Very well, where do I begin?
My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet.
My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament.
My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard, really. At the age of twelve, I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles.
There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking. I highly suggest you try it.

Maybe I'm misreading this, but does this mean you can simply just post in the thread within twenty-four hours of an application being posted that you'd also like to apply for the same character without providing a completed sheet? And if so, what is the allotted window for actually submitting the completed sheet?
Within the same 24-hour period as the original application's posting. There's no time extension. You can post your intent and be considered in the running by us, but you still need to write an app within the same time window. Otherwise, the original applicant gets the character, provided they meet the criteria for approval.
I'd also like to add an addendum for uncompleted apps, which includes my own, that the 24-hour contest period starts after the application is finished. So the last edit made with a complete sample is when that window begins.
I just assume that @Master Bruce's Superman is based on the Nick Cage screen test.
