Welcome to Cartoon Network Fusion, a Roleplay in the style of many DC/Marvel Roleplays where you reimagine your favorite Cartoon Network characters, and reimagine them in a whole new light.

The basic premise is simple; a few years ago (well in Cartoon time), everyone was living fine and dandy, until a series of portals had opened up. Linking each of the worlds to each other. The first contact between worlds was less than ideal, with many getting into confrontations before an alliance was formed when Father from Codename Kids Next Door went on a rampage through the multiverse. Since then, the heroes of the multiverse had formed an alliance known as "The Defenders of the Multiverse." An alliance of heroes made to assist each other, and fight evil no matter where it is. The Defenders are in the middle of a golden age.

This RP will be a love letter to nineties kids, and I plan to weave a very engaging story with these reimagined characters. The Roleplay will be a simple semi-sandbox (or linear sandbox) where I give players plots, and actions, and freedom to act as they please within them. This RP will be in the style of Kingdom Hearts with the idea of a multiverse, and themes. The tone will be, like the source material, very lighthearted, and somewhat comedic, with some dark moments here and there.

1. OOC Rules

^{⋗ 1 . 1 |} Remember that everybody is here to have fun above all else. We may throw a few flowery jabs at each other, but remember it's all in good fun. The Golden rule is: don't be a dick.

^{⋗ 1 . 2 |} That said, remember that I have the full right to deny anyone access to the RP, and I am not remove anyone from the RP should they get too unruly. I hope it doesn't come to that, but I'm just putting that out there.

^{⋗ 1 . 3 |} I (And any Co-GMs I may elect) have the final say in all matters - we aren't tyrants, but I will put my foot down. Please make any edits to your character sheet/posts/etc that you were requested to. If you're too unruly, I'll have no choice but to enact ^1.2.

^{⋗ 1 . 4 |} I enforce a policy of not informing people of every time they should post (unless their character is in the middle of interactions). If you go inactive without a peep, I'm not going to babysit you. It's a player's responsibility to keep up with the RP.

^{⋗ 1 . 5 |} Please be respectful towards all other players.

^{⋗ 1 . 6 |} Please do not post a "wip" sheet. I find it very irritating when someone posts an incomplete character sheet. If you want me to read over what you have so far, just PM it to me. If you need a place to work on it just private message the sheet to yourself (or write it on one of many platforms).

^{⋗ 1 . 7 |} This RP will strictly be "first come, first serve." Meaning I will not reserve any characters/etc, and they will go to whoever finishes their character sheet first. If there's a conflict over it, I will decide the outcome.

^{⋗ 1 . 8 |} Character applications will go into the OOC (where we can work things out) until they are accepted. In other words, the character tab is for accepted characters only. Also, do not "reserve" a spot in the Character Tab unless you were given permission to by me.

^{⋗ 1 . 9 |} I am very thorough and critical when judging character sheets. Don't take it as a personal attack, I just have some pretty high (well, unrealistically high) standards. I'll try to dial it back.

^{⋗ 1 . 10 |} Try to keep the OOC active as possible. Even chit-chatting about random games is perfectly okay.

2. IC Rules

[^{⋗ 2 . 1 |} No Powergaming, God-Modding, Metagaming, etc, etc... You know, the "don't"'s of Roleplaying. You know the dealio.

^{⋗ 2 . 2 |} Let me say now; the story will be pretty fast-paced at times (the way I enjoy them). If you don't think you can keep up with it, then I don't recommend joining. But, I will try not to leave people behind.

^{⋗ 2 . 3 |} Adding onto the above, the story will be a little messy with a lot of different storylines running alongside each other - with lots of characters. If you don't think you can handle that, then I don't think you should join.

^{⋗ 2 . 4 |} The Roleplay will have plenty of collaboration posts, as I think they are good for the pacing I desire. I heavily recommend you do collaboration posts for most of your interactions.

^{⋗ 2 . 5 |} All I ask for is one post a week. If it's been a week since your last post, your character will be placed into the inactive section until they are written off. Once a character is inactive however, they are officially an NPC, and can be used freely by the GMs, or the players.

^{⋗ 2 . 6 |} I am not a sickler for post length. I'd rather have a meaningful paragraph, over a essay full of filler.

^{⋗ 2 . 7 |} Romance/Whatever is allowed in the RP. Just, ehhhh, refrain from being that guy that forces his dream romance on the cast.

^{⋗ 2 . 8 |} To keep things a bit more organized, please say where your post is taking place at the start of your post.

^{⋗ 2 . 9 |} If you're also expecting me to hold your hand every step of the way, then you're going to be disappointed. This is going to be an RP that rewards taking initiative, and starting plotlines of your own. I'll provide a storyline, but I'm not going to be railroading everyone.

3. Character Creation Rules

^{⋗ 3 . 1 |} I expect some moderate detail when writing your character sheet. Remember, you are encouraged to reimagine characters, and make them different from their source material.

^{⋗ 3 . 2 |} If your goal is to basically make the strongest/best character, and try to "win" the Roleplay, let me stop you here and say you won't get far. This is a story, not a place for you to wank your OP self-insert. Nothing says "I'm a bad writer" to me than giving your character the strongest abilities (along with an asston of skills). As I said above, I am very critical, and will not hesitate to ask you to change whatever I dislike about your character sheet.

^{⋗ 3 . 3 |} Every player is allowed two characters, and one character per universe. This is just so nobody hogs all the main characters, but I will be more lenient about this rule later on.

^{⋗ 3 . 4 |} No original characters.

^{⋗ 3 . 5 |} If any series isn't on the list above, then you cannot use characters and materials them.

^{⋗ 3 . 6 |} Keep in mind that this will be a action-based Roleplay, but I will not be dictating how people write their characters to save myself a headache. If you want to write Ed bashing people with his head to win fights, then go ahead.
