I really don't understand why tryhard is an insult. It involves trying hard, which a is a lot better than most of mankind.

Quick report from San Diego: I saw no fewer than three Starfire cosplays that would've looked better than what Titans is giving us. Also, I saw the "costume" in person, and if you're thinking, "Well, maybe it just looks bad on screen... ?" Nah.

Anyway, I might try to write another post while I'm in the air tonight, but I'm deadass tired and will probably just crash the second my seatbelt is buckled.

@AndyC just a heads up, the fight is currently on the badlands that is uninhabited. That's not to say the plane didn't end up in the city, your call, just wanted to make sure you knew this

The plane was pretty distant when Surfer blew up the wing, so I could see it falling over a populated area. Long as Andy knows where he is when he approaches The Surfer, since he and Iris haven't left the Badlands.

And in case nobody noticed until now, since I never really said anything, me, Byrd, and Morden are co-writing The Surfer on a turn based rotation. We figured that was only fair to prevent The Surfer as being counted as a second character for me, to keep the flow of the event going, and to allow me to concentrate on writing Batman, my actual character. So... yeah. Byrd will be writing the next response, Morden will jump in after, I'll be writing the third, ect, ect. until the end of the event.

Well, I know it now.

At any rate, Superman can see really far and fly really fast, so I don't think it breaks continuity so much that it can't be fudged a bit.

Can we all take a moment to contemplate how Teen Titans Go! to the Movies got a 100% Critic Approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

That's higher than any MCU movie or The Dark Knight.

It's based on available reviews though isn't it. Can't imagine many critics bothering with this one, other than those who are happy enough to take WB money.
