Unsure whether to make a boxer/brawler or somebody a little more powerful/armed, but I don't know what my opponent's plans are. If I make this barefist brawler character and then they make a character who uses swords and guns, I'm...probably not going to win.
@NuttsnBolts

That's actually quite a good idea!

I pride myself on making good characters but damn lol. If a personality section has a on paragraph minimum, then 90% of the bullshit I write to fill space will be outright wrong ten posts in, and not by character development either.

It's a peeve of mine that I'm expected to be able to put my character's personality into words before I even play them. Even if I have a good idea of their personality and character progression arc before I start (which is rare, which is why I can't advanced rp), I struggle to put it into words.
For real though, diet coke is less healthy for me than full-sugar classic coke because my body does not cope well with aspartame.
@Parvo

What kind of character will you be using?

I have a little. Two arena threads, neither of them yet finished

Radiance

Listening to what Erza was saying about Tomoe, Mina examined the small girl. Her quirk admittedly did sound useful, though odd. Their chances weren't really worse than anybody else's. She shook her head at Tomoe's question. "I was in the design meeting, but so was my mother, as well as a professional dressmaker, and an armor specialist" The nonchalant way she admitted her costume was made by a professional dressmaker...how rich was this girl? She hadn't even been bragging. She said that like it was normal!

"And don't worry," Mina continued in a tone that made it unclear whether she was mocking Tomoe or trying to be nice. It was most likely both. "Your costume is cute, and it suits you."

Mina was caught off guard by Jett's guess, she she looked over at him, but for a few few seconds, her mouth wouldn't respond to the brain's commands to reply. She eventually unfroze. "Yes, that's close enough! It's 'Radiance'" She hoped that the simple revelation would at least get a smile from Jett. She would feel then that there was no fristion between them from earlier, when she'd blanked him.

Maeda Hitomi

"When I make it, I shall show you first, and that's a promise," Hitomi beamed at Roy, smiling sweetly. When she heard his description of his quirk, her eyes lit up. "That sounds powerful and useful! We might even be able to win! How did you even get put in Support in the first place? No wonder you were transferred out so quickly. I'm still wondering why I was also chosen. Sure I have high grades, but this is all my quirk is; wooly hair, sheep ears and goat horns."

The girl called Joann joined them shortly after, and offered a handshake to Hitomi, which the sheep girl accepted and smiled. "Maeda Hitomi, Team c, yup. I really like your goggles!" she replied. "So, what's your quirk?"

Although rooms were shared, the Dullahan that Eilidh would be sharing with had not returned tonight, so Eilidh had slept naked on a mat on the floor, unrestrained by human conventions. Washed and dressed, she made her way downstairs in a very good mood. She breakfasted quickly before making her way to the board, and to Bart and Neil. She studied the quests on the board thoughtfully, as well as weighing the option of staying here, which she quickly dismissed. She hadn't fought in a fair few weeks, and yesterday's skirmish had awoken the the warrior in her blood.

"I will give my reward to the guild. I have no need for money, only food and weapons. Speaking of which, I would like to help this 'Ian North' to pursue his criminals and deliver Justice. I will select a weapon from our armour but will leave as soon as possible."

She blushed slightly as she remembered her conversation with Bast. Her reason for wanting a swift departure was so that she would be gone before he came downstairs and they had to talk to each other and address last night.

Rebecca woke up very early, taking care to be quiet to avoid her still sleeping Moth roommate, who had a sword laid out on a table beside her bed. A warrior, maybe? Rebecca didn't have time to find out. She had work to do. Grinning, she got fully dressed, styled her hair, and went downstairs. She cleaned the dishes and cups left over from last night's meal, swept the floor, then took some cloth, lace, needle and thread from the stores and locked herself into the parlor for close to an hour, returning with a parcel wrapped in brown paper and tied with leftover thread. Returning to the hearth, she prayed in silence until others had woken up.

She smiled and greeted Bard and Neil as she broke her fast with plain bread and milk, before studying the board. Her smile dimmed slightly. "I cannot read Sonarran very well but I can read it well enough to at least understand that it wants somebody to travel south, to the Southern Order territories. None of the Monster Girls here deserve the barbarism of Varjo. Even in my home of Pravar and it's Burroughs, the south is feared for it's cruelty. I shall go. I know the Order well, and it's customs and doctrines. I shall take that quest. But I shall not leave until I have spoken with the Minotaur. I have a gift for him." She patted the brown paper package on the table for emphasis.

Her roommate had joined them at the table, and though the Moth looked nervous, her body was dressed immodestly, and naturally moved and swayed in a provocative way. With a strained, false smile, Rebecca waved at the girl, vowing to give her a gift of a proper dress that reached the floor, covered the cleavage and hid the curvature of the hips.
