⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Okay, editing is now closed. Did a quick check, everyone looks fine.

(And yes Drago, sadly I have done the exact same thing. Woken up many a time going shit! I have to post! Then checked and saw I caught up the day before.)

@FantasyChic No girl you are fine. If you want to add Jaina in feel free but it isn't required.
@Dragoknighte @Sigil @Morose @Scallop @Nallore @FantasyChic

Okay, remember to finish up those relations, you have until I wake up in the morning. Just checked, at least 2 are not done, either not fully or an edit hasn't been made to update. Please remember, if they aren't done you will be removed from the Rp.
@Nallore No worries, ^^
@POOHEAD189 Yeah, I am usually only really nit picky with people I have been ~warned~ about. You came with a recommendation from someone else that I trusted, so there was no need.

But yeah, how a Gm tears apart a CS weighs on the Rp and the RPer. Sure, be blunt, straight to the point, don't sugar coat it but you don't have to be a "C" about it either. (Well that is unless they go off the deep end :P) Gm's willing to work with their Rpers if they are having issues completing the CS can make a world of difference. Hell I color code for people who have to type on their phone or tablets if they ask so they don't need to. (Shit I've done it for their posts via PM when it was an issue.)

Now, I will say there are plenty of times I put the ~no argument~ when I make a ruling or the like; simply because there is usually that 1 person who is goading to start something either because they are just a twit in general or more likely than not are having a bad day and taking it out on everyone. That usually goes with the rules in general and not so much the CS's for me since I have explinations of what is and is not accepted in each Rp down the line of the CS sections. It just cuts down on the flame wars that can start in OOC and those will kill an RP faster than a GM who lost interest.
@mnkee There was nothing for him to note for now.
@Morose @Sigil @mnkee @Rivaan @Sputnik - Okay, cases are up for those that will be doing them this round. Those on cases, you are on case counters now - all of you have 7 days from today to get those in. I will be awaiting the PM's. Those not on cases, you are on your standard counters from your last post.

The Glimmeric: "Of course," Michael said as he stood there. He would let Frances know soon as he could when the constable arrived but he was going to do his damnedest not to let the constable bother her. Yet he feared that might be an option as one of her girls had been the first to see the body. More and more people were gathering about the place and Thomas was trying to bring the cart around at this time. "People, please, move out of the way. We don't want this corpse rotting away here or worse... turning," he said as a warning. Granted if the body did turn it wouldn't be for days but still the very notion made most of the people either back away or head back to their homes. At least enough had moved so Thomas could bring the cart about.

"You, give me a hand," Michael said to Thalken as he spotted the man poking around. He didn't know him but the majority of the people on this street were either beyond thin due to poverty, old, or women. This one seemed the only one strong enough to give Michael a hand in moving the pot bellied dead man. Thomas had barely been good enough in strength and size to move the heavy cart to the front of the street for Michael.

Setting down the drawing end of the cart Thomas stepped aside and Michael leaned down, getting a grip under the man's shoulders and eying Thalken to see if he would actually step in and give him a hand or if he was just going to have to heave the fatso into the cart by himself. He could do it, he knew that, he moved large carcasses of beef and pork constantly but it was one thing tossing a dead wrapped cow over your shoulder that was clean and a bloody corpse.

Westminster Hospital: Mrs. Wyndham and Miss Jones looked at Gerard like he had lost his mind. They had never been spoken to like this. Well they had actually, by Mr. Wyndham once and for the very same reason. Yet this was not a husband or step father with money. This was a poor nothing to them who should count himself lucky to have a paying job. Mrs. Wyndham narrowed her eyes and tore into Gerard as loudly and vilely as possible. Berating him for speaking to them like that, for opening his mouth period, for saying a word against them, for speaking of things he knew nothing about.

The nurse looked into the room and then rushed back out again, making her way down the hall and up the stairs even as Mrs. Wyndham continued. The woman's shrill carrying up and down the floors like a harpy. "I should fire you this minute!" she finally snapped but she knew in the back of her mind that she couldn't. Not only was the man under contract by her husband and renewed by Millicent - who was in charge of the finances until her father returned or she was wed - but she also knew that no one else would work for them. She had been trying for a long time to find a replacement man about the manor but had found no one. "You are lucky I am feeling generous. Gods grace sparing my life and all. You are docked a months pay!" she spat coldly.

Dr. Graham looked over to Fyror and sighed. "I came to you because you are the only member of a family of standing I have seen thus far treat Miss Wyndham with any sort of courtesy or kindness. I know not what we can do though. The banns are not ours to post. They must be posted by the families of those being wed. The Rutherford's and the Wyndham's. If he is going about this the same way he did last time, he won't risk a bann being posted for anyone to protest," he said in an almost defeated voice. "I will do whatever I can to help that poor child, that you can count on," the doctor added before he heard a knock at his door. "Yes?" he asked and the door opened quickly. One of the nurses standing there.

"Dr. Graham, please come quick. That lady is bellowing again, this time at one of her house staff I think," she said but she didn't need to. Mrs. Wyndham's voice cut through the air like finger nails over a chalk board.

"And if you ever speak to us that way again I will call for a good lashing to your backside. Teach you some manners and how you are to treat your betters!" the woman bellowed.

Dr. Graham nodded and rose from his desk. "Well, first things first. Let's visit Mrs. Wyndham..." he said begrudgingly though it wasn't all bad. If Mrs. Wyndham was yelling at one of her personal staff, perhaps they could talk to the person and find out how Millicent was doing this morning. Stepping out of the door he followed the nurse down the stairs and towards the old crones room.

"You tell him momma, he keeps spouting off that poor Millicent was defiled by that wonderful Lord. He spreads lies and gossip like I never seen momma," Emma chimed in. Mrs. Wyndham looked like she was about to pop a gasket and a stitch in her side as Dr. Graham walked into the room.

Barracks: "Roach?" Aziza asked as she stepped over to the door and nodded to him as he asked if they should head out. Looking out of the door she made her way down the stairs and back through the courtyard towards the gate. "Is that a pet?" she asked curiously before stopping at the gate and letting the guard know they were leaving for a bit to gather personal items and that they would return soon, asking that a message be delivered to the Lord Major to let him know before she continued out of the barracks in and out into Cairo proper.

Smiling nervously towards Harry she slipped her arm through his. Being out on the street again was making her a bit on edge, it didn't matter that it was the middle of the day. So much was going through her mind. What of the jewelry and the markings, what of the attack on her, what of Abbas breaking into her room, of Josephine and Haakon? Right then she just wanted to rush back into the safety of the barracks but this was something that needed to be done. And at least once they were finished she would have her stallion with her. She had no doubt that the Lord Major would allow her to keep him on the barracks. They had horses there and she had ridden her horse there several times instead of walking.

"Uncle, have you been hitting the Sherry already today?" Peter asked, a bit surprised that his uncle seemed to be spouting off tales of magic and sorcery. Brands, dreams, the like. It all sounded rather outrageous to someone who hadn't been experiencing any of it.

"Dreams of jackals? Heavens no. If my dreams do go to war it is to the great war but those are memories I would just rather lock away and never think of again," he said as he sat there. Was he actually hearing all this hookum from his uncle? "Vera is speaking like this as well? Pray tell me you two haven't gone and joined a cult," he asked as leaned forward a bit. He knew his uncle to be an honest man but he had been known toe stretch the truth a bit when it came to embellishing his tales. Maybe old age and sherry had finally pickled his dear uncles mind. Yet, that would explain Vera believing all of this as well. She was the most sensible and grounded woman he had ever met.

"Only details I have is a dinner I am planning for Vera this evening for her and I," he stated with a chuckle.

The Prison: The man interrogating Haakon sat back and listened to what the man had to say, his facial expression gave nothing away. He just sat there with a blank look on his face. The man must have had a wonderful time playing poker and giving nothing away. In the middle of Haakon speaking the door opened and another man came in with a note pad and a pen. Setting them down in front of the interrogator. The man still didn't move nor acknowledge the other man as he came in, set the things down, and walked back out. The only thing he did was answer Haakon when he asked if he would like him to continue. "Yes," was all he said without a hint of emotion in his voice.

The warden however sat there oogling Josephine as he sat there picking his teeth as he listened. "So you didn't see him kill anyone?" he asked as he sat there grinning, leaning forward a bit as he spoke. "So you follow a man you didn't see kill anyone into your friends room? Well, how did you do that? He leave the door open?" he asked, still grinning at the Hollywood actress. His grin widened a bit as he leaned forward even more, still staring at her like she was a piece of meat.

The Museum: Inside the museum there was so much to see. There was plenty on display upstairs but the main floor was basically all from King Tut's tomb. So much had been found and it had brought in many people to want to see and study that the main floor was now dedicated to the largest find in Egyptian History. Neema made her way through the main area and towards the back of the museum. Passing so much - Overall Image 1, Overall Image 2, King Tuts Mask, King Tuts Burial Throne, King Tuts Sarcophagus, King Tuts Mummy - And this was barely scratching the surface of what was in front of people just as they stepped into the main hall.

A man dressed in a suit with a fez on his head glanced towards Moshi. He smiled at her and gave her a slight bow. "Do you need help ma'am?" he asked as he stepped away from one of the pillars and towards her, his badge for being part of the museum staff clipped over his front jacket pocket. "I am Ahkmed," he said introducing himself.

Neema smiled over towards Nora. "Oh he goes on. Don't mind him. I used to be an assistant of his a life time ago," she said but there was a bit of a twinkle in her eye. It was obvious that those two had once been more than just co-workers as it were. "He was far more of a trouble causer than I ever was," she chuckled thinking back to her days in the field. "We were together at the discovery I am wanting you to have a better look at."
