her feet, and this thing at least served as a foothold (much to the pirate's relief). Though as she stood there a question was thrown her way.

"Queen of the Waves, can you tame the winter sky as well?"

A grin came to Sophia's face in response. What was she, a bleedin' landlubber? Her ship also flew the skies!

Sophia's weapons manifested upon her in a heartbeat, chain arm covering her right arm, the boarding axe/shotgun in her left hand, and the ten rings donning her fingers. Likewise, a pair of brown-feathered wings erupted from the back of her outfit, akin to those of some kind of eagle or hawk. Then without a word, the pirate girl took to the air from her lofty pedestal, and with the grace of an avian predator she swooped right back down towards Billy. Nothing could hide the fire in her eyes, and her axe being at the ready to strike as she carefully observed the target before her.

After all, if this thing was already dead...what was to stop them from trying to carve it up like a Thanksgiving turkey? Or scattering its bits all over the place? Haha! It was time to get to work!

"This is fer' bustin' up mah' ship with yer' trash, ya' mangy bilge-rat!"

Ninha

'Ah.'

Get in close, preparing to attack and moving into the right stance. Then strike from where the opponent wasn't expecting. Ninha had to hand it to her opponent, the girl had quite the sense of timing even for a Time spec girl. She could feel the girl's presence suddenly reappear behind her, that much her senses registered in that moment Sil reappeared nearly back-to-back with her. What a thrill to meet a magical girl with these sorts of talents, yet willing to indulge her in this little introduction! Ah, but back to the matter at hand. She did seem to have at least one thing on her side against this girl, based on what she'd seen so far. Speed. Agility. Dexterity. Whatever one wanted to call it, it seemed to be just enough to potentially let her dodge even with the splendid timing of her opponent's attack. But what fun was that? How hard would her opponent aim to hit to test her own defenses, after all? She wanted to understand that much at least, among other things.

Thus there was only one way this could go.

As Sil's arm extended, body twisted, and stasis-locked hand shot out at the side of Ninha's head, the monster girl didn't seem to budge an inch. As if she couldn't react to the sudden reversal of situation. All she seemed to do, however, was chant a single word in the brief moment of time allotted to her before the attack made contact. That was all she used her at least somewhat superior speed, agility, and dexterity to do. The chanted word was made in a tongue very much foreign to the modern day and age, however, something some might call "alien". Strange as it was, however, the word was still from the human tongue...but one long forgotten by mankind as a whole.

"(Strike)."

Her opponent had revealed a card, and so would she.

Sil's hand crashed into Ninha's head with a solid "thud" after the one word chant was uttered, and the magical girl's strength ensured the blow hit hard enough to smack Ninha's head to the side a little. Yet something would also be apparent. The sheer density of Ninha's head was not like that of a normal living thing with a skull and organs. It was as if it was made of something solid in its entirety, or perhaps had been reinforced with armor. The monster girl's head didn't even give as the blow hit, however, even with Sil's level of strength.

Yet tearing two holes in her very simple white attire as they erupted from her back, a pair of golden-tipped chains appearing like those on Ninha's arms were formed out of the dense, magical, and divine-touched mud composing her body. Though not as tough as her weapon, they were as mighty as her magic could manage...and just as easily controlled as her weapon. Their sharp ends shot out directly towards Sil's own torso (upper and lower), and with the enemy magical girl so close to her the hope of Ninha was to land a blow to test how durable her opponent was. The blow weren't aimed to be lethal, at least~

Link

Now!

Having finally made an opening to exploit, Link's hand went for the Master Sword as he charged forward at the skeleton right in front of him. Out of its purple sheath the holy blade flew, drawn out and stabbing outward in one deft, well-practiced move aimed at the monster's skull as Link leapt up at it. He was aiming to knock down the monster, seeking to regain its footing and reeling from the attack, and pierce his holy blade through its skull at the same time. Or at least get in the stab aimed at its skull. More than that, such damaged armor these evil things wore could not ever resist the holy blade at its full power like it was now. Glowing pure white with a heavenly light, the power of the legendary "Blade of Evil's Bane" would do to this enemy as it had ever done.

From there, perhaps he could move forward and rush the magic casters ahead, as the two skeletal enemies reeling behind him and to the sides recovered. Though that in and of itself was a gambit, as any battle was apt to be like.

Annona Colony - Grand Dock

Feeling the twisting knife of her antsy feelings, Lillianna had begun to listen in on the comms channels to try to keep herself busy and occupied. At least until the princesses would finally arrive. Just what was taking them so long to get here through the tunnel, however? Though she had no idea of that reasoning, the noblewoman did manage to switch to the security comms channel just as something juicy seemed to come over the line. In fact, something perhaps related to the news she'd just been told prior by one of her newer squadmates. Keeping silent, Lillianna listened in for details until finally a familiar name rang over the comms channel.

"Victor Galahad, heading out."

Wait, Victor Galahad? He was here for the parade, right? The Lion if Gibraltar? From what she knew he seemed the seasoned veteran and highly achieved-type, the kinda of guy she'd wanted to maybe spar with if she could get the chance. Always something one could learn from a veteran of their craft. Especially a guy who can pull a situation's head out of its ass.

"Well, lets see what all the ruckus is about right? If we do it right maybe we won't get court martial-ed after this."

Before Lillianna could react, she looked up to see the man himself blitzing towards the end of the hangar. Wasn't hard to think of what the chatter down below was like...or what words were flying around. She was antsy, sure, but she wasn't an ignorant idiot either. Yet at the same time, she couldn't help but briefly laugh her ass off after making sure her comms weren't doing any more than listen in to the security channel. This guy was better than she had thought!

Rushing off into a situation, breaking protocol and the rigid parade formation, and heading off into the heat of it! She so bad wanted to do so, and in part desperately wished she had been the one to do what Galahad there had just done. Then again, if she tried right now it wasn't going to be pretty since the crowd was already riled up. Damn it all! But Galahad's rank, status, and the like wasn't anything to scoff at, so maybe he'd get away with it better than she would be able to? Bah.

Though out of the blue Bernard opened up on her squad's comms line talking to her again, and the man's voice rung over the speakers in the cockpit.

"Avocati, seems the situation is getting more dire. Sure' you don't want to get outta here and-?"

That little smart-ass in his teasing voice...kicking her while she was down! No more today! A scowl rapidly wrote itself onto Lillianna's face as she quickly pinged back in to her team's comms channel with a growling tone.

"That's it. I damn well warned you, but ya' opened your mouth again.

Bernard, you're running combat exercises all through tonight, and I'm going to track your flight time after I get up tomorrow. If you haven't done it right, you'll do it again the next night.

Now stand the hell at attention, and don't ping me in the comms again unless its a serious matter. That goes for everyone."

The others were probably listening in. Or maybe a few of them were. She wasn't a paragon of discipline herself, but her ass took her job seriously when it came to her squad. Newbies had to learn to keep themselves in line, at least enough to not die or piss off the upper brass, if she had to be frank about the matter. Even if that meant she had to break them in the "old fashioned way" as Hiroshi might have put it. Heh...old man knew how to give advice at least, among other things.

But if nothing else, well, perhaps she could ask about things due to what was going on? Gilbert had a stick up his ass, but at least he wasn't like some nobles she'd seen. Opening her comms once more, the readhead decided that it was at least worth a shot.

"Hey Gilbert, what's going on out there? I have a newbie over here tryin' to listen in on the other comms channels, and while he's getting some discipline tonight over it...I just want to confirm."

The Ascendancy. That name sent some chills down the magical girl maid's spine, and caused her to stop walking where she stood. Nothing her former self had feared or loathed one bit, but even so that past self had learned much of them. Fanatics that shot first, assumed the worst, and maybe asked questions later when it came down to it. A very unreasonable force that, in lieu of them all having been kidnapped for a time and missing, would more than likely assume they had abandoned the place to all the hellish forces that had descended upon it by this point. That was just the tip of the iceberg of the worries that surged through Serenity's mind about it all, however. Herself and certain others were already at risk just from the Ascendancy's reputation in regards to monsters and dark magical girls. Not that she herself was either, as she wasn't but she had been...ah...something not so good beforehand.

"...I'm still coming to meet with you three. If they are after Sylvia, much less all of us I'd want to think, then being together might be safer," Serenity said, speaking once more after a brief moment of pause, her tone somewhat grim but attempting to eek out some sort of hope that things would go well...despite her own gut feelings on the matter, "I'll transform to get there as fast as I can, since no one is actually out here right now."

Not that she blamed anyone for not being outside around this point in time...Penrose hadn't been going so well overall with all of them missing. But quickly transforming in a nearby side alley, Serenity bolted to meet up with Alicia and the others at the ice rink.

Yet seeing the weak smiles fade from the faces of Sylvia and Sally after getting to the meeting place, however, only seemed to stoke the uneasiness the magical maid felt about things. She lightly shook her head side to side when asked about if she had seen Aurelio, joining the others on the ice rink itself, though merely nodded as she listened to Sylvia's explanations about the Ascendancy and overall situation. Yet just before she could respond to it all with her own thoughts, perhaps even a suggestion in the tentative sense, a tapping on the ice and resulting reveal sent a chill down the magical maid's spine. It was at least a small comfort to be already transformed...but she wasn't sure how much that helped the situation either.

In the end, however, they had been already cornered. Serenity did her best to keep a straight and calm face as their pursuers appeared all around them, but the bloodlust from the scantily-dressed military girl was just oozing with eager bloodlust for the "hard way" the girl had spoken whilst demanding Sylvia to de-transform and submit for arrest. It was disgusting, frightening, and angering all at the same time, but before more could continue Serenity at least attempted to say something. Better than trying to attack or something drastic right now, at least in theory. She just hoped these people wouldn't force a fight on their end.

"Please listen to reason. We were all kidnapped by a Lesser Force for an unknown amount of time, went through major time dilation on the way back, and all of us as well as others that also returned to the city can corroborate that story. We had no choice in being gone!" The magical girl said, seeking to be polite and civil in her tone and consistency...took a lot to not stutter in the process to boot.

'Though if you want to draw blood so badly you'll act like mentally-retarded zealots, just wait for your own 'time of month' and you'll have plenty of blood to shed on your own....'

However, that could not stop some internal and personal thoughts of hers...at least the ones that emerged into her mind from the disgust and frustrations she felt with the matter. Was a way to try to cope silently right now, unless one of these girls was a Psychic spec for some reason. That was a terrifying thought in and of itself, no pun intended.

Sophia von Zeerover

"Bloody took yeh' long enuff', lass! Was gonna call ya ta' go huntin round ere'! Hahaha!"

The sudden call as she'd been searching had been disruptive, but Sophia knew she could only respond in one way when an ally called upon her. There was only one thing she knew would satiate the need for something to do as well right now. Billy, Mariette, and the Knight of the Rose herself would soon see a flying ship swooping down from the sky from behind Amaryllis as it moved swiftly down in their direction. Its cannons were already prepared as it slid into a drift in the air, as if it was some sort of hot rod racing car, as it neared the intersection and began firing.

"EAT THIS MAGICAL EXPLOSIVE SHOT, YA' SHITE' LIL' GHOSTY FECKERS!!!" Sophia cried aloud with a blood-lusting fervor and excitement, her weapons in her hands as the cannons concentrated their magical cannon fire at their assigned targets, "AN' LOOK OUT BELOW LASS!"

..Perhaps there was a bit too much zeal in that entrance of hers, but Sophia didn't much care about that. She just didn't want to hit her ally, and this was a limited window of time. Firing her cannons straight on at Billy and the army truck, the pirate aimed to intercept them before they got to Amaryllis or too close for her to fire at them. The explosive magical cannonballs themselves, however, sped down towards their targets in a concentration that would likely tear up the street and intersection...but at least spare the buildings nearby. Especially any civilians in nearby buildings potentially. The cute Goo Lass had told her that was a good thing. Yes.

Ninha

Sil's shield connected with the hastily-thrown-out attack, the goblin corpse deflecting the chain strike to the side as she charged Ninha with her knife. However, the green-haired magical girl did not move to block or deflect the attack aimed for her own gut. Instead, the chain that had been deflected suddenly turned, moving around the shield and rapidly extending towards Sil again from behind now. It was almost like the weapon had a mind of its own...or someone was controlling it like an extension of themselves. Whatever the case was, Ninha also cocked back her left arm as the chains on it move to coat her fist in preparation for a counterattack when Sil would finally strike her up close.

From what she noticed so far, her opponent was using Time magic, and had performed a clever move to deflect her initial attack. Very nice indeed. But what would she do against a sudden attack from behind and a visible counterattack from the front? What would her opponent's attack even do to her? It excited her visibly to be able to eventually see what this stranger had in store to try to harm her. Multiple powers and specs were not uncommon, after all, among other unique attributes that could be found out there inn the world of magical girls. For now, however, the drum-like thrum of battle rang in the cold and frigid air about them.

It had been so long.

@FamishedPants
Serenity Gates

Finally, her call had gotten through! Yet Alicia's tone as she asked if she was alright seemed to prod the uneasiness building within Serenity's mind. It somewhat sounded to her as well like the Seraph was somewhere outside, much like herself, which sent off more mental alarm bells in her own current state.

"I-I'm fine, Alicia...b-but I'm not sure Penrose is. I feel like something even worse is going to happen, and I can't seem to shake the f-feeling. I wanted to come meet up with you, a-and m-maybe help find what's going on. N-Not much on Glimmr except for a new store being open.

Where are you right now? I-If you're busy, I can help if y-you'd like. Maybe I can head to the base and wait for you there otherwise?"

The cold wasn't helping her current effort to talk clearly into the phone.

How long had they all been gone? What had gone on other than the seemingly more obvious monster encroachment? Too many questions darted about in her mind as well, and untold millennia of memories and knowledge and experience proved to be a cluster of so many potentialities that it was almost maddening. In lieu of the local chapter being missing, other magical girls could have moved in, or taken over places as their bases, or something of the sort. Certain other potentialities she kept held back on the edges of her train of thought, things that she'd not want to assume unless someone told her. Regardless, the former horror continued to trudge through the snow as quick as she could briskly walk...all she listened for Alicia's response with rapt attention.

Ninha

Hmm? Another hunter was in the area, perhaps, that much she could postulate from the palpable feeling of a monster's fear in the air. Such dark creatures, such merciless killers, and yet they sought to preserve themselves like their prey attempted to. In a sense it was poetic, the hunter behaving as the hunted would. Yet this aside, the other huntress seemed to finally notice her before taking up an aggressive stance. So stoic and cold was her expression, but so clear was her body language and the intent reeking from it. Perhaps one of the magical girls who had reappeared here an hour ago, returning to her turf? Perhaps. Perhaps not. But something inside of herself itched, scratched for activity that it hadn't had in a long time.

The reason for this person's appearance here almost didn't matter to Ninha, and turning to Silhouette the green-haired monster girl opened out her arms in a seemingly accepting fashion. Her small smile opened up into a larger and more gentle expression on her face, and for a moment she felt a small chill of excitement run up her non-existent spine.

"Are you one of the returned, come to join in the thrill of the hunt? Or perhaps you came to practice against the beasts or other intruders in this city? Haha!

Ah...apologies, I really am making assumptions here for a newcomer to the area. All without a proper introduction at that!"

Despite her cordial and very casual tone of voice, however, Ninha materialized her chains on her forearms as she spoke to Sil. Something about this girl made her want to...to fight! Was it the feeling of a killer that hung about her in the air? Was it the lifeless and unhesitating expression she wore as she went in for the kill? Was it sheer boredom of some years without her having a good PvP match? Whatever it was, it almost seemed to sing within her in this moment.

"Let us introduce ourselves the old-fashioned way,, at least to entertain ourselves for the moment? At least while the zealots are minding their own business away from this location."

Without hesitation, Ninha's body seemed to shift as it moved from a stance of open arms into an open charge directly towards Sil. Ninha's right arm also lashed out with the magically-extending chains wrapped around her forearm shooting out towards the other girl on what would be Sil's left. There was no hesitation nor emotion in the green-haired monster girl's actions, merely pure and predatory intent radiated outward to send a very clear message.
