If you are going to define words, use a site for reference other than Wikipedia. Believe it or not, an Intellectual doesn't do ALL those, they generally just think a lot. Practical versus book.

So, I need to get a vote from you guys--majority wins. It was suggested by a player that when I run these missions that it would be better if I gave you guys 2 rounds for player decision-making including making your reactions before I drop a GM post with the consequences.

Magic:

Lightning Magic - An Elemental Caster Type Magic that utilizes the element of lightning. In order to manifest Lightning Magic, the user is able to modify their eternano and magical energy into that of electrons, which she can alter the movement of, allowing them to use almost any electricity based power; controlling, generating, and absorbing electric fields; utilizing electricity, but more specifically, lightning, as a form of offense and defense. The user is able to generate these elements from their body, and manipulate them, giving them the ability to channel and manipulate electricity through their body. However, unlike other types of Elemental Magic, users of Lightning Magic are also capable of utilizing lightning from a distance, such as from the ground near them, or down from the sky. Lightning attacks work by electrocuting the opponents to various degrees, and there are spells that are said to be capable of completely paralyzing enemies, due to the extremely high voltage of the electricity employed in their use. Because of the high amounts of light produced with its use, Lightning Magic can also be utilized to blind opponents, albeit for a short amount of time. Kanji utilizes a special form of lightning called Purple Lightning. It can be used to enhance strength, speed, and defense but also be used as an offensive projectile magic.

Lightning Body - When performing Lightning Body, the user integrates Lightning Magic into their flesh and fuses it with their body. In doing so, they become a mass of electrically charged particles. Once they have become a mass of charged particles, they separate positively charged particles from their body and positions them to create a certain extent of an electrical field. The charged particles and electrical field can be changed at will from a latent state to an active one, and vice versa, by the user, who has taken the Lightning Magic into their body. When the electrical field becomes active, its powerful electric potential difference draws the negatively charged particles that make up their body toward the positively charged particles of the field with tremendous force; turning themselves into a lightning bolt, whose size can vary from mere, fast-moving sparks to large pillars of lightning. This form grants the user some traits typical of real lightning as they're shown capable of freely moving around at high speed and to travel over long distances, rapidly appearing at their destination from places away from sight as though as they are teleporting, as well as to electrocute everything crossing their path, with the voltage of their bodily electricity being high enough to wreak havoc. Due to the velocity in which the user attacks, the user's attacks are enhanced drastically; however, their attacks become more predictable the more that the battle drags on, and when transporting themselves, the user can only transport to one point of a place per transport, changing a point in space is next to impossible during transport.

Bits Control System is a tool developed as a means of boosting a person’s magic capabilities. The intended purpose was to grant ordinary people the capacity to use magic by artificially drawing out and enhancing the minuet traces of magic found in every living person. While this initially met with mixed results, the developers quickly discovered that it worked astonishingly well in streamlining the enhancement prose in people who were already mages. Additionally, the Bits have been remodeled to be weapons that can channel the user’s magic into various forms, most commonly blasts or solid projections of magic. Because of the long development time, and years of tinkering by numerous individuals, various modules of the Bits Control System exist. Their initial functional differences are minuet at best however, and no module is considered to be superior to another.

Kanji has six blade-like constructs hovering around him, three on each side. Each of them acts as a conduit that allows him to use magic.

Kanji is typically viewed as a stern, callous, and serious individual; it's rare for him to be lackadaisical and nonchalant about matters that require his attention, especially when it comes to killing another. Though something that's been re-iterated many times prior, Kanji current state-of-mind was influenced by the events of his traumatic past, something that he refuses to tell anyone — regardless of how close they may be; it's estimated that the extents of such a tragedy is of unimaginable proportions, as it caused the white-haired man to exude a certain level of angst that can be off-putting, though its something that's not intentional on his part. He remedies this by emptying his mind of all emotional attachments through his mastery of the magical arts; in-turn, this makes him appear as somewhat of an individual de-void of human reasoning, even if this isn't truly the case. According to Kanji, he sees this as "hiding his weakness" — something he feels ashamed of at all times.

It's commonly seen that he always has a stoic expression at all times, making him appear as an intimidating person in the eyes of others — something that's been commented on by various people. This makes it hard to properly approach him, let alone hold a conversation with him; it's such that many avoid his person altogether, not wishing to be involved with him in any manner. In fact, there are various rumors made about his person, stating that he's someone who's cold and heartless at his core — something that can be considered true to an extent, but only when in a given situation; at all other times, he's emotionally distant and detached — not wanting to involve himself in the affair of others, as it would only cause unnecessary trouble for both parties. It's said that when he speaks, it has a certain level of menace that can send chills up one's spine. He rarely gets angry and is known to be a very intellectual and cunning individual in his own right.

Three Strengths:

1. Boxing is a brutal form of hand-to-hand combat that has been taken to the next level by Kanji. It mostly incorporates the use of fist, combining the muscles in his arm with the speed he can move said limbs at to draw out the optimum power for a punch that can be further strengthened with lightning amplification. Though he hasn't been disciplined in this way of combat through normal means such as learning from one already enrolled in the style, due to his natural tact for fighting, he is easily up there with some of the best in Ishgar, often pummeling his opponents to death with this fighting style. His punches, known to be invisible to the human eye for how fast they travel at, often dislocate and then go onto break the bone upon impact with his fist.

2. With his special training, he showed to become a full master of assassinations and more secretive tasks of killing mages. It has been seen that Kanji's ability is shown to be a near incredible level as he is often able to blend perfectly in the shadows despite whatever bright form of clothing he may have, regardless of how bulky his armor is, and whether or not he has any kind of outside weapon sticking out. Another testament to his mastery is seen when he is able to use the entire area around him as his own battle zone, using the walls, ledges, anything out of the ordinary to become victorious in battle, especially in opponents that have more powerful magics that he himself may not be able to defeat alone.

For the Gonjoda Dojo in Central Capitol, it was just another day of class. In the front you had the youngest trainees, in perfectly white Gi's and an excited look in their eyes. Towards the middle you had the teens, some in white Gis, some in other colors ranging from gray to blue with green, orange, and brown in-between, some of who were as excited as the young ones, some who were there to kill time, and some who were genuinely looking for self defense training. Now it should be noted that of the large group there, including the adults who were there in order to become good enough to enter the local tournament, the youngest looked up to the man in his dark red and black Gi as a hero. Jerus Goran was well known as the champion of the local tournament for the last four years and taking first in a World Tournament two years prior, after besting his own father for the title of World Champ. He was also known for taking out a couple of street gangs who had thought to try and "collect" protection money from the dojo owner, which was one of the big reasons he was liked so well by the town citizens.

However, on this day, he stood before the collection of all his classes with a smile on his face. All of these people had been taking his class due to various reasons, mainly his prices, but they were all excelling. He knew there were several youngsters who would be testing to remove their pure white Gi for one of gray and gold. It would be an important ceremony for them, because it meant that they had mastered the basics of Gonjoda and were ready to begin their lower level intermediary skills. "Alright, after your classes today, we'll have some rank tests, so don't wear yourselves ragged doing your drills and training. After that, I'm hosting a barbecue at home tonight to celebrate those who pass. Everyone's invited!" Cheers went up and Jerus dismissed them, watching them head for different rooms of the dojo still with a smile. He had been told many times that other Dojos, such as the Dragon's Fist Dojo in Parsley City, supposedly had more levels of skill between white and their mastery color, but he had fewer because he felt that the level of mastery needed to attain the next level was so much higher than other styles of martial arts. However, that was simply his personal feelings on the matter. Turning, he headed to his office to get some of the paperwork done before the Blues were ready for their tests.

As he walked by their training room, he glanced inside to check on the only other Red Gi wearer in the dojo, his prize pupil who had come in second in last year's local tournament. People believed that he had clearly had the advantage over this student, but both knew the match had been closer than it had appeared. Smiling in confidence, Jerus closed the door and stopped at a window looking outside where people walked along the streets. It was a serene scene, even with the loud hovercars flying by on the streets. It was a sign of normality.
