⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Thana Martin

Location: Agriculture: Storage (West Side between Inner and Outer Wall)

Hearing the door close Thana's brow slightly as she turned away from the wheelbarrow, looking over at Ash as he came towards her. He didn't have to say anything, she could see by the look on his face that he had chosen the more private of the two options. Smirking a bit as he cupped her cheeks, her arms laced over his shoulders. "Well I don't know if ya can. Men aren't exactly known for being the best at multitasking," she teased before his lips found hers. Tightening her arms she pulled herself closer to him and pressed her body against his; returning each nip and tease she gave her. Her eyes drifted open as the kiss opened and the smirk returned to her freshly kissed lips.

"I would be a bit disappointed if you'd rather be tending to tomatoes," she said in a sly voice as she kept her form molded to his. She knew they had work to tend to, things needed to be done. That was the way it always was in this day and age. Yet she also knew that Ash had been through a lot today. Several dead, one exiled. It couldn't be easy. Especially with him thinking he was seeing things now, so maybe a bit of a distraction was a good thing but not too much. The last thing she felt he needed was for the both of them to be caught in flagrante delicto by one of the other residents of Newnan. It would call into question his judgement of handing over a lead position to someone that had only been in the town for a day. Some would call it favoritism, it wouldn't matter that she had a doctorate in the field of botany and could grow plant nearly anywhere.

"But we need to get this done. So let's get to work and then... clean ourselves up," she suggested as she whispered into his ear before nipping gently at his lobe, pulling it between her teeth softly before she pulled away from him and pointed over towards a pile of bricks. A flash of desire was still in her eyes and she was pretty sure he would get the gist of what she was insinuating. At least she hoped he did, especially after last night. "Alright, get dirty or I won't have anything to clean up later," she said with a a small chuckle as she turned and bent over to grab one of the buckets from storage.

Lola Holler

Location: Heading Towards A Meeting

Lola looked over towards Thalia and smirked. "Bitch please. They try to take me or my girl and they are going to be getting a good old fashion pa-pa-pa-pow!" she said holdings her hand up, balled into a fist, before her face and giving a few jabs before turning her attention back to where it should have been the entire time - the road. Yeah, she could duck and cover, let all hell break loose but that just wasn't her way. She was the one that made hell break loose and everyone else duck and cover. Sure having a tank wasn't a catch all for every but it was a damn fine foundation on which to build on, not to mention it was a very good at being a huge intimidation factor when meeting up with new people. Like having a taser or can of mace back before the world went to hell in a handbasket, by about 9000.

Hearing Thalia thank her she glanced over at her out of the corner of her eye. It wasn't every day that the girl said something seriously in a nice way. "Hey I got your back girl," she said simply as they continued on their way. She wasn't gunning it like she could have, taking her time now as they made their turns down the road. She didn't want to get there first. If they got there first and the people they were meeting spotted the tank they might back out and she didn't want to leave Thalia with the first connection or word she had had about her family to vanish into the melting snow town. Getting there second would mean they would be there, set up, and would have to see the tank coming. Hopefully not giving them a chance to run for the hills. Plus it would give Lola a chance to weigh these people before they even arrived. If they hid and waited for them to arrive that right then would set up a red flag in her book.

"Well I say Gramps, if you hang in it through here, you might just get a full meal out of us yet," she chuckled. She wasn't joking though as much as it could be taken that way. The man didn't have to be trucking along though a thought did hit her. This guy came out of no where, and had a walkie set. Could he know these blokes that they were meeting up with? Is that why the phone suddenly was answered after all these years? Oh yeah, her conspiracy theories were running wild today. Thing was, the idea wasn't that far out in left field. She wanted to bring it up to Thalia but in the close confines of the tank, voices traveled. She'd just have to keep an eye on this guy.

Tatiana Korvo

Location: The Newnan's House (Building F)

Tatiana looked over towards Ray and gave him an understanding look. "Hey stop that. You aren't a burden. Okay, vell you can be at times but vho isn't? That vhy ve have community, people, family. Ve all need help and eventually ve end up helping. Look at me, have baby soon. Vill be big burden to keep baby safe. But burden not burden. You vork, you help, earn place here. Vhy you here. Ve need you much as you need us," she said in a rather firm voice for the little woman who was half standing on one foot to keep her weight off the cut. "People been living with one leg longer than there been Valking corpses. Longer than there been modern medicine. Longer than there been even beer. You make it vork," she added with a smile before turning her attention back to her husband.

"Cleaver? He call us knife?" she asked confused. She had no idea who or what Jack was talking about with what Richard said. Shaking her head she moved on and cupped Jack's cheeks in her hands. "Voice full of shit, just feeding of your doubts. Nov you listen to me husband. You can protect us. You protect me, save my life, get me here, build life for us here. Ve married nov, having baby soon. Vho else has that here? Or out there? Not many! You did that! Don't doubt yourself and just keep moving forvard. You be dad soon. Father," she said in a loving voice that was laced with fire. It was funny how she could be so fragile and so tiny and then this fire would come out of her, a strength she kept hidden most of the time, on reserve until it was really needed. "Understood?"

Jim looked at Niesha and sighed a bit, lowering his head and shaking it. "Damn.... that sucks, I liked her," Jim said as he stared at the counter for a few moments. Looking back up at Niesha he nodded. "Right, weapons. Any trip outside the wall, no matter how quick, you need weapons," he added as he reached under the counter and pulled out a clip board, flipping through the papers on it for a minute before looking back at Niesha. "Okay, well we have our usual here. Stay out of personal labeled items as always other than your own. Grab a pack off the wall and get what you need. I can list it off on the check out sheet for you and then you sign off. Other than weapons, grab some flashlights too, don't know how much light you will have once inside the funeral home. Maybe a flare or two as well in case you guys get into trouble out there and need back up?" he suggested before turning his attention back to the clipboard and going over it. He hadn't had a chance to update it before James left, now was as good a time as any.

Gavin & Ryan

Location: Near 545 Corinth Rd, Newnan: In the woods. (Not far from the Coweta County Water Authority)

"Fucking hell, okay. Someone give me a gun cause all I got is this," Ryan said pulling out his machete and tucking it into his belt. Sure, a machete was a great weapon to have. It never ran out of ammo, was easy to use, didn't take a lot of training. Thing was, it was for up close and personal and Ryan really didn't fancy getting close enough to anyone right then if shit went down. He rather just shot them. Granted, Ryan didn't have a lot of training in guns, only knew how to use a shotgun and well those were the easiest to learn. Spray from buckshot had a much better chance at hitting than a single bullet from a pistol if someone wasn't highly trained.

"Aww man, I got's this," Gavin said with a broad grin as he pulled out his shotgun and handed it over to Ryan with a box of shells. Ryan took it and loaded it up, giving Gavin a slight nod before looking over towards Beatrice. He wasn't sure if she was going to stick around, especially now that they had learned that even after dealing with these fuckers they were meeting up with, their next stop was Eden. Ryan didn't like that idea one fucking bit but he was out there to have James' back, and well he did know Eden better than anyone that had been in Newnan.

Gavin pulled out his M1191 and his .357 Sig, getting them ready. "Damns, whats I wouldn't be giving fer my old M25 SwS, could pick a tick off a deers ass at 900 yards with that baby," he chuckled thinking back to his old sniper rifle. It was a good one and he was a good shot. Sadly it had been lost along the way over the years. He had always been careful with it but shit went down and when shit goes down sometimes you gotta leave a few things behind. Sadly that gun was one of them.

Ryan cocked a brow, he really didn't know a lot about guns but hearing that distance told him that Gavin was at least a good shot. Glancing over towards James, Ryan was ready to go but not before dropping a piece of advice in an odd manner. "Well ain't that interesting? What, you a sniper?" he asked Gavin while still looking at James.

"Naw man, never trained fer that with the big guys buts I did learn to handle the systems over the years. Damn fine shots I be. Ain't be as good with a pistol as Strawberry though, that girl... damn..." he said in a dreamy voice. Ryan kept his eyes on James still.

"Sounds like shooting ran in the family," he remarked, referring to Zoies skills with a gun. If Gavin was anything like the Leesburg girls, James just might have a rifle or two that Gavin could be put to good use with.

*Quick Note: Color codes for location headers will denote time of day basically. Not so much tie of day but look for matching ones to see if you are in the same ~time frame~ as others.

La Hacienda: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico : Maria crossed her arms over her chest and eyed Caesar as he spoke. Liam seemed to be content in his grandfathers arms, or at least content with holding onto a wad full of the older mans hair and tugging on it constantly. "Just what do you need?" she asked, skeptical right then and more than a little angry. She had lost her daughter, in the very field of work she had divorced Caesar over. She had always worried something like this would happen and her worst fears were confirmed the day she got the call. Liam was the only reason she hadn't walked straight up to Caesar and smacked him across the face in full Telanovela style.

Natasha cocked a brow at the words coming from the other side of their door. Running her fingers through her hair she smirked a bit. "Yeah we're fucking decent, so just go ahead and fucking come in," she said with a bit of sarcasm in her voice before looking over towards Cecily and holding back a giggle. Shaking her head a bit she pulled herself over to the edge of the couch and pulled a water bottle from the plane out of her purse. It had only been half drunk when they landed and since she hadn't known how long it would before they were actually here she had brought it with her. Unscrewing the cap she took a long swig from it, dehydration from the flight was not the most pleasant of feelings in her condition.

Diamond District: Zoie browsed through the clothing in the store while waiting on Mali to try on the dress. As she heard her return she turned around and smiled. "Oh that looks fabulous," she exclaimed in approval. The dress did fit her well and showed off her shape. Stepping over to Mali she took a closer look and nodded in a confirmed approval once again. "Yes, this will do wonderfully for tonight, a little tailoring will make it fit you perfectly but they can take care of that in no time I believe," she added as she glanced over towards their personal shopper in the store. The woman snapped her fingers and several other girls came over to Mali and started making a few notes and taking a few measurements. It wasn't long before they were done.

"Why don't you pick a few more things before you change out of the dress, something more casual to wear the rest of the day," Zoie suggested with some enthusiasm. She figured Mali didn't want to go around the rest of the day in the hand me downs she had let the woman borrow. The store had a few styles in shop besides the evening wear, some more casual items and shoes as well. "Anything you want, don't hold back." This had started out as just trying to get Mali with the right clothing to be seen around town today and tonight but she found she was enjoying this and since Mali had been drug into this whole thing thanks to her brother she wanted to show her thanks. Plus, it wasn't like Zoie had a lot of actual friends out there to go have a girls day. Might as well enjoy it.

Justice Asylum: Everything outside of Jaina's room is pretty calm for now, Nurse Cratty will be a few while she takes care of things and the orderly will be some time as well as Jaina's file is pulled. (You can have the orderly show up when you are ready.)

Gun Range: Roy glanced over towards Riley as he listened to a couple of rather loud voice mails from his captain and nodded in a not so convincing manner. "Just the captain trying to get a hold of me," he said as he finally hung up the phone and shoved it in his back pocket. "I need to head to the precinct, check in before they mark me as dead," he chuckled a bit before he started to lead the way out of the gun range, ruffling the back of his hair a bit. He didn't want to deal with his captain but it had to be done sooner or later. Might as well get it over with and then back to the job at hand.

"Oh Beni? Not really sure, he's been that way as long as I have known him. Always spouting off some damn conspiracy. Sadly in this town, have the shit he says I wouldn't doubt. Which doesn't help of course. Nothing worse than a conspiracy theorist actually getting one right every now and again. Just fuels the more outrageous ones," he said with a sigh as he held the door open to the front of the building for Riley so they could make their way to the car and get out of there.

Justice Memorial: Dr. Chang nodded a bit and reached behind Felix and pulled down the phone from the wall for him, the code stretching out a bit as she rested it on the bed next to him. "Well why don't you go ahead and make a call. Try not to make too many or be on the phone too long. You do need your rest, the more the better right now. If you need anything else just push the call button. The nurse will be in shortly to re-administer your pain meds," she said before leaving the room, the door closing heavily behind her as she did.

The food that had been brought to Felix was cold by now but it was still there, knowing the hospital it wouldn't be long before someone came around to collect it. The doctor had said earlier she would look into fining Felix's things but knowing hospitals that could take awhile.

FBI Headquarters Justice: "Yeah, we tend to redact almost everything with cases and only slowly show things as our hands are forced. Can be a bit taxing to say the least," he said, a bit of a disgruntled tone to his voice before he shook it off and smiled broadly towards Priya. "Do forgive me, I worked narcotics in D.C. before I joining here, so had my far amount of red tape to cut through," he added as the elevator came to a stop on their floor and the doors opened. Holding his hand out against the doors he waited for Priya to exit the elevator first before proceeding to lead her to Collins.

It was a few twists and turns through the building to finally get there and as they did, he held the door open for her once again. "Here we are. Collins, you have a visitor," he said as he finally stepped into the large room scattered with desks and various agents mulling about. Collins looked up from his desk by the window and rose from his seat; smoothing his hair out a bit as he extended his hand in greeting towards the new comer to Justice.

"Special Agent Collins, glad you could make it over here so quickly," he said introducing himself. He exchanged a few words with Priya's escort before Moreau gave a rather extravagant farewell to Priya and headed over to his desk a few rows over.

Peter & George

Location: Qasr El Nil Barracks: Reginald's Office

Peter had given his uncle a way out of the mess but he had not taken it. It did not surprise him and it was in line with the way his uncle acted on a normal day. One of the reasons Peter did admire his uncle. He simply nodded as Reginald explained exactly why he had fallen and glanced over towards George. George stood there, fiddling with the rim of his page boys cap, his head tilted down and to the left some so the masked side of his face wasn't immediately in the line of sight of the Lord Majors. Part of that was to hide the damage, part of that was just to make it easier for George to see him out of his good eye.

"Tea..mm... Yes. Cold and sweet," he said as he locked eyes with the Major. Peter held his breath and looked sharply at George for a moment, looking quite stunned that George had just suggested to an Englishman that tear should be served that way. He might as well chucked crates of the fine leaves into Boston Harbor right before the Lord Majors eyes. George's eye went to Peter and the smallest hint of a smile came to his lip. "Ha...ha...mmm, you gull," he said in his raspy voice but there was a chuckle in his words however how rough it came out.

Peter started laughing. "You swine!" he laughed as he thumped his cane tip on the floor a few times before patting George jovially on the shoulder. "George will have earl gray with lemon," he told his uncle still chuckling over the joke that George had just pulled on the both of them.

"Yes, very nice, mmm," George said still with half a smile as Peter showed him a seat. Resting down slowly he placed his page boy cap over one of his knees and tried to keep his face turned in such a way that it was mostly hidden from Reginald.

"George does love to pull my leg," Peter said taking a seat.

"Leg pulling, quite. Speaking of, what happened to yours?" George asked as his eye went to Peters leg and then his eyes in question. That was going to be a long story.

Out in the barracks, people were rushing around doing their normal duties and the two that had returned from the prison had their guards on them before the Corporal had even gotten three feet from them. The legal officer was there with them and he eyed the two for a moment before he spoke. "I do hope everything has been taken care of. Is there anything the King's Army needs to be made aware of?" he asked as he pulled out a pack of cigarette's and lit one up before holding out the pack and offering both of them a cigarette.

Vera Munn

Location: Egyptian Museum: Her Office

The cat meowed at Mahendra and sat there watching him. Inside the florist delivery man quickly made his way towards the door of Lady Munn's office and gave it a sound rapping. "Yes, yes, come in," she said not wanting to tear her attention away from Neema and Nora but they were as the door was pushed open and the man who had delivered the flowers from Peter earlier was whisking his way back into her office and setting down the rather over sized new delivery on the table in front of her. "Sons of the Pharaoh! What is all this?" she asked, looking rather surprised. She had never had flowers delivered to her before other than for a funeral and now she was being handed a card with no explanation from the delivery man, just a wink before he left quickly.

Opening the card she looked rather confused. "Sir Francis Drake?" she muttered as she read the card. It said nothing more except that name on the paper. Why was she receiving flowers from a dead man? A pirate none the less. Then her eyes narrowed a bit. "Mr. Drake...." she followed up with, growling slightly under her breath as she folded the card promptly and tucked it back in the flowers. What kind of game was this man playing? He had never shown her the slightest bit of interest, only seemingly to enjoy tormenting her and make her stumble over herself constantly, as if she needed any help with that. And NOW he was having flowers delivered to her? What this a bid for her affection? An apology? Or was it simply because Peter was back now and pursuing her properly and Mr. Drake thought it would be funny to try to out do the Lord Captain and make her doubt herself even though he had no true feelings towards her. It was just the type of cruel joke an American Grave Robber would find funny.

"I will deal with this later..." she finally said turning her attention back to Nora and listened carefully, glad for the distraction. Her eyes widening a bit as the conversation continued.

Akhmed looked over towards Mahendra and shook his head. "Not one bit sir. I am Akhmed and I am here to help," he said in his thick accent. "May I ask to your name sir and what ever credentials and references you have on you? A resume if you have one as well," he added as she glanced towards the door. He was hoping that the messenger he had sent out for Mosi would return post haste with an answer to his request. He wished to have one before the lady or Neema left the building for if the answer was no, he needed to speak to his friends aunt. If the answer was yes he wanted to make arrangements for her as quickly as possible.

The delivery man was very happy that he had been able to make the delivery as quickly as he did and was even more pleased when he spotted Mr. Drake coming around the corner. He had been promised even more money if he delivered it himself. "Sir, sir, Did as you asked. Such a beautiful and large bouquet in a stunning vase was just delivered. Makes the other look like a pauper purchased it. Delivered and signed as requested. She look absolutely gobsmacked," he said brightly as he held his hand out to William, obviously looking for the money he had been promised.

Vera's eyes continued to widen as Nora began to speak. Neema nodded in a satisfactory manner while Nora repeated what she had said earlier. It was just confirmation in her mind that what she had spoken to Nora earlier was true. Vera kept staring at Nora but she finally spoke after a moment, stuttering a bit as she spoke. "It.... it is a prayer, very ancient." Blinking a few times she finally tore her vision away from the Lady and looked over towards Lauren. "Yes, yes, a prayer, to Bastet," she added as a light bulb seemed to go off in her mind and she stood up quickly. Her saucer and tea cup falling from her lap and onto the floor with a splash and a clatter but she paid it no nevermind. Her hand was already reaching out as she went towards the back of her office, towards the library shelves and started searching for a book.

"If ye are in heaven or on Earth, in the south or in the north or in the west or in the east; I am the only One in your bodies. I am the pure one of eye, not shall I die a second time. My moment is in your bodies, all forms are my habitation, I am she who is not known; the rosy-faced beings are within me. I am the Unveiled." Vera recited as she pulled a book from the stacks, knocking over several others that were on the floor for re-cataloging. She tripped but her nose was in the book and she didn't pay attention to it as she kept stumbling over them but eventually made her way back over to her seat and sat herself as if nothing had happened.

Neema had already reached down and cleaned up the mess, her eyes watching Vera and going to the other womens from time to time. "How has she not broken her neck?" she whispered loud enough to be heard but Vera still wasn't paying attention as she flipped through the pages.

"Ah-ha-ha-haha! Here it is!" she finally exclaimed as she opened the book more fully and laid it out on the table so that Nora and Lauren could see. On the pages was a long photograph of stone carved markings. The caption under the photograph said the following: Bubastis, 1898. "This is that very prayer at the entrance of Bastets Temple. This is where we are going!" Vera exclaimed, she looked like a child on Christmas morning. Her eyes were bright and she was very enthusiastic on the find. Though if one were to enter right then they might believe it was the flowers that were causing the stars to shine in her dark eyes, not the thought of leading an expedition into the desert.

Aziza Tarek

Location: Gheit el Idda: Aziza's Home

Aziza smiled gratefully towards Harry and nodded. "Yes please, second floor, only door," she said quietly as she held out the key to her home for him. Her building was a bit more upscale than Harry's had been and even with her talents seemed to be a bit above her pay grade. There were several people mulling about the shop on the main floor that was below the apartments just above it. Two of them were in British Military Uniform and seemed to be on patrol.

"Miss, is every alright?" one of them asked as he eyed Harry.

"Yes, this is a friend," she said before giving a vague explanation and motioning for Harry to go ahead and lead the way. Soon as they were out of ear shot she smiled towards Harry. "Escorts from the barracks. They come around from time to time to check on me. The Lord Major is a good friend," she explained as they ascended the stairs. Everything looked alright as they did until they reached her door. It was cracked open and looked as if it had been kicked in. Aziza's color rushed from her face as she turned white and froze in her place.
@Dragoknighte 1 is 1 regardless of how you move. Hypotenuses of the square is max distance to be considered 1 square.

Example - Nor could move from Current position to A5 and take no action, move half way to A5 and take a simple, or hold still and take a complex action from where he is.
@Morose Day 7 here and several others. I feel a whirl wind posting spree coming on >.>
@Dragoknighte To keep things simple, I count diagonal for 1 square as the "max" for 1 square per square. Well the distance of that.
@Dragoknighte Okay, you lucked out - Nor is up next, and then Cyn in the line up. So we can do this two ways. You can get your roll for Nor if you like via pm, post for him and then post again after getting Cyn's rolls. (Double posting as it were 3 days for Nor, then 3 days for Cyn) Or you can just take 6 days and post for both at the same time. (Just pm me for the rolls. They got the same number for initiative so they are basically going at the exact same time.)

Annan, Scotland

Lady Kirkpatrick directed her attention towards Maeve and looked the girl up and down with her eyes peering down her nose. "Mmmph, a bit of an attitude on this one," she said as her cane poked out a bit. Not to hit the girl but to tap the end of her own shoes. "Decent stature. Looks as if she can pass for low born or fine born, depending on the circumstance. Yes, will done fine. Come child, let the boys alone, we don't need them anymore," she said in a firm tone as she turned and looked back at the dress shop.

"Father, you are dismissed. Rory, tend to the carriage," she added. Calum looked over towards Maeve and sighed a bit but nodded, he knew there was no arguing with the Lady Kirkpatrick. Rory gave Calum a nod as he bid the women farewell for now and went on his way. Glancing back over his shoulder she found himself tripping over his own two feet again before finally straightening himself and heading towards the Chapel.

"Let's get your properly attired for my household, and go over a few things," she added before motioning with her cane for Maeve to get the door. "Now, what shall I be calling you?"

The Strand: Michael raised a brow at Thalken's suggestion. Abandoned buildings was a logical thought after all, and there were plenty of them in London, in fact more and more buildings were starting to clear out now with what happened at Almack's the night before. Families were going to continue the season but they would do it from their fortified homes in the country instead of the streets of London. This could be both a wonderful and horrible idea. It would mean families would be split. Many of them had men that had to conduct business in London while Parliament was in session, so those daughters and wives and sisters... left without the heads of household. Yet it also got a lot of women that didn't know how to protect themselves away from the carnage.

Michael left Thalken go, he still had to make sure that the good doctor tended to this corpse. As much as he would have probably enjoyed seeing the man get what was coming to him, having him to become Soulless in turn and perhaps causing even more death. Yeah, that was not happening in Michael's mind. He wanted to let Francis know what was happening but that would have to wait a bit longer. Thomas was back at the shop preparing the meat that had been promised for the girls now that things were cleaned up enough on the streets. If anything happened Michael was sure that Thomas would come and let him know quickly. Sarah Ann kept staring out of the window at the place where the body had stopped. As odd as it sounded, she actually worried that it might affect the business that night and cut into the madams profits.

Regent's Park: Sister Sophia took a step back to clear the way for Vlad and the other to try to do what they could at this time. She was a scholar and a representative of God. A tutor for Elizaveta in the ways of her country, she was not skilled in the arts of healing or trained in her countries ways. This had never been a problem before because of all of those that were trained in the circus. Now she wished she had but there was nothing that could be done about it now, besides pray. Which she did, in earnest as she bowed her head and started reciting in Russian the orthodox prayers of her church.

Adam on the other hand looked worried as he heard Sister Mary. Looking at the others trying to help the grand duchess. Stepping over towards Sister Mary and out of the way he held out her pole arm for her to take. Biting his bottom lip he wasn't sure what he could do to help, he was just a kid after all, just pulled from the streets after some Soulless tried to kill him. He was starting to remember more and a lot more clearly than he probably should have. Hearing Sister Sophia praying he figured it was all he could right then, so he in turn wanted to at least do that. Yet there was a problem, he hadn't ever really prayed before, he was a street urchin that had never been taken to church by anyone, until yesterday.

"Um, Sister Mary, how do I.. do that?" he asked quietly as he pointed over to Sister Sophia.
