“Hm?”

Trantascilia released Lexann’s grip as she looked to the tiny hunter who introduced herself as, well, a sentence. She had heard the stories of melters crafting their own identities, but the process outside of it involving young pyromancers was something she didn’t really know much about despite Prentis’ ties to the Scilari. She smiled wearily as the tiny hunter asked her questions about the master pyromancer and if he intended to ‘hang out’ with the group at large.

Given Galiel’s disposition, that seemed to be unlikely.

“Yes, he's the one in charge. He will tell us what he needs us to do before we go on our way, Rain.” She explained, “I wouldn’t worry about him talking with us for long.”

@Drag Interesting. Also looks like the fontmeme link broke because it wasn't embeded or copied somewhere else. Worth fixing at some point. I'll take a deeper look later.

@LetMeDoStuff Our first tech specialist. Neat. I'll have a read soon.
A piece of my sanity remains intact. Hoo ray.
@Mao Mao Really wish you would've kept the sub-text in gray for uniformity (and my own limited sanity). Anyway, looks pretty good as far as things go, but I'll have to take a closer look at it to see if I can spot any blemishes.

“I’m talking too fast?”

A brief ‘damn, she got me’ rattled in Honoka’s brain as the blonde girl declared her a liar. What seemed to get her the most was the observation that she was talking too fast. Was she? She wasn’t rambling and her rural enthusiasm was as checked out as she could possibly stretch it. Maybe the sunglasses helped hide her widened eyes at the girl’s foresight, maybe it didn’t, but nonetheless Honoka tried to look unphased for the most part.

She did, however, look in the direction of the school as she added one slight comment to her response.

“What makes you say that, Kemurikage-san?”
So after thinking about it all day (and a little of the previous day and a half), I think I'm offically going to be accepting seven characters. The way I figure is most operations will allow us to split into strike teams of four and from there things can feel pretty cohesive. In events where we are not split up we can have more bullets flying at our heads. This also means I'll allow a little more overlap so each team can, if the sheets are good, have a tech specialist of their own and what not. Happy sheet making.

Additionally, I'll be giving notes on sheets during this interim period in case I see something that could be elaborated on or cleaned up.

Edit: To make everyone anxious, here is everyone that I know of that has declared interest:

@Drag Human Soldier
@Fading Memory Human Soldier
@Hank
@Heat
@KaiserElectric Turian Engineer
@Lady Lascivious
@LetMeDoStuff Quarian Engineer
@Lilissen
@Mao Mao Human Infiltrator
@Starlance Turian Infiltrator
@Supermaxx Krogan Sentinel
@Theyra Drell Assassin
The reasoning was a fallback weapon for close range. Phaeston pretty much fit perfectly: turian, high RoF, fluff mentions recoil dampers.
Carrying two or more long guns is neither unseen in universe nor particularly impossible, but I'll swap it out if it's a problem.

It's not a problem given weight distribution, I imagine. Odd but not unacceptable.

And then came the pink hunter’s attention.

Trantascilia’s eyes moved from to the Ldranti hunter as they found themselves moving inside into the hearth. The implication that she had defeated the Roc Queen single-handedly was a half-truth, because certainly if not for Quinnlash’s unneeded interruption she definitely would’ve had it handled completely by herself. But Trantascilia didn’t like taking credit that she had not earned. Even as a princess of Prentis by all technicalities, she had never been one for fits of arrogance or unearned haughtiness, so a correction would be in order, however light.

“Mostly, yes.” She took the woman’s hand, “Ah. Trantascilia Kimnothelis. A pleasure.”

The sheer joy dripped out of Lexann’s mouth like a broken aqueduct. It brought a degree of amusement to the Prentisian noble’s spirit, though she knew it wouldn’t last. It didn’t take long for the void to suck any and all joy from a hunter after they received the boon given to them by the cosmos. For now, she supposed she should enjoy Lexann’s optimistic fury while it remained. Her eyes then moved to the small hunter, who looked so young and precious but also devious and with a fire that could outlast a pyre. She smiled softly as she continued her antics.
