Diana
Current Location: Alt Signia, Air Vents

Diana listened to Bastion's reply but, as the rumbling on the mountain slowly resumed, Diana was snapped back to reality. Yeah, she would have time to talk to Bastion later but she should be returning the plug to the core, otherwise there was no way any of them could even get out of here in first place. Well, maybe the Machina could, but not the Angels and they had a bunch of injured to transport back to Celestia along with whatever resources they could secure out of the truce deal. "Hehe, I guess that I should, huh... put this back in places so that we can use the portal?" Diana pointed to the cylinder of black metal hanging from her hips.

By now, the plug had cooled enough to make a few runic inscriptions along its shaft readable. "Hmm... what's it here? 'Turn left to shut down the power, right to activate it; WARNING!: Open all lava ports before removing the plug for maintenance. The pressure may the volcano to erupt'..." Diana's eyes grew wide as she read out the instructions, which were written on a place no one could see before removing the plug and waiting a lot of time for it to cool.

"Why in all of Celestia would anyone put the warning in a place where you can read it only after you screwed up!? Who's the idiot who built this place? Anyway, I better get this thing there ASAP, before the whole mountain goes boom. I'll talk with ya later, Bastion. See ya!" Diana's indignation as she set out running, before summoning a pair of golden light wings and jumping back to the tunnel she used to arrive here, was very evident in the way her cheeks flared to a reddish pink color. Someone had to tell those dwarves to do their job before getting drunk, maybe Diana would do it later... perhaps.

Poor Atalanta, got forgotten even after she was the one that called the challenge first. The Berserkers'll have a very angry pussy hissing at them later.

@KoL how old is Viola? Just asking so I have an idea how long she and Reed would have known each other from the orphanage

Getting ahead of yourself, ? Jk, Jk.

Anyway, she's around sixteen, give or take a year.

EDIT: He probably would at most know her as a small child, given the age gap, or even not at all, if he left the orphanage early.
Queeessstiiiooonnn:

Is there a student council? You can't just reference Strawberry Panic and not have a student council ;-;

Given that it's a Japanese school, student councils are a given. Perhaps, we could joust to see who'll be the president. Aka, coolest of the cool senpai.
@KoL Viola and Sagant are totally dueling later.

Viola: "En Guarde, Flappy Ears!"

The situation at the Guard HQ seemed to be all but resolved as most of the adventurers who decided to take on the quest had already paid the fee, gathered in parties --save for the occasional lone wolf here and there-- and were leaving the building's premises, more likely in search of clues or perhaps informants. Whatever the case, staying here and letting the trail run cold was not going to benefit anyone.

It was during this exodus that a jovial young female's voice rang loud, breaking the wave of leaving adventurers. "Stand aside, citizen! We have reports that a monster has been sighted on the HQ and none of the other guards could deal with it..." Such a voice, which swiftly changed to a tone of unimpressed boredom, accompanied by a characteristic --and overtly dramatic-- hand swipe, couldn't belong to any other than Viola Ferrari, the poster girl of Aquaria's guard, currently leading a three men patrol. The reason for such a change in Viola's voice was none other than the girl laying eyes on Sagant, who she had kind of a story with. "... it's you again, huh? Why don't you go do your goblin-y things and stop prompting people to send false reports?" The girl shooed Sagant, not unlike a bug you don't care enough even to go there and squish it.

"What Onnesama, erm... I mean the Captain is thinking by allowing such an obvious evildoer to walk around like that?" Viola mumbled to herself, thinking out loud. In truth, it wasn't like she had anything against the infamous Redeye, but the goblin was more trouble than he was worth, like nine times out of ten times. Even now he was in the way of Viola's lunch break.

"Ahem!" Viola cleared her throat before continuing her dramatic speech, "if your party is going to take on that mission, I advise you caution, citizens. But also try not to spread panic through the city, the general populace is starting to get wary of the disappearances and, even with cautionary measures, if you adventurers start spreading misinformation, we won't be able to keep the people at peace."

"If there's nothing else you want, you can get going. Otherwise, ask, and I'll answer as well as I can. It's the guard's duty to be neighborly, after all." Yeah, Viola would be as helpful as she could. However, if these adventurers could be quick about it, it would be much better. The young guard's stomach was beginning to grumble and Viola would prefer a week taking care of the stables than be disgraced in front of Aquaria's citizens.

Through action, a man becomes a Hero.
Through death, the Hero becomes a Legend.
Through time, the Legend becomes a Myth.
And by learning from the myth, a man takes action. ~ Corazon, One Piece.

Being forever alone is not that bad, at least you get a lot of space for yourself.
ReinhardtTwins

"Faye Fleury... I see," Eris repeated the name, pensively. Her guess that the fiery redhead before them was French has been confirmed. Anyway, the girl looked kinda lost and her Japanese was very rough around the edges, which more or less gave away Faye's status as a new student. "Something interesting to take note of."

"Nous pouvons parler en français, si vous voulez." Eins offered, "We can talk in French as well, if you'd like to", as she knelt to help Faye pick up her books. The Twins' French was crystal clear, dotted with a slight Normandy accent, their pronunciation and tone made justice to one of the most beautiful languages of the Romanic family.

One could almost hear the gasp Eins let out when they were called fair maiden by a girl, supposedly younger than them, that they had just met. Truth be told, the Reinhardt Twins were used to have their looks praised. However, habit didn't made it any less embarrassing.

"Ähm... Erde zu Traumland, bitte sende meine geliebte Schwester zurück ..."

It wasn't until a loud cough, followed by a verbal poke in their home language, coming from none other than Eris broke Eins' bubble that the older of the twins got back up, brushing her thigh high clad knees. Eins took a short breath, before replying to Faye's next question. "Oui, vous nous avez posé des questions sur les clubs, n'est-ce pas? En fait, nous sommes-" Eins relied in French once more "Oh right, you asked us about clubs, didn't you? Actually, we are-", hoping that she would reach to the other girl easier like that, though the platinum-haired Austrian interrupted herself with the sudden appearance of none other than Kagome Serizawa, the very own Academy's Headmistress.

"It's our pleasure to see you again, Headmistress Serizawa!" The twins said in unison, a skill deeply ingrained in them, offering a courteous bow before Eris shook the older woman's hand, firmly, but delicately as well. Just what you'd expect of Germanic descended nobility.

"You don't need to address us any differently than the other students, Headmistress. It's our second year here, thus we are quite acquainted to the customs of Japan. Well, most of them, at least." Eris took a sideway glance, remembering the many blunders Eins and she committed on the previous year. "We were talking to Miss Faye about clubs. She seems interested in the Literature Club and we thought we could introduce her to the Library, since we have a lot of acquaintances there, despite being part of the Theater Club. That is, if Miss Faye wants, of course."

@Crooked Vixen@Rusalka
PS: Omega could help her with that, since it's unlikely that he'll die of overheating.
