In which case you need a divine protection for more than one magic. One gate in the body means one magic (Unless you have a divine protection which says otherwise. Or use spiritual arts, but that's a completely different scenario altogether)
Doesn't matter if you're human, turtle, chicken or succubus. You need a divine protection to have more than one. (Also I get why in Avatar. Really Wind should have been able to use it to, but fire makes sense as well. Not as much sense as wind but eh)
The lightning in Avatar is more to do with friction, which creates heat energy. Fire = heat. Lightning is friction using wind from my understanding. So really lightning could be used by both.
But once again my point still stands that they're not stand-a-lone magics. Such as good old Emillia being classed as a 'water' mage despite using ice. (Or is she under fire? I forget. I just remember she shoots ice, and there was a discussion on the wiki not too long ago about fire using ice XD)
Also I suppose metal is generally found in the earth, so makes some sense once more. Just like crystals.

Umm none of your magic is 'magic' from this world.
If two of them are racial powers then maybe they should go under something like 'abilities' or perhaps the divine protections? (Not too sure on that.) Though illusions might come under Yin magic.
Though the lightning one...um well there are 6 classes of magic. Earth, fire, wind, water, then yin and yang basically. So not sure what lightning would come under (My guess wind?)

Vesta certainly wasn't expecting this kind of response for her offer of help. She was expecting a 'thank you' or a 'yes please' or even a skeptical look and words. She wouldn't have even been insulted by him being skeptical, not many people round these parts would survive long if they weren't suspect of the people around them.
No instead the man was halfway through accepting her offer when he suddenly screamed to get down. Not one to question such things Vesta quickly dropped to the ground before feeling the heat of another explosion. Just what the hell was going on here?!
The man was talking again but all Vesta could hear was a ringing in her ears. Though she could probably easily guess what he was saying.
"I think so." Vesta said quite loudly as the ringing still hadn't subsided. However as she looked up all she saw was the flame of Hamaguichi's explosion about to wash over her.

Vesta blinked a couple of times in disbelief. What the heck had just happened?
She was standing in front of the residence that she and Avery were staying at the last few days. Looking herself over she noticed the flour was gone, as was the blood. Looking up now she noticed that it was still dark. This was perculiar...last thing she remembered was man yelling and then a loud *boom*.
Oh so there were more explosions than. That would make sense. What made no sense was why she was back here again, completely clean almost as if she...hadn't...been...pranked...
Kyle now entered her thoughts quite abruptly. No it couldn't be...then again she had never died before, so she easily could. Maybe she had put up a barrier to protect herself and got blown away? No. That couldn't be it...that didn't explain why she was suddenly so clean.
A weakness now came over her as she staggered forwards slightly, the world going round and round in circles like a merry-go-round in her mind as nausea threatened to overcome her.
She wasn't sure what had happened...so she would have to go back to find out. She also had to go find Avery.

Avery looked up from his curled up, trying to stay hidden ball as he heard Daisuke say something. Oh right...he wouldn't know what divine protections are would he? Before Avery was given much of a chance to respond however he started talking to the weirdo who was gathering all the attention of the bar on Avery's group. Not that he stuck round long thankfully, now running up the stairs and mentioning something which Avery didn't quite catch.
Oh well wouldn't be too...important. Oh no.
Dante would notice now that the crystal top of the staff he was holding for Avery now glowed softly with a red hue. This wasn't good; this wasn't good one bit!
"M-Mr Dante! My staff! Quickly!" Avery stood up quite quickly and made his way over to Dante and spoke hastily. The crystal in his staff not only could hold and summon Shiro, but it also was enchanted to warn of danger. In short the staff was trying to warn him about something. Once Dante handed his staff back over, Avery quickly placed a hand on the crystal just as the glowing stopped.
"....." Avery fell silent as he removed his hand from the crystal, looking anxiously in the direction of the stairs. While the staff could only give him a hunch, the sense of dread he could feel coming from up there through the staff was crazy high. Despawning the Emu now, Avery turned back to Dante.
"False alarm Mr Dante~ You can have it back." Avery winked as he playfully tossed the staff back to the inumimi boy. However despite how unserious he looked, he knew he couldn't overlook this. Not as a member of the Celestial family, whether he be a blood member or not.
"Though I..ah need to go to the bathroom to...powder...my...nose. Yes. That's it. You stay here, I'll be right on back~" Avery spoke quite slowly at first, trying desperately to think of an excuse before picking one which was the most cliche thing ever but it should serve Avery's purpose. He didn't want Dante to get hurt if something was wrong.
Not that Dante would probably fall for his quite obvious lie, but he didn't give him much of a chance to argue as he quickly took and seemed to fly up the stairs. He nearly collided headlong with the group of Ease, Kyojin and Daisuke actually but managed to come to a skidding stop just before he did.
What were they doing? Ease seemed kinda....well not at ease. Daisuke and Kyojin seemed to have also sensed something was off, but they seemed a lot less concerned than Ease.
"Oh jeez~ I'll show you how to get this done. Celestia style~" As Ease knocked on the door, Avery simply pushed past and now kicked the slightly open door completely wide open. In fact, he kinda broke the hinges with how hard it slammed against the wall and now fell to the ground.
"....I'll pay for that later."

You know I was watching an anime (weird I know ) and I had an idea on what to do with Jasmine now that's she pants-less parent-less and actually needs something to do to stay in the roleplay other than that girl who just stands there and watches shit hit the fan. Cause while that's fun and all (warning heavy sarcasm) I think this idea might just be a little better.
And also make her less useless. That's always handy.
I mean sure she has no talent with magic whatsoever, but a weapon could be a different story. Long story short, how does James feel about another apprentice? XD (Why didn't I just say that first XD)
Main reason behind this thought? I saw a blonde anime chick with a sword who looks like she could be Jasmine after the one year time skip

Ethel and Sora had awoke to the final day of the games to the concerning news that Jess and Mai had yet to return. As much as Ethel had wanted to return to the Phoenix Wing hotel to check on Shiro, she was just as equally concerned that her friends had yet to come back. They were pretty much a family to her and she to them.
Sora tried to convince her they had simply gotten lost again, but even she could sense the concern he felt. So while he told her to go on ahead to the Phoenix Wing Hotel he would look for them. He hadn't given her much of a chance to voice her disapproval however before he took off and now Ethel was wandering around the city.
She had no idea how to get to either hotel now, nor could she find Sora. She was well and truly lost in the capital city and it seemed much bigger when she was alone like this. However not one to panic from a situation like this, she simply used this as a chance to explore the city and perhaps she could find something which looked familiar to guide her back on track?
That's what she told herself anyway. Deep down she was kinda scared by herself...

Ethel had been wandering for about an hour or two when she almost collided with Rosalina, who had been too caught up in her own thoughts to notice Ethel. Ethel too had been caught up in her own thoughts, though they were more centered on how lost she had gotten.
"Pardon my carelessness; my thoughts were elsewhere." The older woman gave Ethel a quick look over while Ethel simply blinked absent-mindlessly at her before focusing in on the rune knight medallion on her chest.
So this woman was a rune knight? Ethel wasn't too sure, nor would she recognize the magic council brooch she wore simply because Ethel wasn't familiar enough with the council to know their emblem. Sora tended to try and avoid the council due to his..antics. Thus Ethel was also told by him to avoid them, lest she get in trouble for being acquainted with him.
"I'm sensing quite a substantial amount of energy from you. Similar to a mages, but also unique. How strange." Ethel stiffened up slightly at Rosalina's remark. The slight widening of her eyes a slight indication to Rosalina that perhaps Ethel was not all she seemed to be.
"I'm sorry, that was a very rude outburst. Please forgive me. My name is Rosalina Idwal." Rosalina removed the glove from her right hand before extending it out to Ethel.
Ethel had remained quiet throughout this encounter with the only emotion showed thus far being when Rosalina mentioned the energy she felt from Ethel. This comment had made Ethel concerned...surely she couldn't figure it out.
Sora had told Ethel to make sure no one else found out because people might come after here if they found out she was a walking bundle of magical energy.

"Rosrina?" Ethel cocked her head to the side slightly as she completely mispronounced Rosalina's name. She had never been good with names, especially anything with an L. Naturally she didn't have this problem with her own name simply due to the amount of times she said it. Which might've also been the reason why she had started that strange habit of hers in the first place.
"Ethel doesn't mind...Ethel pay more attention next time." Ethel gingerly held out her own hand before lightly clasping Rosalina's hand in a very soft and uncertain handshake. To Rosalina she would've looked much like a small, lost child who had been separated from her mother. Which funnily enough that was all true. Well besides the mother part, but Sora was close enough.
Ethel's face and eyes gave no indication to the anxious feeling welling within her, however her hand did shake ever so slightly.
Ethel was not only afraid of this woman finding out about her body, but was still scared and anxious about being alone and lost in the city.
"Ethel is lost. Separated. Find Sora." Ethel explained in her usual short and confusing sentences. While she did skip a lot of detail, Rosalina probably would've understood the gist of it. Especially since this time Ethel had actually mentioned the more important details of 'lost' and 'find'.
Normally she skipped over such a thing but if this woman was a rune knight then surely she would help Ethel if Ethel stated her intentions clearly? This is her form of clearly. Sad I know
