Ohoho.
If you thought Livia is one for democracy, you were sorely wrong :D

This is her academy, and she'll run it the way she wants too ;P
There is a council of teachers though, that oversee the day to day mostly. They do run most of the things, but Livia does have the final say in decisions~

It's okay, she might need to recruit people to be the other members. . . Like Medaka Box :D

Katherine is now head of what is basically the Disciplinary committee! Student council.

@Vocab How does Adam know the names of the students if they're new and don't introduce themselves? They don't seem to have visible ID's and Adam wouldn't have been able to see them from far away...

I mean, he is the Student Council President. I'm fairly certain he's probably looked over their dossiers or something like it, which probably included a picture. If he's standing with the judges as well, then he's not standing all that far away, either.

That's what I'm going with at least. Would make sense.

Hey, Rapiers are the ultimate weapon for killing something with class & style.

I just prefer bathing in the blood of my enemies more, hence the polearms that can cleave a man in two :D

No, best sword is the Falchion. Or the Scimitar

I like the rapier.

It's not something everyone has.

Better than ridiculous noisy guns and showy flamethrowers at least.

Rapiers are awesome. Not my favorite choice of weapon, since I prefer glaives/spears/polearms in general, but rapiers are cool.

@Rune_Alchemist Eh, I was thinking less Gall and more of just something built into important areas/buildings of the academy, but I suppose it's not too important.

Well, realistically speaking, it could very well be built into a lot of places in the campus to prevent large-scale fights from breaking out and destroying stuff.

@Zombehs Meruin's tags aren't gonna fall even if Cole does his supernatural no-sell. They're catalysts, not the actual magic, and what's the range for Spirit Knockout anyway? I assumed he sent a field or had to concentrate on where it would work, but he just enveloped the whole library with it. Does the range change depending on the room size or what?

It's not Cole's magic, Hanged.

It's a magic thing Gall made to deal with troublemakers in his library. It basically nullifies all magic in effect, from what we've discussed.
