Amaya, that's a pretty name. At least Ashton thought so as she smiled warmly in response to the introduction. It was then the man that came in for that delivery took Amaya's glass and walked out. The tall blonde blinked a little and sighed a little. Quite rude to take someone's drink and the bar's glass. One could call the cops as its a act of theft. The tall blonde pondered if she could confront him but decided against it as she rather not get into a fight unless absolutely necessary.

Plus, who knows? Maybe he had a bad day. Rulely customers, love life gone sour, house set on fire, whatever. Though still little excuse to act like that, Ashton still kept calm about it took her boogie board and erased the words. Scribbling upon it once more before setting it down for whenever either bartender came over.

'Put the price of that glass the was taken in my bill.'

After all, wasn't fair to the owner to lose money like that.

Turning her amethyst gaze to Amaya as the smaller girl answered the tall woman's questions, Ashton listened with wide curious eyes as she rested her elbows on the counter. Arms upright and hands folded together as she rested her chin on her fingers. Listening happily as Amaya explained how her night was going.

Club LUSH huh? Honestly Ashton didn't really mind if they went there. She liked getting wet anyway and dancing was fun too. Though it was a little awkward when you're the one standing out in a thick crowd like that. Marine had the same opinion as Amaya though. At least with Foam night.

Smiling brightly as the question, she cleared the boogie board again as she sat up, scribbling another answer. Amethyst eyes glancing up curiously as Amaya's friend came over. A guy at her side and spoke of going to his place. Oh that was nice they were getting along. Probably get some cuddles as they watch a movie or something. How cute.

Waving happily to the two, Ashton looked to Amaya with a bright smile. Holding up the boogie board. 'Friend needed a extra for a mixer.' The tall blonde then pointed to her table. Looking as Marine and the two other girls fond over the two guys. Looking to Amaya, the tall ambiguous figure rubbed the back of her head shyly and shrugged a little.

@freedomliveson Hello, darlin', I'm glad to know you're so excited to play with us!

1. Yes, your character does have to be approved first and usually the CSs stay in the OOC until we've given the players the green light to move them over to the character tab (This rule does not affect players from previous Shine City Seasons). That being said, Akihiro seems fine, though I would like to see more likes and dislikes if you just want to humor me (I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff. :3 ). You're fine to jump into the game whenever you want!

2. However you want to, it's really a personal preference. I tend to like to put my characters in their own little spot and then when other characters show up I try and take the first move and interact first, just because I know some players are shy when it comes to interacting in the beginning. ^.^ I say just stick him somewhere (people are at the cornerstone, club lush, the casino, and the Mochavine I believe) and find someone to chat up!

3. Usually at the start of the game everyone is separate and little clusters of characters meet here and there, but I think we try and have a big event where everyone can get together every season. This season I was thinking a carnival, but I think some people came up with the idea of everyone winning tickets to a beach resort somehow or something?

I'll come back to that in a minute. XD

4. We keep each season open as long as there is interest! The first season went about two months and the second one went about four!

Hey guys, I've been thinking about what we could do this season to get everyone together and I think at one point someone suggested everyone wins tickets to a weekend resort or something? @Dynamo Frokane is this something you think is a good idea or did you want to do something smaller?

X Rebirth is a 4X game, for eXpand, eXplore, eXploit and eXterminate. X Rebirth, as the name might imply, is a reboot/reimagining of the games. It's still basically the same game, but the rules have changed. Whereas before, you would start in a small, weak ship and have to buy stronger ships and more ships, now you start in a fighter that you keep the whole game. You upgrade its shields, engines and weapons, blah blah blah. You fly around, shoot ships, escort ships, dock at stuff, build stations and manage trade ships through a spreadsheet.

MATH.

I use the money to buy capital ships for war purposes.
