Konohagakure | Chunin | NinTai-nin

TIME: Present Day - Morning | LOCATION: Kohonagakure - Training Field | INTERACTION: Hokage Clone, Cloudy Eyes: The Sequel @Ladyinink, Light the Way @Grey Sama Gonna Build that Wall @BladeX

It had been a few weeks since the disaster that was the Jounin Exams had occurred. It didn’t start as such, of course, but as things had progressed further, unbeknownst the Jaakuna at the time, there had been an attack on the village by some group of maniacs. Truth be told, it wasn’t until after it was all said and done did Jaakuna become informed about what had actually happened. Of course, it wasn’t until he was told about that he found out that the former Hokage had fallen in the field of battle. To what Jaakuna had been told by those who had a first-hand account of it, he had fought bravely against those that wished to harm the village. The details had missed Jaakuna by a mile, but there was one thing that had been clear and that had stuck with Jaakuna: this new enemy — whoever they were — were strong enough to take out the Hokage, so as a member of the village that he had literally protected with his life, Jaakuna made a vow to get stronger no matter what it took.

And for the past few weeks, Jaakuna had spent his time training nonstop. After the events of the Jounin Exams, he had been training out in his usual spot in the Third Training Ground, though he wasn’t out in the open. During that time, Jaakuna was doing his best to hone his skills and he had been secretly working on ways to incorporate his other chakra natures into his hiden, Honō no gutai-ka. After a several days of failing to do so, one day last week, when he had punched forward, fire came out as it usually did, however, at the end of the stream, he felt a jolt of lightning appear for one, short second at the end of the stream of fire. It was brief, sure, but there was something there. And so, for the remainder of each and every session he went for, Jaakuna would focus all of his efforts of replicating that.

It was a tough road for him with all things considering, but Jaakuna eventually found out the quickest way to get the lightning to appear. By exerting that to the point where it wouldn’t be available, he would be able to force out his lightning nature. Jaakuna would continue this process for as long as he could each and every day until the day before last, he nailed it. He was able to not only exert a continuous stream of lightning, but he was able to get a firm grasp on how to manipulate it. It wasn’t as free-flowing as his fire nature was. Lightning striked with such a precise accuracy that, unlike using fire nature, he couldn’t just eyeball it. He had to time his motions perfectly. There wouldn’t be no such thing as a “well it was close enough”. Unlike fire nature, lightning nature, despite its pseudo-chaotic nature, was a kind of chakra nature that demanded absolute accuracy. It was like wind nature in that sense. As such, when Jaakuna had failed to do what he set out to do, he would repeat, repeat, repeat until he succeeded.

For days leading up until the present day, whenever Jaakuna wasn’t doing his daily missions around the village. Or when he wasn’t on a mission, he was out in the training field doing what every good ninja did when they had a strong motivation to get stronger did: he trained until he couldn’t trian any longer. Through blood, sweat, and tears, Jaakuna’s chakra would be exerted each and every day(with one in between every three being used for rest).

This continued to the present day, which at this very moment, he was out in the training field preparing his body to try and perfect this new jutsu. He had realized since he got a handle on it that this newfound lightning emerging through his fire was tied to his hiden and at this point in time, he had an 85% accuracy of drawing out the lightning right away. Only after one or two bursts of fire did lightning overtake it. And, as Jaakuna ran forward towards a series of white targets marked with a single, circular point in the center, his body began to feel his lightning chakra gather up inside it. He jumped up and just one foot off the ground, Jaakuna flipped forward. In a simultaneous motion, lightning crackled around all four limbs and shot out a small burst of lightning chakra at four individual targets. Though, as Jaakuna would land on both of his feet, seeing smoke come from four different corners, he noticed that only three were struck. The other pillar of smoke came from a tree that was now fashioned with a thin hole thru it.

“Still no good.” Jaakuna cursed himself.

Now he had to do the work of making more of those targets. Once he did, he set them up, and prepared himself to go at it once more. However, just before he would, someone appeared before him. It was the new Hokage. He didn’t seem to be one to beat around the bush, so he just stated what he need to say and left Jaakuna to his devices. Apparently, Jaakuna was going to be apart of a four-man squad en-route to Kumo. This meant two things: number one, Jaakuna was hand-picked for a special ops mission that was certainly going to be good for his mission completion list. However, the second thing meant, obviously, he couldn’t train until he got back from said mission. REgardless, Jaakuna would made haste.

Well, as soon as he was able to, at least. He had to run by his house real quick to gather a few things and then he was heading towards the west gate to meet up with the rest of his team. Upon arrival, he was thrilled to see Kiku on his team once more. “On the same team once again, it seems.” Jaakuna let out a snicker, hearing Kiku’s words about them making haste. “Yeah, I’m good over here, so whenever y’all are ready, let’s hit the old dirt road!”

Enviornment: Yogensha's Office/Ame - Time: Present - Interaction: @Odin Yogensha / @Syn Havoc

The guests of honor  made their way into the Chamber that Lady Yogensha, her assistant, and the black ops were situated in. Something was unsettling to Kyokotsu about the two that walked in - it felt as though something similar of familiarity radiated off of one them. Only her eyes moved under the mask to see her comrades tense with anticipation as the two glided into the room and were met with the ill figured Yogensha. Kyokotsu was then stifled as the man took no time to waste to begin his first question, pulling  a piece of paper from his yukata - he flattened it and presented it to the leader. Kyo could feel her heart race, and blood vessels tighten as anxiety rode through her body. It was her in the picture, her yes widened and breathing seemed to become more rapid as she listened to the man. "Important to you? 2 years? Maybe he wants to kill you...maybe he wants the bounty...so we should eliminate him now. No, no. We knew coming in here we would have to be good.." Her head twitched slightly a few times, Kyo folded her arms behind her back - digging her finger nails into her arm as she attempted to refrain from opening her mouth and divulging herself. The man bore no weight to her, his appearance was disheveled - a  long beard and hair - very thin. She wondered if maybe she had killed his family, leaving him to watch and soak in the blood and sorrows of what was left. The girl that stood next to the slender man also had no weight for Kyo. Her mind began racing with who would be looking for her, aside from the kidnappers from long ago.

Kyo then stepped forward and lightly grasped the paper from Havoc's hands staring at it - her hands shook as she looked from him to the paper - riddled with excitement. The crazed girl had no problem in sauntering forward, it was almost as if she wanted to test the waters and see if the man could sense her under the mask. Kyo quickly resumed a more calm demeanor and handed the paper to Yogensha - bowing as she stepped back into place with the other members. It was then the Leader of the Village spoke her name, and her pulse rose again. The scene unfolded like a movie as the sickly leader moved forward without her crutches, as if to show she wasn't as weak as she appeared to be. Though, Kyo could smell in the air that illness that hung thickly aside from visually seeing the appearance of the stoic Lady Yogensha. Her body rippled with anxiety as her past was divulged, the girl had no clue of her history - only merely remembering he kidnapping but a year and a  half ago. Somehow it being shoved and repressed to the farthest corners of her mind. Her body began to shake with this information that was being spat out like it was nothing, her earliest memories were that of being adopted out to Grams and Gramps. Her whole life had almost seemed to of been a lie, she thought she had awoken her Kekkai Genkai with Gramps, but it was much sooner than that - if they had taken an interest in her. Kyo had also been watched through the entirety of her life, unknowingly. This feeling of anxiety spilled through her, her breathing intensifying.

"They've been watching us...they know about us..." Tunnel vision ensued as her gaze locked onto Yogensha, forgetting that the plausible idea of her mentor was possibly mere feet from her. Lady Yogensha held a high stature in Kyo's mind, mainly because it'd be one of the best kills she'd yet to make. The most recognizable. But in her weakened state, would it be that much fun? Who cares.... Kill her now, she's been watching you. She stole you... This new voice arrived around the time of her awakening to her kidnapping. Her mouth salivated with the idea of lunging forward and ripping through the Village Leader. Her eyes shakily moved to Havoc, as his voice creeped in - it seemed to almost soothe her as she heard his defense of the young girl. In this time of self-realization, and epiphany's - Kyo had dug her finger nails into her opposing forearms. Blood slowly streaking down to her elbows - the first blood drop dripped onto the floor. The girl could care less who noticed, mainly because she herself didn't realize the mutilation  she was causing. This seemed to be anchoring her to the real world, not to snap.

But it seemed to fail, though this snap was a different kind. Her attention was now brought forth to the door - sensing a shift of the energy in the room. Kyo looked back to Lady Yogensha, watching everything unfold rather too quickly. Her mind still trying to wrap itself around the idea of being under surveillance essentially her whole life. Kyo released her arms, blood dripping down to her fingers now and leaving behind droplets. She stepped back, bending her knees only slightly - ready to evade if need be. Trying to fufill the role of a loyal Black Ops member was rather hard when you wanted to tear through the throat of the woman that seemed to trail you your whole life. "Ive been right this whole time...there has always been someone watching me......" Her head twitched a few times too many to the right, as thoughts of spilling blood consumed her. Enraged her. She clicked her jaw together a few times, sweat beading up on her brow as the ideas of all the voices came into her head. The newest one was the smallest, and quietest. Her logical side berating the childlike one, screaming for a fallback. "But we can get her now..... No, we should leave. Plan for a better time. The window is right there," As the girl removed herself from reality to her personal argument. It was then that Havoc had made his move, and the traitorous faux Black Op's member recoiled from the group as they launched forward to protect their "honorable" leader. Kyo slunk back to the wall, and quickly shot one bone from her finger tip through the window and liberated herself from the room.

Promptly, the Kunoichi bounced from roof top to roof top, away from the scene of the soon to be crime. The rain still coming down in a rapid manner, she eventually stopped near the outskirts of town - heading towards where she hid all of her garb. Kyo sank down, squatting on the peak of a rooftop as her head craned towards the sky - letting the rain fall onto the mask. Pouring through the eyesholes, and streaming gently down her throat. Her hands were brought forward to the sky, and then balled into fists as she beat her head with them. Stopping moments later on her temples, and opening her hands. Taking in matted pieces of wet hair in between her fingers as they dragged down the sides, only this time, again, did the girl sink her nails into the sides of her throat. Bringing down skin, and blood pooling freely over her body. Her hands fell to her sides, and the wounds healed - leaving behind not race of damage she had just created. Only blood now being washed away by the rain.

She stood slowly, and looked back to the area she had just left. "Lady Yogensha..." She whispered, now positioning her at the top of her list. The most prized possession. What would she take from her? Her wardrobe was rather enticing, the beauty of the silks and threads. Her mind flickered back to Havoc, and she knew her plan. Kyo now had the information she had sought after for a while now, the light at the end of her delusional tunnel visioned gaze. She bounded backwards, and off towards the edge of the village - still keeping the form of the Black Ops member she extinguished. The lunatic would be back shortly, for now - she had to solidify her plan, and be the one to hide in the shadows and watch. Wait for the perfect time to execute her plan for both preys.

Koma Hitsugi

[@All of Iwa] @ZeroXposure Sebun's Clone

Somehow Koma hadn't noticed all the movement in the other areas of Iwa as she'd taken a shot at one of the apparent clones and informed the others of that situation, getting brief responses back from both Kyoka and Ai before she noticed a mass of weapons raining down from around one of the largest buildings in the village, a older man stood atop said building and seemingly happy to let his collection of armaments barrage the area below him.

Why? No one knew, Koma didn't care, he'd already made it obvious that he was an enemy with his opening action so she wasn't about to try and play ambassador. It was like the water trial but this time it was obviously an enemy, instead of a possibly accidental one. Another call through on the radio was made, she didn't expect any answers though, the others would do it if they could.

"Evacuating civilians are under attack, anyone who can help them, do so. Engaging the enemy from range, might need close-range support."

With that over and done with she drerw from her bow quickly, firing off several successive shots at the man stood atop the building, whether he happened to be a clone or not would matter little to the archer now as she'd put as many arrows as she could into him until he stopped moving. Her position was at least semi-obscured due to her cloak, the range and her petite frame, but she had a bad feeling this would turn into another melee situation like the trial had.

Hime Yuki

Hime's speech had some kind of impact on Bumu... She wasn't 100% sure what impact, but it was a good impact for sure seeing as he'd been basically enlightened by her words. But before she could respond to anything he said he was gone, scampering away in a more Bumu way than his depressed ambling.

Then, when the fairy was about to say something to the shopkeep who had watched this madness unfold, she stopped and seemed to be trying to think again. A look inside her mind would bring one the image of millions of microscopic Hime's running around like they were trying to find a needle in a haystack. Why did Bumu call her a human? Of course she was a human, he was too, heck everyone in Konoha was a human... Probably.

Mere seconds passed by as if they were minutes before the Yuki seemed to give up on thinking before steam could start to pour from her ears. "I guess that's just his way of referring to people... He's a bit weird sometimes." From there Hime decided to order more food and return to her meal, she'd probably figure it out later or something, maybe.

Yui Matou

@BladeSS4 Bakuto @Savato Mr. General

Yui was quiet, it felt right to allow these two men of Kumo to have their exchange of words. Besides, she'd noticed something rather odd about the two of them... Was there a thing about men in power in Kumo and lacking in sight? It was an absurd thought that only just occurred to her, but here were two prime examples of powerful figures of Kumo, one missing an eye and the other completely lacking in conventional methods of sight.

Either way she'd quaintly smile at the two of them as the two seemingly agreed on moving to the outskirts of the village to conduct in their battle. "Me? Goodness no, I'm not the sort who would insert herself between two people's quarrel, this is the General's business, not mine. But I do intend to find some entertainment of my own once your Konoha allies arrive, can't have them interfering with the plan." She would once again be playing with a length of her hair, twirling it around one finger.

"You should make your men leave instead of just waving them into staying their blades, once you're gone they'll no doubt try to take my life and I will act in self-defence if that happens. I'd like to enjoy the view from here a while longer before I have to greet our guests." She then chimed, a small, innocent smile upon her face as she waited for an answer. If he didn't dignify her with one or refused to send them away she would of course just tangle these shinobi up so she didn't have to deal with them until the Konoha group arrived.

Iwagakure | Chūnin | Tsuchigumo

TIME: Present Day-Evening | Location: Iwagakure | Interacting With: Chise Bakuhatsu @ZeroXposure, Koma Hitsugi @GlitchyBugger

Eishi was laying down on a large web that was built between 4 different buildings, it was about 15 meters off the ground and the pink silk was thick enough that it could be easily seen by anyone. This particular spider had been wasting the day way building this web and bathing in the sun instead of doing any missions or mourning for the leaf. Eishi did not particularly care that the leaf was attacked or that the Hokage died. The boy new it was a tragic thing for some but he did not understand why people mourned for a man who was doing his job, what better way for a kage to die then protecting his village. From what he heard the former kage did not even do much of that in his final moments, the Konohagakure was still partially destroyed, not that Eishi had much faith in his own kage, he did not really have faith in anyone for that matter.

The time following the funeral and the return of his fellow shinobi was a quiet one, he continued to practice his trade and walk around his mother. He did not really care about not being choose to go to the Jōnin Exams, if someone felt that he was not ready then that must have been the truth, but the next Jōnin Exams should be waiting for the arrival of the spider. Even though the village was quiet it was tense, everyone was worried about being attacked but was that not that the point of having this whole hidden village in the first place. It was their duty to bear the ugliness of the world outside the Land of Earth and being attacked is a given when you take up that job. Eishi did not get a lot of people's feelings and customs, they went against many things he thought where true and just confused him to no end. Instead he choose to ignore them all together. He was raised to be a blank canvas not worthy of paint whose only desire was to grow stronger, but now he had a desire to grow strong enough to get away from her.

When he opened his eyes again the sun was going down and it was evening now, the only thing that was different was the tension in the air. Then came the flood that washed away a lot of the buildings, one of which was acting as foundation for Eishi's web, and caused the boy to quickly scale the wall of a tall building to avoid being swept with the current. From the top of the building he could tell the village as under attack, and this spurred him to turn on his radio back on: "Evacuating civilians are under attack, anyone who can help them, do so. Engaging the enemy from range, might need close-range support." He knew the voice but not the name it belonged too, but that did to matter at the moment, all that mattered was seeing if he could help.

From the building he could see the rain of steel and began to move in that direction. As he got closer the screams of civilians could be heard all over and it seemed they were evacuating but not not correctly, some of the villagers got impaled on the way out. Sure you could say that is not their fault but still at least attempt to not get impaled that just makes the situation harder for everyone. Now he had to jump from the building and save a small family of 4 from this dangerous rain. Using his saliva as a medium he spat out a wall of Supaidāgamu, the pink sticky wall would harden immediately and stop the four blades. It was as wide as the 5 of them and as tall as Eishi. "Please avoid this dangerous rain, dying like the others is a problem." Eishi said to the 4 of them before rushing over to Chise and standing behind her boulder. "Well...Hello, I am Eishi. Pleasure to meet you, while I am not a medical ninja I can help you move them." Eishi said to Chise in a calm voice while scratching the back of his head awkwardly. Human interaction was not his forte, and this was the reason he preferred spiders to people. Did he introduce himself properly? Was this even the right time? What if she thought he was weird? So many questions and the civilian screams did not give him any time to answer them. He quickly bit his thumb and summoned Jo, the spider was a whole foot taller than him and a little bit bigger then her boulder. Eishi nodded at the wounded civilians and Jo instantly new to move them from harm, using his god given silk he shot web after web pulling 5 people near by out of harms way. The civilians were badly wounded and without medical attention would surly die, but in Eishi's mind that is what happens when you let yourself get stabbed.

"We can move them sure, but if we do not deal with the one responsible then there is no point." Eishi said while pointing to the old man atop the tallest building. He was the source of the weapon filled rain and the reason people were getting hurt.

Uchiha Nadia | Konohagakure | Chuunin

TIME: Present Day - Morning | LOCATION: West Gate/ Konoha | INTERACTION: Hokage Clone@Ladyinink, @Grey Sama @BladeX @Altered Tundra

Few weeks after the decline of the Jounin Exam, Nadia still is bitter about not being cut out to be able to take the exam and to her it is something berating considering what her end goal in life is. All of her teammates weren't able to take it either and yet she's the most bitter out of all. Since then, Nadia had been training in the training grounds with her new 2 tomoe sharingan- improving her accuracy in shurikenjutsu and destructive capacity in katon and fuuton yet it is still boring but not today. Nadia found herself in the wrong place and wrong time and overheard upperclassmen(assumed to be Chuunin to Jounin ranks) talking about a mission regarding Kumogakure.

"Well, since Ryoko is from Kumo - we should let her guide us around and take lead," Kiku spoke to Kaba and Jaakuna - appearing to take on a leaderly role. "If you guys have everything you need, we should leave now".
According to the beautiful onee-sama

All the while she's hiding behind the bushes, eavesdropping as to whether she should join them or not. Nadia wants to prove to herself that she's able to achieve her dream without people backing her up. "Who am I kidding, they'd reject a kid like me if I show up. No... they won't I'm an Uchiha after all. If they reject me then screw them." She said with full of pride and contempt.

“On the same team once again, it seems.”Jaakuna let out a snicker, hearing Kiku’s words about them making haste. “Yeah, I’m good over here, so whenever y’all are ready, let’s hit the old dirt road!”
Snicker Boy

Nadia for some reason got attentive by the man in red and she also is a big eater when it comes to sweet, her craving could not contain her but the Hokage seems to be there or probably a clone, still it doesn't bother her; she'll do anything for sweets. So she could not keep it any longer and raise her voice at the top of her lungs.

"Hokage-sama! Wait for me. I promise I'll be useful." Showing herself in the open, Nadia glares at the group with her sharingan activated- glowing red eyes while the tone of her voice is expressively insistent plus convicted with a shade of hesitation. It would have been better if it was a fully developed sharingan, the better the intimidation. She takes the risk of shoehorning herself in the group of elites without properly knowing the mission nor the consequences afterward. (I don't care what happens from here on out, I'm tired of getting treated like a child and I will ascend.)

Amegakure no Sato | S-rank | Leader of Amegakure

TIME: A week after the funeral - a week before the expedition message is sent out | LOCATION: Amegakure | INTERACTION: Kaito Chosokabe, @Ganryu; Sayuri Nisshoku, Kareha Yuki, @Write; Havoc @Syn; Kyokotsu/Mizuki @LadyInInk; Nousagi Hyuga, Kurin Senju, @Reflection; Kaijin Otsutsuki, @Seraphicide; Tashiro Hokori, @BladeSS4

With two new sets of arms on her back, Yogensha slid backwards towards the Konohagakure to give herself some space. With Kaito and Sayuri in front of her - for now - she was given all the time she needed while Havoc blew the doors inwards onto their hinges, temporarily blocking access of the Konohagakure shinobi that were attempting to 'help' her. “Not a choice?” she'd roared at Havoc's remark as to her giving the orphans a purpose. “You'd rather we let them die in the hands of the so called 'GREAT' shinobi nations? Some justice!”

It was clear that Yogensha had no qualms about her orphanage organization, and she was quick to defend it. Her hands slapped together - all of them - and she began forming handseals. With three separate sets of arms, and six hands, that meant she could weave several jutsu at once. Once she was finished - which was not as speedy as she would've usually have been, but speedy enough - she held out her arms as discs of spinning wind chakra started materializing, spinning around her index finger which was held against her thumb, as if she were holding a piece of paper very carefully. Futon! Kaze no Yaiba!”

She slung her hands forwards, launching six large disks of spinning wind chakra towards their two targets - Havoc and Kareha. If they managed to respond and block or dodge them in time, they would quickly be alerted by Yogensha, who had pushed herself past her students, Sayuri and Kaito, very suddenly. Her footsteps were quick and agile - it seemed that she was far less sick at the moment than she had been acting out, but never the less a certain tremble could be detected in her step as she ran for the number one target, Havoc. She had hoped that with the Kaze no Yaiba technique, Havoc would not have had enough time to realize she was coming. In effect, she was using the already quite strong technique as a cover for a personal attack in hand to hand combat.

However, this had the side effect that she'd passed by Sayuri and Kaito, as well as the Konohagakure team, very suddenly and without warning, and they would not be able to keep up with her attack as easily as a well synergized team would've been able to. As she ran towards them she readied four of her hands, balling them into fists, while the lowest set of arms formed new handseals. Her cheeks puffed up as a warning sign to the two criminal S-rank shinobi in front of her, before she moved her head forwards and shot out her technique.

Suiton! Tenkyū!” she shouted as the water in her mouth formed sharp, senbon-like projectiles. But rather than target Havoc, like they would've likely anticipated, she shot them towards Kareha to prevent her from defending against Yogensha's sudden charge. Another smoke screen, another cover for her attack? Regardless, the techniques were aimed for her vitals - throat and heart - so a defense was required.

When she closed in with Havoc, her left hands lurched back before she sent them forwards, aiming them at Havoc's chest. She had hoped that, with the power of two punches at once, she would be able to push him backwards, and off the balcony to fall downwards. With her two right hands, she intended to block whatever attack he'd send her way. A kick, a punch, it would be accounted for.

If she were successful, and had forced Havoc off her tower, she'd collapse instantly, even when Kareha wasn't accounted for. That'd leave Kareha to the Konohagakure team as well as Sayuri and Kaito to get rid of.

Konohagakure | Jonin | Breezy-nin

TIME: Present Day - Afternoon | LOCATION: Sunagakure - Outskirts | INTERACTION:@Odin@Spanner@Queentze

Words were an ancient art wasted on the black eyed boy, Shizuka didn’t seem to momentarily flinch at the reveal of his sealing marks. Sakana was serious in more ways than one, he was much more a refined weapon than the passing breeze that was Shizuka. The smallest modicum of respect was received by Shizuka, but it was paramount for him to prove his own worth, after all actions did speak louder than words. ”This just should have been a magician, people would pay for him to disappear.” another nuance that Shizuka picked up on his ever growing journey of personal and physical growth. The second degree burns might have completely healed underneath his clothes, but this boy sure did find a way to make his body itch.

“Tsk..It’s clear you don’t care to parlay, I won’t try to defend myself any longer. If you wish to know what actually happened then go find a Nara or a Yamanka to invade my head and watch it yourself. If you two are going to gang up on me and look down from your pedestal so be it, we’re shinobi from the leaf and that’s all that matters now. We can share sideways glances and mutter under our breaths when we complete the mission. I’ll make sure I don’t get in your way, but I’ll watch your back in any event or is that not something you’d expect of a runaway?” his words tinged with a hint of distaste. It was better for the group to start heading out, sunlight was burning as were the possibilities of villages crumbling to the ground.

After their sultry pleasantries and introductions, for what appeared to be for the tenth time, Sakana took lead on establishing a semblance of a plan before quickly retracting. Once on the move the travel was longer than they could fathom, diplomacy had broken down between Amegakure cutting off their route to entry into Sunagakure. Sweat welled on Shizuka’s forehead as anticipation grew larger, he was a natural born citizen of Sungakure all the way up until his late entrance into the leafs academy. Luckily for him his parents had left Sunagakure shortly after Shizuka chose to attend the hidden leaf. Unfortunately, that didn’t spare him from the unease in the pit of his stomach, to return to what seemed like a foreign land with new leaders and faces? To defend it and ensure the safety of the village after Konoha had been decimated, was anything else but lax.

Looking over adjacent to his squad formation, Shizuka caught the back of the fish boy, the air of competition worked itself up through Shizuka’s stomach swallowing his shallow fears, giving him a revitalized sense of purpose. Whether or not they had known it, Shizuka was instantly intimate with the landscape around them. The sand that slapped against his skin like paper was an all too nostalgic feeling, while Sakana was displeased with their current barrier to entry, Shizuka took the time to breathe in the atmosphere as memories clouded his thoughts. Unflinching in the face of the massive lion, the broken memory of the new Kazekage taking over after the sudden departure of the late war criminal who previously led washed over him. This lion was her familiar and purposely sent there to guide them through the never-ending sandstorm accompanied by the thunderous cacophony of the storm that choked the sky black, hurling balls of lighting down onto the city.

After what seemed like a surreal conversation to have with a giant lion, the members forged a single tiger hand seal and walked through the storm surrounding them. Shizuka boldly walked through the storm as if it were a small shower, while the others were a bit hesitant. The short travel wasn’t met with any sumptuous sights, the village he had once grew up in was now a warzone. An artillery of explosions had gone off and destroyed whatever building the Kazekage could not protect with her walls of sand. The smog from the explosions were intoxicating and controlled by several figures standing on a roof. This must have been one of the criminals the lion spoke of, while the other was locked in mortal combat with Ishi. The sudden clash of the oasis made the scene almost too farfetched to describe, “I know the roads inside and out, I’ve lived here for a majority of my life, nearly a decade. If I can take lead for this short interval I can lead us safely and without being noticed.”

“I can control oxygen and air with utmost mastery, I can channel the sand around us to keep us hidden or serve as a vacuum to absorb or blow whatever smoke this is. From what I can tell this is chakra infused and controlled by one of the criminals sent to take Lady Ishi. I can’t be as positive as Kamui, but it looks like there’s multiple of them, perhaps clones?” Shizuka didn’t bother to wait for the rest of the team to walk all over him like they did before, he would establish himself as a true jonin.

Ryokō Niken

TIME: Past | LOCATION: Border of the Land of Fire

Ryoko was running swiftly through the forest across the border of the Land of Fire. She had to make it there before they were all gone. Suddenly she heard a bird cry just over her head. It was a messenger hawk from Kumo. Ryoko stopped and held out her arm for the bird to land on. What could have happened that could so important that they needed to get a hold of her? Maybe it was something to do with the Hokage's death, but she didn't know why that involved her.

Ryoko took the message off of the bird and began to read it to herself.
"WHAT?!?" Ryoko said a little too loudly to herself. They had ended her leave of absence for an emergency mission. She was to immediately head to Konoha and join up with a few Konoha ninja and escort them to the Kumo. "Shit! This sucks. There goes my training vacation... Unless the team I got stuck with are strong enough to spar with. Yeah that'll be good." Ryoko kept reading with a new excitement and eventually finished the letter. She looked back at the messenger hawk and noticed another package. She opened it and enclosed was her headband. She put it on a quickly resumed heading toward Konaha.

TIME: Present | LOCATION: West gate/ Konoha | INTERACTION: @Ladyinink @Eis @BladeX @Altered Tundra

Ryoko arrived in Konoha and met up with her her team as planned. As they introduced themselves, Ryoko took note on how strong each member of the team was. Apparently the ninja Ryoko was teamed with had worked together before. But what surprised her the most is that the be Hokage had sent a clone to join this team too. Ryoko didn't want to be disrespectful and ask to spar with other ninja's she'd just met. Especially in front of the Hokage. She would have to wait a bit longer.

The topic came up of who would lead the group to Kumo. One of the leaf ninjas suggested that Ryoko should lead them because she knows the area the best. Even though it was probably the best choice, Ryoko still felt a bit happy, for them being so trusting of her even though they just met. Maybe this mission wasn't so bad, maybe she could make some new friends too.

Suddenly a voice from nowhere yelled after the Hokage as they were about to leave, followed by a girl. Ryoko nearly jumped struggling to remain unfazed when she realized she wasn't a threat. The girl had her sharingan activated. Ryoko had heard of the sharingan before but this was her first time seeing them. They looked cool. She wished she had them. They would be good to have for improving her shurikenjutsu. But she was out of luck. Only Uchiha have the sharingan. Ryoko had heard stories of people trying to steal the sharingan for themselves, but that thought sent shivers down her spine. How would she feel if someone gouged out her eyes just to get a little stronger. Ryoko smiled as the girl ran towards the Hokage. The girl reminded her of a younger version of herself in looks alone, and also her late twin sister.

Konohagakure Shinobi | Stormy Chunin | Young Blade

TIME: Present Day - Afternoon | Location: Sunagakure - Outskirts | Interacting With: Sakana Uragiri@Odin Shizuka Ichimi@Syn Kamui Uzumaki@Spanner

Date had never met any of the ninja before him but they obliviously knew each other. The already established tension in the group was even more so now that this little tussle has happened between their appointed leaders. All he could do was smile and sigh; smile at the introductions and sigh at the conflict. Most of the teams he was on before got along fine and simply prioritized the mission above all else and that would be even more important now, they where going into another village to fight some strong enemies. Date would have much rather preferred the bickering and snide comments to be phased out on the journey to the Sunagakure so that by the time they got there the distraction would be hopefully be dead and gone. He did wonder though, what was the whole runaway business? Did Shizuka really leave his team in a fight like that? Even Date, although reluctant, was willing to help the barrier-nin and not leave him to die, but he could not jump to conclusions. Their Hokage would have not made him a Jonin or put him on such an important mission if he really did something wrong, all Date could do was swallow his curiosity and put his faith in his complicated team. "This should be fun." Date whispered with a sly smile.

As they set out Date's thoughts wondered to Sakana, the seal on his chest was no joke and when he showed it in such a bold manner Date's hand twitched on his sword. What reason could anyone have to use such a thing, from his knowledge it was as last resort, a final ending, the closing to an act, something an old man would wear with pride not someone just as old as he was. Then there was the lazy looking Uzumaki, but what could Date expect he did not know these people just as much as they did not know him and all he could do was feel them out and hopefully make some friends. Date was at the back of the formation as the traveled around Amegakure and into the Sunagakure, he saw the strength Jaakuna had from a simple clone so he wondered what power their new foes possessed.

When they arrived in the desert, and boy was it a desert heat and all, the Sunagakure was surrounded by a sand storm. This would have been a problem was it not for the giant Lion that came and scolded them on their tardiness and gave them the secret to get past the storm. "We had a lot of bonding to get done sorry for the lateness." he said once he deemed the lion not to be a foe, and proceed to make the hand sign and walk through the storm unharmed.

Inside the city compared to the outside was like night and day, the calm simple desert was nothing like the smoke screened, flooded oasis that was the Sunagakure. The first thing he noticed was some black figures standing atop certain building and then the Kage mansion at the center of the village was hosting a fight between the Kazekage and an assailant. The smoke that shrouded the village was filled with chakra and was being controlled, Date just assumed that the cloaked men were responsible. He removed the sword from his back and strapped it to his side, ready to move and for combat. That water would be a great advantage for his lighting and water chakra types, even his storm could be put to good use in this climate. While they waited for Kamui's report, Date listens to Shizuka talk about his abilities and growing up here. "I am with you compadre, getting around quietly would be nice plus it will give us the jump on those guys." Date said to Shizuka with a friendly smile while gesturing to the figures on top of the different buildings, might as well start with the easiest looking of the three, plus from the looks he got earlier he needs a friend. "If they are clones controlling the smoke we should handle them first, the Kazekage got her position for a reason right? Plus we might just get in her way while trying to help, we should focus on securing the village and stop the one responsible for this smoke." Date said confidently but not abrasively or in a demanding tone, it was more of a confident suggestion. He had no desire to get caught up in another fight between a kage and some criminal, she was given her position for a reason and could handle herself.

Kaito Chosokabe

@Syn @Odin @Write
Kaito's smirk continued throughout the conversation. It was getting interesting. He wondered what allowed his leader to speak so freely about the orphanage. It wasn't like her to give out information for free. Everything had a price, and ever transaction made her richer in some respect. It was honestly a side of her Kaito had made note to emulate when he was the Amekage. Honeyed words didn't have to use chakra, it just had to know to twist words correctly. However, he was only beginning to understand anything after all this time, her methods still sometimes an enigma. Such as her so brazenly using her six arms right after apologizing. She was on a different level than him and Sayuri, but it would be rude not to follow. Well, he could take a hint on the fight.

I see, we're to put on a show. Ugh, a shadow blade isn't very interesting to watch, but I'll try my best to be flashy.

Kaito did a series of handsigns as his mistress attacked. He would follow. He appeared around Havoc, wherever he was, a knife drawn around his throat.

Reap

The real Kaito rushed forward, his blade manifesting a rather large amount of chakra, and he locked eyes with Havoc, his smirk the same as it had been a few seconds ago.

"How's my blade?" His voice sounded from both behind and infront of the man.

He slashed at Havoc straight on. It would likely be extremely strange to Sayuri, as Kaito was a man of the shadows.

Ai Kabe

@Glitchybugger
Ai listened on the radio of the attacks on the civilians, and gripped her fist. Who would want to attack civilians? It gave little profit, and made you a huge target. And it was wrong. It was situations like these that had made her return to being a ninja.

She replied to Koma.

"Roger. Coming shortly, sealing off route B."

Ai looked at the lower ninja around her; it was weird to think of herself as high ranked.

"You guys can take care of this? Seal off the cavern as soon as I'm gone. Best way to save lives right now is to avoid combat. Well, I'm off to not do that. Good luck."

In a handsign, she exploded into paper, and traveled off, headed towards Koma. While speed was Ai's pride, it would still take a moment or two. She heard a blast behind her as the ninja followed instruction, using jutsu and tags to close the entrance to the tunnel. She hoped Ayame and Aito were doing alright.

Sunagakure | S | Kazekage

TIME: Present Day - Evening | LOCATION: Sunagakure Center | INTERACTION: @Queentze, @BladeX,

Ishi’s Judgement

Ishi watched the girl attempt to counter her through the use of Shadow clones and more weak techniques in order to fend off her preliminary attack and the foxes. But she still resided in the exact same place. On top of a building away from Ishi. That wasn’t smart for a woman who fought primarily with a scythe. The Kazekage allowed her scroll to unravel just enough for the tip of it to be lightly touching the water. As the woman attempted to deal with the foxes that were rapidly advancing on her Ishi’s hands found the pages of the scroll. A bolt of Chakra was sent up into the air, which gave the clouds purpose. They began to charge up with an electrical current that would strike the pond in a few seconds.
Without hesitation after the bolt left her scroll Ishi’s focus turned on a dime and she began to perform handseals, three of them were all it would take before her palm would smash into the water. After about three seconds the sand the building was made out of that Akuno was standing on would begin to suck her into its depths violently. Allowing the foxes to violently rip at her throat.
The chess game had begun.

Kareha watched Havoc and Yogensha quietly exchange words. She watched with a single hand on her blade and her eyes transfixed on the woman’s jugular. She knew what she had to do to end her life, perhaps even more than what was necessary due to the woman’s apparent health issues.

Sayuri meanwhile listened intently, but not so much to form an opinion on the matter. The things being discussed were her ladies prerogative and Sayuri was meant to observe alone.

Kareha upon seeing Havoc getting assaulted by Yogensha and thrown from the tower immediately got to work. Sayuri meanwhile was stunned to see Kaito push the advantage knowing him to usually hang back instead of fight head on. With Yogensha out in the front, injured, and collapsed she was upon her in an instant with a devilish grin on her face. She unsheathed her blade and in one movement she had it swinging towards the head of Yogensha in a downwards crescent. Sayuri would not allow for any harm to befall her leader, however.

With one breath activated she managed to reach Yogensha, standing beside her and clapping her hands onto the blade of Kareha. She held it within her palms in order to ensure that it did not strike her sensei. But Kareha was a Yomigaeri and Seven Swordsman of the Mist. When she struck it was not with a single plan of action in mind. She stomped her foot onto the ground and single sheet of ice grew just above the ground, with the tip reflecting Yogensha’s wounded visage back at her. Some blood dripped onto the mirror as Sayuri spun her entire body in order to snap the ice from the blade’s hilt and throw Kareha to the side and away from her master. She saw Kareha’s wicked grin and handseals however and knew that she had to act faster than what she was currently allowing herself.

As she breathed in she allowed some chakra to reach her eyes, and she saw the chakra gathering at the base of the mirror that Yogensha was gazing into.

“Shichi Tenkohō – Daisan Kasse.”
“Hyōton: Shintō!”

As the second breath was activated and the spear of ice shot out of the mirror Sayuri kicked it hard enough to completely shatter the spear, just centimeters before it reached the ridge of Yogensha’s nose. The shrapnel from the spear impaled the wall as Kareha grimaced. But Sayuri was upon her in a single second. The apprentice sent a flurry of closed first blows at Kareha’s elbows and gut, knowing that while she was fighting to kill, she also had an identity to protect. Kareha expertly avoided the blows and sent the blade directly in towards Sayuri’s throat in a stabbing motion.

Sayuri managed to duck underneath, all the while raising her hands and bringing them down on Kareha’s wrist hard, which caused the girl’s grip on the sword to loosen. Sayuri was quick to use that, using the momentum from her ducking motion to bring her even further down towards the ground and send a sliding kick towards Kareha’s feet. The blow connected, but as it did Sayuri felt an immense amount of cold wash through her leg as Kareha grinned. Stabbing the ice blade into the ground and using it to steady herself enough to land on Sayuri. The cold overtook the girl, but it was clear what the next course of action was.

“Jūkenhō Ichigekishin.” She said commandingly, releasing a burst of chakra from the front of her body that would no doubt collide with many of her Tenketsu, enough so to send the girl spiraling backwards. Sayuri regained her footing, her skin had reddened rapidly and her body temperature was getting dangerously low. But Kareha glancing around at the others knew that this was no hill to die on.

She scowled and stuck her tongue out at Sayuri before jumping from the tower to join Havoc. Counting on him to ease her landing.

Sayuri immediately whipped around to make sure that Yogensha was alright after exerting herself as much as she did. She kneeled by her superior’s side and offered her shoulder for support and her sleeve to mop up any excess blood that may’ve dirtied her lip. It would be clear just by touching Sayuri that she was absolutely freezing.

Ex-Kirigakure | Criminal-Jonin, S+ | Gravity-nin

TIME: Present Day – Some Time of Day | LOCATION: Amegakure Palace - Outskirts | INTERACTION:@Write@Odin@LadyinInk@Ganryu

Havoc didn’t take much notice to the chunin from the leaf, they were having their own issues getting into the battle. The mutual unspoken agreement that Havoc had with Yogensha seemed to be tarnished with whatever his political stance on the matter of adoption was. The woman who seemingly transformed into one of the great deities by sprouting several arms, took a gallant stride back to give her some space while the chunin had been thwarted for now by the door. “Justice is blind my Lady Yogensha, there is no great shinobi nations, why do you think a criminal like me was purged from their ‘greatness’? Those fools will see their castles crumble before them. The time is tick tick ticking away.” While the woman scoffed at Havoc twisted sense of justice, he embodied what his ideal culling and wishes for the five not so great nations. All he needed was answers, alas she had provided none due to unforeseen circumstances.

Before Havoc could begin to perceive and analysis any of the amassing chaos and disorder heading his way, something shattered inside him. Time was no longer linear, the room became a bleak black and white while all movement was halted. It appeared as though time stopped at his command, yet there was something else dancing in front of time with him. Drip…Drip…Drip. the sound of liquid droplets started off as tiny trickles that eventually turned into war drums pounding throughout the room. The stench of familiar iron wafted into Havoc’s nose. Like a line of cocaine the blood ricocheted throughout his mind like a pinball. The entrancing scent clung to his nostrils filling him with déjà vu, this was no ordinary ninja’s blood. A compendium of memories flushed his mind, he knew this scent because he had tasted it before, shared it with his own, essence owned.

The girl in the paper had been in the room standing alongside him with him none the wiser, had he been so blind to turn his gaze from the silver haired, multi colored weapon of destruction? No, Havoc would have sensed her in a second. The idea boiled in his mind while his body shuddered in bliss, sucking gluttonous air through his nostrils his mind fixated on the blood trail like a great white shark chasing its wounded prey. Unfortunately, while the gears in his mind began to track the blood like a hound the gears of time began spinning again. Time once again started and Havoc had little to no time to react accordingly to the tantamount actions taking place, perhaps time never actually stopped and he had simply fabricated the entire illusion. Regardless, the scent was permanently marked in his vision mimicking that of synthesia, scent was a visible color.

A string of electricity ran from his large toe up his back to the tip of his neck, there were several gravitational depressions heading his way that sent his body into overdrive. Muscle memory took over while his eyes struggled to catch up. Several highly pressurized and condensed disks of wind were sent spiraling towards Havoc and Kareha. There was so little time to think, Havoc trusted the girl could fend for herself and reunite with him if they managed to get separated. Besides the blades of wind, one of the strapping young chunin from the land of rain attempted to trigger a genjutsu to buy time to slice Havoc’s sickly pale flesh. Shuffling backwards, the sleeves of his worn yukata contracted up his arms while he bellowed, ”SHINRA TENSEI” a dense concussive force of his own electrified the room. It wasn’t nearly as big as the two he used during the invasion, but it still managed to buy him time.

The overly ambitious chunin would be thrown to the wall with unrelenting force and no discrimination. The blades had been devoured by his repulsive force, but it had little to no effect on the Amekage, whether that was intentional on Havocs part to keep their act alive or not, was left for interpretation. On the drop of a hat her relentless pursuit continued, catching the denouement of her actions, he sensed the ice needles were only sent towards Kareha. That was until he learned his attempts to steady his footing was too late, Yogensha was already on him with her several arms ready to punish him. How foolish of him to think he could relax his mind on some wild hunt he had. “Fuck, this isn’t fun anymore Yogensha. Heal back up so I can have a real fight, kek” Quickly havoc tapped his chest to increase his personal gravitational field. Making himself heavier would cushion the blow that would otherwise send him flying even in her current state.

Her array of fists made contact with his chest and exploded outwards, launched off the balcony the gravity ninja began his descent. If only he had his umbrella right now he could just Mary Poppins away, alas the homeless criminal appeared weightless like a feather tumbling through the wind oh so gently. Manipulation of his own gravity allowed him to become lighter as well and take on flight or levitation, once touching down with grace and elegance his focus shifted once more onto the trail of blood. His nostrils flaring and eyes wide shut. Taking off in a dash he followed the blood as far as he could, it began to lead off to the outskirts of the rain village which was good enough for him. While his notoriety decreased the further out he went the less the blood appeared. Eventually he hit a dead end with no evidence in sight to continue to pursue. Left in an open field surrounded by rain and mist, the ninja looked around hoping someone would test his patience so he could wreak some havoc.

Uchiha Nadia | Konohagakure | Chuunin

Guide:
".." Nadia initiating convo.
(...) Nadia's thoughts.

TIME: Present Day - Morning | LOCATION: West Gate/ Konoha | INTERACTION: Hokage Clone @Ladyinink, @Grey Sama @BladeX @Altered Tundra

Having finally taken action, Nadia tries to inwardly calm herself towards the elite ninja even though her introduction was based on impulse. To her, this is an opportunity of a lifetime and the benchmark needed for her growth despite the fact that it's selfish. Just having a simple glance with her sharingan at each and everyone of the elite ninja in front of her gives shivers right to her to spine and to the core because of how potent their chakra is, she never worked with a group like this before and she likes it.

Nadia notices one of the shinobi startled, she got her attention and called her; "Why the jump, scaredycat?" Giving the traditional mean remark especially when it comes from an Uchiha, it could trigger someone. Not that Nadia cares but everything right now is based on impulse. If she doesn't do something now and just stand there, she might get rejected. (If I'm just gonna stand here and wait for them to think and reply, then they'll just kick me out but if I run ahead of them then they got no choice to take me in. Good idea Nadia) Her mind's perspective on her bad side aka "Inner Nadia" however the common sense side "Goody Nadia" said (DON'T DO IT YOU'LL GET IN TROUBLE! YOU MIGHT NOT EVEN BECOME A NINJA ANYMORE OR WORSE.....) Then comes the final decision, Nadia follows her "Inner Nadia" and get moving.

"The Cloud is all the way down and straight up there right guys? I'm an Uchiha and I'm really really capable of taking this mission...so if I were you... I gotta run and let's discuss things along the way!" Acting on impulse, Nadia uses her fast reflexes and grabs the red man's(Jaakuna) snack(snicker?) and assumed the lead by running off to Kumo's direction in her own accord. Which she thinks that they'll get to the point and just follow her. Indeed she really is impatient.

VALROA T. MIORI

Konohagakure / Jonin / Scientist

TIME: Present Day - Morning / LOCATION: West Gate/Konoha / INTERACTION: @Eis, @Ladyinink, @Grey Sama, @BladeX, @Altered Tundra

(Key: Valora, Arashinu)

From the distance, a loud feminine laugh could be heard followed by the grunt of a somewhat irritated person. A woman with long blonde hair and a red dress would come into view walking beside what looks like a large, dog-like, beast carrying what looks like several shopping bags . Valora struts into view, poking fun at her summon and friend, Arashinu. The blonde haired mistress spoke in a voice as sweet as candy, yet as smooth as butter. "Arashinu? Why the bitterness toward me? Didn't you have fun this week?" The best rolled it's four red eyes, letting out a huff of mist. "Dear mistress... Fun for me is destroying inferior beings. Fun for me is showing off my strength. Fun for me is NOT going on a ridiculous vacation with a woman who spent the entire time looking at men on the beach!" Valora sighed, realizing that her idea of fun is quite different than most. She walks closer to the beast, patting him on the back. "I'll make it up to you eventually. There's always some fighting to be done. Can you drop those bags off at home? I think I'll stay around here for a moment." With a slight groan, the beast nodded and left to fulfill its task.

As Arashinu left, Valora looked up, observing the actions of the mischevious Nadia with her bright, gold eyes. She'd smile, leaning on a nearby tree, remembering the fun filled days of her time as a teenager. "Ah... I remember when I was her age. I'd give so much to be young again..."

Kamui Uzumaki

Konohagakure | Chūnin | Sleepy nin

TIME: A week after the funeral | LOCATION: Sunagakure - Outskirts | INTERACTION: Sakana Uragiri (@Odin) Shizuka Ichimi (@Syn) Date Watari(@Queentze)

Kamui couldn't help but sigh loudly when faced by the discussion that started as soon as Shizuka managed to catch up with the rest of the group, not only deeply annoyed by the behaviour of the jounin duo - whoose the exchange of unpleasantries escalated so quickly that even the ever so uncaring Kamui felt like criticizing it - but also considerably bothered by the fact that he was forced to deal with this stupid situation that early in the day - at least for him - and right after waking up. After all, even though he did consider himself quite the patient person, dealing with all this unneeded drama while drowsy was hardly a nice compliment to the already bothersome situation. In the end, though, the Uzumaki didn't have to let go of his composure for the situation to get solved since the discussion quickly died after Shizuka voice a small outburst in defense of his innocence, that earned quite the skeptical stare from Kamui, who personally "saw" him kissing Kiku during the mission - not exactly what you'd expect from a responsible jounin, in his hardly humble opinion.

Ultimately, the redhead didn't even get to make a single comment before the introductions were finished and the group started their rather uneventful trip towards the land of wind, leaving the introductions of his abilities and role to Sakana, who was already more than familiar with most of his techniques and modus operandi. In the end, the silent behaviour ended up being the Uzumaki's tandard behavioue during most of the trip, as the awkwardness resultant from intern conflict made it so Kamui could naturally avoid having to make minor comments or engage in iddle conversation - hardly an opportunity that he'd miss, as the Uzumaki felt that talking was a bother to start with and didn't, in any moment, feel interest for his teammates personas and abilities, being already more than satisfied with just letting Sakana bother over things like synergy and tatics and following his orders after the fight starts.

Just like this, the Uzumaki somehow managed to endure the unpleasantness of traversing through the desolate dunes that composed most of the wind country, motivated by naught but the urge to finish the bothersome mission, barely having to do anything but constantly monitor the party's surroundings with his sensor technique after they reached the area nearby to the village - something that, while fairly exhaustive for normal sensors, was almost as natural as breathing for the boy, who was undountedly inhumanly talented on his own right even though his talents were hardly as showy as the rest of the group's - while veing directly protected by the rest of the group, since Sakana made it so that he positioned himself in the center of the formation - his personal favorite spot as well as the most adequate position for a support oriented shinobi.

Sadly for him, this easy life didn't take long to crumble, for the first bump in their road appeared in the form of a humongous sandstorm that manifested around the village, clearly signalizing that something was definitely happening and the trip would most certainly be a troublesome one. "Seems like the sand is some sort of barr-..." The Uzumaki started just to be suddenly surprised by the appearance of a new being that somehow managed to avoid being sensed by him until the last minute, directly appearing besides the group and forcing them to quickly assume defensive stances.

Fortunately, the Lion - for that was the identity of the being, a giant lion that Kamui assumed to be a summon of some influential figure from sunagakure, possibly even the Kazekage's - wasn't interested in fighting them, and actually gave them a way to traverse the sandstorm instead - though he did so in an awfully arrogant way for someone who was receiving help, almost earning some of Kamui's loathing in the process (though ultimately he was forced to ignore the urge to reproach the Lion, since discussing with a giant cat was too much of an awkward thing to do) - letting them come near enough to the village for Kamui to have a complete view of the situation.

"How seriously fucked up..." The Uzumaki couldn't help but mutter as soon as he managed to get a complete view of the village's situation, taking half a second to reorganize his thoughts before he reacted to Sakana's order. "Reporting: The village seems to be under siege by two individuals, one moving around in direct conflict against the Kazekage and the other directly attacking the village through the use of clones. Most of the buildings seems to be covered by some kind of coating and the Kazekage seens to be using some kind of technique to cause the storm we can see from here." The sensor quickly reported before proceeding to give a detailed report on the individual that was currently terrorizing the village, giving priority to him since there wasn't any group engaging him as of now. For that, he quickly opened a simplistic map stored amongst his scrolls - a tool specifically picked due to his lack of familiarity with the village's layout. "The clone user's main body seens to be located over the village center, with four clones assuming positions in this specific locations, and seems to be releasing some kind of chakra infused substance into the village. Additionally, the clones are obviously not Shadow Clones, and thus most certainly lack the ability to use most techniques." He continued, using his finger to draw circles around the specific locations occupied by the clones of the individual - easily identified by having the same chakra signature yet lacking the chakra intensity of the main body due to the inequality in distribution common to less developed clone techniques. In the end, the boy would just turn towards Sakana while showing an inquisitive look, waiting for any more questions for him to answer.

Kyoka Haizenberuku

More scurrying by little underlings of the Shark had eventually led to a new figure to reveal himself. Masked, and wielding some type of floating weapons, Kyoka would incorrectly assume this was the one who tried to use those exploding knives from earlier. His muffled call would elect little response from Kyoka initially, as she flicked her upper lip with her thumb, making light of the threat of those pointed weapons. Metal was easy to manipulate if you knew how and while Kyoka knew how, that's not why she wasn't worried. That was hinted by the sudden beam that blasted a weapon aside.

Rumia, the sweetheart, never would leave Kyoka's side if she were in any sort of confrontation, her royal protector. "Cuz, hun, dis here man just wanna talk!" Kyoka would take her thumb from her mouth and rub along her cousin's cheek, burning the regenerative flesh for a second. It was a display of affection, an attempt to lighten the tension, but also a subtle cue of her annoyance to her cousin's intrusion. This was the first time someone from this terrorist group was willing to talk, providing a perfect opportunity for study. Motivations, organization structure, ring leader, and so on could potentially be gained from this conversation. "Talk n' all, right Sebun? After all threes company but four is too much..." Kyoka returned the man's comment back on him, making the case for Rumia's presence. "I reckon he might be pullin' a slip or trick, so keep yer eyes peeled. Secretly." Kyoka advised her cousin in a covered whisper.

"Da name's Kyoka, fella! Now what did ya have to say?"

Turning her head to Jaakuna, Kiku raised her mask over her head and tightened her lips into an uncomfortable smile. "Look, Im sorry about the Forest. I didn't leave to turn on you, it was honestly a misunderstanding...I assumed we were all against each other, I guess I just honed in on that and realized I needed to get that scroll before anyone else. On a team, in a mission, this mission - I wont abandon anyone," Staring into Jaak's eyes, the Kunoichi wanted to ensure  that he understood the truth pouring out of her mouth. She didn't exactly owe anyone an explanation, but after later revelation of misunderstanding the rules - she felt slightly embarrassed to be viewed as a traitor. Kiku lowered her mask back down over her eyes and turned her head as something caught her attention. A young flourishing energy bounding at them.

Kiku's head turned in the direction of the girl that was approaching them, yelling something about the Hokage. Of course she heard every word, the girl with little sight could hear every whisper in a few hundred feet radius - but apparently not the Hokages Instruction, kek. Anyways, Kiku lifted her mask raising an eyebrow at the young girl, "Sharingan? An Uchiha?" She mumbled, and watched as the girl enthusiastically insert herself into their team. Stealing Jaak's snack, and dashing off Kiku squinted her eyes at the young girl and dropped her mask - making a quick handsign she disappeared in a puff of smoke and reappeared in front of Nadia. Putting her hand out and onto the young girls forehead stopping her in place - Kiku bent down to get eye level. Taking her mask off to reveal her whitening lavender eyes that at one point perfectly matched her tremendous mane.

"Look, uhm...no offense but you weren't selected for this mission. I'm not all too sure if you should come...." Looking to her approaching teammates she puckered her lips in deep thought. "What do you guys think?" She questioned, standing up right and placing her hands on her hips. Staring back to the young Uchiha girl and mulling around the idea of bringing her along. She wasn't exactly assigned, and was very young. This could either be a hassle or she could be of use.

A crackling fire blazed in the room, as the girl laid on her back - listening to the sounds of the rain hit the top of the house and caressed the sides of the house she called home. Though, it didnt feel like home with the absence of the only being she really ever gave a shit about. It had been 6 lowly months that the crazed girl had spent alone for the first time in 4 years. Kyokotsu had been along side of her mentor for years, and now his prescense was dearly missed. She raised her legs up  in the air and stared at her feet above her, as she still laid quietly on her back - a soft sigh escaped from behind her lips. Rolling onto her side, she curled into a ball and hugged her legs close to her chest as she continued to let the rain soothe her mind. The past 6 months had been a very dull life for the girl who was usually an ignited flame, ruining everything she touched. The solitude wasn't playing out well with her mind, she was far more talkative to herself these days. The days moved by so slowly, and keeping herself entertained as she awaited her Masters return like some dog was getting old - quickly.

Rolling onto her hands and knees, and rocking back onto her haunches - Kyo stretched her arms out wide. The tendons and joins stretching after hours of lying on  the hardwood floor, pops could be heard from her joints as she continued. Standing, she sauntered out of the den into her room - which was one of the two sons that previously lived here. Thanks to Kyo, the whole family now lived buried behind the shed. Standing in the room, her eyes slowly traced the walls - they were grossly filled with dried bloodied marks. Tally marks to be exact, one for everyday that had passed by without Havoc. Some were a deep muddy brown, not mimicking the fresh red of the one she was about to add. Jumping gracefully onto the bed Kyo then bit her thumb, adding another blood mark to the wall. She slowly stepped back and stared up at all the days that had gone by. "He'll be back, soon. We know he will be..." Sinking to her knees, her eyes traced every day that had gone by - recalling every tally she had made and what she did on those days.

"Soon Senpai, soon..."

---- Present ----

Swiftly, Kyo made her way out of the town and towards a cave about a mile away - where she stored all of her clothes, and equipment for the time being. Ripping off every piece of clothing and throwing it, Kyo grumbled and huffed "That bitch,  fucking hiding our memories from us. She hid our memories so we wouldn't remember the kidnapping....too bad for the Lady. We'll get her soon enough...." She continued to ramble on about her plans on how to kill Yogensha - and then stopped dead in her tracks wide eyed. Her hands flailed out, "SENPAI!" Her eyes darted around the cave, as she quickly put on  her socks, skirt, top, and matching kimono. Tying the blue ribbon around her waist hurridly, "Its him..it has to be him...." She murmured, thinking back to the Jutsu used to shove the doors inward. His voice unfortunately had left her memories in the two years, but the way he spoke of her and defended her calmed the girl like no other. She hadn't felt that way in a very long time. Piecing together everything, she mulled the conversation over and over again in her head. Piecing everything together, her body was shaking with the possibility of him being so close to her.

Kyo retained the appearance of Jihiro, walking over she picked back up the mask and placed it over her own - well Jihiros face. Her black hair was still tied up high, and skin was a bit more tan than her normal albino look. Kyo grabbed her scroll, quickly tying it around her and to her back, then her sword. She then picked up a smaller scroll, and held it close to her chest "Oh its been so long...he's gonna be so excited" The jitters set in and she began to dance in place, and finally around in a circle. "But what if it isn't him...its just some weirdo..." Her arms slowly dropped to the sides, her right hand gripping the scroll. Her head cocked to the side and her eyes widened 'Well, we'll kill him of course...' that voice crept back into her head. "Oh, of course, of course..."

Off she went, bounding out of the cave and through the trees and rain as she headed back to Ame. "He has to still be somewhere around here...he has to be, he couldn't have gone far. Well, him and Lady Yogensha were fighting...we left before anything started. So he may have made a quick getaway and could be long gone now.." Growling to herself, the girl flitted quickly through the brush and terrain. Moving at a remarkable speed in order to get back to her target. "We'll just have to scour the perimeter and keep going out. Maybe find one of those sensory ninja and make th-" Stopping dead in her tracks - her eyes locked onto the figure standing at the opposing end of the field. Her mouth watered, this was a moment she had been dreaming of for a long time. Her eyes were shaking with anticipation as she stared at the figure across the way from her. He looked far different from the man she once knew, but Kyo also had changed. Or could continue to change -if anything. Kyo jumped forward half the length of the small field, landing a couple hundred feet away from him. Placing her free palm out to steady her fall, she landed gracefully and quietly. Rising slowly, she was adorned in all of Kyo's gear, but still retained the black hair, body, and face of the eliminated Black ops member. Through the eyeholes of the mask, Kyo examined the man and shook her head like a dog as rain beat down on both them. Her grip tightened on the scroll in her hand, throat seemed to dry as she stared at him - her body shaking with anxiety and excitement. She held the scroll out in front of her, and then opened it - making a handsign a cloud appeared and in that cloud was born Havoc's most prized possession. Grasping the Umbrella with both hands, Kyo opened it and then let go as it was suspended in air. She had quickly made a ball of air to encompass the Umbrella as it floated up above and behind her. "Does that Umbrella mean anything to you? Who are you? Why are you looking for us? You need to tell us everything..."

Reaching behind her, she unsheathed her sword - it made no sound though, as a traditional metal one would. This would be a new sword for Havoc's eyes to lay upon, it was a sword made of her own bone - it did not glimmer or reflect anything in the soft waning light that was making its way through the rain clouds. She pointed it straight at him, and smiled under the mask. "Does this spark a memory? I know who you are...I know its you...It has to be you..." Kyo wasn't even giving him time to answer. Her heart was deadest on it being him, her master, her Senpai. She pointed the katana at him, holding it with one hand the other dangling by her side. Tilting her head to the side, suddenly the girl's skin tone began to change - lightning to that of an albino. Bringing her hand up to her hair, she cut the hairband with a finger nail - as it fell down it also washed into her signature silver. The sound of cracking bones could be heard as her body underwent minimal effort to change back into her own true form. The mask moved slightly as the bone structure of her face rearranged. Finally, two horns protruded on each side of her head - they were black and sleek, a lot longer and bulkier than what Havoc had seen prior from the girl.

With her free hand, Kyo brought it up to the mask - and gripped it with her whole hand. Slowly, she pulled it away from her face, revealing a golden and red eyed face - the red lines under her eyes forming as she dropped the mask on the ground. A wide-toothy canine sadistic grin adorned her face, her eyes locked onto his. No fear could be found, only the look of that of a manic. She took a few steps forward and threw her free arm out "Its us, Senpai..." One could tell upon closer inspection that tears, actual tears, were falling down the sides of her face at an alarming rate. Her breathing was erratic, body shaking as she moved closer to him. Katana still pointed at the being in front of her as she came a mere 40 feet away from him. Her crazed smile not leaving her face, as she scanned him up and down. Kyo wanted to reach out and touch him, but she also had the gnawing feeling that this could not be him. Always on edge, the girl gripped the handle of the katana tightly in her hand, gaining a better stance in case he was too attack. She had completely revealed herself - and there was only a few ways it could go.

Konohagakure | Chunin | NinTai-nin

TIME: Present Day - Morning | LOCATION: Kohonagakure - West Gate → The Road to Lightning | INTERACTION: Cloudy Eyes: The Sequel @Ladyinink, Light the Way @Grey Sama Gonna Build that Wall @BladeX Little Miss Impatichiha @Eis Busty Blonde-sensei @Olira

Contrary to what Jaakuna thought was going to happen, not a single member of the team had followed the Uchiha girl when she took off in a startling sprint. Instead, they had remained where they were at what served as both entrance and exit to the village via the west side.

And among the rather blunt confusion upon all of their faces, Jaakuna shrugged to Kiku as she both apologized for what happened at the Forest of Death before the bad guys had shown up and what to do with the uchiha girl. She was doubtless heading in the right direction, so whether this young gal was part of the assigned team or not was of no consequence. Uchihas were known for being extremely gifted. Say what you want about their personality traits, when it came to battle, they were more skilled than the average shinobi that was thanks in large part to their natural intuition and sharingan.

Yet, Jaakuna found himself sharing the worries that Kiku expressed. Even so, what mattered most was that they had a solid team that had a lot of beneficial members who would contribute immensely to the team. And, if one of them were to fuck up, the others would pick up the slack. It’s a win-win situation.

“I think the last one there is a rotten egg!” Jaakuna chuckled at the rest of his team as he took off in a sprint in the same direction that the young Uchiha girl did. If he kept up his pace(and assuming the rest of his team followed him) they may win the race.

Or not.

What mattered most to Jaakuna right now was that he was in first place and he was going at a lightning-fast pace.

VALROA T. MIORI

Konohagakure / Jonin / Scientist

TIME: Present Day - Morning / LOCATION: West Gate/Konoha / INTERACTION: @Eis, @Ladyinink, @Grey Sama, @BladeX, @Altered Tundra

(Key: Valora, Arashinu)

Valora, somewhat wanting to follow them on their journey sighed. Her work was calling to her. Since she took a vacation, she probably has mountains of paperwork and projects to complete. The blonde woman stood to the side, watching the group race off. Her eyes stayed fixed on Nadia as if she were someone important to her. Valora turned, slowly walking into the village gate, but stopped as a thought raced through her mind. With a glance over her shoulder, she mumbled to herself. "The eyes of an innocent, young Uchiha... They would be perfect for my daughter..." She turned back around and continued walking to her home. The innocent smile she once wore began to bend and stretch, becoming more and more sinister by the second. She'd silently laugh to herself, holding her head low so that others don't see her twisted appearance.

Kurin Senju
Location - Amegakure / Interaction - Team -@Seraphicide@BladeSS4/ Ame -@Odin@Write/ Yomi -@Syn

_________________________________________________

Well, it was fairly obvious Yogensha wasn't weak. Guess that was something Kurin would have to tell the Hokage, simply because that was something to mention, considering his insistence that they go to Amegakure as soon as possible to protect her from attacks. The whole thing was going fast, but, he knew stopping the remainder from escaping would be a waste of time and resources. Instead, he had a better idea. The wood shinobi ran directly for Kareha, already molding chakra inside his body. Havoc was already on his way out, so he had to make this fast. He let out a breath, and as Kareha was making her leap out of the room, she passed through the nearly invisible cloud of spores he had breathed out. Spores stuck to her hair, attached to the hilt of her sword, and sneaked into the grooves of her sandels. She was gone, but there was more than enough spores not attached to something on her person. But...

Kurin turned to Tashiro, and spoke quickly. "Tashiro, please introduce us to Lady Yogensha. Nousagi and I have to start mapping their movements as soon as possible." Normally he would have done the greetings, but it was clear enough at a glance that with the rainy climate of the village, it would take both him, Nousagi, and a map to properly gauge where the duo of criminals was running to. "Make sure to be polite, we are guests in her village."

Pulling a map from the pack he wore on his back, he began to unfurl the parchment. Nousagi stood nearby, using his byakugan to calculate speed, trajectory, and their possible paths out the village. They'd be able to use Kurin's ability to track them well past Nousagi's byakugan range, but it was far less precise. With a marker in one hand, Kurin was prepared for the long observation. Nousagi though couldn't help but take interest in two other things though. Particularly the girl, clearly in possession of the Byakugan herself, and the boy from the tournament. He had nothing to say to the boy, since between the two of them their business was over, for now. Though... The girl and him may indeed have business in the future.
"Impressive." Nousagi commented, clearly directing it at Sayuri. "Explains why you where chosen to represent Amegakure at the Kage summit. Your parents must be proud." Only to then turn his attention back to Kurin and his map to inform him of the duo's travel speed.
