A double-edged sword that mirrors the dichotomy between misfortunes and fortunes, redefined by multiple meanings to ones make believe reality, which is equivocal. Depending on your perception, whose to say that Konohagakure has reached an 'all time high'?

Rikudo Sennin, the Sage of Six Paths...Pein

Six years flew since Konoha was blown into smithereens, to the everyman, this was merely an insubordination from Amegakure, a failed uprising by a political idealist, Nagato of Ame. Many saw him for the terrorist he is, leader of a cultcriminal group, the Akatsuki, claiming to illuminate the world through arms race, destabilization of governments and bring about anew from the ashes, remolding the Shinobi System into the New World Order. The divided majority, however, especially those worship sects of religious groups like the Ninshu Church, believed that Nagato, was correct & that the Hyūga saw it as sign from Kaguya, to rekindle Ninshu back to the Lands of Fire.

The Lands of Fire, Konohagakure, Yumegakure, Otogakure and even Amegakure, which was pardoned for its crimes & reinstated back to the United Fire Republic, gathered at this very day of reckoning, to mourn for those who died at the center & pray that their souls may pass into the afterlife. Furthermore, it's not just people from said village territorial denominations like the four villages, specific groups of people like the Kiri Refugees, pay respects, Iron Mediators were among them but from afar, ensuring that this day go well. Whereas, the Kumo Volunteers loomed in the corner, one of them, sending a report regarding the situation to their Raikage & the rest, mourned. The ceremony was solemn, people wore all black, this was an event that's commemorated every year, people still haven't moved on and would last six days.

Shinobi is a profession where people mature faster as lives are cut short, the public unease in the Land of Fire remains festering since the Raikou had set up establishments across the country and in Konoha.

Who are the Raikou? The Raikou are a delegation of diplomats coming from the Land of Lightning. They are the Kumo Volunteers that stayed in Konoha since the last Great Shinobi War. Under the guise of helping Konoha to recover from its economic crisis, they work for the Raikage, who demilitarized Konoha Mainland and only made its protectors, the Police Force. Furthermore, its citizens has been fear stricken by Yokai Attack in broad daylight and at night.

Safety and reassurance has been more of a division than conquer, lots intended to leave Konoha for what its become. Even if there were said to be talented individuals, who rose to ranks of the Konoha 12, village people found scrutiny towards their remergence. The Konoha 12 is the national champions of the Land of Fire since its founding haydays.

Today, not only commemorated those who died against Pein but also the rising of the New Konoha 12.

The Konoha 12 gathered at the Hokage Rock Office as they had quite the meaningful therapeutic recollection of during Pein's Assault, 6-yrs ago.

Of all the controversial citizens in Hinoa, Yusuke's the most prominent.

No Shinobi in the Land of Fire can hold the candle against the owner of the Kaminarimon Company's genius, billionaire, playboy and ninja himself. There's a lot of underlying issues with him, so many rumors, which earned him a mixed reputation and one of it, he rarely attends meetings and let his wives do the talking/PR. Rumor has it, he got six mistresses and two children.

Yusuke is considered as the Godfather Tycoon of Konoha, whether that's true or not, what is evident is that he's the richest person in all Land of Fire.

It seemed like the Lady Hokage only allied with Yusuke because no other man in the village, exceeds him in foreign relations and businness.

"I'll try not to offend people but we all know that goes out of rails right; Tsuruwa, Lady Hokage? Hiring a Businessman, let alone a Loansharker like me sure is a good idea, I'm sure all parties concern, all filed cases against me are dropped but if not, I'll be damn sure to expose every red tape Konoha has." Yusuke winked at his wives for trolling the Hokage, the Police Lieutenant and everyone else in the room.

No one knows that the Tycoon before them is the leader of Uruha.
