Current I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio

Hello! Welcome to my little bio.

Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).

Have some dancing medjed.

This person sort of set her on edge. Lukas, eh? Meredith simply continued to smile softly up at him as he introduced himself and started speaking about a number of things. He was a bit silly, and entertaining at least though! She just wanted to give him a tiny little nibble. He looked so delicious, too! Maybe flay the skin one piece at a time, savor it? Heh...heheheheh....Meredith Blinked. She was going somewhere not nice, with that thought. Aha, someone would get angry with her if she thought that.

Lovebirds, though? She watched as Lukas walked off and Sigurd asked his question.

"No idea!" She replied with a giggle. "Maaaaybe?" She had zero clue as to what normal intimacy looked like. For her, it would usually involve full body hugs and...other things. "Do you...want to be that?"

Sigurd look like fun, at least! And he was so cute too! She could just nibble on him all day~

~Halsey~

@Duoya

"Sweet, thanks man." Halsey replied, taking a seat next to the guy as she hooked up her phone to the charger. "Ugh, I don't know what they drugged us with but it was definitely not the fun stuff." She chuckled, reaching for the water bottle and taking a long chug of it and nearly drinking half of it. After saying thanks though, Halsey didn't seem to be too much interested in talking more however. At least until Lukas started making more of an annoyance of himself.

"...meh, showoff." Halsey grunted quietly. People like Lukas really annoyed her, honestly. Some people just needed to learn to chill every now and then. Still, she shouldn't get involved. It'd only mean more work for her. Instead, she booted up her phone after letting it charge for a few seconds and made sure everything was in order. She cast a glance over to Clyde however, a small grin forming as it was quite obvious he wasn't exactly doing so well.

"You uh, alright there bud?" She asked with a light chuckle, giving him a soft jab in the side with her elbow after realizing that he was perhaps feeling a bit either intimidated by that moron with the sword or by her. Either were possible scenarios. Not much she could do about either though. Too tiring...but she could at least make small talk. She was good at that. Somewhat. "Breathing is usually beneficial to you know, uh living, so maybe try doing a bit more of that and a bit less of whatever this is." Maybe introducing herself would help? That might be getting a bit too involved though, so...eh.

...well, she could do what she wanted here as long as she didn't get too serious with anything.

"The Name's Halsey. Got a name yourself? Or do you just go by the lord of horrible tasting protein bars?"

~Katherine Sinclair~

@KaiserElectric@wxps350@Pirouette

"Ha, hello Maggie." Katherine chuckled lightly as the last teacher made her appearance."Pleasure as always. Just spend less time with those creepy mannequins of yours next time. Anyways, the new students will be arriving soon but we've got a bit of work to do for them and not a lot of time to prepare," She handed Maggie the same note she had given the other two. "To put simply, you three will be helping me run the new student Evals this year." The phys ed and Eval teacher went on to explain exactly what that would entail. The teachers had pretty much full control over the testing facilities and the contents of the exams so long as a few basic parameters the school had devised were met. The only things that were a hard no were lethal weaponry, unless otherwise stated as well as nothing being impossibly hard for them.

Anything else, was free game.

"These papers should cover everything you need to know, but if you have questions just message me or use those fancy computers or something this place gives ya..." She slouched slightly at that. Ugh, technology really wasn't her forte. "I'd suggest to get going to the Eval area and prepare while the kiddos are having their breakfast." With a grunt, she headed out of her office.
~Fox~

For a few seemingly agonizingly long seconds, the fox simply stared at Sel. Her blue eyes coldly studied the mage silently, occasionally one of her ears seemingly twitched as she thought. Finally though, she sighed in replied.

"Hm? Is this mage so weak as to let a few insults get to her? Do you have such a low self esteem you can not brush off a mild insult? Such a weak willed thing you are. I almost find it pitiable." It was true, her words were rather...scathing and insulting most of the time. However, most of the time they also weren't exactly 100% truthful. If Sel had been paying attention in any capacity or even trusted her in the slightest then this wouldn't even be an issue, would it?

She doubted this insufferable mage would ever find her funny in the same manner her sister or Ayumi would, though...

Why, could she just not once...have the benefit of the doubt, just once in her life? That she wasn't some sort of boogey monster? That she wasn't some sort of...thing to be feared? That she, like her sister, deserved to have their efforts recognized instead of shoved under the carpet and as soon as things went wrong she was blamed for it?

"Hm," She hummed after a few more seconds. "Your words sound sincere at least...but I have heard sincere sounding words before. Words are meaningless in most situations." She paused for a few seconds, choosing her words carefully. "...but I will give you the benefit of the doubt, my weak minded master." For better or for worse, whether she was going to end up on the receiving end of mistrust again...why did she do this to herself?

She really hated that stupid fox for making her like this.

"Hmm...but if we're doing trust falls, there is something I would like to show you." She continued as she started walking. "Somewhere private with lots of room. Perhaps the lake will suffice, hm?" She paused for a moment, looking over her shoulder. "...just know, that if you ever fail in your trust...there will be no more chances for us, and your soul will be forfeit." She quietly added.

Sel would easily be able to tell that once again...that was not and idle threat.

~Ritsa~

The hydra stared at the spear like implement a few seconds longer before frowning. Instead of using it however, she finally decided she would use the methods most known to her to capture a meal. Fish were naturally skittish. One had to be extremely still and swift to catch one. This spear was such an inefficient tool...all it did was hurt little baby hydras.

She tossed the stick to the ground and walked back over to the river, walking out to the center of it and taking a sit in the center of it. This was likely the quietest and stillest Fia would ever see Ritsa. The hydra sat, almost completely motionless save for a few twitches of some fins on her head near her ears. Perhaps she was listening? Either way the Hydra would remain completely still for a number of seconds.

Suddenly, in one swift motion the Hydra reached swiftly down into the water next to her...and pulled up a fish. The stream wasn't big enough to have large ones, but this would serve nicely as dinner. She grinned, running over to Fia and showing her the catch, letting the redhead look at it.

"Hehe, silly sticks are silly." She grinned. "Much better hunter." She enthusiastically replied as the fish flopped about as it tried to escape its captors grasp. Ah! Right, she was going to eat it. Before Fia could say much else, the hydra shoved the whole fish into her mouth.

And swallowed it.

Whole.

"Hey hey, you next!"

~Sorcha~

"Haha!" The dragon grinned. "See Maoin, this is the sort of attitude you should have!" It was clear the dragon was enjoying herself, moreso since Luna was also enjoying it. For the next few seconds Glaive met sword. The clashing of metal upon metal echoed through the clearing as the dragon and knightess traded blows. It didn't seem like either could get an easy leg up on the other in a melee like this. Well, in such a situation one simply had to get a little creative. As Luna made a wide sideways arc, the dragon positioned her glaive horizontally and as soon as the two weapons clashed, the dragon caught the sword. In the next swift motion, Sorcha summoned all the strength she could and lowered her body, sending a swift, but still very powerful kick right to the knights midsection. If it knocker her off balance, as soon as the dragon right her self she would follow up by tackling the knight and hopefully pinning her to the ground.
Annd a post from me. Decided to get a bit of character interaction going~

@Hammerman

Apocalypse now, eh?

She had never once permanently joined a guild. She wasn't really one to stayed tied down to one thing for very long. She liked to keep things exciting, new, and fresh. Predictability was the bane of creativity and she might as well say it was the bane of life. That was the reason she had mixed feelings about the shutdown. On one hand, she was disappointed. In the years she had played she had made some great friends, allies, and comrades...it was so much easier to talk to people over the internet rather than in person. Where she could actually be something she liked, not restrained by social norms.

On the other hand, finding a new game to play would be pretty fun, as well. Reincarnating herself into another game, would be fun as well, wouldn't it?

Just one last little hurrah here and she'd be done.

The demon in question was laying on a couch, in an almost comical fashion as she laid on it, her rather revealing clothing not leaving much to the imagination. Her bored expression eventually started turning into a small frown, the demonic tail she had

"Gaaaah~" She whined, comically flailing her arms against the couch. Honestly, she'd have rather been causing chaos in the final days of the PvP, but it seemed she wouldn't be able to do it. She had a final few matches with some of her more rival like acquaintances, but now? Nothing to do but sit and wait for the end of the world. "Boring, boring boring! Where's the excitement! Drama! Chaos!? I want to see someone get their heads lopped off!" It was admittedly, a rather childish display but she was feeling rather bored.

"Hey hey, its edgy demon McEdgeface!" A high pitched, somewhat childishly grating voice met her ears causing her eyes to widen, cat like pupils dilating in small annoyance. She'd recognize that childish voice anywhere! Her head swiveled to the source of it, and lo and behold, a tall armored silver knight wielding an almost ridiculously large shield that was used more for bashing peoples faces in and a tiny fairy sitting on her head met her eyes.

"Oh haha, because you haven't used that one before." She replied, standing up as she clicked her tongue in a derisive fashion as a small smirk crossed her face. "At least I didn't make an NPC just to write terrible fiction between me and them like a pervert."

"Oooh, buuurn." The fairy in question replied with a light giggle, not entirely seeming offended by the comment. "I might cry, edge face. At least I'm not some sicko that gets off from murdering people."

"Tsk, you don't understand anything do you, pest?" Senna replied, feigning a hurt voice. "I, create art on the battlefield! I can't help it you uncultured fools don't understand. Besides, unlike a certain Fairy I'm not mentioning, I am actually good at fighting and can do more than just sprinkle drugs on people to make them hallucinate."

"Gah! Ow, right to the heart you uncouth demon! My fairy dust is high quality and 100% not hallucinogenic!...usually." She stuck her tongue out at the demon. "Not like you'd ever get any of my fairy dust~" Senna's face turned into a small frown before turning into a smirk, chuckling lightly.

"I'm going to take that as a bad innuendo and just laugh." She proceeded to do just that. "Nice to see ya, Tea." In response, the tiny fairy suddenly grew in size, turning to one similar to that of a human child, practically hopping off of the knights head and enveloping the demon in a tackle hug hard enough to knock the demon over.

"Hehe, hey there Sen!" She returned the demons laughter. "Wow, its been so long since I last saw ya, hasn't it?"

"Not since you decided to 'play a game' with me in that forest you use as your guild base. That was...five months ago, almost?"

"Hehe, yeah! My butts still sore from the instant Karma I got from that. How's it going? We should really get each others contact info since this place is gonna get the big 'ol red nuke button in a few minutes." She chuckled childishly, finally releasing the taller demon from her hug. "Maaaaybe then you could get some of this fairy's dust?~"

"Shush you," She said, thumping the fairy on the head as a rather delightful squee-sounding noise was heard. "No more bad innuendos. Besides, I bet your just a perverted old man in real life."

"G-geh! I'll have you know I am neither perverted nor old!"

"...but you are a man, then?"

"Gah! No!" Shrinking back down to her self proclaimed 'fun size' the pixie fluttered back onto her NPC's head as Senna laughed. "Here ya go! Write it down, don't forget it!" The two took a few minutes to exchange contact info for meeting outside of the game. After which, the two went their separate ways. The fairy and her favorite NPC walking towards a few of the others. "Onwards Lena, to the food table! One last offering to the Fairy queen!"

Senna simply chuckled, watching as they left.

Well, if there was one thing she knew, she at least had a permanent friend.

Scanning the room, she was suddenly in a much better mood after meeting that annoying little fairy, so she decided to mingle, if only a little. She didn't really know any people but there was always time to play with people a little bit...and she found the near perfect target. With a playful smirk, the demon walked over to Selena.

"You know, drinking alone is usually frowned upon I think." She chuckled, standing likely a bit to close to Selena. "Don't see anyone ya know? Aside from an annoying pixie neither do I. Might as well use the last minutes we have to get a little friendly. Just call me Sen."

~Tania and Lena~

@drewccapp

After leaving their demonic friend to whatever devices she got up to when they were alone, the self-proclaimed fairy queen was happily chugging a glass of wine in an almost comical manner, still using her NPC's head as a throne of sorts. Ah, this was really annoying wasn't it? So much work would be lost in the blink of an eye...at least she saved all her stories, NPCs, items, tales, and other works of slightly questionable and pervy fiction before hand. For the most part, the fairy kept to herself and to Lena. Senna hadn't been wrong. Over the years, she had gotten rather...attached, to the virtual character.

Probably not that healthy to get that attached to pixels on a screen...but eh. She didn't really have anyone else in life, did she?

The topic of PvP came up however, and Tania decided to join in on the camaraderie.

"Weeelll, this happened a few months ago." She started, seemingly barely holding onto the wineglass. "Buuut I made a guy beat his friend to death with my illusion magic then gave him flying lessons. It was great, heh!" She wasn't much of a PvP player, though, and she typically steered clear of such things. She was more into this for the writing and roleplaying aspect more than PvP like Sen. "It was great watching his friend run around trying to dodge fireballs cuz he thought they were me, heh! Classic."

@IceHeart

Alright, should have found and fixed those issues.

Changed the description of a few abilities a few times when I was writing it. Writing it at 3AM probably didn't help, either.

Anything else?
@Lugubrious

Ah...hadn't noticed that.

Yeah, that's cool. I shouldn't think so much when It's 3 AM.

Brain has a habit of not working xD
@IceHeart
Alllllright, here we are!

I ended up making an NPC for her as well. felt like we could use a few more inherently good aligned guys, honestly.

@Lugubrious
Hm...curious. Senna also has Blood Knight at level 15. I assume this means she also would have these passive abilities of hers? Or how exactly would that work?

...might just be late and I'm overthinking things.
Oh fun
We starting?

I'll have a posty post up either tonight or tomorrow morning.

@IceHeart
Come to think of it, I think I'm actually going to make a second character to use. I think I'll write them up fairly soon~
~Auges Magnus~

Year 7,432 of the 3rd Era
3rd Month, 12th Day
Location: Forests of Illisk, Village of Skruor

For the most part, Auges kept themselves quiet as they walked a few paces behind the larger northern man. Mostly because he was talking and she had no idea what he was saying. She could pick up a few general words and phrases, or at least the general intent behind the words but for the most part trying to speak in any lengthy coherent fashion that would be beneficial would only result in headaches. Instead, she took to making mental notes about the scenery. The north was so vastly different from the Deserts of Harena. She had seen them before of course, but the smell of the pine forests still felt so unfamiliar to her.

The man, Aric, kept talking as they trekked through the forest. The path wasn't a well worn one, and she ended up nearly tripping on multiple occasion. Perhaps that was because she was still lost in thought though. Trying to piece together the little clues she had. But perhaps she was thinking about things too hard as Ante often told her she did. She turned her gaze from the trees in the distance back towards Aric.

"You've been studying that rock for awhile now." He chuckled, glancing over his shoulder at her. Ah? Yeah, she had picked one up a few minutes ago. She had wanted to try practicing to see if being dead had somehow affected her abilities but she wasn't sure if she could do it in front of Aric. She stuffed it in her pocket. "So where you from, kid?"

"Lots...of sand." She replied coolly. Perhaps she could get a bit of information from Aric before she arrived at this small village he had mentioned.

"Sand...eh? What's a kid from Zidel doing all the way out here in Illisk?"

"Learning." She simply replied again. Zidel? That name was unfamiliar to her, as was the name Illisk. Had she been gone long enough for entirely new civilizations to be founded? What had become of Harena then? Perhaps Zidel was simply the more modern name for it? More questions then answers, once again.

"Learning? Esh, you magic types are dedicated at least..." He grunted as he continued to walk. "Well, I won't pry." Auges gave a small nod of appreciation. "We're here anyways!" Aric replied jovially, gesturing forwards. The sounds of voices and other noises that one might expect in a village caught Auges' ears. She had been too caught up in her own thoughts again to notice it.

...ha, she should pay more attention to her surroundings.

She followed Aric into the northern village. It looked much like the ones she passed through to get here in the first place. At least that aspect hadn't changed all too much over however long she had been deceased. A cool breeze blew through the small village, and the sound of idle village life met her ears. Even before committing the sin of suicide she hadn't heard it in so long...it was both comforting and disconcerting at the same time, if such a thing was possible.

"Here we are! Skuror. Own little slice of heaven." Aric gestured towards the scattered wooden houses. "Come on then, my house is on the other side." She nodded quietly, continuing to follow. To say Skuror was a lively place was an understatement. Seemed quite a number of people knew Aric as well, judging from how they greeted him. Most seemed to go about their business and pay her no mind though, which was a blessing. Conversing with multiple people at once would be difficult. It didn't take long for her to follow Aric to his home. He walked up to the door, motioning for Auges to stay outside for a moment as he sat the furs and other items he collected while out hunting on the ground next to it.

Before he could say anything else though, the door to the wooden cabin opened and a rather tall woman dressed in simple furs and cloths exited.

"Aric! 'Bout time you got back." She quickly took note of Auges before he could reply though. The woman looked shocked for a moment before turning her head towards Aric. She placed her arms and gave him a questioning look. "...I know ye have a habit of bringing lost puppies back, but that is not a lost puppy."

"Hey now," Aric shrugged. "The kid was lost in the woods. Couldn't just leave her there, Gyda."

Auges simply turned her head from the older woman to Aric, suppressing the urge to giggle. Ah, being mistaken for a child was as fun as ever when it wasn't being a hindrance. Though, she couldn't really tell what they were saying to well it was clear at least that they were having some good natured humor - likely about her.

"Eh? What's a small thing like her doing out in the forest by themselves?" The woman, Gyda turned her head towards Auges. After a few seconds of processing the words and thinking of a proper sounding reply, Auges finally managed one.

"Not here." The young looking mage simply shook her head in response. "Zidel. Traveling myself. Need to get to Bervenia." At least her words sounded more confident, though. Still, she kept the talking to the minimum. Hm...if she could get her hands on a book, it'd make this a bit easier. "Aric said you may have a map?"

"Aye, we got one of the region. Aric uses it in his hunting trips." The woman, Gyda replied as the smell of freshly cooked meat of some sort wafted out of the door. Oh dear...how long had it been since she actually ate something? She was tempted to stay around for awhile and simply observe things but she should really be going.

"Head inside, Augestine. Gyda here will get it for ya." Nodding quietly, Auges looked towards Gyda who had already moved back into the house.

The rest of the evening past uneventfully. Aric and Gyda were more than friendly, which was a welcome blessing. They even invited her to stay for dinner! She wasn't particularly a fan of northern foods, but after being dead for so long she could really not care. They even offered to let her stay the night if she wanted. Night came swiftly enough. She must have been revived sometime during the late afternoon. She hadn't thought to check the time before. Still, not that it mattered. She couldn't stay until morning. She got up from the sleeping space offered to her, quietly making her way towards the door. Might as well leave something at least in thanks too, shouldn't she?

The transmuter pulled out the stone she had pocketed earlier She didn't have any money with her, so this was the best she could do. She wrapped her hands around the stone, a brief flash of red light emanating from between her fingers. When she opened them again, the stone had shrunk to be much smaller, and shone a gold color.

A small nugget of gold.

She left it on on the table after making some paper and writing a small note, only leaving her name.

Best if she didn't get involved too much with others for now, using her Mulcent Aurae, the transmuter sped off in the direction of Bervenia. With any luck, she'll find answers...
Well, small posty from me~

@Erode

Small questions...but do Tyrants bleed? Or at least, if they're cut and they do bleed in some manner, can Cerise use it?
