Yep, afterwards, it's quirk show-off in the gym, and then free time for characters to talk to each other.

Nadeko thanked Donny, and sipped at her Soda as she listened to him and the winged boy talk. They seemed to know each other, so she didn't interrupt. She noticed a slightly creepy shy girl approach them and grab and handful of Donny without saying anything. Her excuse was that he was cool.

"Told you," Nadeko remarked to Donny with a smirk, as she downed the rest of her soda, then aimed her arm, with the can stuck to the flat of it, and fired the empty can at the waste basket next to the teacher's desk. It was a bullseye. She looked back to make sure they had all been watching, but then sobered up from feeling smug when she was asked why she had come here.

"My parents don't want me to be a Hero. They want me to work in science or engineering. I tried pleading with them but we eventually settled on a compromise where I'd come here and take Hero classes but also take science and math and get high scores in them. They seem to think wanting to be a Hero is a silly dream I'll have grown out of by the time I graduate."

The teacher, glanced at her watch, then cleared her throat. Her eyes were constantly closed and she had a sly smile. Her voice was high and sweet-sounding, but in a way that didn't make you think of a kind mother. More like a doppleganger who'd taken the place of your kind mother. There was something inherently off and untrustworthy about the way she presented herself.

"Alright, if anyone else shows up, they're late. It's time for class to start.

Good morning. My name is Mako. Call me Mako-sensei. I'll be your Hero Studies teacher for this year. This is the first time I've actually taught a real class, so today is going to be an easy one. I'm just going to get to know you all. So, here's what we're going to do, when I point to you, stand up and tell us all your name, why you want to be a Hero, and what a Hero means to you. Before I begin to teach you how to be a Hero, I think it's important to first make sure you're taught what a Hero is."
Mako explained, before pointing to her first student.

Heidi silently watched the rest, after Ronnie left. Heidi could sympathise. If she had a choice to leave, be rid of this mutation, an go back to her old life, she would in a heartbeat. He brain is too fast. Her memories are too good. She'd gotten this far by utilising her power gradually and improving in small increments. She knew she had the potential to be the smartest person on earth, but her mind couldn't keep up with her brain yet. She had to keep things slow, and deliberate. And if she accidentally got set on a train of thought like "How does the Iron Man suit work?" she had to stop herself before she got dizzy. In time, she could surely master her mutation, and she did want to, but the journey was already hard and was going to be harder.

Last night was a night she'd have otherwise described as 'making no sense'. She carried two very large secrets in her mind. The existence of Ayel, and the identity of the Ghost Rider. There was a reason she was reluctant to tell Veronica any more information that she had already picked up. She just didn't get it. 'I'm already involved, so you may as well tell me everything'. She wasn't nearly as involved as Heidi. And Heidi wasn't going to say things that would change that anytime soon. She felt she owed Ronnie that courtesy, appreciated or no.

Leaving the Danger Room behind everyone else, Heidi saw a group including Mr. Ashford conversing. She couldn't read their lips from this distance, she she took note of each person's appearance, and turned her attention to Professor Everose and Mr. St John, who she started to approach. She couldn't just stay hidden, brush of Ronnie and live under a rock forever. She needed to unpack everything. This, she felt, would be the first step.

The black blob was stammering at being called cool, and it was awkwardly adorable. Still, it probably meant he was shy, and she'd just make him nervous if she was too friendly. Nadeko wondered why he was so shy, and why he reacted that way to being called cool. Maybe he, like, her, was here with something to prove to the rest of the world. To make a statement, that even with their quirks, they could be Heroes. He probably just needs to believe in himself a little more.

"Thanks!" she replied with a grin as she took the soda, gave a glance to the teacher, who glanced at her watch, smiles and shrugged, and then Nadeko tried to open it. Usually she asked her parents or friends to do it for her, but today, at this school, the last thing she wanted to seem to others was handicapped. So she placed the flat surface of her magnet arm, where ordinarily a wrist and hand might protrude from, against the top of the can. Very delicately, she tried to pull the ring tab, and only the ring tab. The entire can being metal was not making it easy. She bit her lip in concentration and was staring at the can as she tried to pull the ring tab and only the rind tab. There was a tiny clink, and she lifted her arm to reveal the ring tab had came clean off. Now th sode wasn't open, and there was no way to get it open without piercing the top another way. She sighed, and turned back to Donny, who was now in the company of a tall white-haired Bishounen with angelic wings. He was a bit too dazzling, so she didn't look at him and kept her attention on Donny as she held out the tab-less can.

"Kinoko, san? Can you, uh...Sorry, but can you open this?."

Nadeko watched several classmates enter one after the other. Some had wings, or horns. One of them seemed like they couldn't speak. But in the world of Quirks, none of these things were that unusual. But even among them, one of the students caught her eye. The one student she could say with confidence instantly made her feel normal. They were a large black blob. Nadeko had never seen anyone quite like them. What's more, they chose the seat besides her, and she realized she'd been staring in awe. She snapped herself out out it and turned away.

"Sorry if I'm being rude. I've just never seen anyone like you," she started, turning back to him. "Honestly, it's pretty cool. I'm Maeda Nadeko. This was the point when one would ordinarily offer a hand to shake, but Nadeko didn't even make a move to. She still seemed friendly and polite enough.

@liferusher Approved!
Natalie Ellis

Natalie was already awake. She knew that getting a good night's sleep would be important this night, so didn't sleep a wink. She got up at 5am, showered, and did her hair and makeup. She used the heavy black eyeliner look she had when she first came here. Then she put on her jeans and boots as normal, and the leather vest and fingerless gloves she'd bought at the skate shop. Before heading out, she looked at herself in the mirror. The scars on her muscular arms were starkly visible against her pale skin. "I look like a monster," she thought to herself, and then smiled.

Heidi got her breakfast from a vending machine. A granola bar and a bottle of apple juice. After that, she headed for the meet point. Lynn and Keaton were already there, as well as a boy Natalie didn't recognise. He must be Packet. She waved at them as she approached, but today her smile was small, and grim.

Okay, I discussed with my co-GM and two things to balance it:

1) The quirk should be touch-activated, not remote.
2) A stronger limit on how this quirk can be used against player characters. Something like "Can only affect one person at a time and cannot affect the same person again without a cooldown", for example.
@AsheTheReborn@Mr Savage

I'll keep this in mind
