Venus has flytrap like hair, that can stretch to ninety to one hundred Inches, this technique can be use for grabbing things from large distance, can be use for a graveling hook and can tie up criminals, it just like a rope...Expect they have mouths and have names. speaking of mouths, Venus hair has type of venom that can paralyze a person for five hours if it bite.

At first glance with their alive hair and horns on their head, Venus looks very intimidating and scary and ready to send their little flytraps to attack....And that where you are wrong cause Venus is complete opposite.

Aoi Hachi is very timid and soft-spoken non-binary teen that can't let out a word to new people and rather talk to their plants. But just because that they are shy, doesn't mean Aoi can't stand up for what is right, although scare on the inside, Aoi is ready to fight and save lives.

When Aoi was born, they knew they were different from all the other kids and their parents....They thought it was because they were left handed, not when their quirk was awaken and their hair turned white and was alive and have horns. Their hair was hard controlled by then, they would accidentally paralyze someone and get tangled but overtime, they finally tamed their hair and give each of them names. Originally thinking about becoming a gardener, their parents thought it would be the best if Aoi became a hero, hesitant at first but the more that Aoi think about their future, who would hire a person who has teeth in their hair? So with great nervousness but determination in their body, Aoi enrolled Eirei Academy and hopes overtime that they would be a more open person and hero!

Light Manipulation | Emitter-Type

It's as simple as it sounds, this quirk allows the user to manipulate light. The user can make solid objects made of light at varying densities, hide themselves with light as an adaptive camouflage, reflect or create mirages of themselves or their allies, blind enemies, or even shoot lasers. Of course, with how dilute light is as an element, an insane amount of focus and density would be needed to achieve solidification and offensive application.

Unique to this specific instance of the quirk, is that it can retain properties of whatever the light was drawn from. For example, if it was drawn from electricity, then it will also have electrical elements, and the same goes for fire, or even the sun. Moonlight is also especially cold. This sort of thing is just happenstance. Furthermore, as the user cannot emit it themselves, only manipulate, the amount of light present can severely affect his offensive capabilities. It doesn't look like it affects the other applications such as stealth.

Quirk Techniques

Independent

• Mirage - Kouseki can create mirror images of himself or others. This skill alone is quite versatile, allowing him to easily hide his approach and attacks.
• Optic Camouflage - By changing how light acts around an object, he can hide himself or other targets.
• Flash - He can pull some light together and burst it in a concentration to act like a flashbang.
• Projection - While mirage creates mirror images, projection allows him to create a unique image, meaning it's not copying anything. While he can't create as many of these at a time, mixing it up can give him an edge.

Hero Tool Dependent

• Sunray Slash - A simple technique where he extends his blade's reach at the zenith of his swing, allowing him to surprise opponents just outside of blade's reach and strike them.
• Chiheisenken [地平線剣] - Horizon Blade. A single giant range slash with the aid of the Heavenly Forge hero tool. It can reach opponents from an insane range, and generally the strike moves at the speed of light, limited only by how quickly Kouseki can swing.
• Haibatsukouken [刑罰光剣] - Judgement's Blade of Light. With the aid of the Heavenly Forge, slash a wide range around oneself, creating a giant storm of slashes all around. The area he can affect is dependent on how long he has charged.

Hero Tools

Masamune Suit MkII - The second version of his hero suit. What happened to the first? Not important. The Masamune suit enhances physical prowess, especially in the legs allowing incredible agility and acrobatics. It provides protection against ballistics and is resistant to the elements with a self-insulating function. The visor has a light-regulating feature that prevents the wearer from being blinded, as well as even allowing them to see in the dark.

Musashi Daisho, Fudo and Kotegiri - A pair of Musashi model hero tools, both of which are just very powerful torches in the hands of anyone other than Kouseki. These handles are made to focus and produce large amounts of light to allow Kouseki to easily form a very solid blade. Naturally, he can adjust their sharpness. There are two of them, a larger one in Fudo, and a smaller one in Kotegiri.

Heavenly Forge - A mechanical saya that ordinarily holds the larger blade, Fudo, in resting. He definitely doesn't need a sheath to use these hero tools, so the sheath has a different function. First, it's able to keep whatever blade he's formed from disappearing if he sheathes it, which can save him some time, as he can draw and strike far more quickly than if he formed a new blade. The other function is in reference to it's name, forge. One of the problems associated with light manipulation is without aid, it can just disperse at the slightest slip of concentration, so with the sheath, he can use it and charge it with overflowing light that gives him upon drawing his blade, more solid light to work with, allowing him to execute incredible techniques.

Light Slinger - A handgun that fires solid bullets of light. It can either be manually loaded by Kouseki's power, or use a Light Cannister to fill it up.

Light Cannisters - These are containers that Kouseki can charge with light, and slot into the light slinger like a regular handgun, or slot into the Musashi model blade Fudo to instantly overcharge the blade and unleash a powerful attack. They can also be thrown and used like flashbangs. It takes time to charge a cannister, so he can't do this viably while engaged in combat.

Tatsudoku Kouseki

Kouseki is an aloof individual at a glance, rarely appearing for anything other than classes or training. Despite his reputation as a bad boy, with wild hair and sharp eyes that create crazy rumors around him and any involvement with delinquents from other schools, he is actually a rather serious student. It probably doesn't help he carries around a bokuto from time to time, but the truth is he's actually attending a dojo regularly. He's seen entering back alleys and sometimes emerging with scratches, but it's because he's feeding cats who aren't happy about being touched. These are but a few of the misunderstandings around his character. It isn't as if he hasn't gotten into fights in the area, those who've heard the rumors made of him may pick a fight, and his overwhelming strength from years of training allow him to win, and simply solidify his inadvertent legendary delinquent status.

His convictions as a person lie firmly within what he felt was right. He isn't one to shy away from doing that, even if it might anger or upset others. What matters to him, one might wonder. Convictions? Resolve? Honor? The preciousness of life? Even he still struggles to form these thoughts into a singular ideal.

The Tatsudoku family as one of the more prestigious branch families of the Yaoyorozu is naturally beset with greater responsibilities. In particular the Tatsudoku are known to have been a martial branch of the family, their quirks have often been more physical, usually transformation types, and sometimes emitter. Though not unusual, it was a surprise when the next heir to the family would be a highly elemental emitter type, in the form of Kouseki. Over the years of his time training, he had begun to distance himself from his family even as far as to scorn his father for the responsibilities and unrealistic expectations set upon him. He was expected to be a master of martial skill, which he attained at a dojo outside of his clan, teaching the way of the sword.

Kouseki had by then lived alone, and was given no help by his family, other than money to let him get by, nothing more. Anything else, he must obtain himself. It was unknown to him or even the family what they expected to do with their relationship as it is now.

Rocketman – Mutant-type quirk

Kaguya's limbs are rockets that detach at the elbows and knees, allowing her forearms and shins to fly around independently. The remaining stumps (Kaguya's upper arms and thighs) also have rocket nozzles, allowing her to fly her torso around like a cross between a four-way amputee Iron Man and a quadrocopter. Her limbs store hydrazine as fuel, which is replenished faster by having a protein-rich diet; the nitrogen in amino acids is converted to hydrazine.

This quirk not only grants flight, but allows Kaguya to launch her arms and legs out as remote-controlled projectiles, or use the thrusters as forceful fire weapons. Her costume has a pivot mechanism attached to her elbows and knees, detaching her limbs, while keeping them connected to her body, giving access to unique and imaginative configurations.

Because managing her independently flying limbs requires incredible spatial awareness, concentration, and attention, Kaguya, who is something of a prodigy and a gamer, has found a way to crowd-source her awareness by attaching cameras to her limbs and, as a youtuber, stream her fights. A dedicated team of moderators and paying subscribers/superfans watches her feeds and informs her through chat of things to pay attention to. At the end of a successful mission, Kaguya will give a shoutout to those who helped, saying one of her catchphrases, "You're the real heroes!" Some of her most viewed content are humiliating, slow-motion clips from the view of her flying fists and feet as they rocket towards and punch or kick a villain in the face.

Her costume incorporates designs from Japanese mecha media, and is heavily armored to help her withstand the forces and impacts her body can generate. Fins are attached to her arms and legs to allow for finer flight control. The costume is inspired by the following images:

Tanegashima Kaguya (種子島 赫映) lives a life without restrictions. She likes what she likes and she does what she wants. She had always been a precocious child, and had been referred to as a genius by many, seemingly able to pick up on and retain small details. Kaguya is a hot-blooded mecha otaku who aspires to be a hero like the protagonists from her favorite shows. A girl with a million interests, Kaguya has veered towards technical knowledge, preferring robots, electronics, and video games. Understanding that heroes are celebrities, Kaguya decided to get a jumpstart on becoming famous by becoming an online streamer/content creator, doing let's plays and 'drone' photography, garnering a sizable fanbase. Although she is very competitive, she has a strong sense of justice and adheres to fairness. Her drive to compete isn't to win, but to test her limits, and she believes that everyone at Eirei deserves to be there for one reason or another. Though she is probably intelligent enough to outsmart her opponents, Kaguya does prefer the straightforward, brute force approach.

Kaguya inherited an unusual combination of quirks that ultimately ended up dictating her interests, and thus her path in life. Able to naturally perform the classic rocket punch from 80's mecha anime as well as funnel-based all-range attacks from the Gundam series, Kaguya was naturally drawn to media targeted at young boys. Consumption of this form of media inspired her with a sense of heroism and hot-blooded gusto, something that her father encouraged. he even introduced her to the hobby of building plastic models of her favorite mecha. Of course, this also made it so that most of her friends growing up were boys, and they drew her towards gaming. Kaguya lived a life unimpeded, and seemed able to overcome any obstacle in her path, demonstrating a knack for learning, despite her penchant for goofing off and having fun. As she matured, Kaguya recognized her talents and privilege, and resolved to harness her unbridled energy for good. But being an innovator, Kaguya decided to start gathering fame early. Since she couldn't legally use her quirk or participate in heroics before enrolling in a hero academy, she sought fame online and became a streamer, hoping to galvanize her fanbase and harness the power of the internet as a tool for good. Of course, Kaguya would accept no lesser school than Eirei Academy; the a technologically advanced artificial island was also a massive draw. The rest is history; Kaguya passed the entrance exam and finished her first year with flying colors, seeing herself as a hopeful for the future position of Symbol of Peace.

• Tanegashima is the name of the island where most of Japan's Space Program takes place, and Kaguya-Hime is the name of the Moon Princess from Japanese legend. Being rocket-themed, I decided to give Kaguya a space-based name.

Emitter -Cleansing flame- A true son and heir of the Todoroki family, Hasaki’s quirk allows him to conjure and control fire.

Moves
1. Jet Burn — Hasaki increases the temperature of his body to the point of causing flames to ignite around them causing his close combat to become a deadly game of dodging or becoming ash.
2. Fireball — similar to the Jet Burn technique as listen before accepting this form focuses the fire into a condensed shape allowing it to be thrown or shot away from the user
3. Fire God Spear — a more precise form of the fireball technique in which the user conjures their flames in the form of a spear to be thrown.
4: Hell Spider — a more complex move in which the user creates small extremely hot streams of fire that spread around like a spiderweb entrapping its victimless they are severely injured attempting to escape.

Of course, as with any powerful quirk, there is always a downside. For Hasaki this comes in two main forms. First is the problem of controlling his emotions. As Hasaki grows angrier and loses focus the flames around him begin to get out of control as his powers are allowed to run wild. There is also the problem of overexertion that plagues all Todoroki members. If Hasaki overdoes it when it comes to using his quirk he runs the risk of raising his core temperature above even the elevated level that he can withstand.

_{𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧}

Hasaki by nature is a very prideful individual that borders on arrogance more often than not. This combined with his birth into one of the most famed clans in Japan and his natural-born talent gives his arrogance weight and validity, often a bad combination. This arrogance not only shows in Hasaki's actions and general attitude often being aloof and above everyone else but it also leaks into his combat. Often viewing fights as just games and only taking a fight seriously if his opponent 'interests him’ as he puts it.

Being born into the Todoroki family as Hasaki was means two main things. First, you were born with what most people figured was a silver spoon in your mouth, and second, you were destined to be a great hero. Both of these statements were true for the most part. The Todoroki family of quirks were quite strong and made for some fearsome opponents given the proper training. And the fact that they were situated as one of the most powerful and wealthy clans did come with its perks and a rather easy life as far as money was concerned. However, being in the clan also meant that excellence was expected from you as soon as your quirk showed itself. Not your best, Excellence, after all, your best wasn't good enough if it didn't mean you were number one. This was the motto of the clan and a motto Hasaki took to heart and used to shape much of who he is.

FURANACE - EMITTER.

This girl is hot... literally. Inside of Fire Thomas is a furnace of sorts... a flame that exists inside of her that burns constantly. It elevates her body temperature far above what's normal for people, not enough to burn people on touch but they'll definitely notice how much warmer she is than average (and will probably want to let go of her). If she spits it'll sizzle on the ground, and her blood is hot like lava... and you probably don't want it on you. She can control this fire that's inside of her to an extent and heat her body, and to the main part of her ability, Fire can launch fire. She can generate large amounts of fire in the environment, and launch it in a variety of ways. During her time at Eirei, she has developed such a fine amount of control over the Furnace that she can create a small spark to an inferno. Some teachers at Eirei say that her quirk could be one of the strongest with some more time, and she can become a top hero!

Though, there are some drawbacks... as the name implies, her ability is a Furnace, and to keep her functioning at 100% she needs to constantly feed that fire. Because using her Quirk burns her natural resources and if it's depleted, it can leave her drained and possibly kill her. To do that, she needs to eat! For some reason, her biology has been altered so that she can consume charcoal in large amounts. Charcoal is the best fuel for her Furnace and she carries a lot with her to keep functioning. Regular food can feed the furnace but not to the extent of charcoal.

Heidi Mya Thomas (her full name) definitely is a person you'd have a hard time wiping from your mind. It's the way she carries herself, full of energy, kindness, and passion. She's a girl that's bouncy and always excitable, seemingly cheery. A passionate girl, and rarely, if ever backs down from a challenge of any kind. While Fire means well, she is sometimes absent-minded and doesn't really stop to consider how her actions come across to other people. She may seem like she's playing around, but at times she comes off as super disrespectful, arrogant, and dismissive of people. At times Heidi can be very impulsive, overly trusting, and rarely if ever thinks about the long term, only the short term. Despite her attitude, people are surprised that she doesn't like making a big deal of herself... as while Fire wants to be a hero, she's a free spirit above all else. She cares little for rules and doesn't respect authority that proves themselves to be incompetent or self-centered. The idea of a hero is a paragon of truth, virtue, and always has to act like they're, well, a hero. The higher up you are, the more the light is on you, and Fire wants nothing to do with that for a large number of reasons (she doesn't want to make heroes look bad, she wants her independence above all else, etc, etc). In the end, she doesn't quite realize that she wants to have her cake and eat it too, and probably never will unless pointed out by the right person.

You be asking yourself, why exactly is Heidi in Japan where she sticks out like a sore thumb. It's a pretty simple story... and it starts in America. There was a pair of villains known as Fire and Spark, that fell in love after escaping prison together and eloped becoming a dangerous pair of fire-themed villains known all over the states! Eventually, a hero team raided their hideout and defeated them, where they made a discovery: they reproduced. A pair of children were found there and thus put into the American foster care system... separated from each other. Heidi never exactly knew her sibling, just that she knows that he's out there, somewhere. She was raised by a family of retired heroes in New York to be a healthy young girl, and for a while, it was thought that she was quirkless. Then at five years old, her quirk activated in kindergarten explosively... the fire department had to be called. For a while, the young Heidi had a hard time controlling her fire quirk which seemed to be awfully strong, and she had to go through special training to get her quirk under control.

Once she got her quirk under control, the rest of Heidi's early childhood was nothing of note. She partied and played around a lot and trained with her Quirk so she'd never hurt anyone again. However, Heidi decided that she was going to live in her foster family's footsteps and redeem her biological family's footsteps and become a hero! Though it was easier said than done because the American hero system showed an intense bias against her, with many American Hero Schools not even allowing her to apply! Not that would stop the young Heidi Thomas, in fact, it made her more determined.

Then she tried going foreign and that's where she landed at Eirei Academy. Where she aced the Entrance Exam and was accepted into their ranks. Her first year went by pretty smoothly as she learned to control her quirk. However, what was notable was that Enzou Todoroki, the flame hero, took her under his wing as an intern where she has learned a lot from him... however, she's on the fence on whether or not she likes him.

Sure as hell not going to be a hero like him.

JUICY FRUIT - EMITTER

Juicy Fruit is a strange one among even the quirks. Where some have the ability to create explosions with their sweat or control over ice and fire... Phoebe's quirk merely allows her to augment fruit with different properties. If she touches fruit of any sort with all five fingers; she can augment fruit with healing or explosive properties. Originally, she could only augment fruit with healing properties, but in her first year, she has learned how to augment them with explosive properties. So I'll start with the former: healing. If Phoebe infuses fruit with healing properties, once they are consumed the consumer's wounds will begin to heal. The size and type of the fruit depend on the severity of the injuries healed; cherries and grapes could heal cuts, an apple could heal broken bones, and watermelon can bring someone back from the brink of death. It depends on how much of the fruit is eaten, too. If you eat half or one-fourth... then that's how effective the healing will be. She can also take advantage of the healing, but the effect will be halved.

As for explosives, the same principles apply: the bigger the fruit, the larger the explosion! Grapes would have the same effect as an M-80, while an apple would be like a stick of dynamite, and watermelon would produce an enormous explosion. To trigger the explosion, they have to be significantly disturbed, and the best way to do that is for Phoebe to throw it at an enemy (or at their feet).

Now there are a few ups and downs here; first, off she can't instantly apply the effect and she needs a few minutes to charge it up. Also, she has to use the fruit almost immediately, or else the effect will get progressively worse until it wears off completely! Also, it goes both ways, as in enemies can eat her fruit or prematurely trigger an explosion.

When you think of a hero; you think kind, selfless, and ultimately generous person. Unfortunately, Phoebe is not any of that and she’s more or less everything wrong with the hero world. Phoebe seeks to become the best hero not out of an inherent desire to help people, but merely to stroke her ego. The girl thinks that she’s the best the world has to offer and isn’t driven to improve the world or defeat heroes other than her fame. Unfortunately, she has a very cynical outlook on things and thinks that all heroes are in it for their gain - which isn’t entirely wrong. So she just skips the middle man and feels anyone that treats heroism as some sort of legitimate good deed on society is a moron and will gladly condescend to them. This piss-poor attitude roots from some relatively shitty interactions with current heroes, and she mostly uses this attitude as a barrier for her idealism that she has deep down. However, despite the girl’s attitude, she can, at the very least back it up with her skill and knowledge, just not experience.

Now, Phoebe Carmicheal is the “daughter” of a very successful and wealthy hero known as Thunder, who is - you guessed it - a lightning hero. He married his wife the hero known as Juicy Fruit, a fruit hero that immigrated to the states from Japan. They had a family of several different people and they all lived happily ever after in their mansion in SoCal. However, something was amiss when Phoebe’s quirk manifested - all of Thunder’s children had a mixture of his and Juicy Fruit’s quirks. It was almost like Phoebe wasn’t his daughter.

Because she wasn’t.

Phoebe was born from an affair between Juicy Fruit and a healing hero and that manifested in their quirks coalescing into Phoebe. Unfortunately, Thunder knew this and resented Phoebe, being unable to come to grips with the fact that the love of his life betrayed him and sired this bastard. While he called Phoebe his daughter he mistreated the girl at every available opportunity, calling her weak, having no chance at being a hero, and belittling her whenever he could. Aspiring to become the greatest hero in the world, above even All-Might… but her father’s beratings weighed down on her.

The rest of her family joined in on it, calling her a weakling as well as they launched successful hero careers. Phoebe knew that they were in it for the money, everyone in the hero scene was once you did some digging, Stain had a point there… but she was going to prove herself as better than them. Well, not in morals because that was a lost cause but she was going to become the most knowledgeable and skilled hero in the world.

She proved them wrong just by getting accepted into the Eirei Academy after passing the entrance exam with flying colors.

While relationships are the sort of thing I don't always think about, this RP does seem like the sort where establishing how the characters already know each other would be important. They're already classmates, and not complete strangers, and all.

I do think Honoka would be quite impressed by Kaguya's quirk, because it's really cool just by default. And she's the sort to get excited about that sort of thing. I'm not sure how much of a mecha fan Honoka is, but I definitely get the references and that's pretty fun, too.

I think that Kira and @The Ghost Note's Tropica would go along well OR with @sly13's Todoroki, mainly due to their tempers.
But could also enjoy working with @Lord Indra's Sasuke as she'd want to learn how to fight at close range from him.
