If things get real bad and you have to resort to cannibalism remember: Vegans first, they are the closest thing to grass fed.

March didn't come in like a lion... It came in like a T-Rex with PMS, and hemorrhoids, wearing barbed wire undies....

⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Crash Site: "Shouldn't be far" Ross said as the continued on their way. It was a good thing they had started to move because it wasn't too long after they stepped off the main air strip and into the woods that the fuel from the crash had found the fire and things started blowing up. I am talking big badda boom, Leeloo Dallas Multipass big badda boom style. Pieces hitting the trees and the ground, raining down around them.

"Look out!" Ross yelled as he pulled her down and ducked himself, a piece of the plane flying right over their heads. This situation had been bad enough to start with but it was getting worse quickly. If they didn't move soon they could end up either getting hit by flying debris or the fire could spread and surround them. Both scenarios could easily mean death but burning to death was the least favorable of the ways to go that he could think of right then.

Funeral Home: David nodded as he took notes on the pad, there was a moment of pause before he looked up at Riley and had to ask a question he really didn't want to. "Do you have power of attorney to make these choices or is there someone else we need to contact? I hate to have to ask you this and we could keep going but we wouldn't be able to do anything until we know for sure. Was she married? Or does she have a will that gives you power of attorney? Parents?"

It sucked he had to ask these questions but it was part of the job. If she was married her spouse would have control over this, if she wasn't it would go to a parent or a child. If she had neither of those then it would go to next of kin, most likely the sister if there wasn't someone closer in age. "I know you were the one to arrange the transfer of her body from Justice but nothing besides her ID and death certificate came with her. I was hoping you could give some light into this. We haven't been contacted by anyone else."

That meant the parents hadn't been notified either at this point, at least not by the funeral home and that meant most likely that the people in Justice hadn't either. Which really shouldn't be a surprise considering how things had gone down and the fact that Riley was rooming with the interim coroner for the county. This could end up being a lot more complicated than just picking out flowers and a box.

The Farm: There wasn't a sound coming from the barn other than the sound of the fire and the wood cracking as it became weaker and weaker. Zoie grabbed a hold of her brother by the shoulders and tried to get him to move out of the way but he kept side stepping her and getting in her path. "Move it!"

"No," he said as he grabbed her shoulders in turn. Zoie looked like she was in shock as the sounds of sirens moving down the street on the other side of the hill could be heard off in the distance.

"What do you mean no? Move it!" she said about to body check him out of the way.

"Running into that building won't solve anything."

She looked dumb founded. "I was no..." she started to say but was cut off mid sentence.

"Bullshit, you don't think you just do."

Queensguard: Maria nodded. She knew the drill. Waiting for Keystone to show the way she followed and made sure that all the papers were taken care of. The sooner they got this taken care of the better in her mind. She did what was needed without issue. Taking a quick look at the papers. She wasn't worried about them. It wasn't that she trusted anyone there, it was because she wrote them initially, had them memorized and knew where to quick check them to make sure things had not been changed or were out of place.

It wasn't long before everything was in the clear. She was now in charge, Keystone had a new position, everything was in order and she was active in the system for this area now. There was a bit of a tug at the corner of her lips as the last paper was signed before she righted herself and held out the pen to give back to Keystone. "Very good, get me," she started to say before stopping and sniffing the air slightly. "Nevermind. First things first. Change your son." Her eyes darted to the babies bottom and then the smell hit like a ton of bricks. Had they been feeding the baby chili?

Texas/Mexico Border: How Natasha was able to still be holding on right then was anyones guess. Apparently being as stubborn as she was, was paying off. Granted from the amount of blood and the pain in her eyes it seemed like death would be a better option. "Two...killers..." she got out after more and more coughing. The words didn't come together. They were apart and there seemed to be words in between them that she tried to get out but couldn't manage to.

There was a sound of sirens but they were still off. Her bag spilled out next to her, her phone ringing. On it was a picture of Natasha cuddled up with a man and the name under it was Roberts. There was a list of calls between the two over the last two days. Had this been the fiance she had been talking to over the course of the trip so far?
I'm so excited!

Thana nodded slightly as Thalia came up behind her. 1"De acuerdo, seguir adelante." Had the two revealed that they both spoke Spanish? She couldn't remember but it didn't matter. She understood the woman as she was informed that she had her six covered and responded accordingly. Whatever had happened back there hadn't caused Beatrice to call out to them to come back, so they would keep pushing forward. She wanted this to end, to be over with, and to get back on the road.

Apparently, her wish was going to be granted because as she moved forward an older man stepped out from around the corner. Thana didn't fire but she did lift her gun more and take aim. She had nearly pulled the trigger but he spoke. 2"Nun, bist du nicht ein schönes kleines Ding. Spuckbild von meiner lieben Zoie." She didn't know what he was saying but she could pick out a single word. Zoie. She could feel her breath shallow and deepen at the same time. Whoever this man was, he knew her sister.

"Drop your weapon," she finally managed to get out from gritted teeth. He didn't. A Lugar pistol was held in the right hand, a shot gun in the left. Neither had been lifted to take aim but he hadn't lowered either of them from their midway position.

"Now, why would I do that? We should talk. My lord, aren't you the mirror image of your sister. She and I were very close." The way the man spoke sent a crawl of just plain ick down her back. It wasn't what he said but how he said it. She still hadn't pulled the trigger but she had a feeling she needed to.

Kirkpatrick House: There was a charismatic smirk that crawled across the mans expression as he glanced back towards Maeve. His hand reaching into his front vest pocket and pulling out a watch. Checking the time he looked rather unconcerned about her inquiry about payment. "That is something that was already settled last I checked and you will be paid as long as you do you job." He was blunt about his speech, not appearing nervous or intimidated or even vexed as he had with his aunt.

At her words about the father he nodded a bit. "Yes, a bit too much if you ask me. Don't get me wrong, the man is useful but his streak of goodness makes him a bit of a liability. His family believed his naivety would be an asset, I feel it is nothing but a hindrance. He would have been discharged some time ago if it were not for the fact that my auntie seems to have taken a shine to the fumbling buffoon."

Slipping the watch back into his pocket he shrugged a bit. "I need to know what your limitations are." His voice grew a bit darker as he approached her. "Just how far as you willing to go to get the job done." Even darker and quieter as he took another step. "To get what you want." A chill came to his voice as he stopped right before her. "To protect that lovely little daughter of yours."

England

London: Sitting an swaying, up and down, side to side, ahh, faster, faster. They spoke but did not put two and two together. Mr. Talk was mad not glad. He should be glad, glad I tell you for faster is better. Stop the mud, top the grass, let us not be the last. Time time, we gotta make time. They gotta make time. So slow over the road, no modes on the roads, lets go! To the Sea!

"Sailing sailing over the ocean blue, over the hill is nothing new we turn to the ocean blue. Smell the salt, get nalt, naltical! Depth os the oceans and tides to our back, faster faster faster than the rabbit. Hammy nothing, nothingham, no salty pork, salty seas, taste, mmm, sailing sailing over the ocean blue to the north we go!" The man sung, to and fro, no stop lets go, over the horizon! "Pirates are the circus of the sea! Let's be pirates argh!"

The Sea: The sound of ice cracking on the bow echoed as the clouds rolled in from the east. From open ocean it came, dark and blue and purple and pink. The smell of salt in the air froze and the smell of rotting flesh crept in. "Something off the port bow!" from the crows nest a voice called out. The man stationed up there pointed to the waters.

With the surf and foam building the darkness over the skies it was hard to see. That was until the lightning crackled above and lit up the sky. Below the surf a large body mass of something could be seen cutting under the small vessel. Whatever was there it was not something they had dealt with before. The back of the shadowed creature seemed to brush up against the underside of the boat and send it reeling to the port side, sliding off of it before landing hard back into the water and rocking back into place. "Saints protect us..." the captain muttered as he spat water from his mouth and stood back up, grasping the wheel of the boat with a death grip that made his knuckles go white.

The Road North: There are times when the dice are in your favor and times when they are not. Then there are time when no matter what you do, nothing can change the outcome. Sometimes you just don't know the outcome. At least not yet. As much as Mary pushed her stallion forward, whatever was holding Mary could not be caught. It seemed to be powered by the devil himself, pushing forward faster and faster as it climbed higher and higher until it vanished in the clouds. The flakes still falling like snow until they too seemed to vanish.

Yet there was a trail. Even though they had lagged far behind whatever the creature was, those flakes lay on the ground, giving a path. As long as the clouds did not break rain, perhaps they could continue to tail it. The thing was as they pushed forward it became apparent that whatever this creature was, it was starting to head as much west as it was north. This would take them off the road to Gretna Green. They would have to chose. Push forward to try to save Millicent. Or push west and try to save Veta. There was no right answer and both choices seemed wrong.
