No! I looked it up. Ants apparently live 15 years tops (someone correct me here please if i'm making a mistake). A tortoise lives quite a long time so that old fellow will be allowed to live up to 100 years if allowed by Fate.

Remember that Reathos is kinda big on the rules and stuff. Once it lived 15 years it has to die in his eyes. Hero or not, doesn't matter. Ants live up to 15 years. Toby's an ant.
