Ahh, yeah I only know what the internet tells me so yeah - any suggestions in terms of what I should do for that? (If you don't mind haha) Assuming it's the specific Kanji I used, rather than the name Kei - if it's the name itself then no helping it (and while Kei mostly identifies as male, his gender is slightly fluid anyway)

The more common kanji used for "Kei" would be 蛍 (firefly), 景 (scape), 敬 (respect/politeness), to name a few.

@FernStone Turns out to be a scare - like thank god nothing's wrong or else I'm so screwed. I have a presentation later.

(Side note: the Kanji used for Kei is very rare for males - it's normally used for females rather than males, and transliterated as "Megumi". Just my two-cents.)

Hi guys. Just woke up from a bad sleep because I dreamed that I forgot something in my project work and I need to get my ass off to fix it. (I call it the Asian "A" Syndrome.)

@tsukune You mean in general? Cause tbh speaking is often quite difficult, y'know. Like when I was learning Spanish I couldn't really speak it... but grammar? Grammar I could do.

For me, my native tongue is Mandarin, and Chinese is more of a writing than spoken language. Same goes for Japanese. These two doesn't have lots of varied intonations and whatnot like English... A bad example would be the different pronunciation for the word "read" but spelled the same. In Chinese and Japanese, pronunciations of each word is rather fixed (with respect to the Asian characters and not the Latin transliteration).

Anyways, this is an announcement for everyone, but before we start discussing the IC, I was thinking about talking about any and all preexisting relations between characters. Which can certainly change a few things about how we start. But, here's what I was thinking:

@FernStone@Nosuchthing Alice and Max can certainly have relations with Cindy. Since RAVEN and DOVE work pretty closely (And share the same building lol).

@FernStone Since they're in the same age group, Rori can defo know Wendy. Idk what their relation will be, but they'll certainly get along.

And a lot of other ideas.

I'm also open to pre-existing relationship discussions with my characters. (Don't need to be close and dandy since Shizuka is often out of town like Meifeng. Like, how can you miss that weird white hair boy! Lol.)

I was thinking that Haruka miiight get along with the teens - I mean he would drop by the Academy sometimes to use the library, for instance. So he might bump into Wendy (and another character - been talking to Tundra a bit on this already).
