Current Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

Despite its massive flaws, my RP, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, is still one of the longest ongoing RPs in RPGuild - It turns 4 years old in July and the current thread itself is more than a year old.

We're waiting for Masters to join the Philosopher Kings!
Admittedly, I was wondering if this was ever going to get off the ground. We can give it a shot. It'd help keep things moving, but I'll admit, my focus is kinda scattered.

Then I'll be slow.
So, three players - I'll be having the first IC post within a week or two, at the most. Remind me if I slack in my duties...
@Thelxinoe, Approved.
Blue Crow (NPC)

The wave of Underworld energy overwhelmed Blue Crow's Supernal Vision for a moment, and the bounty hunter and his Tayanen 'coat' instinctively dived behind a stack of empty crates, trying to buy time to turn off the magical senses which he had been relying on.

A second later, the hyper-accelerated stun baton punched through his shield of force and the sonic boom split the air in the spot where he had once stood. If not for his mask and the Tayanen 'coat's' gelatinous bodies, he'd have been deafened. All right, enough playing around, enough sympathy for his opponents, no matter how deserved. Time to get serious.

From what he saw, Nero was the biggest threat, although the Matthews Twins were capable of taking him down by themselves if he didn't step up his game. But Blue Crow had not spent years in the underbelly of civilized society for nothing. As he adjusted to having normal sight again, the bounty hunter assessed his environment - An armory with empty crates, with only a few weapons left lying around. And his remaining assets that weren't his magical weapons were his damaged longcoat and under-armor and four Tayanen literally covering him.

Sending three of the gelatinous aliens sneaking off amidst the empty crates, Blue Crow leapt over the stack of crates before him, coated in the silicon-based slime of the remaining Tayanen, firing two 'Penetrating Nonfatal Shots' at to cover himself as he charged at Nero, slashing downward with a magically-blunted blade in a straight slash at the kid's shoulder. Without Supernal Vision to guide him, he didn't know if the latter was projecting a spell to rot him and his Tayanen covering, or what hazards directly attacking him would bring.

Besides, Blue Crow didn't need to win - He just had to survive long enough to draw the attention of all three members of the group, even as two of the Tayanen crept towards Samuel and Iris, crossing pipes of coolant, sliding through the gaps in crates, or even splitting into smaller slimes for a moment before reconverging into a pair of globs as large as an adult human and trying to engulf Samuel and Iris. The third Tayanen minion, meanwhile, was clinging to the ceiling, absorbing electricity from the remains of the power grid and water from the sprinklers so that if things went truly bad, it can literally rain down on the three Star Marines' metaphorical parade.

"No, no, its not damaged, I'm just resetting the phase buffers. My shielding is off by a few terahertz and it sucks because one thing that can damage it will, and this transport ship isn't exactly the most maneuverable."

The android stepped out and pulled the helmet off.

"Of course I wasn't kidding when I said I'd use a neutron beam from orbit. I've got Another ship in orbit. No crew. I'm the only one who can control that ship right now. Every single aspect is linked here to me. Just come out here and get out of the mech. It's scary. Even for someone like me."

Ascot opened the cockpit and climbed down, saying, "All right, you happy?"

He knew that this Android wouldn't hurt him out of hand - Psychic Empathy was great for a lot of things. Nevertheless, as the boy approached the Android, he said, "So, you just went here out of curioisity or to find a refuge? As for me, I came here for a job - escorting some supplies to a colony which turned out to have vanished. But it appears you don't know anything about that, so it seems I am at a dead end." A pause, before he continued, "By the way, my name is Ascot Rider. I'm sixteen years old and already a Mech Pilot."

"I can try to contact the skala through my drones. Maybe I can stall them or we can work out an agreement. What's your call?"

As for Michael, the young man had managed to sneak his mech behind a large outcropping, and was using his cameras to zoom in at the Skala - Whom he did not want to harm - and the band of criminals who were already conducting what seemed to be a salvaging operation. Should he try and contact them, or stay hidden for a while longer? Needless to say, he was on watch, trying to get a sense of what exactly the environment was. It seemed as if the criminals had a lot of potential cover due to the wrecked ships all around them, making just shooting at them dificult and increasing their chances of survival. Needless to say, Michael did not fancy fighting a battle of attrition, even if it was one he was confident of winning...
