Did you know that Dante's inferno is called a divine comedy because things work out for the protagonist? Back in the day, the only two genres were comedy and drama. The only difference was that in a comedy, the protagonist is better off at the end, and a drama is the opposite. So that's why a story about going through hell can still be considered a comedy, even if it's not funny.

Name:
Broken Promise, BP, Boss

Age:
Old enough to know better, too young to care. (that is to say 30's)

Preferred RPs:
I Prefer to make my own, but will occasionally join something if it looks interesting. I'll join just about anything so long as it isn’t overly edgy/sweet, though it's rare for me to do. I don't do 1x1s too often either.

Preferred Roles:
I tend to play adorable characters everyone wants to befriend or proper assholes everyone wants to stay away from. I try not to play moral paragons or prime evils.

RP Conquests:
I've completed quite a few RP's off site, but most of them are on private forums or have simply been lost to the ravages of server crashes. As for stuff here, I'm sure everyone who sees me post in the off topic sections has seen me find an excuse to talk about Danganronpa: Tower of Carnage. It's a project that took over 4 years to complete and I feel pride not only for myself but all the wonderful people who helped make it enjoyable during its run. Re: Zero: The High Council Is technically my first, but it was just something I kind of took over and ended up ending the story after just six months. It finished, but eh...

Last RP I finished was Symphony of Espers which turned out pretty good.

RP's in progress:
For some reason I can't seem to stay away from Ari's magical girl RP, even if I'm not sure why I'm still in it.

As for my own projects, I'm doing Symphony on High to continue the gigachad adventures of the espers in Pax Septimus.

RP Graveyard:
I've been pretty fortunate on this forum. I think I joined one when I first came on the site that didn't really do anything, and there are a few 1x1 things that didn't go anywhere. It's disappointing when an RP ends before it can be finished, but I've come to look at them as learning experiences.

And then there's that london magical girl RP, and that dark magical girl RP. I think I'm done joining magical girl RPs for a while.

Other interests:
Videos
I watch a lot of educational videos on youtube. Usually as research for something I’m writing or purely because a topic interests me. I like channels like Tier Zoo and Daryl Talks Games, and I’ll also watch things like Critical Drinker or Literature Devil to deepen my understanding of story telling. Though I also like memes and jokes, to which I’ll find myself watching stuff like Sseth, but usually find myself surfing through meme videos. I gotta work on that.

Games
I have a rather long history of playing virtually every platformer to come into existence during the indie boom, as well as quite a few other indie games. I’ve played Meatboy, Binding of Issac, Gunvolt, Cuphead, Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt, Classic Metroid, Warcraft 3, Final Fantasy 7,8, and 14, Left 4 Dead, Shantae, Celeste, Danganronpa, God Eater, the list goes on. What I’ve played is kind of all over the place. I don’t play many games these days, I tend to pick things that look interesting and go on a decent steam sale.

Painting Minis
I do this in moderation. Otherwise, it's a pretty expensive hobby to start...

Music
I listen to everything, save most country/rap songs. I have too many favorites to name.

Personality:
Not one to take life or the internet too seriously. Is only serious about writing well and having a good time.

People to Insult:
Dalton is a Dingus.

Bliss for the most part remained quiet. She was still trying to absorb what had just transpired. That, and it seemed like people were still divided on what to do. Last time not very many of them wanted to assist with Alexandria or Krista. But it seemed like this time people were a bit more vocal about what they thought they should do. She would continue to listen, but wasn't sure how much longer this conversation would remain civil.

Jezebel nodded in Felix's direction. ”Like, totally! I wanna hear the juicy gossip on this one. Like, what went down?”

”It's actually not that interesting.” Monokuma was sitting on a table, drinking soda out of a can like he had been there the entire time. ”But the point is that one of my daughters managed to get herself tangled up with another patient! And that means that I'm going to need some help talking her down, so...” The bear reached inside his mouth and pulled out a big black box and set it on the table. ”I'm willing to bust out proposition D: You pry Krista from my daughter's cold, dead hands, and I give you access to the third floor, and this beta tape player!” Dr Killgood placed his hands on top of the black box. “So let's start thinking of war strategies so that you guys can win all of these cool prizes.”

Come now, Killgood. A familiar voice poured into the room through the monitor's speakers. What type of doctor hides things from his own patients?

The bear waved his hand. ”Get lost in the woods you!” of course Davis didn't respond, and wouldn't respond to anything that was asked of him.

With a crack, the monitor sparked to life. Davis Gallo's face was up for all to see. He did not look ”Since your doctor doesn't want to tell you what happened, I'll do the honors.” Davis didn't look especially pleased to be on the screen talking, despite his smug tone. ”The reason Nariko was able to capture Krista was because she wandered into Nariko's room, and Cyrus didn't stop her. She was able to do this because Nariko gave Krista her handbook. Much like Calvin, she chose to keep this a secret from everyone, except for Cyrus. They hid something from all of you, despite the consequences this had last time. Shona died because of a secret, so did Marianne and Erin. Even Lucas's desire for escape could be seen as a sort of secret. But we're kidding ourselves if we pretend Krista and Cyrus are the only people currently hiding something. How many times are you going to make the same mistake? How long are you going to pretend you can live in harmony with each other?” Davis sighed. ”But I digress. I just appeared to inform everyone of what has transpired. Do as you will.” And with that, the monitor went dead.

Most of the infinites were recovering from Davis's sudden appearance, but Jezebel was not one of them. She looked like she was trying to hold back a laugh. ”Okay, so I've gotta ask. Are we like, totally willing to get killed for some beta tape player, a new floor, and the freedom of someone who was hiding something from us?”

Bliss was a bit shocked with Jezebel's behavior. Despite the fact that the clown looked happy, she could sense a sort of instability. ”N-now Jezebel.” Bliss raised her hands in a calming manner. ”It's not a good idea to let past grudges-”

”Past grudges? What's your damage?” Jezebel turned to face Bliss. ”We totally risked our lives so that she could call her brother. But the Noid decides to trust Bogus boy over us?” She pointed at Cyrus without looking at him. ”He didn't even show his baggable face that night!” The clown wasn't smiling anymore. Her entire body was trembling.

”It's okay to feel betrayed.” Bliss tried to close the distance between them. She was sure if she could just place her hand on Jezebel's shoulder, the trickster would start to calm down. The clown seemed to enjoy physical contact, if the group hug incident was anything to go by. ”But we also haven't been here as long as Cyrus.”

Before Bliss's hand could get too close, Jezebel smacked it away. ”Bogus!” The clown's breathing was visibly heavier. ”How I feel t-totally doesn't matter anyway. Like, why are we even arguing this?” She pointed at Aleecia with a shaking hand. ”Blind Betty is okay with it, Krista doesn't deserve a say, and as the little Baldwin said, nobody has to die.” With a shake of her head, Jezebel lowered her arm. ”I'm not going to die for some false sense of honor.” She eyed Max before folding her arms. But then her gaze shifted back onto Cyrus. ”I'm so not helping, and I don't care how pissy you get. You totally just wanna stick your podium in her violin case anyway.”

Monoikuma scratched the back of his head. ”I... Might be willing to help, if you'd have me.”
Amber was sitting in the bridge of the “ship”. A few days ago this would be several miles above the earth, with the wind blowing through her hair as clouds and birds passed her by. But that was before Sky bastion's destruction, and Earth bastion's creation. Now the little pirate was surrounded by steel. Spell proof glass made up the windows, a reinforced steel roof, and her steering wheel was accompanied by an assortment of peddles, levers, and switches. Amber didn't like most of it, but at least she didn't have to stand up. The driver's seat was VERY comfy. Even Sue could attest to that, who was now perched on top of the seat.

There wasn't a lot for Amber or Sue to do involving the construction of the Earth Bastion. Sue was busy trying to recruit magical girls, and Amber's height and vitality made her a less than ideal worker, even if she was plenty strong. So she helped construct the bridge so that she could at least understand how to run the thing. After that, Amber and Sue slept. What they awoke to was less than pleasant.

Fire trucks, police cars, and... orders.

“A-Amber!” Sue flew around the pirate's head. “The police found us!”

The pirate cleaned out her eyes and ajusted her hat before punching a button on the expansive console before her. A monitor flicked on and showed Amber everything that was going on outside. “Well blow me down!”

“What are we going to do?”

The pirate looked at the screen for no less than five full seconds before stretching out her little legs. “So, do you think you can relay a message to Mariette for me?”

Sue sighed. “You had to put off talking things out until today huh?”

“Oh sue?” Amber's brow was twitching, but she kept her smile up. “I'm feeling like poultry tonight.”

“Eeeep!” Sue cowered behind the head rest.

“Anyway.” the pirate rolled her head on her shoulders to make her neck pop a few times. “Just get her to open up a portal big enough for the ship, I'll take care of setting up a distraction.”

“Oh dear!” Sue immediately flew out of the Earth Bastion, not wasting a single second.

“Alright, let's see.” Amber flipped a few switches. She didn't know exactly what they did, this was just her way of playing around and learning how things worked. “Opposition is a bunch of fairly normal, fairly unmagical police officers, and I'm in one of the sturdiest contraptions to ever grace this plane of existence.” Amber flexed her fingers and let them rest on the steering wheel. “I think we'll be okay if I learn how to control this thing.”

The first thing Amber did was stomp on one of the peddles, which did nothing since it was just the clutch. The pirate discovered this relatively quickly and was able to shift into first gear. With the correct gear selected, Amber took hold of two completely different levers and pulled them backwards. In a flying ship, this might have made it climb. But the grounded Earth bastion started to roll backwards as fast as it's gears would let it. “Gah!” The pirate was able to lean forward on the levers, just in time to stop the giant tank-boat from rolling over a fire truck. But then it was rolling forwards towards a police care. “Whoa!” Amber pulled back on just one of the sticks, and Earth bastion's treads spun in different directions, causing the massive tank-boat to spin in place. Even if Mariette could get a portal open, it remained to be seen if Amber could drive through it. All Sue could hope was that the police and Amber's novice tank driving skills wouldn't pose a problem for anyone on the street.

Tonya had a huge grin on her face, enjoying the dream she was presently experiencing. But the ship's sudden movement caused the girl to slide into a wall. While sleeping under an exhaust pipe did ensure no one would discover her, she had not accounted for the fact that she was unable to wake up at a reasonable time. Tonya had also, maybe forgotten to look far enough ahead to see how smooth their escape would be.

She grabbed a hold of something and stared into the spool. Once this was over with, she had to prepare for a gorelion ambush.
We just got a locked thread guys.

Spam has a hero again.
I feel better knowing that there's nothing that can be done, and that I was not born with the resources to help.
@Sherlock Holmes@BrobyDDark

Alright, Clearly we can do better. Teach me. I am a very observant student.

@Sherlock Holmes but it got locked so hard, the forum went all wonky and people were double and tripple posting their discord names in the status bar.

Give us SOME credit!
well, we got the bitch thread locked, does that count?
You need three thirds of an umbilical cord for eyes on the inside, not prayers.

Well, being a pirate, Amber has experience with these kinds of situations. I'll post once the forum clears up a bit, but don't let me stop anyone else.
