Current Projects/Freelance work

  • I am a voice talent and script writer for Faerun History
  • I have a much smaller personal Youtube channel that I use to make videos on various subjects. Only been making videos for 2 years, but it's growing!
  • I'm the host of a Science Fiction & Fantasy Podcast where I interview authors of the genre.

Interests (Includes but is not limited to)

  • Writing/Reading (Love writing and I own too many books)
  • Video Games (Been a gamer for close to 23 years now)
  • Working Out/Martial Arts (Wing Chun/Oyama Karate mostly. Some historical swordplay as well.)
  • History (Military History is my specialty)
  • Zoology
  • Art (Mostly Illustrations. Used to be good. Am picking it back up)
  • Voice Acting/Singing
  • Tabletop Gaming (Started late in the game. Been at it for 3 years. I was the kid who bought the monster manuals and D&D books just for the lore for the longest time. I've played 3.5e, 5e, Star Wars D20, Edge of the Empire, PF, and PF2.)
  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)
  • Movies (Action/War/Drama films being my go-to)
  • Music (Rock of all kinds, as well as historical folk songs, sea shanties, pub songs, a bit of classical music, etc)
  • Guitar (am learning to play, but being left handed makes it challenging)
  • There's more but if you care enough you can PM me :P

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

@FuzzybootzI was going to use her as an NPC, but I do not mind myself. I'll let JB answer though, if you wish.
@rush99999That is a good question.
Cold blooded, sir. HOWEVER. They usually have a bit of warmth in their bodies regardless because of their Draconic tendencies and the ability to use a breath weapon.
As the Ceremony concluded, young Abigail Ashe decided to get some fresh air (if she could get any at all!) and a fine view from atop the seaside parapets at the edge of the fort. The sea breeze was nice on her skin, and it made the loose fringes of her dark hair sway. It would be perfect if this corset was not so constricting on her bosom and lungs.

She was almost scared off the cliff by the approaching Commodore's footsteps. "Lady Ashe, I hope I do not disturb you." he said.

She sucked in a breath with effort. "No, of course not Commodore. Congratulations are in order, I believe sir." He gave her a smile. "Thank you my lady. I...hope I am not putting you in an awkward position. But I have a question for you, if you may answer me."

She fanned herself, unsure of to what he was asking. She surely hoped he was inquiring on how she could survive in the corset. "Go on sir."

"I was wondering if you'd be so kind to me as to tell me if you know Miss Swann's opinion of me?" he asked, seeming quite bashful for such a tall and handsome gentleman.

"Oh, well I believe she thinks of you as a fine man." she said, gazing out at the ocean. Norrington gave her a look, and then looked away as he began speaking again. "Truly? She said that?" he asked, before clearing his throat. "I would be lying if I was saying that it does not bring me great joy. Could you tell me exactly what she told you?"

Abigail Ashe unfortunately, had already begun plummeting into the ocean.
*tucks his beard into his belt* Only polite, ye see?

Ok so I'mma post later today. Is everyone else dead though? Should I not?
@rush99999Ooops, my bad.

You can spot 8 of them, with about 6 extra moving about heading toward the battle. They're probably non archers moving towards you, or passed you There are also about half a dozen at the edge of your vision as well. The number of the bandits is fairly big, after all.
Beren was satisfied with Vanya's answer, and unpacked his things. He had a small pack along with his new one made of Elven silk. He took out a small water bottle and took a swig, before wiping his mouth with his muscled forearm. He opened his eyes, and glanced to Harvan. "Well met." he said. The lighting was dim, but not too dark to see by with the starlight. "We did not get a chance to speak back at the Inn. Are you a soldier?" His brows were raised, showing he truly was interested. He had the look of an experienced warrior, though perhaps not a professional armsman in a standing army. His crimson and loose fitting garb bereft of armor was quite odd to someone who hailed from the north like Harvan.

It was then that An-Hasst made it into the Elven glade. Brogach the Elk padded into the clearing with his rider, before lowering himself to allow him to dismount. Calanon the Ranger smiled brightly and patted his Elk's muzzle. "Fair travels I take it?" he asked Brogach, before giving An-Hasst a nod. "I hope the brambles did not harm you too much, friend. They can cut hard those who are not used to the Southland." These last words were aimed at the Skayleigh.

Surprisingly, Vanya approached Alice and Sett. She crossed her arms and regarded them. "Forgive me," she said, speaking as if it was a statement rather than an apology. She eyed them both, her hip cocked and eyebrow raised as she did so. "I am curious on what manner of magic you specialize in, and how many years you have practiced." Her question was to Alice, but she looked Sett up and down. "And if you are a priest, can you perform spells, sir?" Behind them, Geradin's barrel belly rose and fell as he snored loudly.

I'm posting now lads and lasses. Be forewarned, for ye willnae survive!

....perhaps I am being overly dramatic
The newly christened Commodore Norrington stepped into the center line, before saluting with his sword, and about facing. His march was stern and resolute, but held an air of professionalism and responsibility. He looked a fine man in his uniform, and did not seem haughty at all for this most auspicious of occasions. The big to-do at the fort had every high class citizen present, as well as many of the Red Coat soldiers. Abigail Ashe watched the ceremony with a light interest, curious on the meaning of such a display.

Below in the town, young Will had stopped for a moment to buy a few things needed for the shop, and heard the trumpets from up above. He sighed. Elizabeth would be up there, attending the ceremony to the new Commodore. He shouldn't exactly feel jealous. She was meant for someone high class, whether or not she chose Norrington. It would never be him, he knew. "Thank you." he told the merchant, before continuing his way back to the shop and his master. He still needed to practice his sword work this day.
Kayden looked to Nuva, and nodded to him as if to say 'I hear you.' "Let's get a bit closer and take a look." he whispered, holding his hand up to show he himself would go first. He moved silently for someone who wasn't a sneak thief, his sword in its scabbard again. He peered around the next bend, seeing a small hallway lined with stone. At the end of it was a heavy wooden door like the previous ones. It had a small space to peer into, with bars like a tiny prison over it. He hesitated, and then crept forward to peer through. He stood there for perhaps 20 seconds, before making his way back to the group.

He motioned for them to follow him to the back end of the relatively large room, so they could speak in safety. Upon closer inspection, they all saw his face was aghast, and nearly pale. "I...there were three small children in the room." he told them. He had no idea how to explain the rest, so he said it matter of fact. "They were slaughtered. Their throats slit, and the blood seeped into this...symbol on the floor I...suddenly it began to glow, and the body in the center of the symbol began to transform. I don't know what's happening, but there's 2 guards at the main door, a...dark sorcerer, and 3 more guards posted in the room. We have to move quickly."

He glanced back to the entrance, before turning back to his comrades. "Nuva, I'm thinking it'll be best if you do what you do best, after all. Rip that door apart and kill the first two guards. Morek? You go after him. Take out that Sorcerer. I'll come in next with Cassilda. We'll take out the remaining guys, and helps out where we can. Cassilda? Watch the Sorcerer in case Morek needs help."
He nodded to them. "Let's do it."

The forest was thick around the Gnomes, and they managed to fell 2 of the bandits with their volley, injuring a third in the leg. The other Bandits in their sights were either missed or hid behind the thick trees. It was hard to tell how many archers were out there. Before them was a lot of brush covering a small rise in the landscape, followed by trees and forms of bandits leading up a very light incline of the hill. Much of the leaves and branches had the look of bandits arms of weapons. It was hard to tell in the brush. Luckily, the Gnomes had a few stout trees and the bushes that were as tall as they to hide behind and cover themselves with to conceal themselves. A few loose arrows arced toward them. One embedded itself in a tree just next to Hobbnob's left, not a foot from his face. Hobnobb could hear a scream from the left, and a red tail lashing before it disappeared. It seemed Jex was hard at work.
@rush99999
A few harsh looking bandits were quite surprised to find a Vrettonian Duelist and a Clan Elf Warrior having suddenly appeared to harass their flank. Four men broke off from the Knights and swiped at Zin, keeping him pre-occupied for a moment in a flurry of blades before Regeland intercepted one of them with his rapier, and another was cut at his back by a Knight, yelping in pain before turning around and engaging him. The two men left glanced at one another, and decided to close in on Zin. One of them was burly and big, with a huge jaw and a spiked mace in his hand. The other cutthroat was leaner, with a hawk nose, wielding a short sword and round shield.
