⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

@rivaan Um hun... Need edits.... Several.

1) The fog in the tent city isn't as dense as elsewhere. Please recheck both my previous posts for the tent city and Vlads as well for more details. Constantin wouldn't know about the fog being that thick unless he left the tent city and followed Vlad. (You have it before he takes off after Vlad - so that needs correcting.)

2) Think you missed something about Vlad's post - as he asks why he ruin a good blade he makes note that he knows that Constantin is using the flat side of the blade and not the sharp side. So yeah, Vlad still calling him on blade misuse LOL

3) I stated that the fog left everything from skin to clothing soaked within minutes of stepping into the fog. So um torch will burn out shortly upon finally entering it.
@Dragoknighte @Sigil @Morose @Scallop @Nallore -

Attention please - Yesterday I called out what I thought was a Metagame in Drago's last post thinking that Mali had not been in the room with when any of the characters were referring to Per as Valentine. He edited the post but I have been made aware that I was wrong. Mali was indeed in the room with characters when Valentine was mentioned by that name. (By my own NPC as it were. ><!!!)

This was completely my oversight and my mistake. I am wanting to clear that up for further references in IC that Mali's character does have that information and I was completely in the wrong. I am sorry for any embarrassment, confusion, or drama this has caused. I will try better to keep track of these things in order to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Again, my bad and I am very sorry about the situation.
@Morose - If only Cecily and Roy could be planning their costume pairing for Comic Con right now lol
@rivaan Yup, can't see shit - like I said, couldn't even see their own outstretch hand right now.
@rivaan On day 6

@Mnkee - Okay, awesome post. Now you are two rounds behind. I am going to go ahead and update just for Fyror and Thalken under Lady Luck (so before anyone freaks out - No, no one is dead this round LOL) - That way you can start catching up.

Lola Holler

Location: North Of Newnan (Veterans Memorial Park - Corner of Temple Ave. & Jackson St.)

"Not many options these days pops. Living or dying really isn't even an option these days mate. Just luck of the draw," the Kiwi said as she sat there. "any second and its pa-pa-pa-pow! Your dinner for some wandering dead head and I'm talking about the fuzzy teddy bear tyed tyed type either. Though if you did one across a dread head that was a former dead head, what would that be? Double Dead Head? Double Dead Head Deads? Dreads Heads?" she pondered out loud before chuckling an slapping her own knee. "Peace, Love and Brains!" she cackled before she popped the gum from her MRE into her mouth and started chomping.

Looking over to Thalia, it seemed she had an option or two for the old man. Pretty damn good idea too. She could see it now. A proper tea set up right here on the back of her tank, complete with lace doilies and a tea cozy. They could have a right proper and brilliant time. Maybe they could scrounge up some earl gray and some biscuits. No, even better... crumpets! "Oh hell yeah, a nice tea set! Crumpets and tea? Tasty! Everyone in favor of Crumpets and Tea say aye!" she exclaimed as she threw a hand up in the air and gave her personal vote. "Aye!"

Thana Martin

Location: Outer Gate

Thana stood there in silence as Ash made his announcement. She hadn't expected him to go ahead and tell everyone that she was going to be taking over as Agricultural Lead. He had told her he was going to announce it during the evening meal. It wasn't even lunch yet. She was sure he had his reasons but she was going to confront him later on in private about this. She didn't appreciate being blind sided and the amount of looks and whispers she was getting in the crowd. The Lt. Commander had hoped to get to look around agriculture, get to meet a few of the people first, talk to them, etc. She hadn't had the chance for any of that yet.

Froggy looked at Ash, a bit surprised by the change but he nodded and thanked Ash briefly for it. It would mean more time to deal with medicine and less time to have to worry about everything else. With his heart condition, it was probably for the best and he thought highly of Jack. The change was a good one in his eyes. Especially now that he needed to help Niesha learn about prenatal care and delivery, as well as minor surgery in case Tatiana needed a C-Section. It was a lot to take on for both of them. The less things they needed to worry about the better.

Once Ash finished, Thana took the chance to step forward. "I will meet with everyone with Agricultural duties tomorrow morning promptly at O-Seven-Hundred Hours," she said loud enough to be heard by those there in the group. "This includes greenhouse and medical gardens." She figured that would give enough time to for the change to sink in and get the word out to anyone that was not there to say goodbye to James.

"Actually, speaking of medical," Miss Sally said to Ravi. "Need to introduce you to Ash and Froggy now," she added as she patted the man on the back.

"I should check on the stores now. Any keys, schedules, etc I will need post haste Captain," Thana said before dismissing herself and turning on her heels. Glancing around she started towards the fields. She wanted to check to conditions and such. It was something she was going to start tomorrow but no time like the present. The announcement had been made, so she was on the clock officially when it came to agriculture in this town.

Tatiana Korvo

Location: Cab of the Truck -> Inside Outer Gate

Tatiana smiled over to James. "You too. Stay alive, vill have to meet your name sake one day," she said as she patted her belly before stepping over to the back of the truck and looking at the three of them sitting there. She wasn't even going to ask what was with the laughing and looks. "Take care of each other," she added before heading over to the gate. Jim had been keeping watch and he didn't even have to be told to open the gate. It was already half way open for her to walk through as she got to it.

Thanking Jim as she stepped inside and the gate closed behind her she looked for Jack. Wondering what was going on with all the whispering and looks towards Thana. Something must have happened while she was outside. She had figured she would have been out there longer than she had but her and James had spoke quickly and gotten out everything she felt he was going to say. She had a feeling he was still holding back and she wasn't sure James wasn't a threat to himself but she felt confidant that he wasn't a threat to Newnan. That was the most she could hope for but she still was going to speak with Ash.

"Need speak with you Ash, privately. Then Froggy as second, then the rest of the leads down the line to start," she said, totally unaware that her husband was now the second in Newnan. Hobbling over to Jack, she flopped down into the wheel chair and smiled over to him, sadly as it was.

Miss Sally lead Ravi over to Froggy and Ash. "Hey, before you two head out. This is Ravi, he came in with that cowboy. Seems he is staying, thought you two would want to get to know him. Ash, he hasn't had an interview yet but he has my vote already. Froggy, seems this bloke has some medical experience," she said brightly. She had come to like Ravi in the short time they had spent together but that was a given. He was british. It was nice to hear a familiar accent.

Sighing to herself, Miss Sally, pushed her hair from her face with a shaky hand. She wasn't feeling too chipper right then and her face went pale. "Oh bollocks," she managed to get out as she grabbed her chest.

Gavin & Ryan

Location: Back of the Truck

"Could always staple new ones on," Gavin chuckled before looking over at Tatiana as she came over to the back of the truck. He just smiled over to her as she told them to look after each other. He figured it was directed towards Beatrice and Ryan so he just nodded. Ryan smirked a bit over to Tatiana, only catching the last part of the conversation as she had stepped out of the truck. Seemed the little bird was pregnant.

He just laughed to himself, a baby? These days? Oh he was so glad he wasn't going to be around to deal with that shit. Once Tatiana was back inside the gate he looked over towards Beatrice. "Aww, Ozzie and Harriet are having a little Beaver," he said rolling his eyes before balling up his fist and hitting the window behind his head. "Alright, let's roll and get the fuck out of here," he said.

Gavin eyed him for a minute before climbing out of the bed of the truck and into the front cab. Looking over at James he gave the man a broad smile. "Them two be all shits and giggles. Gonna be a right entertaining time with them arounds," he said before closing the cab door and getting comfortable. "Guess Irish be right thoughs, might as well rolls out. Find a place to talks to them about shit once wes aways from these walls."
Sunie Marks

Sunie listened for a response and cocked a brow as she heard Flo on the other end. She wanted it tomorrow? "Hey Flo, that is not going to be possible. The ten to fourteen days was already a rush job, why the additional 10% added to the final cost. Tomorrow is just not possible with the work load I already have, not to mention that I have to order materials. Then there is fabrication time, testing, final touches, and so forth. Even if I had the materials here and no other jobs to do it would still take the until at least the morning after tomorrow," she informed Flo.

The weapons smith did not like the idea of not being able to finish a job a long standing customer had placed an order for but certain terms had been laid out to start. A time frame they both had agreed to just five hours before. She hadn't even placed the order for the materials she would need. Yes she was a weapons smith but Flo had ordered something that was not her usual arms, so she didn't keep a regular stock of materials in her shop. "If you like I can refund the payment next time you stop by but the earliest I could have this done would be five days currently and that is if my supplier can get me what I need by tomorrow."

Barracks: There was a knock at the Lord Majors door before it opened slowly. Peter peeked his head in and smiled at his uncle before stepping in fully. "Uncle, just wanted to give you an update on Vera," he said as he shut the door behind him. He normally wouldn't have disturbed his uncle while he was working, simply waiting until he crossed his path later that day but he was sure that the Lord Major would want an update on Lady Munn's condition as quickly as one could be given.

Stepping over to desk, leaning on his cane as he walked, before sitting down across from the elder Keystone. "She was examined and seemed to be perfectly fine now. She is going to the museum for a meeting she has. Miss Ridgeway is escorting her over there," he said as he rested the cane next to the chair. "I am sure that if anything else arises that Miss Ridgeway will inform us post haste. She seems like a delightful young woman and a good friend to go with Vera. Though I wonder why that Drake fellow is lumbering around."

There was a wash of relief that came to Aziza's features as Harry sat there holding her hand and comforting her. Assuring her that he wouldn't let anything happen to her. Yes the Lord Major had offered to help but this was different. It was not that she didn't think that the Lord Major could offer her protection but for some reason she felt calmer and more at ease with a tint of hope when Sgt. Walsh said it.

"Thank you Harry," she said in a soft voice. She couldn't help but to gaze into his eyes before looking away shyly. "I am very lucky to have met a kind man like you," she added quietly as she cupped her free hand over theirs laced together. "No one ever make me safe before. Thank you." Her eyes slowly came back up to his and she smiled softly. She didn't know why she felt so safe around him but she did. It seemed no matter how worried or upset she got, he was able to put her mind at ease. Why couldn't more people be like him?

Museum: The guard opened the gate and let them pass, making sure to return anything they had taken from Mr. Drake when he had entered. "Yes, the walk should do me good," Vera said, trying to keep her attention towards Lauren even though William was there with them. She had been feeling better but she found herself light headed and nervous now. Why she had no idea but she did her best to avoid eye contact with the man.

The thought crossed her mind that he was only coming with them to either try to get to know Lauren better or to try to get information on another dig site he could violate. The thought of him treasure hunting used to set her blood to boil more than anything but now it was nothing but an afterthought. The thought of him flirting with Lauren made her unconsciously grit her teeth. Her mind was so focused on that, she didn't even notice the curb and went stumbling forward in her usual clumsy way. Catching herself she let out a huff as she smoothed the folds of her skirt and pushed her curls back from her brow.

The door of the museum opened and Mr. Khons, the museum curator came out quickly. "There you are! Glad you found her," he said as he looked over to William. Vera froze in her tracks.

"Found me?" she asked confused. The curator nodded and explained how he had been looking for her since she never showed up for work this morning and that he had asked Mr. Drake to check the barracks to see if she was there. "You were there to check on me?" she asked surprised as her eyes went over to Williams for the first time since they had left the barracks.

Road To The Prison: "Yes, Interrogation. We have many questions for you both. The man apprehended last night has brought forth some very interesting things to light. Things that must be accounted for. Worry not, we will get to the bottom of this," the representative of the prison said before turning his attention back forward. The driver started speaking in Egyptian Arabic to him and the two carried on their own conversation as they headed towards the prison; paying the two in the cage no never mind.

Seemed none of the guards were paying the two much attention other than to make sure that they weren't trying to escape and that everything stayed locked up tight. The corporal was following behind them, least someone that wasn't prison related was going to be there with them. Maybe he would end up annoying the people of the prison enough to just send the three of them on their way without any issue. That was if he didn't annoy people so much he got locked up himself. Only time would tell.

The Road To The Museum: "Oh that sounds like fun," Rosheen said brightly. "Oh where are my manners," she added as she caught the sight of Mosi out of the corner of her eye. "This is Mosi, new arrival to Cairo," she said introducing the woman to the others.

"Hello," Neema said as she smiled at her. "Nice to see someone found your little place instead of traipsing through the center of town," she added before looking over to Nora. "I guess we should be off, wouldn't want you to be late for your brunch meeting,"she said.

"Oh an appointment? How nice, you must be excited to go back to the museum. Hopefully they have some of the items you discovered down in Thebes," Rosheen commented. Neema nodded but kept her attention on the cat for a moment.

"Yes... it would be," she said half way paying attention. The cat had stopped eating and was staring at Nora intently. "Well that's interesting," the old woman said quietly as she glanced from the feline to Nora and back again. She had noted the various cats around but that could be passed off as just curious cats in passing. This one had a gaze locked on the Lady of Science.

Chicago Heights : - Amy Adams was having nothing of this patient confidentiality speak. Yeah, she knew the law. Doctors couldn't speak about their patients but Amy also knew a story when she smelled one. She was like a dog with a bone and she wasn't about to give up just because that line was spouted off to her by some new doctor in town. The reporter hadn't gotten to be the main girl when it came live news by backing down from a story so easily.

Smiling over to the camera man before looking back at Iris. "So you are saying that the persons rolled out in the body bag and ambulance respectively were patients of yours?" she asked before getting a smirky look on her face. "That must be a horrible thing, that you have not only lost a patient but another is in the hospital... Or is that one in the morgue as well by now?"

Zoies Farm: - Zoie pursed her lips as she gave Marc a look. Marc nodded towards Mali. "Yeah she might be then but she is anything but a normal woman now and well....," Marc said as he rubbed his chin. Relic had already pulled his laptop out and was hitting the keys rapidly. "What are you doing?" Marc asked, wondering just what in the world the kid was up to with having his laptop out already.

"Hacking the CIA data base," Relic said without batting an eye.

"You're doing what?" Zoie snapped, nearly choking on her cup of coffee.

"I didn't hear that..." Marc added as he covered his face.

"Don't you two start," Relic muttered under his breath as he kept typing away.

"This is your fault," Zoie said as she grabbed a rag and started cleaning up the coffee she had half spit out on the floor.

"My fault?!?! He's your brother!"

"Yer the one thats got him to hack Queensguard, after he crippled the FBI database. Fars as he's concerned you gave him a free pass," she sneered.

"Basically," Relic said with a chuckle. Marc groaned, that was all he needed, being there for a hacking of the CIA.

Safehouse - Roy looked over at Riley stunned. That wasn't something he was expecting to hear from the pop star. There had to be a story behind that. "Okay, get in the car. I want that story while we are on our way," Roy said as he opened the door for her and grabbed the bag. "This I gotta hear," he chuckled as he waited for Riley.

Hopping into the car he tossed the bag into the back and fastened his seat belt. "You shot a serial killer? Okay, secret badass, dish it out," he said as he started up the car. Seemed she had been through more than he had expected, he'd have to look into this town she talked about going to school at. It would take them a bit to get to the shooting range, so hopefully they would have time for him to hear the whole story.

MSS Private Jet: - "Good to know," Natasha said over to Caesar as he explained a bit about how things went down in Mexico. It partially surprised her that the laws were so strict, especially with the reported crime and corruption that went on down there. She half figured that things had been a lot more lax but then again she never had studied up on the laws in Mexico. The most she knew about the country was what was reported on the news and what she had learned in various history classes in High School and College. Sure she spoke the language but that was from years of working in Emergency Medicine in areas with high populations of Hispanics. It was a have to know language.

Looking over at Cecily she took a breath and slipped on a pair of sterile gloves before she got to work on the injury. Thankfully it looked to be healing up alright. There was no sign of infection, which was good. "Yeah, it is healing very well. I can probably remove the stitches in about four more days," she said in a reassuring voice as she got to work re-cleaning the wound and bandaging back up. "Just keep it clean and try not to over do it for the next few days and you should be good to go. If you end up having any fever or it starts getting red, let me know right away," she added as she finished up and slipped the gloves off her hands.

"Is there somewhere I can dispose of this?" she asked Caesar as she held up the gloves and the bunch of used gauze she had taken off Cecily. It hadn't taken her too long to take care of the cleaning and re-bandaging of the wound and thankfully the plane was steady now that it had reached cruising altitude.

Justice Airport: - The woman who decided to do her workout in the middle of the airport finally seemed to finish. At least the majority of it that is. She was walking at this point and taking an additional lap to cool down as she pressed her fingers to her throat and looked down at her watch. Heart Rate check. She came to a slow stop in front of one of the various TV's that was playing in one of the restaurants that lined the terminal. On the TV was Amy Adams with the doctor from the asylum the day before. One couldn't hear what was being talked about but streaming across the bottom of the TV it had the headline "The Insane Strike Back At Justice Asylum."

Over the intercom, a broke voice echoed through the terminal. "Flight 1873 from Seattle arriving at Gate 18D" - Seemed the teams flight was coming in ahead of schedule, not by much, but hey, thirty minutes meant not having to watch workout girl take another lap.

Justice Memorial: - The TV flipped on and Felix found one of the many news channels to watch. Channel 6 news was just one of the news stations in Justice. Yet the TV was on Channel 31. It was a smaller station that didn't have the influence or money that Channel 6 did. Yet they were still on the air, public broadcasting had it's perks. They could focus things that some stations would over look or gloss over. "Christine Smith here and this is your Daily Update at 10. Crime is on the rise here in Justice and nothing better exhibits that than the mass gang driven drive by that occurred down at Club AfterDark. More than a dozen were gunned down, including the Mei Hung better known as Dragon. While she seemed to have been the target there were several innocent by-standards. There is no word from the local police on the status of the investigation but we have reports of rampant corruption within the system."
