For you bunnies specifically, seeing as you lack a node. hmmm. I might be able to resell their medicine much further afield. the CPU would be very interested in the existence of magic so a chance to study that would be welcome. any info on other factions you gather. various levels of diplomatic relations, be it simply agreeing to not attack each other or some level of cooperation.

I haven't quite decided what is required to make clones yet, be it a live template or just DNA, but the ability to make a crack squad of bullet hell generating bunny clone commandos would be pretty neat.

Really, a lot of the factions have poor experiences with AIs: Battlestar(toasters: they where at war with them right before they arrived), Grineer(Syndicates: a war with them caused the collapse of human civilization), GDI(CABAL: made by Kane, tried to take over the world with armies of cyborgs) and the Mechanicus(the Iron men: caused the dark age of technology, also AI is HERASY!)

Having hopped up onto the log she was grateful to find that the other side was not secretly hiding a pit of vipers(be they alien or terrestrial) or something equally nasty.

In the little enclosed space was a single mighty tree, around which a few small plants grew, though what they where she had no idea. Herbology was not her strong point. Somewhat bizarrely there was also a small chest sitting in the grass, that looked both like antique and that it had been built yesterday. A replica perhaps, or more time malarkey?

”If you two gentlemen want to go see if the chest and plants might be useful, I’ll stay up here to give you a hand climbing back out again”

She turned from where she was standing and, after examining the group heading further out and realising she did not trust most of it. She would have to rely on

”Ceder. Could you follow after them, at a safe distance, and shout to us if anything bad happens?”

She really did not trust either the alien, the mutant or the, now that she thought about him, rather disturbing Batter to act as reliable sources of information one whether they were in trouble or not.

”Julian, go with them and obey orders Ceder and... ” she trailed off realized she didn’t know the bearded mans name. She couldn't exactly rely on the voiceless soldier to give him commands either. Not wanting to go back on her order for fear of hurting the girl’s already battered feelings, she effectively gave command over the killer robot to Ceder and only Ceder. This was perhaps not the wisest of moves.

Julian gave his slave driver the flattest look he could manage with an expressionless face. After his re-programming blocked the tirade of anger and frustration he was going to give about being put under the command of the weedy wallflower, stood from where he was kneeling and marched over to the teenager. After wordlessly staring at her with his singular glowing red eye for an uncomfortable amount of time he said:

”Let’s get this over with shall we. I await your command O tiny mistress”

Julian layered as much hatred and contempt into those last words as he could without being overridden, which to his great sorrow wasn’t anywhere close to a fraction of the amount that he desired.

Huh, if I haven't apped a faction already and shot my wad, I'd have switched out a Battlestar for the UEF of 'Supreme Commander'.

A relatively self-sustaining, rapidly built automated army with a giant mecha as its comand unit? Huh, what's not to like? Ah well, another time and RP.

I thought running as the cybran, but considering build times in that game are canon there is no way that after a month they would not have won already.

Man, my faction's guild would like to advertise as well but the faction needs to have some sort of broadcast radio for that to be possible.

The dummies will sell you a radio if you want one. plus energy weapons and very unsafe rocket craft. actually they'd probably give your faction a radio for free specifically so they can sell you other stuff.

I am probably going to gradually (to avoid spamming everyone with a similar event simultaneously) send a bunch of rockets to every visible node once I know where I am starting from, so that will solve some of the communications problems of the pre-radio factions.

If anyone specifically doesn't want a bunch of bright yellow droids showing up on their doorstep to sell you things, or alternatively wants to be fast tracked onto the arrive scheduled, let me know.

Would it be OK to make another interest check/ad for the role play though? I don't want to seem desperate or anything. We have a good number of players now, it's just a lot of them are busy is all. Maybe it might be better to simply bump and update the old interest check thread? I'll have to think on it, besides I have another potential player on the way.

the RP is 3 months old. that is kind of impressive for an rp really. getting some fresh blood in at this poit probably doesn't seem to desperate, particularly considering it went on hiatus for a wee bit. naturally, it's up to you whether you want to or not.

also, seeing as i forgot to ask last time, how are you doing today?

rather well, all things considered. The things considered being a particularly bad run of league of legends games.

on the rp side of things, do you think it would be a good Idea to put up another ad, seeing as the north group could easily have a few new peeps added to it?

also it is a shame Poppy isn't down in the south, as she is probably the right height to a proper chest opening animation.

get the battle-star people to help you. with your forces combined you have a grand total of 2 battleships which are both smaller than and have a lower tech level than star-destroyers.

this is all assuming the empire dos not take that water spot and become a traditional navy.
