The GM should know exactly why each character was or wasn't accepted and be willing to state such. But the reality is that sometimes other characters/players just synergize better

Uhm, I’m honestly confused on what to post. I’ve been trying to come up with something but struggling a little bit. So, yeah. I’ve been debating if I should continue to try or just drop the roleplay all together, something that I don’t want to do because I at least want to continue trying.
Did you not have a plan in mind when you joined? If not, that's where the GM events come into play.
And there is one ongoing right now, all you need to do is put Laurel in NYC for whatever reason there may be for her to be there.
I've got to bow out. I turned off my internet service in preparation for moving so I can only use my phone at the moment, and I ain't about posting shit from my phone. I can use my phone's internet in a limited basis to tether, but I can't do it all the time so I'm doing triage and picking another game over this one. Scumbag move? Perhaps. But regardless, it's better to cut ties and let everyone know than to never post without reason.

@HushedWhispers, and @DC the Dragon, just wanted to check in with you guys. It's been seven days since you've been accepted and we haven't really heard from you much or seen any posts yet. Is there anything I or the other GMs can do to help?
@Ink Blood Considering the Teen Titans were founded around 2007, that would’ve made your incarnation of Dick Grayson around twenty-four years of age, which I feel creates an inaccuracy? Both Kara and Wally have been noted as being founding members of the team and they are in their mid-twenties. Is there any adjustments or explanations you can make regarding this going forward with the boy wonder?
As was discussed in the Discord, is it absolutely necessary that they be the 'Teen' Titans? Could @Ink Blood simply not find an age that's a bit more mid ground allowing for a compromise towards both parties? If Dick is currently 34, then he was as you said 24 in 2007, but even shaving a few years off could be justification enough for Dick to be mistaken as a 'teen' ten years ago.
I do find it curious how the other founders of the [Teen] Titans are 24-27 and Dick himself is 34. I believe Green Grenade estimated with us that was around 2007 when the first Titans lineup was formed; so Dick would've been by your estimates in his twenties.
Also, how are we on @Sloth and his application for Dick Grayson, he told us only a few days ago he was working on it? Do we give them a window to post their application to compete? I know we have a sample post review in cases like this typically, but Sloth is currently in Texas dealing with family concerns if I recall correctly.
Because Sloth indicated interest and a plan in the Discord, I will give him 24 hrs from the time the other sheet was posted to provide proof of concept. If in 18 hrs from now he has not posted then Dick Grayson will go to Ink Blood. In the event that Sloth does post a sheet, then both parties will be asked to submit a sample post at which point all accepted players will be asked to vote as to which sample they believe best represents Dick Grayson.
