Hello! I'm Jones! and if you stumbled upon my page, I must have struck your interest!
I like to think that I'm a storyteller. I joined this site to create characters, and worlds I can put myself in. Every post I make will be to the best of my ability, and I hope anyone who stumbles upon my name can see that :D
-I LOVE anything Captain America or Marvel related
-I have been RP'ing for over ten years now so I got some experience
- I do my best to try and have a wide range of RP genres
-I'm mostly do 1X1's and Casual/advanced RP's
-I'm a 20 something year old male high school teacher living in the Pacific North West of the US!
- I love meeting new RP'ers and seeing what we can create together!
- I'm a sucker for romance <3
Like i said previously, I’m a high school teacher, so there are specific times of the year where I get bombarded with things so I might not be on for a couple days, and if that's the case I'm trying to let anyone know so they aren't left wondering.
But like I said I love it when people contact me and ask if I want to RP with them, or have an idea and want my skills, and odds are I love the same thing, so If anyone wants to collab just shoot me a PM!

It's funny, isn't it? All of humanity claims that you are all nothing but myths and legends, and yet here you are; their last hope for survival. They have no idea that those myths were not made up, but in fact the things that truly shaped the way the world was... But nothing lasts forever, does it? When one civilization falls, as do their deities.
Do you know where a God goes when he dies?
They simply burn out. Everything that once made them powerful and almighty leaves them, putting them in a state of limbo. You have been here for quite some time... But now you must wake up.
Humanity is on the brink of extinction. A dark, ancient evil that has been sleeping since the beginning of time has fully awoken. He has joined forces with dark and dangerous creatures from all myths throughout the course of history for one goal: to bring the end of days. Of course mere mortals won't realize that what these creatures are. They're shrouded in magic, taking shapes and forms of things that would be easier to explain in their safe little bubble. Water spirits turn into hurricanes, ravenous helldogs are rabid wolves, Iron golems are earthquakes, you get the picture.
While the world blows these things off like weird phenomenon; the longer they do nothing, the longer They get stronger. Oh, I know you want to know who "They" are, but all in due time, Champion. As for now, I was chosen to pick the mightiest of Gods for their chance of redemption.
You will have a second chance. A chance to mold the world yet again, but be warned; it will not be an easy task. It never is. you will return to the earth as a mortal, and for your sake, our memory will be gone. I will fill your mind with the knowledge of how the world is. Fear not, your identity will return to you, and some memories even I cannot take from you; including your abilities. To hide yourself you must start off unnoticeable, because when you gain full power, it will be far too late for Them to attack. Many trials are ahead of you. You will feel love, pain, victory, defeat, and so much death... But you will prevail. You Gods always seem to.
When you awake, you must find the other Chose on this adventure. Your paths are all intertwined, so it will not be too difficult. Be wary, Champion, for your presence is strong even at this state. Creatures and people will be more than willing to kill you. Oh, and be careful on the New York subways, they truly are worse than the pits of Hades.
Go now, Hero! Take control of the world you once held in the palm of your hands!

If it wasn't explained properly, this RP will be set in modern day, with an ancient and evil threat known as "Them" for now, has resurrected all of humanity's mythological creatures in hopes to destroy humanity. While mortals can't see the creatures, they definitely feel their presence, and destruction. Chosen Deities from different myths have been brought back to the world, first as mortals, to come together to defeat the forces that want to destroy who they once looked over!
Here are some rules that YOU MUST FOLLOW:
1) Please stick to one character. Technically you can have two or more if your deity is associated with someone else, but try to stay away from that.
2) Please be respectful! I don't know why I have to make this a rule but some of you guys can be rude and we aren't about that here -.- If there's any miscommunication, or there's some conflict, please try to settle it peacefully or get a GM to help out :)
3) I prefer quality over quantity, but seeing as how this is in the Casual section, please try to do at least a paragraph in your posts, it'll help people work off your actions and stuff!
4) Please don't spam the IC! There will be a lot of people in a lot of different time zones, so we have to make sure that everyone gets a chance on the action!
5) Lastly, this is a hobby! I know a lot of people get into their RP's, but unfortunately with the way the world is, my time on the site can be very limited. I apologize in advance, but if you're committed to this world, I'll be right there with you :)

God Name:
Mortal Name: An alias that ordinary people will know you by
Origin/God of: Greek, Norse, Egyptian, Chinese, etc./ god of the sea, love, the sun, etc.
Apperance: What you will look like as a mortal (you can add to what your god/dess actually looks like too as a bonus)
God history: Just a brief history so people can get a little context for your deity. Especially if they are lesser known. Can be a link to a site too!
Personality:
Weapon(s) : Can also be a symbol or item that represents the god/dess
Relationships/friendships: Can be progressed through the RP, mostly made for which characters you have a connection with
Other: Anything else you would like to add, put it here!
