⚘ A Brief History
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I've been at this a long time and when I say a long time I mean a long long damn time. I started out with table top, ADnD, back in the 80's, then dived into others: Nightlife, Mage the Ascension, Shadow Run, HoL, etc. Moved onto Online in the 90's. I've been running various incarnations of a single RP group for twenty years now. Worked helping setting up, building, and/or admining/modding various RP forums over the years: Adventure Quest, Priston Tales, War Gods, etc. It's been a long road filled with ups and downs. I'm an evil GM, you've been warned.

Outside of RP, I am a mom. Yup, I've reproduced and there are little Lady A's running around plotting their own take over of the world. I am a published author and once upon a time an award winning poet. I've done a lot in my life. I haven't done as much as I would like. I've grown a lot. I have a lot more growing to do. I love to cook, baker by trade currently. I went to university and majored in Mathematics. I've programmed websites, worked as a model, worked as a 3d modeler. Shit, I even used to dance. And have been known to sing a bit. Jack of all trades. Master of like 3, lol.

⚘ Looking Inside
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
This is where I go into my personality. In the past I would normally make some self deprecating remark about how I am a bitch of a GM, pushing my rpers as hard as I push myself and so forth. Not anymore. People change, or perhaps they just come into their own. This can happen at any age. More than that it can happen several times over the course of your life as you discover and rediscover yourself. Everything happens for a reason, usually that reason is ones owns actions. Or inaction's. Right now, I am in a better place than I can remember being in the longest time. I am happy and at peace. I have no regrets. Maybe I should but I don't. I plan on keeping this peace I have found, I went far too long without it.

Currently I am enjoying several things. Some are things I have enjoyed most of my life: Coffee, chocolate, bacon, M*A*S*H. One isn't something I have enjoyed since I was seventeen: being clean and free of poisons in my system. It is beyond description and I love it: One-hundred and twenty days and counting. Music taste is shifting to more mood oriented than anything, strange I am finding a lot of newer Country I am enjoying and I have NEVER liked country. Watching things like Lark Rise to Candleford and being hooked to the point of reading the trilogy. Recently added yoga to my workouts and all I can say is, "Fuckmaste: the fucked up in me accepts the fucked up in you."

Tatiana Korvo

Location: The Newnan's House (Building F)

Tatiana looked over to Ray and looked at him confused. "That sounds really odd," she admitted and chuckled a bit. The image of that cat carrying a leg through the streets was quite the mental picture and while she was this prim ballerina she had seen her fair share of odd things during the war when she was younger and even odder since the out break. "Do you think it was real or just your minds way of dealing with everything that is going on?" she asked as she sat there. She doubted it was real, the weight alone would keep a cat, even one as good at surviving as that one was, from carrying it. That plus if it had been real she figured the kids out front would have been screaming their heads off by now.

Hearing her radio go off and Jack's voice made her smile a little and she held up her finger to Ray. "Just a minute," she said, excusing herself to him for the interruption. The shakiness in Jack's voice worried her a bit but she wasn't going to ask him over the radio and hoped it could wait until they were alone. "Of course it is my husband, no one else have your voice. I at home, feet up, I ate. Ray is keeping me company," she explained, figuring she might as well fill him in on a few things to keep him from asking her.

Froggy looked over to Ravi and sighed. "Other than just what the Captiane makes here, we really do not have anything for that but if you want, we can go just north of town and see what the funeral home has. It was stocked last time we went. Not exactly what people need to stay alive," he said with a sigh. "Chloe, you know the one, we went about a month ago," he said. "With Benny and Peaches," he said with a sad chuckle. They hadn't meant to go out but Froggy had gone for a stroll and ran across Benny about to go out to look for something for Sana. A small gift to try to cheer her up. They had just made it a quick run but Peaches had run off after that damn orange cat and right into the funeral home through a broken window.

Gavin & Ryan

Location: Near 545 Corinth Rd, Newnan: In the woods. (Not far from the Coweta County Water Authority)

"You been hitting the gin and juice without me?" Gavin laughed before looking back at the crates and pulling a tarp off one of them. He nearly jumped out of his skin and did in fact jump out of the boat as he saw the face of the man he had killed the day before looking up at him smiling. "Jesus fuckin' Christ," he said s he found his footing and pushed his manly curls out of his face. Rubbing his mustache he stepped back over to the boat and looked back in it. There was nothing out of the ordinary.

"Yeah... let's be gettin' the fuck out of here," he said quickly. "Irish, puts a fire under dat ass and move it."

Ryan rounded the corner as he flicked his cigarette off onto the parking lot concert. "I'm comin', I'm comin ya fucking hick," Ryan muttered as he walked over to the rest. Looking around he cocked a brow. "Okay, just what in the hell are you punks babbling about," he asked as he crossed his arms over his chest.

*Quick Note: Color codes for location headers will denote time of day basically. Not so much tie of day but look for matching ones to see if you are in the same ~time frame~ as others.

Private Hangar in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico : Natasha looked over to Cecily and nodded a bit. "Yeah, just was too hot out there with all the flying. Least speaking to Lincoln helps," she said in a tired voice. She might have been saying she was feeling better but she really didn't look it so much other than her face wasn't as flush as it had been when she crawled into the limo.

Natasha cocked a brow, hearing the Spanish from time to time behind the car. She didn't pay it much attention, her head was still spinning enough to make focusing a bit too much trouble right then. As the rest got in the car she just sat there and listened, giving a nod of her head every so often.

(Need previous posts conversation in Spanish pmed to me Sigil immediately and any time anyone speaks in Spanish around Natasha.)

Limo Heading Towards Justice: "Have to disagree with you there, seems he hasn't gotten his ass kicked enough," Zoie said as she got comfortable and turned down the road. "Especially considering he is fucking with the woman that pays his bills and keeps him fed. When was the last time any of the shit you did manged to pay off?" she snipped towards her brother.

"I do what needs to be, doesn't matter if I get paid," he snapped back.

"Easy to say when I keep your bank account padded. Wonder just how long it would take to spread your fingers if I cut your ass off," she said in a warning voice. Relic rolled his eyes towards her before looking away. Shaking her head a bit, Zoie glanced over towards Mali. "Well, will just have to make sure I am getting what I am paying for," she teased back as they headed towards the Diamond district.

Justice Asylum: "Yeah, well with this one you never know what she is going to do. Reminds me of a patient that I had in here decades ago. Just as off her rocker, but she killed three orderlies and an administrator before she escaped," the nurse said idly as they walked down the hall way. Coming to the door she pulled out her keys but stopped as she glanced into the window on the door.

"Oh for fucks sake," she said under her breath. "She's going to need more sedatives at this point, just look at that mess," she added. "Oh well at least we only have one to deal with right now. Half glad the other was taken, I don't think my patience could take two like this today." Slipping her key into the lock she let it click. Pushing the door open slowly she braced herself.

Gun Range: Roy watched Riley try again. Bringing it back he looked over the target again. Tossing it to the side he set down another clip, gave her a few more corrections, and sent another target down. He did this again and again and again. It was hours that passed but he kept changing out the clip and the target. Each time she seemed to be getting a grasp on it he would switch out the weapon, going a bit larger each time. By the time he pulled off his safety glasses and ear plugs.

"Seems you got a decent grasp on things now. Wouldn't trust you to shoot the broad side of a barn if we were in a fire fight but nothing personal," he chuckled. "Just that shooting here and out there are two different things but I don't think you'll shoot me if I am standing in front of you anymore," he laughed as he tossed them down on the counter and brought the last target back to them. She had only been at it a day but considering the amount of time and one on one training she had gotten that day she was doing better than most first dayers. Her latest target hit several in the center, only missed one on the paper, and the rest hit the body somewhere.

"Here ya go," he said handing it over to her. "It's good enough to get licensed now."

Justice Memorial: A good amount of time passed in silence before there was any sound. A few people seemed to pass his door but none stopped in front of it and kept moving along their path. The door slowly opened and there was a woman in a lab coat standing there. She was of Asian birth and much younger than the nurse that was attending him earlier but still older than most that were roaming the halls right then.

She nearly stepped in when said nurse came up to her. "Yes, they are moving the body. Could you put in time of death and cause here," she said as she handed over the clip board to the doctor.

"Cardiac arrest, post surgery complications," the doctor said as she jotted down a few things and handed over the clip board. "There you go, take that down to the morgue and place it with the rest of his files," she added before dismissing the nurse and turning towards Felix. Stepping into the room fully she gave him a slight weary smile. "Sorry about the delay. I would have been in to see you earlier but things happen. I'm Dr. Chang."

Precinct 54: "I wish I could help you with that," Special Agent Collins said on the phone. There was a brief pause before he spoke again. "Listen, I wish this was just some FBI red tape but I honestly have no idea what is going on with this file. Not my case. You would have to speak with Agent Tinder about that but unfortunately he is out of the office currently," he informed her.

"I can leave him a message for you or see if I can patch you through to his cell. Either way," he added after a few more moments. Tapping his pencil on the desk before leaning up sharply. "Or you could come down to the office. Maybe he will be back by then?"

Barracks: Peter chuckled a bit as he rubbed his chin. "No one can keep things under wraps it is a Keystone," he assured his uncle before leaning forward and tapping his finger on the desk. "As far as this expedition goes. Spare no expense. Whatever the crown won't cover, I will." Peters voice was firm and he had a look of determination in his eyes. It wasn't a look he had gotten before the war, that was not unless he was spouting off at his father that he would do what he wished, when he wished. It wasn't defiance as much as it was him exuding that he meant what he said with every fiber of his being.

Sighing he leaned back in his seat and stared off at the window, a flash of pain becoming visible in his eyes. "Whatever this expedition is, whatever you all are after, it doesn't matter to me. I just want this for Vera. She has more smarts than ten men I know in this area. She should have been leading these for the last decade. Screw what the ton, the world, or even the crown says. For once that woman is going to be happy doing what she loves and the consequences can stuff it," he added, with a slight chuckle at the end. Turning to look back at his uncle he smiled slyly. "They can come after me for all I care, there is nothing they can do to me that hasn't already been done."

Gheit el Idda: Slap him? The words rang in her ears as the world seemed to slow down around her. She couldn't fathom a single action or word he could utter that would cause her to slap him. It wasn't that she hadn't ever slapped someone before. In fact she had laid her open palm quite readily across the cheek of the Lord Major Keystone when they first met. Propositioning her had caused her hand to fly and land square against the mans skin with a loud smack. It had been the start of a rather odd friendship between them. But Sgt. Walsh? Even if he did the same she probably would have just gawked at him.

As Harry placed his hand on her cheek, she began to understand as he came closer to her. Aziza could feel her breath catching and her heart slowly starting to beat harder in her chest. When his lips touched hers she felt a jolt, as if she had just been smacked but from within. The dancer hadn't been kissed since her husband and his kisses were anything but welcome. They were harsh, cold, and caused her stomach contents to rise and bubble. Yet it was Harry kissing her. It was warm, caring, consuming. Her arms slipped up his chest and over his shoulders, drawing herself closer as she returned the kiss, returning a kiss willingly and wantonly for the first time.

The Prison: The warden eyed Josephine and gave her a hungry smirk. "Well then, it seems I must speak with this Mr. Walsh. To clear your and name and all," he said s he leaned up and laced his fingers together as he rested his hands on his desk. "But that can wait. I am sure we can think of several things to do to pass the time," he added as his eyes trailed down and looked at everything but her face.

The interrogator rose from his seat without a word and stepped over to the door. Opening it slowly and stepping out. It closed behind him and the sound of the lock clicking echoed. It was but a few steps before he was at the wardens door and knocking. The warden growled slightly and his eyes shot to the door before he yelled out something in his native tongue. The door opened and the interrogator peeked his head in before moving over to the warden. The two conversed in the language they knew best, going back and forth for a moment. Every so often the wardens eyes would go back to Josephine. The warden grumbled and nodded, waving the interrogator off. A moment later he was out of the office and back into the room with Haakon.

"And this man that was with you, a Mr. Walsh?" he began. "Another reporter? Another adventure seeker taking the law into his own hands? Stolen key perhaps?" he said as he stepped slowly back over to the other side of the room.

The Museum: As the delivery man rushed off towards the back of the museum and towards the offices Ahkmed turned his attention back to Mosie as she addressed him. "Khopesh," he said with some slowness in his voice. Her pronunciation wasn't entirely off but there was a slight need of correction. "Ahh, yes, if you will just follow me I can show you to our weapons collection upstairs," he said before motioning for her to follow him.

Nothing but a quit jaunt up the stairs and down the west displays before he lead her to a large case against a wall with roughly a dozen Khopesh in it. "Here we are. As you can see we have a nice variety here on display dating back through many Kingdoms of Egypt." His brow lifted a bit before he glanced over to Mosi. "It may be a bit difficult to get a full sketch of them due to the display I am sad to say but I hope this will do well enough."

"Oh," Vera said a bit surprised. A female assistant? That was that old? Shaking off her surprise she sighed a bit. "I'm sorry. Do forgive me. Please, join us. Just give me a moment, I am behind today and I must apologize once again," she added as she began to move to set up for the luncheon. She started to trip over her feet. Neema quickly held her hands out and took the tray from the librarian before it went spilling all over the room. Vera caught herself and felt like kicking something. "I am sorry, I am all a fuddle," she growled.

"No need to worry. Sit yourself, I'll serve," Neema said in a firm grandmotherly voice. Looking over at Nora she smiled a bit, with a look of better I do unless we want to wear this lunch on her face. "Now don't you worry about a thing. I am sure everything will be fine. Men just like to mark their territory is all," she teased, not knowing that William and Vera were not an item.

Vera's mouth lay agape at Neema's words but was cut off form saying anything as a knock came to her door. "Um, yes, come in," she said half spaced out. The delivery man entered and smile at the women in the room.

"Ladies," he said nodding a bit at first. "I have a delivery here for a Lady Munn." Vera looked confused but stepped over and took the flowers. Tipping his hat he stepped out and left. Vera looked down at them and ran her fingers over the petals. She stepped absentmindedly over to her desk and set them down. Removing the card and reading over it.

@Odin Hit the nail on the head hun.
I see someone posting that and my first reaction is "Well if you are gonna moan like that I wouldn't want to RP with you either." Way I see it is that if they are willing to post that out in the open, I don't even want to know what they are posting behind the scenes once they ~get comfortable~ for you. I just really don't have time for all that whining and self pity.
Will be updating tomorrow
