Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

Despite its massive flaws, my RP, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, is still one of the longest ongoing RPs in RPGuild - It turns 4 years old in July and the current thread itself is more than a year old.

Samuru Amakusa

Samuru's eyebrows twitched twice, before the young man looked at Mako, then Sato, before saying, "how badly do we want to know more about this place? I mean, sure, this guy is made up of dark emotions and repressed urges, but his request isn't actually unreasonable. After all, we don't really have any evidence that his 'master' is some sort of bad guy beyond speculation and hunches."

"Note that I'm willing to follow whatever orders are given to me; I'm not acting by myself," continued Samuru, although he was conflicted. Why is the opponent the one starting negotiations now? And why must I be so soft-hearted? "So, do we know what 'elemental weaknesses' this creature has?"

Another minor dislike Samuru had was the concept of 'Elemental Magic'; he didn't know why. Perhaps it was because a certain gameline had 'Dragon' and 'Fairy' as elements?

Samuru nodded at Mako, acknowledging the latter's points, and replying, "I understand, and I will not do it again."

They then entered the hut, where they found a set of cards; Samuru, having watched a lot of Anime, said, "So...are these magical or something, like Yu-Gi-Oh cards?" The answer was yes. Rakunda, a defense-decreasing skill; hmm, more useful to Samuru than the others, it seemed. Either way, it was time to go to the bridge and do strategy and tactics.

Samuru was mildly surprised to find that Mako, despite being a slight jerk, was also proficient in strategy and tactics, and so he did the sensible thing and write down the strategy and tactics on an extra notebook, before saying, "Yeah, that's fine with me."

Learn from your friends, Samuru thought to himself. You're not a genius like them, but that doesn't mean that you cannot learn and develop. Besides, learning is fun.

@Noodles, A bit derivative of NecroKnight's character?
Skype's being a little piece of shit and just starting bugging and lagging the moment I came back.
Might I suggest Discord? Hard to believe you guys are still keeping this alive.

Didn't see this; I would like a Discord, though.
@Letter Bee Priscilla and Lucas chatting, and the fact we're going to be sitting with him shortly.

What's that in reaction to?

Yes, 'No, I' is an alternate counterpart of the character Double hates a lot.
Tocsax, recovering his composure, replied to David Galic, the commander of Space Station 13.

"You're a recent recruit of the Thirteen Seekers of Darkness, right? It seems you don't know what those who consume the Darkness to turn it into Light are capable of." And with that, Corridors of Darkness opened up all across Panem's surface, letting out legions of Samurai Nobodies who began engaging the ground troops from Fallout: Apocalypse Averted and Space Station 13. "There's a reason why Leo the Second Mathematician wanted me to be his Thirteenth incarnation."

"Indeed," David said through the comms, nonplussed as he gave the order for his own fleet of Gummi ships to engage Emperor Michael's own in battle, causing the sky to be criss-crossed with lasers and railgun fire. "It seems that your power is not only rumor...is it the same for your lack of skill?"

Then, Space Station 13's cybernetic-magical defenses would suddenly shut down for two seconds, thanks to Blair's hacking.

"What was that?! More dirty tricks?!" the shout came through the comms. "Very well, come at me; I will show you the wrath of someone who has full power over the Human Form!"

"Oh," said a tiring Tocsax, "it's not just us who will be coming at you...you've noticed that whatever Drake did weakened whatever you're doing to prevent teleportation, right?" He would then slump to the floor...just as the ground forces Emperor Michael and Empress Maria had been holding back teleported to Panem's surface to reinforce the Samurai Nobodies, deploying Infantry, Tanks, APCs, and Artillery that, though inferior, were still dangerous if used right. And of course, Battle-magi that can still grant an advantage.

"All right, people!" Damianos Sardis' voice can be heard all over the comms, "you guys teleport to Space Station 13, while Giorgios, Basilieus Michael, and I take down these occupation forces!"

"And I'll lead this Gummi fleet to victory!" Empress Maria replied in an open channel.

David Galic, meanwhile, awaited the enforcers of the 'Tyranny of Light' in the depths of Space Station 13. Looking around his chamber, his gaze dwelt upon a tube of clear fluid, in which yet another young man who looked like an eighteen-year old was suspended, wearing a wetsuit and an oxygen mask. The young man had dark blue hair, and his eyes were closed, although David knew they were golden.

"My secret weapon, No, I," the cyborg smiled as he looked at the Replica. Originally one of Leo's projects to create another Tocsax, 'No, I', turned out to be a miserable failure, a copy and experiment that didn't pan out as well as Leo hoped. So, the Circle 'killed' him, only to cause one of the incidents that finally caused Tocsax himself to turn against their faction. But now, David Galic had brought him back, in order to use as a secret weapon against the group.

Oh, and as someone whose Element is literally the 'Human Form', he can change the properties of his brain to resist psychic powers, but as he didn't know of Mantis' existence, he did not do so, meaning that Mantis can tell the group the details of this ambush.

Lucas took to twiddling his thumbs as he waited. He was startled once again as another young woman approached him. He was beginning to wonder what he did to make people think this was okay. He shifted uncomfortably as she asked if was looking for someone. His hands squeezed his knees gently and he looked anywhere but at her.

His dark eyes returned back to her when she twisted her voice to reach only his ears. Wide with surprise, he made eye contact with her for a moment before breaking off. He shook his head. He very much would not like to join them. Lucas wasn't exactly one for chit chat. He really just wanted to get this whole thing over with so that he could return to his comfort zone. He didn't even consider that the man they were meeting were one and the same as the one who had invited him here.

"Why?" Prisiclla said, still using Forces to redirect her whisper. "But all right, I won't push. But be careful, all right?"

She would then rummage through her pockets, pulling out a letter-opener shaped like a cross, which in turn had a blade that was invisibly enchanted to inflict damage that cannot be healed even by magic.

"A gift," spoke Priscilla again, "do not reject it." She used Forces to make her voice literally reverberate with power.

And with that, she would go back to Damien, a bit disappointed, but also unknowing of how to get through to this strange kid.
Priscilla, being proficient in Prime, aka the Sphere that allowed for the detection of supernatural powers (just not specific effects unless they're Blood or Angelic Magic), would detect Lucas even though he wasn't a Mage. She would then say to Damien.

"Hold up, there's a lost boy who might need some guidance," before walking over to where Lucas was, smiling brightly. "Hello there. Are you looking for someone?" Using her ability to use Forces to control sound and direct it to Lucas' ear, she would whisper without anyone else hearing her.

"If you're looking for other people with powers, I'm here. I'm also meeting a young, actually normal man. Why don't you come eat with us?" Priscilla had to rely on the fact that she was telling the truth to overcome any instinctive mistrust. Either way, she liked the fact that she had Forces.
