Linea & Sienna

“nother day, nother sun!” Said one of a duo of
fox girl twins that walked down the streets of Infinitum, their destination, the airport, where they were meant to meet an old acquaintance of the that was also part of the blues.
“Likewise, Oneesama, the elements are quite amiable today.” The other
fox girl said, in a slightly morose tone.
“That was quite a blast (literally), but our job is done for now. You know what this mean, right Linea?” Sienna, the older sister of the Aquarian duo of Imperial spies and part-time adventurers, spread her arms wide, stretching her muscles as if she was plant of some sort, trying to absorb the power of the sun into her.
“I do, Oneesama, mom will be happy when we come back to explore Arcadia again.”“You can bet she ‘ll…” Sienna paused when she noticed someone walking around the port in a way that made it quite clear that they were looking for a ride. Well, a fellow adventurer can’t let others in need, can it? Also, an extra pair of hands would be most appreciable, in case the person was headed to Arcadia as well.
“Yo! Looking for a ride? We are going to leave for Aquaria, and then, Arcadia with a friend, we can drop you anywhere you'd like on that route, as long as there’s an airport nearby.” Sienna said to the, seemingly adventurer, who turned out to be no one other than Alex.
Alex had been confident as he headed to the port, still certain that he would snag a ride to Arcadia somehow. Given how everyone was all in a panic over the recent announcement, that meant that security precautions would be a bit more lax, and lax security meant that it would be that much easier for him. He had snuck into the Citadel after all, and compared to that a ship would be easy.
So he proceeded along at a calm pace, relaxed and basking in his own ego. All in all things were going fairly well for him, he had his tome concealed, and had stocked up on things he would nee for the journey. Of course he didn't have all of it, but he had a few things. The rest could come once he was in Arcadia and could purchase from one of the outposts there.
Before he could actually make it to the port though, he found someone else calling to him, one of a duo who seemed to be headed to the port as well. A keen eye looked them over, noting the fox ears, the gear that they had, and the near identical appearances. Well then, wasn't this the interesting find? And here they were, just offering him a ride to Arcadia.
He shifted his path then, walking over to the girls as he bowed to them both. "Thank you," he replied as he put on all due grace and attempted to turn on the charm as well. "As a matter of fact I am." He was surprised to hear of their ultimate destination though, and let it be known as it flashed across his features. "As a matter of fact, I'm trying to get to Arcadia as well. With all this ruckus over the Relics, it seemed like a good place to try my hand at exploring. Especially since it isn't a place most would consider going with how dangerous it can be."
It seemed luck was turning his way, he noted with a grin. He was more than grateful for it. Now he would just have to see how far it took him, before he had to put his own skills to use.

Minutes later, the Aquarian Sisters would be arriving at the port, besides Tori’s location, with Alex in tow. Sienna, like always, waved and called for the bespectacled scholar’s attention with her energetic voice
”Yo! If it ain’t Tori of all people. How much time is it since we last met?””Greetings, Tori-san, it’s been a long time.” Said Linea as she approached Tori with a faint smile, which was rare in and of it itself. Even so, the glasses-wearing girl was a rare colleague in pretty much everything similar to them, to the point that Linea considered Tori a surrogate sister.
”Anyway, we’re here because a blue bird told us that you needed a ship to Arcadia. Well, you’re a lucky gal, ‘cause mom sent one to get us. It’ll be arriving any moment from now.” Sienna said, she didn’t needed to be more detailed, since Tori knew all too well that the Aquarian Twins lived in Aquaria, in fact being the closest thing to princesses that the City of Water had. And with all its libraries, universities and proximity to Arcadia, Aquaria was a paradise for bookworms like Tori and the Aquarian sisters, that’s a fact.
”So, you wanna come or not? Linea and I won’t take no as answer, though. Oh, by the way, this is another traveler going to Arcadia, he’ll be coming with us search the relics. An extra pair of hands to do the heavy lifting doesn’t hurt, does it?” Sienna said, all but admitting that they had shanghaied Alex to be their longshoreman, perhaps jokingly, perhaps not.
Either way, the sisters turned their pretty foxy tails and began to go to the marked port, after waiting a few seconds for their companions’ reactions.
