Aria frowned at Yerbol as he started asking something about a bond forming between them, but took his hand and let him pull her back to her feet regardless. Now that he mentioned it, when they had fought she could have sworn that she felt a strange kind of shift in the Force; and suddenly it seemed so much easier to work alongside him, like she could predict his intended movements and adjust her own in kind to mirror or compliment them. At first she had chalked it up to adrenaline and her nerves messing with her, but now Yerbol appeared to be telling her that he had felt it, too, so perhaps it HADN'T been her imagination after all?

She trailed up the winding staircase after the Knight, maintaining a white-knuckled grip on her lightsabers as they ascended. "Something was definitely different." she admitted at length so as not to leave him hanging, but her thoughts were still racing and she found it hard to organise them in any way. "I thought I was losing my mind, if I'm honest." a short laugh escaped her and she shook her head, finally meeting his gaze again despite the tense atmosphere that hovered between them since the fight had ended. "I'm glad it's not just me, but....what does it mean?" she wasn't sure if Yerbol could provide such an answer, or whether she wanted to hear it for fear of the implications it would place on them.
"I mean, what little I do know about Force bonds would suggest that it might have...though they usually form between Master and Padawan, and rarely between others. I mean R-Revan and Bastila shared one but....you and I?" Aria didn't know much, but she had glanced over a few old texts a while ago, her father had been interested in studying Force bonds and she'd sat in on one of his research sessions in the hopes of learning something useful. Not that she'd needed any of it, until now apparently. "That's insane...we're not even supposed to BE a team, we're enemies, for Force sake!"

Aria shook her head as if it would do anything to shake away this new discovery, but it did nothing to get rid of this new presence in the Force that she could feel, like an invisible anchor tethering her and Yerbol together, whether they wanted it or not it would seem the Force had joined them together. The acolyte growled angrily under her breath. This was bad. If they hadn't been in big trouble already by being sent all the way out here into Wild Space to do a Jedi Master's job, they were SO dead now.
"Shit, my father's going to KILL me when he finds out." she couldn't imagine Yerbol's Masters in the Council being all too thrilled at the thoguht of him being tethered to a Sith acolyte, either.
Aria paused as they neared the top of the stairway, tilting her head to the side as if she had heard the noise as well, and frowned. In their concern over the possibility of a bond forming between them they had almost forgotten where they were or what it was they were supposed to be doing.

"I don't suppose now is the best time to be talking about this, is it?"

Aria didn't understand the greeting the Kel Dor used, but she dipped into a polite bow in return nonetheless, thankful that there were still ways to communicate inter-species when some had different greeting rituals. It had seemed pleasant enough and she hoped that returning the bow in the usual manner of a Jedi greeting would be sufficient to show him that they meant no ill will. The young woman let Mex do most of the explaining, not only had he founded the Grey Order but he had always been better with words than she had.

While Mex questioned the newcomer about his connection to the Force, Aria's attention was diverted to the astromech that was glued to his side. The little droid whirred and beeped as if it were uncomfortable with the whole situation. Crouching down to its height in an attempt to appear less threatening, Aria balanced on her haunches and smiled.
"Hey there, little guy. I know we look scary but I promise, we won't hurt you or your master." perhaps it was silly of her to talk to a droid, but she was always keen to treat them as much like a person as was possible. They were intelligent enough to understand everything and they could feel nervousness and fear just the same as any other sentient being. She was aware that Arcas and Drokan had joined them behind her and grimaced, she could almost feel the other Sith-trained man laughing at her for approaching the little droid.

Raising her voice so it would carry across the gap between them, she added. "Or at least, we aren't supposed to. But some of us forget that we should try to be friendly, I think. Don't worry about Arcas, he's all bark and no bite." she promised the astromech, patting the top of its outer casing to reassure it and giving a chuckle of her own. She and Arcas had a similar background, both had been trained by Force sensitives who had been more in tune with the Dark Side and the Sith's way of teaching, and as such they had developed a rivalry of sorts. One was always trying to out-do the other and they were constantly taking verbal jabs at each others' expense, Mex frequently had to berate them and monitor their sparring sessions to ensure that they didn't get carried away and go too far.

Stehrr had scarcely finished consuming the food he had brought with him, when Gol joined the gathering group of people in the Raven’s main compartment. ‘Excited’ would have been a slight understatement if used to describe the Wookiee’s reaction to actually seeing the Iridonian with his own two eyes. Despite Nali’s assurances that Gol was, in fact, alright, it was almost as if Stehrr couldn’t believe it until he had asked Gol himself.
《Gol! Stehrr was worried, saw you limping!》 he waved a large hairy arm in the air to catch the mechanic’s attention, shifting his weight while he waited for her to finish her conversation with Corrina. The Wookiee preferred to keep his distance from the senator, it wasn’t that she was a bad person necessarily…he just didn’t trust her. He preferred not to approach her and not to talk to her if he could, so he’d wait until Gol was done and talk to the Zabrak himself then.

Nali shook his head in amusement, unable to contain his sniggering at Matthew’s expense. Of course, that was the one problem with messing with the Face all the time, Kayala didn’t take crap and on a good day she could dish out retribution in such a fashion that it was a wonder Matthew hadn’t given up yet. He didn’t like to read into things too much, assumptions didn’t serve one well after all, but it seemed as if the resident mercenary had interrupted Kayala while she had been in the middle of something because she was on fire today.
Now that Kayala had made an appearance in the hold, however, the Echani doctor rose quickly to his feet and ducked back into the medbay. He hadn’t removed his doctor’s scrubs before joining Stehrr and the others and that was bound to cause an argument if he didn’t rectify that straight away. Nali intended to somehow help Kayala conquer her phobia of all things doctors, but there would be a time and a place for that and it wasn’t now. He draped the scrubs over the back of his chair in the medical bay and re-entered the main hold once more. At least he could talk to the Face without her screaming and retreating to use one of the other crew members as a meatshield.

"Nice one, Kayala. You'd think he would learn not to mess with you after a while, but apparently it goes in one ear and out the other, eh?" Nali smirked again, casting another look in the mercenary’s direction. ”Do you think you could at least try to be serious for a few moments, Matthew?” the doctor arched an eyebrow questioningly as Luke appeared in the hold after announcing that the briefing would be taking place in the next few moments. He just hoped that despite being a humongous man-child Matthew would hold his tongue and listen to what Luke had to say. Tattooine was a pretty rough place and they all needed to be paying attention or else someone could get hurt out there, or worse…

Chincf and Tikaani

Opal howled back in answer, and as Tikaani took off at a brisk run down the slope in pursuit of Kai, and on looking up she discovered that her brother and Carek were loping towards the fleeing animal as well. They had enough wolves now, they had a chance of running it down so they could bring the pack home a decent meal. Tikaani leaps from rock to rock as fast as she can, but she has to watch her footing to avoid tumbling down like Shadow had. She increased her speed as she hit the solid ground again, catching up to Kai in a matter of moments as they raced to join Shadow who had managed to get a grip on the goat.

Chincf turns abruptly as he gains on Shadow and the goat, using his tail as a rudder for balance to make the sharp change of direction, he falls into pace with the black she-wolf just as the prey lashes out and knocks her off a stride. The beta male smirks, knowing Shadow wouldn't be thrown off so easily. He heard her snarl and the huntress kicked herself into overdrive, lunging for the prey animal again. Chincf lets a low growl slip from between his teeth as he launches forward to join Shadow, clamping his teeth down on the goat's hindquarters. He manages to keep a grip for a few moments, hopping along on his hind legs as it tries to keep running regardless, before the goat shakes him off again.

The tigress sighed heavily, shaking her head as she looks at Calypso. "It's not safe out here, Calypso. I know you're tired but..." she turned to face Avir again, tail twitching in agitation. "We need to get out of the open. Find somewhere we can use as a den, where they can sleep safely. Can you carry the bigger cub? I'll take Calypso."

Aaaaaaaaaaaa Force bonds Force bonds! *flails around squealing excitedly*

That was totally one of my favourite parts of the game (even though being attached to Bastila and/or Kreia as a character was REALLY annoying because I never liked either of them that much! Lol)
All the thumbs up for that one, I'd love to expand on the stuff they gave us in game and explore it with our little duo as well!

Internet is hopefully back to normal so should be able to get you a reply out tonight! :3

Hey guys, my apologies in regards to the lack of posting right now, my internet is playing up and I literally can't get anything done at all. It spends like 30-45 minutes just to load a simple page that it would normally load in a few seconds to a minute.

Will work on a post off-site to have it ready to go when it finally does sort itself out but it might be a while before that happens >_<

@Pundii I'm probably gonna need an extension on my next posts for my guys, my connection is really really bad right now and no amount of restarting the router thus far is helping so I can't really get posts out effectively (even short posts like this take about 30 minutes just to send! O: )

I'll work on one offsite in the next couple of days so it's ready to go when I can get it in to post, but I'm probably not gonna be able to get it out before day 5 on the counter unless the network somehow sorts it's life out and stops crashing every site I go on after half an hour of nothing but loading screens lol
