Nobody's come even close to guessing who the Prince's parent is. But I agree with what somebody said earlier, if you drop too much info in the iCheck and OOC then nobody really has a reason to take part and interest drops. If somebody guesses right I'll tell you but for now... yeah. You guys are pretty far of the base. I'll make it a little easier, it's somebody who's come into contact with the Teen Titans a few times as well as Batman... that *should* narrow it down.

Right now I'm going through every single CS I have in this thread as well as PMs. I had my eye on one or two already, however now there's a lot of really well done sheets and concepts.

The problem is that most of the superhero stuff that happens in comics or on screen make a significant impact on society and as such would be common knowledge. Operating in the Beyond time frame makes it easier because largely the rest of the DCU is about thirty years in the past but that still leaves the question how much of the DCAU and DCU happened and as such can be referenced in the RP.

You can use whatever you'd like for cannon until I say you can't. Simple as that. You could create a character. Or you could create a character and try to tie it to a major event like Zero Hour or Blackest Night. The less characters rely on bigger stories like that the better, but if you can change my mind then I'm open to giving you the chance. I try and be vague where I can so I can go back later and develop some backstory further in-game.

And for the record, Superman is still gonna be an older Clark Kent in this. I don't like the Super Son enough to even mention him LOL.

This isn't Terry as Batman with a decade of experience like in the Epilogue episode. This takes place within two years of Terry joining the JL. Terry is around 20-21 and living in his own apartment, while his brother Matt has been aged up to around 14-15.

This RP basically takes the best parts of the different versions of the Beyond universe. The first comic was based completely on the animated series. The second [Batman Beyond 2.0 and JL Beyond 2.0] aged everyone forward and Terry was in college. This universe was supposed to be more connected to the *then* mainstream DCU [before the New52 and Rebirth]. The third and current series started with a post apocalyptic future that had Terry go John Conner in the past during Futures End. He died there [five years from present day] and was replaced by the older Tim Drake. Since Rebirth Terry has returned and the series is back to taking more cues from the current comics. Superman is now the current son of Superman, Superboy/Jon Kent. That's why his look is so different.

But yeah, I'm gonna take bits from here and there and try to just make the most entertaining long term RP I possibly can.

@rocketrobie2 You would've just lost $$$ cause Aquaman already has a daughter in the JL Beyond. Like I said, it's gonna take a geek to figure it out. Just depends on how familar you guys are with the broader DCU.

@FiroIV My guess is no. People tend to unconsciously prepare themselves for what they know is coming even if they're not supposed to so it's probably best kept a secret. An educated guess tells me that Inque will be serving as a main villain though. It's the reason we're not allowed ice manipulation powers, they effectively negate her as a threat.

The first arc will deal with Paxton Powers escaping prison after gaining some sort of meta ability. That arc will have a few twists and turns and involve a couple more familiar faces... but Inque isn't one of them. Ice powers aren't allowed because one half of the Wonder Twins uses them and the new Wonder Twins are the only people for sure in the game already [played by myself and @rocketrobie2].

As for following arcs we'll be dealing with the return of Dr. Abel Cuvier and some new Splicers, as well as a more original threat in the form of Prince _{[not telling]}: Son of _{[still not telling]}. <<< Kinda narrows it down a bit though. Who in the DCU is technically royalty? Could be related to Queen Bee, Lord Havoc, Black Adam, etc... I doubt anybody will figure it out before it happens in-game LOL.

I've had players apply with similar characters before. It happens. There was a female Flash in Justice League Beyond 2.0 but for now we'll just say the JL in the future mirrors the team from the Batman Beyond 2 part episode 'the Call'. I just want a little variety and not the same old same old.

I figured since I haven't been a kid for a little over a decade now it was time to put the name to rest. I had it back in the early days of AOL in the 90's. I remembered being among the first 500 to rejoin the site so I used that as inspiration for the name rather than use the names I have on other sites [-//V\\-, SP4RT4N, and RedRaven423]. Mahz said I was number 492, I just added a couple zeroes before it since the site gets so much traffic... of course he had to actually change it for me.

There's plenty of time for anybody who's just seeing the iCheck. One weekend wasn't enough time to really push it and of the CS's there's only one I've seen that was a sure thing [aside from the other Wonder Twin] in the thread and another in the PM's I've recieved. I was hopeful for a couple more unfinished CS's early on but they never got finished so here we are...
