Either way, he's going to have some effect on the heroes he's going to encountered and give them something to work around. Something that should be fun to see how the PCs work around not being able to use their powers all the time. :p

There's a few options I talked to with NN about the way the story could go because honestly, not everyone's PC will follow the storyline to a Tee and I don't want them to. In my mind, adding different options and ideas are much more fun in a story as it feels like everyone is fleshing out the story through their PCs and building it. This arc, despite it originally starting with Rach, I want to explore and flesh out Cowl's power base and even create an enemy they all can associate and remember. ^-^

You are actually going to be surprised then when I release the outline from what we talked about. Lekh won't be a fighting contribution but his ability to become what I understand to be a power damper will (that's how I understood it in his CS) even the playing field a bit more than you might realize and even prevent Rach from escaping should the cowl's plan go well.

What is the arc about?

Currently the summary is this:

Racheli Desdemona, a infected with an alien virus about a week and some odd days ago, was dropped off at and has been locked away in the CDC until the recent bomb threats have forced the CDC to remove her to a safer location. Gene Co, a company with ties into genetic research and medical area, original discovered the Virus on a floating piece of rock out in space and had been experimenting in it before it got loose, disappeared and reappeared when it infected Rach. Gene Co's finger prints are all over the virus should anyone be clever enough to look and identify them putting the company at risk for serious repercussions because of their hidden project branch's little slip up. So Jacqueline is requesting the Cowl's (Kingpin version for CAH) to kidnap Rach during transport and deliver her to a secluded location for Gene Co to pick up and relocate to a hidden research location where they can observe, experiment, etc on her while keeping their connection with the virus a secret.

Rach's arc, though it won't stay that way I hope as I want to show off and draw attention to the street level crimes within the Cowl's territory.

Alright, NN have hammered out the basics for the arc but what actually happens is flexible due to story and player desires. Before I start making a Gdoc and pming the outline information, then OoCing additional data, I need to be reminding of who's all for being involved one last time, just in case someone changed their mind. Also I need you to sign you in blood on the dotted line turning yourself over to NeutralNexus' and my little whims. We'll promise to be gentle at first.

Any additional interest from recent re-joiners or newbies should also make statements if they want in and add their name to the already signed victims volunteers.

Look forward to it, well any distraction really, as my flipping knee is killing me today. It feels like a thin, needle like blade is slicing through the kneecap side every time I put pressure on my leg or bend it. I think I pulled a tendon rather badly. >,< So I'll be checking often it seems today as part of me doesn't want to move from bed at all. XD
