Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Lol I was like...I don't know what to write. Like...there was only so much I could write about Abbigale waking and realising she'd fallen asleep working XD

And then I read the tomato thing and was like THEY CALLED FOR MEDICAL YES, SEND IN ABIGALE
"No, that's not it" Jamie said, having walked down from the stand, she held out a lacrima to Penny, who blinked and took it, immediately magic infused her, and grateful she pushed of from Trinity, turning her attention to Damian, she was too tired to, both energy way, mentally and physically, to do much babying. Yet she radiated concern, worry and yes, a little bit of stern. She doubted Damian could look much worse if the whole city had fallen on him-well that would probably have left nothing but a smear. Her thoughts were so muddled. She hadn't realised just how much she had missed him. If it had been anyone else, Penny figured they wouldn't be walking.

"Damian" She was well aware that even now, with the event over, they needed to maintain an image. Not that she really cared about that. Still, she reframed from mollycoddling. Healers began to swarm the arena, and at once, Penny snagged one, noting the mark that signified that they weren't just trained in healing, but had healing magic. That form of magic was rare these days, and she wasn't suprised that they were here at the games. "At least stop him from puncturing his lungs, I rather like him alive"

"We're only to heal life threat-"

"So not having any lung function isn't life threatening? I'll be sure to take that up with the creator. Sorry sir, we don't need to breath, some healer decided that wasn't life threatening" The healer paled, approaching Damian. She felt bad for the way she had spoken, and apologised. She could feel her heart beating too fast, the residue Phoenix Magic almost seeming to be apart of her very blood, she still felt like she might faint at anymoment, even with the energy from the lacrima Master Jamie had given her.

Jamie gave a soft sigh, and said "The ball is still going ahead, but I understand if you all aren't up for it. You maybe excused from it. I want you all to go have something to eat, and sleep a bit. No magic for at least a few hours. I mean it, if I find you have used magic at all within the next two hours, I will be very mad" Jamie couldn't seem to be able to keep the motherly tone from her voice.

"Shhhh" Jessie said, narrowing her eyes as she replayed the lacrima vision, zooming right in on Games Master Sheldon, and their king and Queen. She flicked the magical mic off, ending the charm magic, and kept her gaze on the Queen's face. She turned to Ferris after it had played out, "I think the Queen is worried about war. Either way, the order came from her. I guess we still have the ball to look forward to. And" She said enthaustically, "It means we can talk with the guild masters and see which guild will be the best fit"

Jamie smiled at Razor as he approached, and laughed at his reaction to the, at the moment, essentially placid Romarod. "Yes yes, Gun'tar is an ass, but Romarod is quite a nice person. You don't need to worry with him. Hey, I have another rabbit. I didn't get much of the last one, maybe we could cook it up again, I'd really love to try those spices" as Elyra fell asleep, she decided that was her queue to leave. Leaning forward, she gently stroked her friends hair, and she grabbed her own blanket, wrapping it around Elyra gently, although she was sure Elyra would be warm enough, snuggled againsr Razor.

She rose, and stretched, "Now, if you excuse me, I have to go annoy Shadow Its been a few hours, he might start getting complacent" She chuckled, although the recent events had left her stomach a flutter with nerves, and worry that she might mess up whatever this was, and send Darius fleeing. She was quite interested to see what he meant by treating what they had as a special bond. Jamie, despite all her confidnece and her portrying of having been around the block a few times, she had absolutely no idea how to act in a relationship.

"Look after Elyra, for me, will you Razor? She's had a tough day" She said softly, kindly, concerned for her friend. Before approaching Darius on the other side of the fire, Jamie went to check on Wiliam, finding him awake, and seemed to have gotten into a little spat with Malcom and Salem. Deciding not to get involved in that, Jamie went back to the fire, and plopped herself down by Darius, she didn't say anything, deciding for the moment to let Darius lead things for the moment, she took out her whetstone, and began to care for her sword, which with everything she had let that lapse.

Jamie

Her first try at skiing, and while she had done okay, Jamie knew it wasn't going to be her strong suit. Yet it had still been fun, and Anna was an amazing teacher. Still, Jamie could now happily say she had done skiing, had had a fair go at it, and hadn't let it beat her. Even if her arse was sore, her legs felt like she had been running several miles and she was damn cold, it had been worth it. And now maybe there would be some other...activity that would bring her back to feeling loose and limber. And back at the lodge, with a cup of hot chocolate wrapped contently in her gloved hands, the warmth a welcome feeling that set her mind to...home. Seeing how the hot chocolate was made, Jamie had insisted she show the worker how her father made it, and had set about, first melting pure chocolate, adding warm milk, and putting it together, before squirting a pile of whip cream ontop with some shavings of hot chocolate. "The best thing for a cold day, and for falling on you arse so much you are sure its black and blue" She said as she took the mug and happily found a seat.

She contentedly lounged back, enjoying the feel that the lodge had, There was something about it that made Jamie feel....both excited and relaxed. Quite an odd combination when you thought about it, but Jamie herself was a little odd so that was okay. She stretched, and she took a sip of her hot chocolate, for one wild moment, she felt home. There was so much in her life that made her feel strange, odd and as she thought on that, she played with the necklace around her neck. She took another sip, before setting her cup sown and licking her lips, removing the creams that had settled there as she drank. She ran a hand over her nose, sure there was some cream there as well. She lay her phone on the arm of the chair, and having grabbed her backpack, she took out her notebook, flickering over her notes, and generally just letting herself relax, little by little. She enjoyed her studies, quite from making her feel trapped, she had a thirst to learn more and more as she went along.

Ultimately, Jamie dozed off. The long trip up there, the chattering of that annoying teenage girl, and the skiing, not to mention the wicked hot chocolate, were doing their job of making her rapidily exhausted. And given that she planned to hunt up that magician, well....being a little rested would definetely make things more lively. She purred to herself at the thought, and curling up, she driffted off to sleep. She couldn't truly say she dreamed-she never could. Sometimes her dreams seemed rather vivid, and it ws often hard to tell whether or not they were real. As she dozed, her hand clutched the necklace, the one thing that she had of a life she didn't remember. She only woke when it seemed like she'd roll off the chair, and it was with a jolt, her heart beating rapidly, her breathig coming in quick pants, until she calmed herself down. Nothing like that feeling of falling as you wake.

She chuckled at herself, and stretching, she glanced around, hoping that no one had seen her foolishness, but also figuring she was in a public place. Not that she cared about that. She glanced at her phone, rubbing her eyes as she did so. Finishing off her now cold, but still absolutely delishes, hot chocolate, she lelaned back, curling up again, but this time she didn't fall asleep. She grabbed her phone, and taking out the card, she began to debate with herself. She wanted a bit of fun, a bit of freedom...she pursed her lips thoughtfully.
@Caits I was potentially thinking of a scenario involving Pirate Lord and Tough Love. They're both NPC guilds, right? I mean, Pirate Lord was made by a player, but I daresay that player's been absent for quite some time. Perhaps I could take control of them?

Sure feel free soren has...gone
Sasha

@King Tai@dabombjk@Josephb@haleytherandom@Wick

Sasha drove back the way she had diven to the hopsital. She didn't truly know how much time had passed, but Violet's screams echoed throughout her mind, the horror of it. She drove on memory, on autopilot, silent. She knew she would go back to the hospital, there was just too much medciations they could use, too many supplies that could mean the difference between life and death, to leave them there. That next time she hoped Matt would be with her. While she trusted the people she was with, Matt made her feel...safe. Her heart had been in her throat the whole time, and she had no idea how she hadn't just fled in fear. Maybe it was the fact that Violet needed her.

She pulled in front of the school, watching as Robet and Darius leaped out, taking out a few walkers that were stumbling along, before opening the fence, letting them in, shutting it and securing it. Sasha stopped the car, and leaped out, grabbing her pack full of meds, and the precious skin machine. It was heavy, but she hefted it, determined, and hurried back into the building.

"We're back" She called, breathing slightly heavy, she attracted the dogs attention, who barked happily, but stayed where he was with Grace. She hurried into the infirmary, setting the machine down carefully, she swung her pack off, and immediately she went to work, pulling out another IV bag, but more importantly, she pulled out the IV antibiotics, quickly making one up with Saline, and stopping the drip,"There we go Violet, that should take an edge of the pain. And I've put in antibiotics, too. There's more I can do, but I'd rather not put more through the port" she said as she disconnected the, and injected the antibiotic into the IV port, quickly following along with the IV morphine, and reconnecting the drip.

"Found one of those skin spray machine things. Need a bit of skin from Violet, healthy, and a few hours. tried to find the articial skin, but this will be better, as long as we keep Violet stable" She said, leaning back, taking out some of the other supplies she'd grabebd, not even knowing what the others had grabbed, and passing some non-stick dressing's to Matt, her moves efficent.
