Anna is a high spirited teenage girl that is living her life to the fullest apart from her still not having a boyfriend. Anna is very eccentric and calm person. She is always seen as an odd ball due to her clumsiness, she trips a lot and hurts herself all the time. Despites that she is still a very sweet and patented girl that likes to care for others. She always is seen as a calm minded girl when she isn't in any danger. There are times that she can freak out and stress because of the smallest things like meeting new people but others like that habit more than hating it about her. Anna won't hurt a bug but instead is oftenly found careneshing for others.
Background
Anna always had quite a normal life, she could go to a normal school, had a normal house, ate enough and many more. There was nothing special about it at all. Even her quirk didn't add much spice to her life, it helped her with small things, mostly stuff that was falling over and not much more. Well there was this one time where she saved a few people after the car of a thief that was driving for his life crashed into the pillar of a building. She was able to support the front of the building long enough for people to escape. When she was done she fell and hit her head on a nearby fence and passed out.
Furthermore, normal! At middle school she wasn't even remotely close getting her first kiss or even holding hands. Her life was a nightmare for a teenage girl. After middle school Anna had chosen a decent school where she could learn a lot... Only to find out she had failed the entrance exam. Such things could happen but that she failed the upcoming 4 too!? Well that is how she pretty much ended up here, school entrance exam number 6.
Quirk
Stabilizing / Destabilizing - With this Anna is able to stabilize or destabilize anything within a 10 meter radius one at the time and as long as she concentrates. The effect will only last as long as she concentrates on a specific thing. Her quirk can be use on objects like buildings or fruit but doesn't have any effect on living beings except for if they have quirks.
Destabilizing - People with quirks will lose control over their power untill Anna is stopped with using her quirk.
Stabilizing - She can help others by stabilizing their quirk and reinforce stuff like walls or falling buildings so it stops falling. She will still get the same side effect.
Side effect - After long use she herself gets destabilized meaning that she will lose control over her quirk and won't be able to use it any longer. Another side effect is that she loses control over her own balance and will likely fall.

Karen is a very reluctant girl. After her quirk had developed she was engulfed by a severe depression. Being trapped and not being able to do anything normal anymore was a little too much for her to handle. Karen turned herself away from her family and friends making it only worse for herself. Until now she hasn’t talked with her own voice neither has she shown any form of a smile. She always turns her eyes away when someone tries talking to her and mostly only replies when she is forced too.
Few people have seen her open up to others, still it is not impossible. Karen can be found quite happy and jolly in her cyber form or through texting and definitely shows affection towards the things she wants or finds cute. You just have to help her a bit.
Karen has created a simple AI that she can send out to do small tasks for her. The AI is programmed to fill up the silence Karen leaves behind. AI is created of one of her favorite anime characters that inspires her. She is very jolly, cheerful and very noisy since Karen actually wishes to be like her, but she rarely is send out since she is incomplete.
Background
Yada yada yada, Karen was a little bit of a late bloomer. She had gotten her quirk at the age of 12 which made a big change on her life. It was pretty obvious that she was eventually gonna get a quirk yet it came like a hit. Karen didn't expect the quirk to completely change her body. In most cases mutations happen at birth but in order for her to transform she had to have an old enough body or she would be forever stuck in the cyber world as a baby. She didn't know how to handle such a situation. She felt trapped, trapped in a body she didn't understand. She was stuck in her phone for about a week, Karen was too scared to go to school at all or even how she would go. It was so weird that someone could carry her in such a small box or that she could be put to sleep with the click of the button. It was too much...
Fear, anxiety, Karen couldn't function normally she was scared, constantly! It slowly began to meld in with her. She stopped doing the things she used to do, conversing became less. She was struck by constant fear. Even after she learned to get out of that horrible world she didn't go back to normal. She had completely stopped talking, it was either that she didn't want to talk anymore or couldn't talk anymore nobody knew. The doctors couldn't say. There seemed to be nothing wrong with her at all.
Still, Karen learned to live with it eventually. She felt mad that she didn't grow any more but there could be done nothing about that. Luckily she was always a huge nerd. She was slightly above average good with computers, it was only improving with her being data herself. She had learned some neat tricks that added to her quirk and noted how fast she could travel around in this form.
Karen eventually finished primary school with a private teacher. She really needed someone to guide her or she would stay broken and quiet forever. Her parents wanted to take another step by sending her to a public school where she could learn to get back into society again. Komei academy got the pleasure by this rebelling girl. And so it began...

Description
Digitize - From the very first moment she got her quirk her body has been encoded and transferred to the cyber world chock full of data. Her body has two forms, the one she uses to travel through the data and the one she has in real life. The only way for Karen to be in the real world is to form herself next to an electronic object like a smartphone or a computer. Karen can only stay in the real world as long as she is in contact with the electronic object or in a two meter radius. As soon as she is past that radius her body will immediately disintegrate and be send back into the cyber world again to the closest object. Her body is physical when she is in the real world and can be touched and the likes. The moment her body dissipates it can only be affected by water, electricity, magnetism or other forms that affect digital forms.
Her body has several weaknesses. Water will make her body unable to get back into the cyber world and keep hurting her till her body is dried up again. Electricity can make her short circuit and pass out or make her body dissipate back into the cyber world again.
When she wants to go into the real world the digital object has to have some space for her to appear. Otherwise she might get trapped or suffocate in a wall or something. Distortion signals can trap her too so she is stuck in the object she is in at the moment. She can still go between the two worlds at that point but is unable to travel to other devices.
Semi immortality - Her body has stopped with aging from the age of 12. She is still very vulnerable to mortal wounds and diseases her body is still so young and weak after all.
Digital control - After some time Karen has gotten used to her power and is able to move herself over the web and all. She has become rather fluent at hacking and controlling electronic objects.
