Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Alrighty. I'm still at work so I'll be able to roleplay a little later.

If you want we can do another collab since a little time has passed and have them catch up to where we are and not lose any good character interaction.

If so, I'll flick ya a PM
QAuick question before I finish up my post,

has the body been moved?
As they drew nearer to the school, Connor was already preparing the medical staff the be there when they met. For now, Kalinda didn't appear to be in any danger of dying, but the potential was there. As Walter made sure the plane wasn't going to go off course, Connor debated about just taking Kalinda and zooming off, he could fly faster then the jet, but the risk of harming her further was too great.

As soon as they landed, Connor gently lifted Kalinda into his suit-encased arms, and took her off the plane. The medical team there had a stretcher, and he placed her down gently. As per his instructions, the medics wore gloves and had made sure they didn't have bare skin, as they checked Kalinda over. Connor left her in their hands, moving back to the ship, he approached Walter.

"Thank you for watching the controls. You didn't do too badly, indeed. My first flight ended with me crashing the jet into water. Ignot had to get me out of that" He chuckled at the memory.

Kalinda knew the medical staff were just trying to due their job, but everytime they touched her, even with the gloves,Kalinda found herself near screaming. She was slowly losing what little control she had, and she clutched at the strecher hard. One appeared to have some small healing abilities, and had at least made it easier to breath, closing off the wound. Kalinda drifted in and out. One moment she was being loaded up. The next she was being whisked through the halls. The next she was in the infirmary. The next...she was alone.

And now she did scream, the cry echoing through the school, releasing the pent up emotions in a blast of power, she managed to process them, and negate their impact on the other students. But still there might be some slight impact on them. She couldn't help it. She felt like she was about to burst, the emotions were that bad.

Suddenly she went cold, as emtions from the plane came to her, and her scream died.

Phoebe let out a slow breath as they arrived back at the school, stepping out the jet, she set Flora down on the ground, the little minion trotting about and settling herself in some flowers. Phoebe smiled, and shifted Tsura into her hands, "Are you okay?" She asked, just as she saw her father come out the main building, and out the corner of her eye, she would swear she saw her mother.

Jeesh. She doesn't like Nat, does she?

How was Nat rude though? D:

She was trying to be nice! Humble even!! It seems she can't even be a teacher without problems.;~;

Its just niesha's point of view. While she had companions growing up, she never had friends. the htought of having one of her friends taken away....

Well.
Garret, Tabitha, Lucinda, Samuel

Alex watched Lucinda as she offered Claudia and Caius jobs as bartenders. She nodded at him to handle it and she walked out the front door of the bar. Lucinda began walking home. It was dark, 2am usually was, and she just wanted to be outside for a minute. She was distracted enough thinking about the last 24 hours that she didn't realize she wasn't alone any longer. Being that distracted was really not good for any woman alone at night but for one like her...It could really be dangerous.

Samuel sat in his chair in his room inside his new ww hq, and downed his glass of bourbon. Then he poured himself another drink. Since taking control he has enjoyed the perks of being Pack Alpha, one of them being able to have access to the good booze. Samuel sat back in his chair and pondered his thoughts. While he had a rather large pack, he needed a way solidify his position in the entire community. Too many strays roamed the streets, and there was that women who kept his attention. He needed to figure out a way to make it so she would assist his side if push came to shove, even if she was a vamp.

By the time Lucinda realized she wasn't alone she had another problem. The scent, it wasn't something she could discern right away. It smelled like a vampire and a werewolf. She was looking for two but when she realized there was only one she was slightly confused. She assumed that one of them took off. She had turned down her street but it was just at the beginning when she felt someone was following her. Lucinda turned around and saw something she didn't expect.

Samuel threw his glass against the wal unexpectedly, the glass shattering into tiny pieces. Samuel lifted the bottle of bourbon and drained it quickly. He stood up, slightly staggering, and decided he needed to do something. He was bored, and needed to have some fun. He left his plaza and wandered down the streets, looking for anything interesting.

Lucinda didn't know if she should be worried or not when she saw the wolf behind her. She didn't like to fight wolves. She was faster but they had better reflexes. She stared it down and when she spoke to it it just snarled at her. She wasn't scared but her instincts said to get ready to fight. "Please don't make me kill you, I'd rather not."

Samuel eyed a peculiar situation as he continued his random walk. He noticed Lucinda, and a Lycan he didnt recognize having a standoff of sorts. He figured watching could be just as fun here, jumping in at the last second could provide effortless entertainment.

This was a young wolf and she couldn't understand what would make a young wolf act so aggressively to a vamp let alone an original. She got ready to fight and as it jumped in the air to attack she ducked underneath it and grabbed it by it's neck and pulled back. She had it in checkmate almost instantly. "Shift to human I want to see who I'm fighting." When he did she practically threw him on the ground. He wasn't more than 15 or 16. "For god's sakes go home you are just a baby. You have no idea what you are doing." The kid looked at her and he tried to punch her and she yelled at him. "Stop it kid, I don't want to hurt you. Go home!" He wouldn't leave her alone and he kept trying over and over. "I'll give you an A for effort kid but your perseverance will get you killed. Now GO HOME!" She yelled as she hit him full force with a kick to the face. It knocked the kid out and she checked his pulse and made sure he was okay then she continued walking home.

Samuel waited until Lucinda had walked away, then walked over to the knocked out Lycan. He knelt down and got a better look at his face. Samuel, with no hesistation or remorse, then quickly swiped his hand across the young Lycans throat and watched as his life blood drained from his neck. Samuel looked and stood up, then followed the same path Lucinda took.

Lucinda a familiar scent not long after she left the kid. She stopped and didn't turn around. "Samuel? What do you want?" She turned around.

Samuel held his hands up and smiled as Lucinda noticed him. He walked over in front of Lucinda.

"Hey Gingersnap, kinda late to just be out wandering about huh?"

Instantly irritated with the "Gingersnap" nickname she said, "Not for me. Was that one of your wolf pups that tried to attack me a couple of minutes ago?"

Samuel shook his head. "No. Never met the kid myself, but he sure was arrogant huh? That or stupid. Doesnt matter though."

Samuel flashed a smile.

"Got room for company?"

Lucinda looked at him and feared what he meant "Was?" She looked around him and saw the pup on the ground and in the light she could see the blood from his neck pooled around his head.  Her heart sank as she saw the kid's body. "I can't believe you did that. Come on, I've got some booze that I could certainly use right about now." She walked with him and into her house.

Samuel followed Lucinda, and when they arrived at her house he was slightly.......surprised. He expected much more....luxury. This place seemed to be such a huge step down from the status that Lucinda gave off.

"You...you dont seriously live here do you?"

Lucinda smirked, "Well we do temporarily. I kinda bought this place sight unseen based on it's size. It will do, our other residences are definitely in better shape and more....luxurious, personal...this one will get their in time. So why did you kill the kid?" She asked pulling a cold bottle of vodka out of the fridge. She noticed that the fridge door was fixed. She had to thank whoever did that for her.

Samuel walked over to the counter and leaned against it. "I didnt know the kid, and he was just acting out of instinct, but I had to make him an example. I need to solidify my power and one of the biggest things that will prevent me from doing so is rogue Lycans that dont wanna join my pack. I dont need to kill all the rogues just most of them."

Samuel ran his fingers through his hair. "Hopefully this one example will be enough though."

Lucinda poured them both a glass and she handed him his. "So why were you on my street? I somehow doubt you were here for no reason at all. So were you looking for someone?" She took a drink of her vodka.

Samuel took his drink and drained the glass instantly, putting the glass down and laughing.

Whooo that was weak stuff. Ha. Anyways no yea thats what I was doing, I got bored and I really really hate being bored."

Lucinda grinned and said "Uh huh, Sure you were." She walked over to the couch and sat down after refilling their glasses. Taking off her shoes she smiled. "I did something tonight that I've only accomplished twice before, one of them was an accident. I know it sounds really lame but I turned into mist." Lucinda walked back to the counter and hopped up onto it so she was sitting closer to his height at least a little.

Samuel laughed. "Ha right! Mist! Oh your funny! Cmon if you wanna impress me you should go for a more believeable lie. I mean only the three Original Vampires can perform tricks like that."

Lucinda laughed at him and offered him her hand and said, "Yes, I did tell you my name is Lucinda Prescott. I'm surprised you didn't realize who I was then." Lucinda downed her glass again.

Samuel stood still for moments. His breathing halted, and he stopped thinking altogether for the moment. Then suddenly without warning he lunged at Lucinda, holding her waist and he began kissing her intensley. he lifted her up and he made them slam into the wall nearest to them as he kissed her, then began kissing up and down her neck. In between kisses he spoke.

"Thats it. Im done waiting. I want you......now."

Lucinda was half expecting to be attacked but not quite in that way. She giggled at first but it quickly became passion. He struck something in her that she hadn't felt before, ever. "We only met today. How could you have been waiting?" She said breathlessly while kissing him back. He was making her mind completely block everything out but there was a red flashing light in her head telling her he was her mortal enemy and she should be careful.

"Yea and the hours we didnt spend screwing our brains out was a complete waste."

Samuel kissed Lucinda back and walked them over to the couch. He threw Lucinda down on it and tore of his shirt and started unzipping his pants.

"Prepare for the beast Gingersnap."

The heat in Lucinda's eyes was enough to give her consent but she stood up  quickly. "Let's go to my room. I don't want anyone coming home and interupting us."

Samuel grinned and pushed Lucinda down on the couch. By now he was completley naked and he began ripping off Lucinda's clothes. "Let them, who cares? If they know whats best they will be able to understand not to come in before they even take a single step inside."

Samuel then unleashed himself on Lucinda, and they enjoyed themselves to the fullest completley ignoring their own senses that told them to be wary of each other.

Lucinda lost herself in Samuel and quite some time after they finished there were still in the living room but now on the floor as they had broken the coffee table during their intese lovemaking, she felt his heart slower as they calmed down. She noticed that he had his arm and leg on her possessively. She wondered if this was just a short term thing or if she could even consider anything else and why was he so obviously interested in her being an original. It occured to her that he had hit on her and kissed her before but the second he found out...well here they were. She looked at him and worried what trouble this would cause, especially if Garrett came through the front door.

Garrett was stunned. He realized in that moment that nothing in the last 1000 years had surprised him as badly as this turn of events. He never expected to realize his feelings for Tabitha, he never expected Lucinda would express herself for him as she did. And he never expected to be where he was Tabitha right now, and to find out he didnt know something so serious about someone in his family.

"What? You.....you loved someone before? Ive been at your side for over 1200 years and I never saw you express.....romantic interest. I mean sexual interest in others sure but not........"

Garrett rested his head against Tabitha's forehead.

"I guess its none of my buisness, but I....understand sorta. If you want to.....put this on hold......."

Tabitha was silent for a few moments, unmoving. She drew in a breath, letting the simple act sooth her, drawing in Garrett's scent. Finally, she said softly "It was centuries ago, and I didn't get there in time to save him from one plague or another. I can't remember which one. I didn't get to turn him. It was only a few weeks..." She stopped a moment, wondering how she couldn't remember which plague, but then moved on. "I don't want to do that"

Garrett took a step back and went to hold Tabitha's hands, but then halted from being unsure if it was the right thing to do. He crossed his arms and tried to look Tabitha in the eyes.  "You never told Lucinda or me that. Im sorry hun. The plagues were a dark time for all three of us. Lucinda lost a few boytoys I think, and no one wanted to party with me," Garrett said trying to lighten the mood but failing,"Do you want to go home?"

Tabitha hadn't wanted to tell anyone, at the time it had just been too painful. And then she'd thrown herself into one thing or another, and hadn't let herself think too much. She sighed softly as Garrett stepped back, but suppossed she had ruined the mood. She bowed her head slightly, "Sometimes we forget how much we can be affected by the events of the world. How much we can change. It was easier just...not thinking on it, and just...turning myself up a notch. It was easier focusing on the projects, then anything else"  A part of tabitha had just wanted to not feel, and letting her creative, excenttric nature overflow was easier, even if it made her seem odder and odder.

she drew in another breath, "We should go home...but...maybe we could watch the sun rise, first?"

"I would love to as long as its with you,"Garrett said smiling lightly,"But are you.....sure? I mean.....Im sorry but I need to ask. Watching the sunrise together would it be....a date? Just two Originals spending time together? I am...unclear on where we stand now and I while I get that time is needed for an official label.......I would appreciate any type of hint on where we stand now."

Tabitha seemed a little perplexed, by his words. Had she really messed things up that much? Maybe all the fiction novels she'd read were right. Maybe relationships were hard, because of all the different meanings. She pondered that thought a moment, getting slightly distracted. "Um. I didn't mean to change things-well obviously things will change...I mean..." She frowned over the words, getting herself tangled up in it all. She took a moment to align her thoughts, frustrated at herself. "I...it just didn't feel right....feel right to do anything...without you knowing" She paused again, as if replaying the words in her head to see if she had managed to say what she meant.

Satisfied with that, she closed the distance between them, now smiling, pleased with herself that she'd managed to figure that out and get it said without further tangling, "So...its a date"

Garrett reached down and held Tabitha's hand gently. He smiled, glad that they were not thrown completley off track. "Thank you. Thank you for sharing that with me, thank you for being honest, thank you for giving me a straight answer."

Garrett smiled. "I know a decent spot. Cmon lets go."

Garrett walked with Tabitha, not running or using their vampiric abilites, for a decent stretch of time and distance. A distance and time that would offput most people, unless they were vampires. But Garrett didnt care. He was lucky enough to be next to the greatest women he has ever known. "We can move at our own pace, and when your ready for any next level stuff we can figure it out. Together."

Garrett led them to a small out of the way nature trail. It was all but hidden unless you knew what you wer elooking for. Garrett led Tabitha to a small hill along the trail with a perfect view of what will be the sunrise. When they go tthere Garrett sat down and propped himself up on his elbows. He looked at tabitha and smiled. "This little spot is an old little secret I paved way for. Far as I know the only people who use it nowadays are highschoolers and stoners. But it is a little late/early for anyone else to be here."

Tabitha plopped herself beside Garrett, happily letting herself lean back against him, and listened as he spoke about the spot. She could see why it would be popular for teenagers, who apparently liked being outdoors but still have the privacy of this place. Heck, it attracted her for the same reasons. She smiled, letting her gaze roam over the sky as it slowly transitioned from night to day. She had always loved the moment the sun began to rise, it just seemed magical. "Its a wonderful spot" She said, "And the perfect time"

When the sun began to rise, she lost herself in the colours. It was always stunning to her, even after all the sunrises she had seen. Goodness knows how many that was over 1200 years. For a moment, she tried to figure that out, before giving up, and curling slightly closer to Garrett. While she knew they were weakened during the day, she was glad they could still feel the sun's rays. She didn't think she could have lived in a world without it.

"Its perfect"

Garrett didnt feel the same way as Tabiths but he did his best not to show it. He did not understand the fascination with the sun, rising or setting, staying in place, the sun was the sun. It was their mortal enemy, since they were vampires, and he hated the very sight of it. But in a way he also understood that he admired the sun. He understood how science explained it, but at the same time he looked at it in his own way. The sun was their enemy, but it was a symbol as well. It was power in its raw form, life, energy, and so much more. He felt the heat on his skin, could feel as it reflected off of it and refused to warm him. He felt it without feeling it.

Garrett was happy though that Tabitha was happy. It was what he wanted more than anything.

Tabitha found she didn't want to move, even after the sun had risen. But she knew they should, to at least not worry Lucinda, and so she sighed softly, "We should head home" She just hoped that Lucinda wouldn't be in a bad mood from the day before. And she had to get back to check on Callie too. The witch had slipped her  mind for a time, but she hoped that Callie hadn't got into any trouble.

Niesha

There were many things that Niesha despised. She was use to being overlooked at times, but this was just down right arrogance. She glared at the huntress. If this was what the hunt had to offer, then Niesha wanted no part of them. Rude, arrogant, and Ignorant to other ways, Niesha decided she'd be much better off without having any dealings with the hunt. If this is what two thousand years of no sex does to you, no thank you. she thought to herself, glad for the moment that the words hadn't slipped out her mouth. A point for self-control. For once. She shifted, shaking her head, glad the Huntress was leaving. Although she was disturbed for the offer to Syleste.

Niesha didn't have many friends, and the thought of losing one to the Hunt...it distressed her greatly. IF Syleste was tempted, Niesha knew that she needed to be careful, to not shove her friend towards the Hunt. On the other side of the coin, she knew she couldn't stop Syleste's choice. It was hers, after all. Her gaze flickered towards Michael, Syleste all but in his lap, and her heart ached for him. If Syleste choose the hunt, Michael would be more then devestated.

She gave a soft sigh, waiting until the Huntress was out of sight, Niesha excused herself. "I'm going to go back to the cabin. I'll see you later" She followed Elena, but headed towards the cabins. Only, she stopped halfway, troubled by the recent events. She bit her lip, unsure. She glanced back to the stands, wondering if she should have left, but she hadn't wanted to say something that might be wrong.

Snow fluttered about her, circling above, she rose up and down with drafts, circling round in a figure out for a few moments, before going into loop-de-loops. Niesha stood there, watching thoughtfully.
hm. Ishall think.
