Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

Despite its massive flaws, my RP, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, is still one of the longest ongoing RPs in RPGuild - It turns 4 years old in July and the current thread itself is more than a year old.

Alexander Sky

Alexander nodded, saying, "All right, I won't look. Problem settled."

Part of him rankled at being called weak...but he was not going to lie to himself; he was weak. He might and will grow stronger in time, but being weak and ignoring it was dishonest to himself and also preventing him from becoming strong. So he should back down. But as he prepared to do so, Vesta intervened, clearly pissed off at Zin and her torrent of arrogance and abuse. The young man noticed that she hadn't said anything negative to him, potentially because he, in his bumbling way, actually did try to help. Or it could be that Vesta had a lecture for him as well, only for later.

As Vesta had not forbidden it, he would follow her deferentially into the mansion, his body still tense as he half-expected the clash of combat to begin. He was still angry at Zin for seemingly being a ball of unrestrained hatred towards anyone who was not Vesta and/or looked at her the wrong way. Petty, but so me, he thought to himself.

I'll give someone the chance to intercept the Attack Wolf going after Judith...
"I heard that," Judith muttered to herself in response to Allison's words, before positioning herself on top of the hill with the Paintball Sniper Rifle. As Lukas formed wings to fly, Judith lay on her belly, crawling a few inches forward to present a low profile. She would then observe Alla as she positioned herself on defense. Judith knew the woman's powers, but part of the test was to see if she truly knew how to use them. Pressing the trigger of the paint gun, Judith shot a ball of coloring at...Alma, noticing that she presented a great threat due to her spells, one of which was similar to Allison's. The versatility of the woman's power set would be challenged this day.

And yes, Judith knew that she was the closest to the flag right now, which would mean letting Alma near was a 'lose' condition. Thankfully, she now remembered something, and the agent turned to Finn, saying: "Your water manipulation; how fine a control do you have over it? And yes, I can get you water to manipulate."

Judith then lifted her left hand, and made a small, circular motion, causing a portal to the swimming pool to open just at the bottom of the hill, and water to gush out of the door in space and time. Enough to make a layer of mist with, it seems? She then realized that Lukas' vision would be obstructed if Finn went with making Mist or Mist Servants, something the agent felt the boy needed practice with for the Necromateion...

Alexander Sky

Alexander watched as the situation deteriorated around him. He could think of nothing to do except wait for Vesta to interfere. Wait, he had something, but it would be risky. Scooting over to Vesta, he would whisper to her and exposit:

"This Zin person is no ordinary Demi-Human; Demi-humans, though evidently magical, do not shine as brightly as she does. A green glowing color permeates her entire body, but unlike Mana, it is...translucent, like fog. I've seen this color and gradient - if that is the right word - in recently magically altered items. So I am presuming that she has been magically changed, and judging from how you two act; forgive me for any disrespect, you remember her being originally...not Demi."

A moment of musing. "Either way, perhaps letting them fight would be best, though not for the grounds."

Myst Neumann

On the one hand, he had been tortured and his mind harrowed and no longer entirely his own. Myst Neumann had spent an entire hour in the most excruciating agony, an agony that gave him further insight into what he wanted to inflict on the frauds and liars who ruled Lugnica right now. On the other hand...he lived. The Demonic Swordsman had seen potential in him and his words, and Myst lived!

His fingers had been broken temporarily, he had been pummeled to within an inch of his life, his ribs broken. He had felt what it was like to feel being crushed by the power of someone else, the hate and resentment coming from such treatment, and it made him strong. His mind had been broken into and violated, forced to see the chaos and madness underneath life's veneer, but the hopelessness of that had made him better, though he didn't know how.

Myst traced the still-burning handprint, a short laugh escaping him at the pain. This was a mark that showed how he had passed through suffering that, though brief, already rivaled that which the oppressed masses of Lugnica suffered.

"I identify with them now! I now know what they know, what they feel!" the old man shouted. "I have been welded by the crucible of fire and thorns, of chaos and madness, and I have not been found wanting! I know I am right more than ever, I now know that all will be equal under suffering!"

His loud tirade triggered a short moan of pain from where his companion and second-in-command lay, knocked unconscious by Mithril. The one he loved, the one who shared his desire to destroy the world of lies. And also the one who embodied true beauty to him, beauty of heart that had been ruined by the hypocritical wickedness of Humanity.

He walked towards Asmira, a touch of concern filling him, more welcome than ever as he conjured up two globes of water and murmured half-remembered incantations of healing.

The brown-skinned elf would wake up, blinking as her pain was soothed by Myst's globes of magical water. "What happened?" she would ask.

Myst gave a sigh of relief. "Pain. Madness. A feeling that all our efforts are worthless in the very long run. But this gives me the strength to continue, to continue with my quest to make sure that all, regardless of race, are crushed equally in an iron fist. Wicked hypocrites and frauds will suffer...as I have suffered."

Asmira took his hand, and pressed her other palm onto the burn on his chest, feeling the pain of the seared flesh, inhaling the scent of the cooked skin. "Myst...that is all I ever wanted. Ever since we met in the ruins of my village, that is all I ever wanted."

Myst smiled. "Asmira, we will have our revenge on a world that has hated you, hated me. We will rule together, as equals, with everyone else under our heels."

@jdh97, I will be posting tomorrow.
That's all long-term stuff. Telsa sent some batteries but I don't know what they are being used for. All we have where I am right now is generators. I'm about ready to go back to the mainland cause this shit sux.

I can understand.
I already have plans.

I would put them into action IF I HAD FUCKIN INTERNET AND RELIABLE POWER FOR MY LAPTOP CHARGER

Well, Elon Musk has offered to build you guys a Solar Power Network...
Ascot blinked and spoke, "What did I do wrong?" He had genuinely thought that Anni was going to ask him out but had changed her question at the last minute.

Isn't that egotistic? asked part of himself, the part that realized his error. The boy nodded to himself, dumbstruck. He then gave it some thought. I thought Anni had a crush on me and that was what she really wanted to ask. I was wrong. I also thought that Anni would accept my offer so readily. But, why did I ask her out in the first place? She is attractive and sweet, true, and I do like her...but she isn't Saffron. Or rather, she wasn't what I thought Saffron was.

Then it hit him; he was still distraught about Saffron. Saffron had rejected him, and now he was looking for someone to serve as his 'rebound partner'. That was wrong. He looked at Michael Keahi, ashen-faced.

"Officer," he would say, "It seems as though I made a mistake. Forgive me for my immaturity. I hope Anni forgives me as well." I am so stupid! A sigh. "I will make it up to her."

A glance at Saffron, then back to Michael as Silverbrook came to view. Silverbrook seemed to be one's 'generic medieval village', only strangely clean, with houses made up of wood and earth, with brick being a luxury. The pillar of smoke came from an inn/tavern that would not look strange in Skyrim (He had quit playing that game some time ago), an inn/tavern they cannot afford right now. Ascot's stomach rumbled, as he also saw an open-air market where fruit, vegetables, and meat, some recognizable, some alien, were sold.

The inhabitants looked...cheery. Cheery to the point of strangeness. They were also human-looking; unexpected, but not entirely weird. They also looked like medieval peasants, but cleaner.

He looked towards Michael, saying: "There is a lot of food but we have no legal tender. You might need to prevent someone from stealing. Also, if there is a mind-reader in our group, we might need to use them in order to figure out just what the customs of this place are..."

A look at Koda.
