Despite his moderately-skinny build, Jason is not very tall. That isn’t saying that he’s short. Compared to those of average height(5’6-5’8), he can appear slightly taller, but compared to those that might reach past the six-foot marker, he isn’t. His heihgt is 5’10, weight being somewhere in the 170lbs neighborhood. Going off of that and how he looks shirtless, Jason holds a steady, lean body type but he is in no way muscularly fit. No one would ever say that about him because he does look like a toothpick at times. Still, that doesn’t mean that he is without muscle mass.

Jason is a hairy guy, both on his head and throughout his body. It doesn’t matter where you would look, be it his head, torso, legs, or even private regions - there will always be a decent amount of body hair. Some places have more than others, but the overall image is that Jason is a hairy guy. Long brown locks that reach to the shoulders, and facial hair that usually has a beard and a mustache. There could be times that he doesn’t have any facial hair, but that’s unlikely due to how fast his hair likes to grow. Paired with those, are two eyes of chocolate brown, and skin being that of caramel brown.

Jason really doesn’t have that unique of an attire. Most of his clothes are pretty average. He has pants of various makes, shorts of various makes, shirts, shoes, and the like. His pants usually stick to blue, brown, grey, and black in color. Most of his shorts same; some are green, though. Jason’s shirts are of various colors. These are the ones that have the most variety in color and design. Most are T’s, but he does have button-up shirts for certain events that he might go to because of his father’s job and what it requires of him. Shoes-wise, Jason has all kinds to fit any kind of scenario. He has walking shoes for school and casual days. He has dress shoes for formal events such as parties hosted by his father’s co-workers and other events like that. He has sandals for summer days and events like going to the beach. He has over various items like accessories, but he doesn’t wear them often.

Jason Singh is a tortured soul. Good with words onto paper he might be, but when it comes to all aspects of physical interaction, he might as well be swallowing poison because these they are just words in his mind that never come out the way he wants. To tell the one that he truly longs for is a far-off dream for this man. He’s got all of these words, but for them to make it out of his mind is as foreign as his skin color.

Jason is a guy, who above all else, who despite his shy front, is a soul that is one of the most caring of his kind. Even though he shouldn’t, he puts most of everyone - and their needs - before his own. You won’t find a more kinder, least selfish person anywhere. He is what every mother says a guy should be like, yet when Jason looks at himself, he sees someone who will never be good enough for any woman. He sees a guy that won’t be good enough for the one he wants most of all. He watches her from afar, only imagining how he would walk up to her, and say all of these thoughts, but the gentle, timid nature inside him prevents him from doing so.

So, he will have to resort to serenading her with lyrical seduction. But even that might not work.


H I S T O R Y
The son of a Neurologist and an Author? That’s what everyone wants to believe, and unless given proof, that’s what they’ll believe. However, the truth of the matter is that Jason Ravindra Singh is not the son of a Neurologist and an Author. He’s the son of a high school teacher and an Author. He is not the son of Dr. Girisha Singh, one of the most well-respected doctors in the Southern California area. He is the son of a High School Teacher at Beverly Hills High by the name of Shawn Joseph Tomers. He is the son of Erin Alyssa Taylor-Singh, Shawn’s high school sweetheart. Yes, he is the son of those two, but to everyone’s knowledge - even Erin and Shawn - he has the name of Girisha.

Funny how things turn out. Erin thought that she was holding the baby of the man she cheated on Shawn with, but in fact it was Shawn’s baby that she was holding in her belly in the year of 1997. Without even knowing that, she never bothered to look back. Nine months later, she gave birth to a son, named Jason Ravindra Singh. As far as she knew and was concerned, Erin was living happy with her soon-to-be husband. Only a year after that did they tie the knot, and two years after that, they birthed a daughter. This time around, it was indeed Girisha’s and Erin’s kid. Her name was Kareena Ali Singh. Beautiful baby girl she was. 

As the years went on, Erin lived happily with her family. They laughed, they cried when the moment struck, and they fought when disagreements were had(usually because of Girisha’s temper.) But that’s like most families in America, so they were just like them.

As the kids became older, Jason was the first to enter high school. At the start of it, Jason was the way he is today: quiet, timid, but full of creativity. Right off the bat, this kid got struck by Cupid’s Arrow. There she was, across from his view, a girl not far from his own vertical frame, with hair almost as brown as his own, and eyes with a blue-green shade that he thought he was looking into two, little crystal balls of sapphire and emerald. She had a fashion sense that made her stand out. Everything about her right off the bat captivated him. Jason Singh, this shy kid on the first day of school of his freshmen year may have fallen in love at first sight.

But like most things, he couldn’t find the courage to go, and say hello. Instead, he observed her from afar. Seeing her transformation over the years, seeing how many guys - and girls - she would hang out with. Never having the courage to tell her how much he loved her, how interesting she was to him. He would never be able to do that because of the way he was. He could never tell this woman who went from brown hair to dyed-black hair that she was unlike any other that he had seen. Sure, similarly-looking girls have come to his attention, but Jason didn’t care for those. To him, they were carbon copies of her. She was the original angel. 

If Jason could not speak to her directly because of his curse of timidness, then he would try another way. He would reach out to her -even if she wasn’t aware of it - by writing songs about her. Each year, from freshmen year up until current, Jason would take it upon himself to enter any school-sanctioned events that allowed him to sing. Whether she realized it or not, Sierra Jameson would hear his songs that were for her and about her. 

One of these days Jason will talk to her, but until that day comes, watching her was the closest he was ever going to get to her.

Dr. Girisha Singh | Father(to everyone’s knowledge) | 51| Neurologist | Face Claim: Faran Tahir
There’s no denying the proud Neurologist of a man that raised both Jason and his sister is a man of sternness. He’s as traditional as Indian men come. Raised by strict, traditionalists, Girisha imposes the same morals and strict guidelines that his parents raised him on with his kids. To Girisha, failure is the worst thing that his kids can do. While he will try to guide them to certain career paths, at the end of the day, he wants them to succeed. If they show passion and the willingness to dedicate their time to it, he allows them to pursue whatever it is that they want to; even with Jason wanting to pursue music. Not happy, of course, but Girisha saw how passionate Jay was for it, so he allowed his son to do it.

Sister to Cameron Taylor, Erin Alyssa Taylor is the blonde mother to both Kareena and Jason. Her two kids are her life. She writes about them in her books, using them as the basis for her main characters. She has always been described as a sweet, caring - albeit rather bubbly - woman. Her love knows no bounds, nor does her crazy personality. If anything should be noted about Erin, it’s that she’s full of life, and it’s represented in how active she is with her kids. Both of them get her full, undivided attention. They have her unconditional love and full support. Like Girisha, she hopes that her kids will find success in whatever they wish to do, and that they will be happy doing it. That’s all a mother could desire for her kids.
Kareena Ali Singh | Younger Half-Sister | 15 | Sophomore at Beverly Hills High School | Face Claim: Alia Bhatt
Kareena aims for the stars. Her goal? To become Queen of Beverly Hills High. An ambitous goal, for sure, but she is a dreamer — also dedicated. Her standing with the current Queen, Dominique Saunders is shady at best. Due to Kareena appearing to be a wannabe, she was put through some degrading tasks by the queen, but she never let that break her spirits. If anything, it only strengthened the drive within her caramel blood. Her devotion to become the queen is something to be respected. However, at home, it makes things a bit difficult. Kareena is one of those “princess” types. As such, she usually treats her brother as if he’s beneath her. Perhaps this is why Jason dislikes Dominique so much. Because she put his sister through so many tough tests, she has made Kareena into the type of people that she used to loathe. Jason wants his sweet sister back. The one that looked up to him - not the one that looks down at him.
