Demon King Nobunaga Has Invaded Your World
Embassy of Japan - (High Rise District ~ Arc De Triomphe) → Patrolling the entirety of the High Rise District
Dusk

Leylines, huh?

Nobunaga had missed such a valuable calculation. She didn't know much about the magus community on her side of the World. She was too busy focused on the war that it had completely slipped her mind. Instead of admitting it like a certain King of Knights and accepting any kind of clumsiness, the Big Fool of Owari decided to dismiss her mistake and laughed almost immediately, audibly even which caught the attention of the security guard who was later minding his own business.

"But of course! Are the landmarks here not representative of that? Surely there are leylines under those big structures they made!" Speaking out of a completely random thought, her red eyes scanned the windows of glowing lights before she sat her eyes on an area where the Eiffel Tower was visible...

...well barely visible...

She walked over, opened the window and leaned out of it. Her gloved hand outstretched, fingers pointing toward it. "That looks like it could have a hidden leyline, don't you think? A big tower just showing its lights to the populace below. It's basically screaming: LOOK AT ME! I'M BRIGHT AND NAKED, TOUCH ME, CLIMB ME, LOITER ALL OVER ME!"

Completely out of random thought.

Then again Nobunaga wasn't completely wrong.

The complete fool recomposed herself, clearing her throat and turning to Nobukara with a determined smile. One that's sure to pump up an entire frontline army should she still have one.

She at least remembered leading three thousand of them at once in that one battle...

"There might even be one in this very district! I say we patrol the entire area first before we make way to the tall tower in the distance." Such is the great Nobunaga. Already preparing her sword and rifle at the ready, walking toward the elevator- to the exit- and out the nightly streets.

Diana, Ceres, Minerva, Venus
Latin District

“D’Artagnan…” Theta muttered. It was no less than he had expected, but it raised some questions about the nature of the Throne of Heroes, or of the writing of Alexandre Dumas. Still, such a Servant, the subject of one of the most popular and well-known works of French writing, summoned within the heart of Paris - even if the figure was a little strange, they were not to be underestimated.

Even so, it was concerning to be ignored so casually by one’s Servant. It showed a worrying lack of situational awareness...

Across the room, Minerva’s eyes flashed in anger. “Are you really this stupid?” She asked, her voice harsh. “If you truly can’t identify your Master when he’s right in front of you, you’re less than worthless!” Diana and Ceres watched, Diana hiding her grin with a sleeve and Ceres tilting her head in mild curiosity. Venus only dabbed at her nose before the blood could hit the floor, confused as to whether the handkerchief had actually been offered.

“Ah, that’s rather harsh, Minerva. Please, don’t antagonise our partner.” Theta spoke, calmly admonishing the homunculus, who backed off. “Yes, it is I that bear the command seals. However, I don’t have much combat or tactical expertise to offer… It’s likely that the majority of your work will indeed be with these four.” He paused for a moment, looking over the Servant. “Perhaps you’d like to make an excursion with them now? Get the measure of some of our opponents…”

It was better to seize the initiative, after all.

Madhisi
Current Location: Canal District

The golem came back a few minutes after Madhisi sent it out. There was no way for her to tell whether it encountered anyone in its way or not but neither did she care about it.

There was something more important to do now.

“Finally,” she said clutching her arm. The burning sensation she felt could be nothing but the sign of the presence of another Master nearby. She just had to track them down now, thankfully, these command seals would be good enough for this.

After a little more time she of search she was able to single out the general direction in which the pain was more acute.

“Keep close,” she ordered the golem as she walked toward her prey, trying to resist the pain that almost made her feel like cutting her own arm off.

Once she thought that they were close enough for her to notice a single silhouette in the distance, behind a row of trees. It looked they were eating something and, whether or not they noticed Madhisi and Berserker didn’t matter at this point. When one of the targets she had been seeking for so long was this close to her, there was only one thing to do…

“Berserker, kill them!”

With a canal behind her and the city in the distance, Madhisi was certain that this one was as good as dead already.

Going towards: Nowhere

Hector

Studio Apartment, Core District

"Ahaha"Hector let out a warm, heartfelt chuckle as he drew in closer to his master and met him in the proposed handshake, delivering it firmly to tell him that he had no intention of being anything other than a loyal servant.

"Servant and Master are fine by all means... Just forgive this old man if he forgets everyonce in a while eh son?... Well never mind to much about that Master." He scratched his chin thinking to himself that something wasn't quite right about that last part. But moving on. "Ahhh yesss... Now that is definitely something this old man can tell you much about. You see it seems I have been summoned into the Lancer class, although that is not too important but that can be saved for later. My true name however... Well how do I put it. I am the eldest Prince of Troy, Hector of the Shining Helmet they called me in life. I hope this old man is up to your standards eh? That time surely was full of great heroes but in the end its me who was pulled towards you haha." He spoke lightheartedly with his master about himself but there was something a little more serious that he wanted to ask in return...

"Hey master, its alright if you don't know but by any chance do you people of the modern age know how that war turned out in the end?
You see I had a message for my brother Paris but eh well... The nature of that message left things in a way where I wasn't alive to see if it ever got to him."
That message of course was the weakness of the hero Achilles that he had engraved secretly on his own body before the end of their duel... If it had gotten to Paris perhaps everything was alright in the end. That might be a bit much to ask for huh...

Lucienne

Residential District > ?

"Great! You are looking wonderful tonight Caster." she greeted her servant once more as she descended the stairs, delivering a polite bow to wrap all the pleasantries up in a neat bow. It might be considered rather odd for a master to treat a servant in such a manner but Lucienne couldn't help but feel that she was still the lesser of the two despite the terms of their contract. Well an amicable impression surely can only be a good one in the end. But perhaps if I over do it my manners may be mistaken for a weak will. That was something that the young master of Bordeaux had always fretted over. She was always concerned with pleasing the one who se was interacting with but perhaps it would feel better to be a rather stern person for once. But perhaps that is best left for my craft and my enemies hmm?

With great courtesy she led the way out from the workshop that she had spent the day constructing and into the street. It was a quiet night in this part of Paris, it seemed that the neighbouring houses would be full of families relaxing, perhaps watching television or reading a book. But either way this street was oblivious with the strange pair that now took up one of the houses of this street.

"Well Caster... ahem... On second thought that might not be a good thing to say out loud. Will Marguerite do for now? As you are the guest here so to speak where would you like to go first? The Opéra Bastille could be a fun place although I am not sure what is showing there currently. Otherwise we could make a trip to another part of the city, perhaps one of the parks? Intentionally leaving the question open for whatever Caster may choose she spreads her arms out to stretch. Although she seemed to be rather relaxed she was not so naive to just be walking around sightseeing. As expected of a master it was more of an excuse to scout the city, to scope out their opponents if the chance occurred. She had no doubt that this was on Casters mind as well. Well at least she hoped it was.

Idiot!? Worthless!?!? LESS than worthless!?!?!?!?!?! Such a rapid fire attack without warning simply could not be defended against. D’Art fell to the floor in an agonizing wince, clutching at her chest all the way down.

With a shaky raspy voice alike a man on death’s door she replied. “Milady please…-” She cut herself off to spring up and provided the previously offered handkerchief, before throwing herself back to the ground to resume as if she had not been cut off at all. “...-your words wound me deeper than you can know, were I not blinded by your beauty-..”Another sudden stopping off, as she nodded to each of the others in turn, smiling ear to ear and with a twinkle in her eye, “- And your beauty, and your beauty, and of course last but not least your beauty-...” Annnd back to the wince. “...then I would have flawlessly assessed the situation without pause. Indeed it is not my shortcomings my sweet, but your own unearthly loveliness!... And yours, and you-

It would take a moment to get her back on her feet and properly attentive of the actual situation proper, once the rapid fire flattery had run its course. In the end, D’Artagnan left the apartment and hit the streets with Diana on her arm and the others in tow, all the while swearing up and down that her choice had been at random and based in no sort of favoritism whatsoever as they would all get a turn before the night was up.

Things would get a little easier once she worked out the proper schedule to give all the girls an even amount of attention, afterall she was a ladies man, but for tonight they’d have to wing it.

Heading out into the Latin District Proper, with her hunnies~♡ @ssw

Canal District, City of Science and Industry Museum

Mirai was taking this far worse than she appeared, as it was something quite entirely dreadful to have your life’s work, no rather generations of work, be seen as something of a pet project that was nothing more than a good base to work off of. Of course she knew that such an appraisal coming from this person of all possible people was nothing short of honest, his craft was the absolute pinnacle which no one would reach again in this age of dying mystery, but this did little to assuage her anger.

His charms on the other hand did, and in abundance. Not his handsome face and apparent devil may care attitude that had planted his head in her lap before she could even think to refuse him, but the literal charms that he wrote into being as she watched. For the skilled craftsman there was nothing quite so mesmerizing as watching a job well done, which was several orders of magnitude removed from the effortless and fascinating perfection with which Caster worked.

Indeed Her ire at being confronted with her own inferiority was in fact subdued almost entirely by her satisfaction in the superb status of her summoning, a blessing far greater than she could have ever begun to anticipate. Even just existing in the same workshop as him as he worked was enough to improve her technique by the end of the seven days they would spend together, nevermind if she actually made an effort to learn from him.

In fact so swiftly and precisely did he work that there was little she could do to even assist despite his flattering of her role in it. So with things as they were she busied her hands with what would otherwise be totally menial work that was usually quite entirely beneath her, except the one that stroked at his hair and played with his ears. Four others moved in perfect concert, providing fresh paper, moving that which carried the wet ink of fresh charms, fanning the ink dry, and folding the finished charms into a neat stack when dried.Indeed despite the relaxed nature of their leisurely postures they had become something of a living assembly line.

The fifth hand seized the future, as if to answer Caster’s question. Not in the literal sense, but rather it seized one of the threads hanging as it began to glow and hum. Her eyes closed for a second, lashes fluttering and settling heavily before flying wide.

I had planned on stroking your ears all night, but it seems we have some rather unsightly neighbors.” She spoke with a definite tone of disdain, and after giving his head a few more pats she rose rather unceremoniously despite his place in her lap. “Come Caster, we must teach them that the inelegance of such creatures will not be tolerated in my territory without swift retribution.

She grabbed her parasol, tucked four of her six arms deep into her kimono, and opened the door. “Let us make haste now. The sooner it is done and over with the sooner we can begin proper preparations- and return to giving you the attention you’ve no doubt sorely missed in this last millennia.

Hemlock Reguim

Apartment Workshop, Core District

Hemlock's eyes shone. The warrior prince of Troy was his Servant. Once that name touched his ears, the simple "colours" which had conveyed Lancer's basic parameters to him expanded, blossoming out to paint a much greater picture of a strong martial fighter with excellent tactical abilities and a versatile weapon of great power. This hero was everything he could have hoped for. It had been smart, he thought, to use an open-ended catalyst like a chunk from Troy's gate, leaving room for the Grail to send him an ally based on compatibility. However, the next words Hector spoke troubled the painter slightly...

"Are you saying you don't know? The Grail is supposed to send Servants into the world with an understanding of modern language, technology, and history, but did it leave out the ending to your own story? Hemlock paced around the room for a moment. "In that case, I hate to be the one to tell you, but Troy did fall. The king of Ithaca hid men inside of a large wooden horse presented as a gift to your people. They emerged in the night and opened the way for armies to enter the city. If it's any consolation to you, your brother did slay Achilles some time before that."

He gestured to an armchair silently. If Hector needed time to process that his home had been destroyed, his Master would let him take a seat and bring him something to drink.

"I'm sorry. I'm hoping to make a move in the war sometime tonight. With your abilities, we can suss out what our enemies are capable of without major risk. When you're feeling up to it, there are a few Servants converging on that tower." The mage nodded to the apartment's largest window, which gave a view of the city's most famous landmark against a gorgeous night sky. His gaze lingered there, focused on something.

Aah ... That's quite good. I'll have to paint that before some idiot knocks it over.

Based on what his familiars told him was happening there at the moment ... He captured the image in his mind, just to be safe.

Château de Vincennes

The hands that had been covered with dirt were now pristine, washed and covered by gloves of pure white. His steps resonated through the no longer empty halls of the castle Vincennes. The sun set and so too did the busy work of preparing the land and territory.

The armory on his back felt heavier than ever as he walked into the room that was the center of the once former royal dwelling. A plain magical circle was painted on the ground from earlier, and it was to that circle that he would conduct the first and foremost ritual. So simple and yet so important to this war.

“Hey, Noon.”

Slowly he removed the blades from his back and then placed them, thrusting them into the ground, burying them into the floor and setting them as part of the circle. Then finally he placed the sheath at the middle.

“Heeey, Noon.”

This would be his catalyst. The blades bearing the name of knights, the sheath that represented their home and gathering spot.

“Noooooon, you know you don’t have to go all out for something like this right? You’ve already got the circle, just say the stuff and let’s get going!”

He finally turned to the source of the voice. A young looking girl, someone who one would place to be in her mid teens by sight alone. Compared to the magus who walked with a dignified air and discipline she was rambunctious and bouncing all over, her excitement clearly that of the kind that showed she was looking forward to things to come.

“The ritual isn’t important from the viewpoint of casting the spell. But it’s important to be proper just in case to make sure nothing goes wrong… Even more important than that we need to show a good job and give a good impression to a hero. What would the Knights think of a magus who treats summoning someone like them so lightly?”

“Mhmm. I guess you’re right… but come on, we’ve been working all day you know? I’m sure the servant would understand! It took almost as long to clean up as actually doing the work too… It’s Paris… Paris! We need to go try out all the coffee shops, the restaurants, the bakeries. Oh and of course we need to get new clothes, we need to go to the towers and there’s the m-”

The girl kept on talking, even as she danced into the circle. Fingers brushed the pommels of swords, the shafts of spears, the handles of other assorted arms. Her feet brushed over the still wet lines of the circle, yet left no trace of her steps. An unbelievably light existence, an unbelievably delicate existence so at odds with her overwhelming energy and childishness. Then she stumbled. “Awah!”

Her foot dragged and smeared the red stain on the ground. Looking between it and the young man chosen to be a master in the upcoming ritual, she was silent for a time before coyly raising a palm to her face to cover a sly smile. “Woops~” the insincere word came with a hop away from the circle.

But when he looked at the circle… he noticed that it was in fact made complete by her touch.

“Working even now, huh? I thought you said that I made you help out even more you’d make the faeries go on strike?”

“Fuuh, I’m getting antsy. Summon your servant already! Maybe it’ll be a pretty girl. I heard that Sir Tristain was actually a woman all along. Or was that Lancelot? Anyway I’m pretty sure one of the Round Knights was one. If it’s a man I’ll take him if he’s a hunk.”

Watching him the impression might have been that the man was filtering out everything she was saying, but even as he got down on his knees and did a few small adjustments his ears took in every word, until finally he called out to her to interrupt it.

“Elaine, it’s ready.”

“Ok, ok.”

The idea that they would fail to call upon one of the knights wasn’t even a consideration. Their conversation that was built on the premise of not if, but rather who was just a sign of that.

But..

“But you know Noon, your master could’ve been less stingy. They didn’t give us anything much. Not a single mystic code, not a single attendant, not a single bit of extra information or even help cleaning this place up. He didn’t even give us a catalyst. Just plane tickets and off you go! Just me and you.”

“It’s fine. They need to tie down some of the others that have their eyes on Paris. If any of the others were to devote their full resources this war would soon become an all out battle between our side and theirs. Besides it’s a sign of trust isn’t it? My lord isn’t foolish enough to send me like this if it wasn’t enough.”

“You’re always so trusting aren’t you? Well that’s how you’re suppose to be I guess. Anyway let’s see what comes out.”

A star descended. A sword claimed.

“Oh, he’s hot! Definitely my type.”

And those were the first words that the servant would hear in his return to the world.

Latin District: Eastern Outskirts.

“Mmhmm. It’s ok at night but I definitely want to walk around during the day.”

“Well let’s figure out where we want to come back to. We shouldn’t eat anything big in case another servant attacks us but why don’t we get something to bring back? We didn’t have the time to cook today after all.”

At that Noon looks over at Ywain with a slightly sheepish expression that looked sorry. “It’s not really something that can be excused, but we haven’t even finished work on the territory even spending most of the day. So I wasn’t able to cook a welcome feast for you. Maybe tomorrow that could be managed, Saber? But for now is there anywhere you think we should go or get in particular for work or fun?”

“Fun, fun! There’s always tomorrow for killing!” Chirped up the girl. “Well, not that you have to kill. But you know they would be happen if we just so happened to get rid of someone who might belong to the other factions…”
“I’ll act accordingly, Elaine.” His reply was curt, slightly tense as he brushed the side of his sheathed weapons with his a hand.

“Still a bit soft even after growing up, mm? Well that’s fine too Noon. But mhm, that’s true. I haven’t gotten to visit Paris, but neither has Saber has he? I’ll give him 30% of my sight-seeing vote rights. You get to have 10%, Noon.”

“That’s definitely unfair.”

“Lady’s privilege. You’re a knight aren’t you?”

“That’s definitely not how it works!”

The city of Paris was now home to a bloody hidden conflict. But where those two walked, dragging the knight of the Lion with them, there was laughter like any other day of a cheery life.

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Across from his master, a tall man of Japanese decent in black skinny jeans and a loose blue silk shirt wolfed down his third Royale with Cheese. He placed the wrapper on the tray and licked the remaining grease off his fingers. His eyes narrowed when he heard his master describe his island as 'backwater' but let it go. For now.

"A soldier cannot fight on an empty stomach. This country must be a formidable military force to feed so many in such a short amount of time. And with such courtesy! You should have let me, uh as you say, 'tip' our server."

He stared at Eichhörnchen as he took a long sip from his shake. Releasing the straw from his mouth, he quietly exhaled a refreshed 'aaah' before setting the drink back down.

"While your willingness to fight on the front lines is an admirable trait, I must say that that is a risky move. I have confidence in your abilities, but in this type of war whose friend and whose enemy isn't as clearly defined as it may seem. Besides, the biggest determiner of victory in any conflict is experience. I doubt you've seen many wars in your day."

He leaned back in his seat and took another long sip of his shake as his master got up. He stared at him again, making him wait as long as he could. He finally finished his drink then chucked the cup behind it, it landing into a receptacle.

"Here's something you should be familiar with; war is a numbers game. To standalone is to die alone. I'm sorry to say this but we will need allies if we are to prevail."

He finally gets up and follows his Master.

"Perhaps try not to kill the first poor sod who crosses paths with us?"

Hector

Studio Apartment, Core District

It really couldn't be helped huh? Hector lamented at the fate of Troy. Of his family and even a little for his own fate. Well I had already pushed my luck to its brink by that point but...

If only I had found his weak point just a little bit earlier...

His master was not entirely incorrect though. The grail had in fact provided him with quite a bit of information, otherwise he likely would struggle very much so to function in this modern age.
But perhaps he simply could not come to terms with his failure, maybe he had not known because he refused to know. Ahhhh weeel... thoughts like this are little more than old regrets. Master has no use for a moping old man eh?

"That is quite kind of you master but I can assure you there is no need.
I am a hero after all. And about Troys fate well-"

"Who knows? Perhaps we can have another talk about that when we have the grail in front of us." A gentle but confident grin was displayed proudly on the Prince of Troys face.

"That tower over there huh? A pretty thing that one is." Hector nodded in the direction where his master had pointed out. "Well when it comes to making our move master. Just give the orders and I will head out there and see what these other servants are made of!" As he spoke rather brazenly for once a rather odd weapon materialised in the hands of Hector. Well it wasn't too odd there was just sonething off about it. More than a spear it was more like... An elongated sword...

Well that was until the shaft of the spear slowly dissapeared until Hector was now holding a sword regularly. "Not bad eh? Maybe if its like this, this old man could pass himself off as another class eh?" He suggested this strategy to his master with a playful smirk. No doubt it could provide some advantage for the time being but getting his masters permission before taking action of his own accord may also be what is best for now.

The sheer cheek offered by his own servant broke through the harsh facade of Eichhörnchen, who offered a small smirk before schooling his features once more.

Absently looking forward while kneading his left arm, he responded to his servant's concerns with confidence befitting either the greatest of men or the most senseless fool to have ever lived.

"I may not have the personal experience of rushing out to the battlefields, but I have trust in my own talent and the work of those before me."

Turning to meet his servant's eyes, arms hanging by his side, hands resting upon the cane in front of him, he once more began to espouse words of great conviction.

"And I am not alone, faithless I may be in your strength, I would be remiss to dismiss your skill. Our opponents are those shining pillars of humanity, and their partners, the earth crawling magi. It would be nothing but pure arrogance upon my own part to think that I may match them alone."

In an affectionate gesture, he reached for Lancers' shoulder, a sign of trust if it were to interpret as anything.

"It is why I have summoned you. There may be a time where we shall need to seek allies, but tonight, we shall seize the initiative, whilst we still have the chance.

"Besides," he interjects, "I'm sure you have noticed yourself no?"

Holding his hand up, the sight of his command seals reacting.

"It is time to welcome our most bothersome guest. Really, how boorish, and here I thought the competition would have more sense then attempting to engage in front of the ignorant masses."

Tenryuu Gensai

Of course, no answer. Wordlessly, she handed her bag to Chii, who showed very little reaction other than the slightest widening of her eyes.

"You.. don't want to fight right? Come on," Tenryuu extended a hand, her palm open in a gesture of good will. "take my hand. I think its better that it was me that found you, instead of one of those other high ranking magus in this war. Ah, wait, do you even have a place to stay?"

"Mistress? Surely you are not thinking of taking in th-" Chii silenced herself immediately when Tenryuu shot a glare at her. At least Saber was good enough to remain silent.

Tenryuu had no desire to fight someone like this, nor did she feel she could actually gain anything from actually fighting this girl. Maybe it would be something if she defeated someone with a Servant, but she wouldn't actually feel right about it. Even so, this girl was a Master, and there might be other dangers involved, and not just from the girl herself, knowingly or unknowingly. And because she was a Master...

"But only if you swear, and abide, that you will not harm me in any way, shape or form, and that you will obey me should I need to command you." She stopped for a moment as if letting her words sink into the girl, before continuing. "Please understand, that you remain still an enemy, unless you are willing to swear that upon your name, and accept my hand."

For a moment, a thought flitted in the back of her head, about how she was going to handle another person in the hotel room where she only had one bed, before shoving it all in the back of her head. It wasn't decided yet; the girl could be maddened and fearful, and lash out at her, or any number of unexpected outcome. Fear can be a powerful force that directs someone to do the strangest things after all.

Mordred -- The Knight of Treachery

Current Location -- B͚͕̥͈̪̼̈ͧ̌A̹̭͍̤͚̒̍͊͋̊̉̆Ṯ̵̹͖̤̙͌͂ͨ̐̿̈͝T̸̨̜̦̲̺͎̘̭̂͂͑ͧLͣ̚҉̡̘̼̦͕̻̀Ë̯̟̗̠̫͎́̌̊

“Berserker, kill them!”

Mordred's eyes glazed over as she trembled with rage, focusing all her attention on the two enemies inside the building. They were not her father, where was her father? When would she get to kill her father, why did these people get in the way of killing her father? The red covered everything she saw, what little coherent thought she could muster quickly devolved into nothing but a haze of crimson static. she could not hold herself back any longer. This was the beginning of her Rampage.

"▂▂▃▃▄▄▅▅"

The roar of a beast shook the McDonalds to its core, what few patrons were in there so late at night falling to the ground and screaming in terror as the ceiling shook and the windows cracked. Mordred howled to the sky with all her might, vocalizing her anger as mana began to leak from every pore in her body. Then the leak turned into a full waterfall, power coursing through every muscle in her body as the dragon blood within her began to burn ever hotter.

Around the exact same time the enemy Magus commented on their presence was when Mordred vanished from beside Madhisi. To be accurate, she leapt at a speed that was completely imperceptible to even a Servant, much less any normal human. The distance behind Mordred and her enemy was of no importance, she was on Honda within an instant, crashing through the wall as she attempted to slam her sword directly into Honda's skull as she struck from above. "▂▂▃▃▅▅" What little time Eichhörnchen had to assess Mordred's stats would confirm one thing for him. If this monster landed even a single clean hit on Honda, he would end up as nothing more than a cloud of bloody mist.

Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune

En-Route to Eiffel Tower

“You got it, Master!” Yoshitsune responded.

Keeping her eyes open was no big trial, after all. Paris was a beautiful city, full of lights and charming old buildings. Even so, she remained focused on her master’s task, performing it long before her Master’s request. It wouldn’t do for… Agria to meet the same fate that she had. She was a stick in the mud, all things considered, but she was still oh-so-painfully human. And now, she was her lord, if only for the duration of this Holy Grail War.

…!

Something caught her eye. Her vision and thoughts sharpened and--

Ten figures, no doubt trapping and preparing the ground for combat operations. Which meant--!

As a figure jumping down at a speed too fast to see by most eyes, Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune stepped forward. Drawing her sword in a perfect iado opening, a silver crescent came in between this honorless cur’s blade and her master, directing it away.

“Prepare yourself, Master! Only an Assassin would attack this way!”

As she thought this, she unleashed a flurry of blows, each one aimed to annihilate her opponent.

It made much more sense to have a weaker team under their control rather than eliminating them instantly, especially if this Servant was a Caster. Having a powerful ally that can provide some sort of utilty is ideal, especially one that may be able to shore up Saber's few weaknesses. Not only that, but what they are standing on...

I believe we're on one of the fallen leylines, Master. I don't think this Caster began to set it up just yet, but if you are able to have his Master come to an understanding, we may be able to have them set it up for our benefit. If they do not accept your offer, however...

Saber's stance became less tense, although he still kept Nagelring in his hand as he maintained eye contact with the Caster in front of him. If this Caster had decided to make any sudden moves, Saber would need to be ready for such an ambush just in case. However, at the same time, judging by who this Caster may be exactly, Saber wasn't too worried about such an attack happening. In any case, it mostly seemed as if this encounter would be decided between the two Masters more than anything.

The Knight of Decimation vs The Prophet Prince

An atrocious game is this, to think that I am summoned in this form rather than rest in heaven but if it is the will of Yahweh, the God I serve then I shall smite my adversaries in this Holy Grail War. O, Milord! Guide me O Lord. The journey that I am destined has revealed me such wonders and horrors. I fear not the Saber who had murdered my Master's persecutor in cold blood neither I fear the horrors of this war for you are with me, thy rod thy staff, they comfort me. As the sword of the Saber was drawn, a fight it is desired so shall it be that I strike back without holding back, however that would only be in a perfect world for my Noble Phantasms are capable of immense destruction which therefore this beautiful land may face an overhaul assuming I fight at full power.

I withdraw my snake and returned to its Staff form and pointed it towards the Saber in my defense, ready to battle if need be. "Young Lady. Stand your ground we are at war and get behind me!" I need not had yelled at my Master but it was necessary, she needed to know her status. It seemed like I stopped stuttering, perhaps I am indeed serious.

"Saber, is it? It seemed to me that I cannot reason with you neither can you reason with me." I gazed upon him with my eyes sharp as a lion, my eyes aren't its natural color before for it has turned white and so have I emitted an aura colored gold filled with immense mana. This energy I felt reminded me back when I received the 10 Commandments from God and I transfigured with radiant light. What a feeling before but not it compares to the now.

"I hate to defile myself with the spoils of this unholy war for I am a holy man of God. Given my grievances of this war and this body. Yahweh will be our judge!" I am serious, and I can only show this man tranquil fury and a sour tone of my voice.

A pressure began to bear down at the Saber as a blinding light, magnificent light(for visuals) surrounded the foe and it seemed that Moses is praying.

Rei|Rider

Eiffel Tower

"Ha. There's a lot of strong presence here, Rider. I'll be off somewhere while you scout around, take these clothes as your first present. I figured you'd say you would be dishonored by stealing." Rei showed a kinder temperament and seemed to have mellowed to her servant, Rider unlike in Japan.

"Don't worry about protecting me. As your Shogun, I order you to bring out your best!" Rei did not use a command seal rather inspiring words to get her servant going.

Sylvester II

Seine Right Bank, Business District
@Unoedipal@SubjectVision@KoL

“Perhaps if they wish to speak with us I would not be against such an interaction. Though this is a war and our goal is to analyze our opponents, one should never dehumanize them. From heathens to heretics, I care not, but of humanity I love. I am not so bloodthirsty to take the first action against them if you wish not to battle, but know that if they are to wish any form of harm to you Master, I shall not allow them to do so.”

“Even if I am but a man of science and a man of the cloth, that does not mean I do not have enough bark to my bite. You are speaking to the man who was able to single-handedly defeat a Lord of the underworld with nothing aside from my own hands, after all.”

Striking a rather triumphant pose in the face of his Master, Sylvester seemed to show off in a rather simple manner by flexing his muscles above his shoulders like a boxer taunting to a crowd. Even though he seemed mostly composed in his speech and composure, it appeared that Sylvester did have at least a modicum of belief in himself. He was, after all, a Heroic Spirit; those class of people who had ‘saved’ humanity. And even if they were unable to do so, their effects were still felt today.

“... Pervert. You just want to know if they are a woman or not, don’t you?”

“O-Of course not. I simply see no issue in discussing with other heroes. Though I am no Hero myself, I had been selected by the Grail to grant my Master the Grail. If my enemy is not hostile towards me, I’d wish to avoid confronting them if possible.”

For but a moment, the facade of stoicism seemed to fall at the face of the statement by his wife berating his previous actions. Though the agreement between the two was that a mutual love between one another, Sylvester was but a mortal tempted by the wiles and woes of mortal women. While he did love his wife, there were times where his moral compass was to redirect himself. After all, he was only human.

“Hmm. Well, we shall see about that, won’t we then? That is what you said about that village girl in Avenguine. Not even to speak about the lady from Prague! How many homewreckers have you brought home in your time?”

“That is that and this is this.”

With a dismissive sigh from Sylvester and an irritated “hmpf” from Meridiana, Sylvester cleared his throat before he continued.

“I shall accompany you, Master! Do not leave my side unless I tell you to. Even if they seem friendly, I do not want you to let your guard down. If they try anything funny, I’ll give them the taste of my Demonic Drill of the Divine Blessing … Yeah! That is what I’ll call that! It will be the greatest!

For whatever reason Sylvester wore a look of excitement that could only be compared to a child who had gotten a new toy. He seemed pumped for whatever reason.

.... Maybe he did want to fight against strong heroic spirits, despite what he had said earlier?

And with that, Sylvester began to escort his Master towards where he felt the enemy Servant was currently, moving at a comfortable speed for his Master's sake. Masters were, after all, not at the level of Servants when it came to speed. And in the event that the enemy Servant was one that used trickery or range to take out Masters, he did not wish to allow his Master to get caught in the crossfire without his support. Even if that Old Man was more capable of his own from Sylvester's appraisal, Servants were on a tier of existence greater than humans when it came to physicality.

Oni no Hanzo
Eiffel Tower - Core District

A curved blade, withdrawn from a curved sheath using a particular technique. Even that was enough to narrow down this Servant as samurai. A certain Shogun perhaps?

She did not force her sword when it was parried by that Servant, for that was a foolish gesture novice made, which left themselves overcompensating for the blow. Hanzo wasn't just a shinobi after all, she was samurai, and served on the battlefield before. And if the enemy started to attack her like this obvious samurai did, well... She simply parried one or two blows before jumping backwards out of reach, almost disappearing, throwing spherical balls onto their feet, surrounding the area with pinkish smoke.

"Fu hu hu~" A smile as she disappeared into the smoke.

A trick within a trick, one perhaps the samurai would have recognized should she be the type that encountered shinobi before. She was familiar with the trick, and therefore immune, but how will the samurai and their Master react with her vision obscured and that cloying sweet smell blocking their noses?

Like ghosts from within the smoke, a lead weight at the end of a chain flew at horrific speeds towards the Master.

The Core
Operation Chase
Vs. Combatant: Assassin

Eiffel Tower, Core District

@Therion@GreenGoat

Had she been so careless to as to attract the attention of a servant so early? Or perhaps maybe this is what she was looking for, that was the thought that was within her mind within the fractions of seconds she had. No fear of death as the blade came hurtling towards her. No remorse, no life flashing before her eyes. No panicked heartbeat, alarming was her ability to face death as if it was just another factor of life.

The secondary flash of silver would result in the bargaining of precious few moments that she used to take a few steps forward towards her servant, distance from them would be the killer as if she went too far away she'd be unable to be defended. The Smoke similarly rendering distance the killer, as separation would make it over for her quickly. Thus standing as she did, She hoped Yoshitsune knew of a manner to get out of this ambush with them both in one peace.

If they could force assassin to retreat, this would be beneficial. If they could put Assassin down for good. This would be the most beneficial. She certainly felt the next assault, but she knew that turning her head would take to long, and movement was impossible. She was just too slow. Thus, She had to rely on her servants speed to make it through this night.

Archer
Tristan -- The Knight of Lamentation
Current Location: Business District -- Atop a small building close to River Seine
"It seems that they decided to make a move of their own. However, it doesn't seem offensive so far, perhaps you'll get your chance to negotiate. Even so, I urge you to be cautious, Master," Tristan said to Yazhu as he noticed the approach of the other Servant but couldn't detect any immediate killing intent from them.

As soon as he could distinguish the other Servant -- as well as the men he judged to be his Master -- in the distance, at least a hundred meters away, Tristan came out into their field of view and said, "You can stop right there. I take it the you do not have hostile intentions at the moment. If that's true, my Master wishes to speak to yours. Would he be willing to listen or do you wish to turn this into a duel already?"

All the while as he did so, Tristan kept both Failnaught and his sword unsummoned. It would be of no use to reveal his Class to the other duo. And, even though a mere hundred meters was nothing for a Servant, he was confident in his capacity to draw and shoot before his opponent reached them.

Going towards: Nowhere at the moment
