Looks like a normal girl but with a strength of double of your ordinary male human

Half-Dragon Form
She grows dragon wings and tails. Her nails sharpen, and she is now able to puke out acid from her mouth. She's able to fly with those wings and her strength is now five times of your ordinary human.

Dragon Form
She turns back into her original dragon form. Standing ten meters tall, she is now able to create strong gusts of wind by her now giant wings. Her acid can now travel far further than when she was just a half-dragon. She would rarely use this form however, with how unwieldy it is. That, and how she would lose her clothes when she transforms, making her naked if she reverts to her human form.

Personality

Silent but haughty, her dragon blood makes her prideful and easily irritable by people she doesn't like. However, once she finds a really worthy friend, she will never abandon them. Problem is, no one has really got into that special club yet. At least, except for that one boy that is.

Background

She was born in a mountain range somewhere in a distant countryside. Her family had always been the guardian of the area, and a result, nearby villagers would periodically give them offerings and the like. She herself would often turn into her human form and walk around in the villages, observing the humans whom she found quite interesting.

One day, she found a boy being punched and kicked by other boys. When she asked what was going on, they said it was none of her business and that a little girl like her should just stay out of it. Of course, this lit her temper, and she ended up saving the boy by knocking out one of the bullies with just a single punch to his stomach.

She ended up befriending the boy, and so their friendship grew over the years. The boy, of course, didn't know that she was the daughter of the guardian dragons of the village. His innocent mind just thought of her as some odd girl with odd clothing from outside the village. Their friendship was more of her bossing him around, saying how he should be stronger and braver. Her dragon nature couldn't tolerate weakness after all.

Their happy days would not last however, since the boy had an uncurable terminal illness ever since he was born. One day, the boy stopped coming, and then she found out that he had passed away, his dream of going into the city unfulfilled. For the first time in her life, she felt a sad emptiness inside her chest.

And so, in honor of her friend, she enrolled in the academy. She wanted to know just what the boy found so attractive about the city.

Also, while slice-of-life is perfectly good and fine, the story needs to have some meat to bite, or else it feels empty.

Considering this RP's proposal, have you ever thought about taking a bit of inspiration in Charlotte? This seems to be possible to do on this one. This is just a suggestion, though but the despair route is always nice.

Shift - Sam can shift between two forms, full cat, and catfolk. In doing so, however, she loses her clothes, so changing back into her humanoid shape can be... interesting.
Superscent - Sam can smell pretty much anything within a 2 mile radius.

Personality

Playful and naive, Sam is curious about everything and everyone. She considers everyone to be her friends and will put herself in harms way to protect them. She is high energy but has her moments of lethargy. She doesn't like being around people when they seek her out, but loves bothering others when they don't want her around. She is extremely nosy and loves to poke into business that has nothing to do with her.

Sam, while being very happy-go-lucky has her bouts of depression. She fears not being needed, being useless, and not being able to protect others. She doesn't take criticism well, even if she keeps a good poker face in that moment. She hates being yelled at and will run away from anyone yelling, even if they aren't yelling at her.

Background

Sam was born only a few years ago a long with the rest of her litter. Many of her brothers and sisters moved on with their lives, but Sam was accepted to the school and thus started going by herself. Her mother was very proud but was concerned that her baby was already off to live by herself. Many times her mother will send one of her older sisters to check on her.

Sam's dad is hardly ever around and when he is, he never says much. Just hands her mother some money and food and leaves again. She remembering hearing yelling a lot as a kitten and the memories have stuck with her. Even now older males still scare her a bit, but she hides it pretty well.

With average height, flawless complexion, Odette would be considered quite on the attractive scale. With fairly large...tracts of land, and ample assets most would likely find her appearance quite enthralling. She has bright, golden blond hair with bright blue eyes that sometimes flash green with otherworldly magic. Her skin is cool to the touch, and the air around her tends to be a few degrees cooler than most.

As for clothing...well, she wears a simple black and red gothic dress. Where it comes from she has no idea. Its sort of...a part of her. She can't exactly remove it.

Spirit Crafting:
Odette has an almost preternatural affinity for the spirits of the dead. She's always had it, even when she was a child. It's no surprise that as such, the spirits of the dead are naturally drawn to her. She functions as almost a conduit for lost souls, spirits, and other such entities with nowhere else to go. Those that flock to her, she can give temporary form in the form. This is not necromancy mind you since it is not raising the dead - though it could easily be an offshoot of it. She simply gives the spirits a desired form, effect, and abilities and uses them to the full of her ability. She could also change the appearance and abilities of a spirit mid-battle, should she need too. The limitations of the ability are indeed, quite few. It is fairly versatile and powerful if used correctly. All she needs is time, a little creativity, and she could theoretically give a spirit any sort of form possible,

Don't assume spirits have to take the form of animate objects either, or you will quickly find yourself surprised.

The spirits are faithful servants, lost souls who refuse to move on and will give anything for the ability to linger for even awhile longer. The time these spirits can last is typically limited, and one could endeavor to outlast them. If they use up all of their 'life force' they will dissipate into raw mana and the spirits will return to Odette.

Attacks from these spirits differ greatly on a case to case basis, though none of them are ever physical in nature, and most unless specialized in something else harm the persons soul directly. Blue, destructive unholy flames are the most common that her spirits will wield, if anything.

A few limitations, are that the more powerful, more ability she gives a spirit, means the longer time she needs to craft it. It also means it will likely have a shorter lifespan. Plus, her supply of 'souls' if you will is not infinite, and she can run out which means she would be quite vulnerable. After being used, spirits typically need to rest a bit before being re-used.

Incorporeal Form:
Odette's physical form, is not actually physical at all. As she is basically a very powerful, old, spirit, she has crafted her own spirit like she does the spirits controls. This means that any sort of physical attack would find it being fairly ineffective against her. That said, she can feel pain and all the other sensations as she has achieved the ability to craft this shell to her standards using magic and appear mostly human. She can even be killed - or at least her 'body' can, though it doesn't bleed. This would of course, limit her effectiveness upon the physical world as she would then only exist as an incorporeal spirit until she could recover enough to reform her body.

However, any sort of holy, religious, or other such things would find them working wonders against her. Exorcisms to banish her spirit are highly effective, and she tends to stay away from any place of religion - not out of fear, mind you. She simply finds such places annoying to deal with. Any sort of magic that also directly affects magical entities and any sort of ‘dispelling’ functions will also be found to be rather effective against both her and her spirits.

This also gives her the ability to basically walk through walls, phase through objects and float about in a spooky ghosty manner.

Could theoretically be controlled by a necromancer/witch with sufficient power. However, as she is an incredibly powerful spirit it would need to be someone who is stronger than she is. She is terrified of the thought of being pressed into someones service against her will.

Personality
Frigid, if one were to go by outer appearances.

Odette exudes an almost cold confidence at all times, and carries herself as such. For most people, they have more than a little trouble approaching her. It doesn't help she typically wears a slightly condescending seeming expression that makes most people back off. The fact she doesn't typically approach people and talk with others, has given her a somewhat arrogant and cold reputation among others. Unfortunately, this is all a huge misunderstanding.

Odette has an intense fear of actually speaking with others. Well, perhaps not a fear of it, really, but she gets incredibly nervous when approached by someone and her words tend to get caught in her throat. For most people this makes it looks like she's deciding just how much she's going to kill the plebeian that dare to speak with her. To her, she's frantically trying to say a simple 'hello' without appearing too incompetent.

However, when it comes to academics, magical things, and general intelligence though, that arrogance and cold assumption holds some truth. She considers her skills in such area to be the best and will not take any insults about such skills lightly.

Background
Truthfully, Odette doesn't remember much about her past. Her earliest memories are of 'waking' up in a mausoleum somewhere in some abandoned church far out in the countryside. She remembers that once, in her life she was someone with incredible influence - likely an old noble or some such and a sorceress of some power. Memories from that time though, are fleeting and inconsistent sometimes at best. For a time after waking, she simply lived in the ruins, coming to terms with what she was.

A ghost.

A shocking thought to be sure. She had died and somehow retained both freewill and knowledge of her previous life to an extent. Not to mention, control over other lost spirits. Whatever she had been in her previous life must have been someone of quite some power. She spent some time developing these abilities, and practicing talking and communicating with spirits that wandered to her. She either helped those who wanted to pass on, to do so, or she offered them to come into her service. That was...well, quite a number of years ago. She can't recall how long. Time is funny sometimes, to an undead. Years can pass quickly, if you're not careful, especially if you were in isolation from the world.

She didn't entirely know much about the world, but eventually rumors reached her of a place of learning and where other people such as herself could learn, live, and generally be free from any sort of exorcism by people. Well...it sounded like fun? Hopefully she wouldn't mess it up.

Personality

Hikari is a highly energetic vampire with a lot of passion for her own nature. She always is in a bright mood and tries to make as much jokes as she can. Hikari is jolly around every person she knows or meets and never seems to be down from anything. Hikari often goes to somewhat chiller places to cool off from the constant heat that the sun or other people bring. The upper buttons of her blouse are opened for that reason too. Despites always being so cheerful and straightforward talking about somewhat lewder things can make her get all shy and embarrassed even though it is only about kissing.

Background

Hikari always had a normal life to be totally honest. Before she became a vampire she was just like any other human kid. Was born a twin had both her parents still went to school was raised in a decent sized household with both her parents getting average wages. Nothing was off truly but it was untill she encountered her fate that one night. It was short after the rise of the monsters, they had been appearing more over street but with no real downsides to it, except for her own encounter with a real vampire. She was only a tad long and was still in kindergarten she was defenseless against a strong grown vampire. He was out for blood and thought a nice young snack was the way to go. He was only thirsty for blood he had to get it from somewhere after all and to be truly honest he couldn't control himself it wasn't his fault but more the fault of his power. He bit the girl in her neck and sucked the blood, nothing to serious. They could both walk away after that like nothing happened but Hikari didn't know all that much about vampire at that point. She bit the man in his hand in defense and made him bleed. The man let go of the girl out of pain making her run home as fast as she could, the vampire on his knees thinking about what he had done.

The man came away with a few hours of working for the law by picking up trash and had to help the girl live with it. After all that huss she had slowly transformed into a vampire over the nights. Eventually it all came to a close knowing that the girl had to live with it. The man was sorry and Hikari forgave him. She didn't think it was all that much of a problem to live with it after that there was no way to reverse it and it had already happened so she didn't think much about it anymore accepting her fate. The government had taken the problem in account and got the hospitals around the country to deploy weekly blood for the vampires to drink so stuff like this didn't happen often anymore. The only downside to being a vampire really was that not all the schools liked to have you all that much anymore. The word vampire was put on your ID after all. It had a somewhat good side too since she could apply for this really fancy school with all kinds of monsters living on it. That is basically how she got here.

Ingestor - The power to consume anything edible or inedible, her stomach digests anything that is eaten, may it be plastic or metal it doesn't matter. Now the real problem is the way she consumes things, if she opened her mouth wide enough a tornado of mixed colors of red erupts out. It has the power of a small tornado and is able to slowly drag humans into it too. Her stomach is like another world entirely, it can hold undefined amount of objects or others things but they will stay the same shape inside her stomach untill it is digested so if a human ever gets trapped they will be able to get out looking only a little bit slimy but nothing more. The downside to her ability is that she doesn't like all the things she eats so her body can either force it out again or mildly choke on it a little.

The second power to her ability is to heal others by breathing on their wounds, yes her breath gives of a healing aura that can heal anything if it is still on the body. So don't ask her to heal you if you lost a leg or the likes.

Personality

Reina a very polite, caring and kind girl, but she thinks it's embarrassing for her when others see her using her ability. At times she can also be shy. However, she has good manners and treats everyone with respect, which is seen when she usually speaks using honorifics (san, kun, sama, etc.) She also likes to eat and does eat a lot for her size, saying that her dream is going to an all-you-can-eat buffet.

Reina can be considered very lady-like since she is from a wealthy household, but she is a practitioner of Aikido and basic self-defense. She is not afraid to use it to anyone that emberasses her, yes you know what I mean. However, she always apologises right after. Since her parents are quite strict, Reina is also very well-behaved, she never misses classes and does what she is told.

Backstory

Reina grew up in a rich family and was treated well even when they knew she had such a power within her. She was treated like no other member of the noble family, with respect and kindness. She learned to be polite and good mannered by her parents and her home teacher. Reina quite easily learned to handle her own powers and could hold herself back almost all the time. She wasn't allowed to use it anywhere for her own benefits for the sake of the ones around her.

Reina was introduced more to the outside world when she was older and she could handle it all fairly well. She knew that her powers weren't suppose to be known to the outside world and if it were the case it could be used in terrible ways by the government. The only thing that wouldn't withstand her from showing it to the world was her appetite. She could never go eat outside of her house or get any treats from the super markets. The only place she was allowed to eat was at home. If she were to ever get into a supermarket on her own it would mean the end of the world. That was when it happened, her dream was set. She had never heard of anything like it before but she fell in love with it. An all you can eat buffet. Her parents however hardly declined it. She would never set foot in a place like that or the restaurant would go broke.

Her sister had left home at a young age being rather disgusted by her rich parents so Reina was always very lonely in the house. Her parents were very strict so she couldn't join any clubs or invite any friends over to her house so her sister was the only person she had to play with. After a long time she was allowed to go to the school she wanted to go too. Liseranna primary school where she had made a lot of friends and fun, she had stayed there till she graduated and parted with a good friend that was always there for her to meet up some time again, she stayed home for a year studying with a private teacher till she was sixteen years old. At that age she could enter the academy of her dreams. An academy fitted for people with powers like hers. It was perfect, she was gonna stay at the dorms there and relive the life she had at her old school all over again.

I would love to join and help out, but only provided I can have a character that slips in and out of the story easily. With student teaching starting, my time is very, very limited. I would probably need lots of help keeping up with what's happening and try to stay within one or two interactions, but not more.

If you'd like to have someone like that in your RP, Lifey, then by all means, I'll cook up a super fancy CS for ye.
