✾ 𝙻𝚊𝚍𝚢 𝙰𝚋𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚊 Keep moving forward ۩━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned. Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol. ⚘ Looking Inside ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it. Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. @FantasyChic I think you have to take into account the situation and the two you are dealing with, as well as their relations with others and your character. I don't think it has anything to do with the character being liked or disliked. You just happen to be dealing with an army doctor who is trying to save the captain's life, so she isn't worried about bedside manner right now. And then there is Lionel who is older, with a wrenched back, and not the most easy to get along with anyways.
@Tlstiffl Oh please, you are never too old for Rp. I'm ten years your elder and I'm still kicking it here with my homies and I plan to be for years to come.

This is not like some of the other RPs I run where you need completed Relation Sheets or they are just clue sheets. This is a combo. Now, your characters wouldn't know everyone in the RP at this point but you might know 1 or 2 people that are in the lists. (Similar background, questioning, work, crossed paths, something) - So please pick at least 1 person to PM and work out at least a basic relation for and add it to a relation sheet and add it to your Cs below it. (More is fine, no more than 3) - Anyone that doesn't have an idea - remember you all have been plagued with that vision, so all else fails, PM me to work out something with Vera. (She will be the catch all as it were if needed)

@FantasyChic @Nallore Quick note because of an oversight on my part - your characters are both carrying way too much cash. They both are carrying soooo much. Roughly $3000 in today's value in just US dollars alone. I need both of you to drop that down big time. (And you might want to change that over to British Sterling since that was the main currency used in Egypt during that time frame.) - There are plenty of banks in the starting area. Not saying your characters wouldn't have that much in an account or more than that even but that much on them - that is just begging to be robbed. Might want to tuck a lot of that away in a residence and keep far less on you)

Cynthia & Lawson
Location: In Front Of The Sporting Goods Store Near Town Square
Cynthia looked down at her hands, trembling as she sunk to her feet just sitting there as Lawson looked around dazed as his gun fell from his hand and clanked against the ground. He was shot, his right shoulder and his left thigh. The shoulder had an exit wound but his thigh did not. There was blood but he was soaked in the stuff, a lot more than should have been there. Laying down on the ground he placed his bloodied arm against his forehead and took some long and deep breaths. He had been shot before and when Tuesday got to work she would see the extent of his scaring. How the man was alive was beyond anyone's guess between the burn marks, the lash marks, the bullet wounds. He looked like a walking advertisement of what not to do with one's life.
"Noutin' but a flesh wound ma'am," he said smiling over to Tuesday before taking another breath. Turning his head towards Jasmin he grinned even larger. "Don't ya be worryin' yer pretty little heads about that me. Fucker gots away though. I nailed him right in the chest but hes must have had a vests on because he got back up and ran. Knocked him again two more times but he kepts runnin'," he grumbled. "Should haves took my shotgun..."
911 answered the other side of the line and took the information down from Riley, keeping her on the line to give them updates on Lawsons condition in case they needed to help over the phone if they could with the basics but Lawson seemed to be holding up fine considering everything, he was half jovial as he reached out and squeezed Jasmins hand as he let Tuesday do her thing. It was obvious he was in pain but he wasn't complaining about it. Just complained over the fact he hadn't taken a bigger gun with him. Cynthia on the other hand was a nervous wreck and at this point was wandering aimlessly towards the alleyway as she mumbled to herself.
