And is there some sort of limiter thing that prevents the activation/usage of Armaments without authorization (such as busting it out during a bad break up), or does the Academy trust the students not to use their privileges for evil?

There’s an automated lock that has to be authorized when a student is on school grounds.

Do all humans more or less have a Psychic Drive of their own right at conception? Or is it something that is attained only through the training that Academies provide?

The latter.

Does the Academy give out Armaments for all accepted students that are without such weapons, or is it expected for the students to procure them through their own means?

The Academy has a wide variety of weapons available to the students since there's only three classes. The students then choose one and can customize it to fit their needs. For example, Tian-Gui's armor would have been a heavily stylized piece of Striker equipment.

In terms of peace and all, how messed up is the world right now anyways? Is there like, active large scale conflicts vs the invaders? Or is it only small scale attacks by single digit number monsters?

There's relative peace in the world, though the invaders are still a threat. The danger isn't large enough where whole cities are threatened; in fact, cities are safely guarded and closed off with barriers to prevent invaders from breaching. Inversely, there are large patches of "no man's lands" infested with the invaders around the globe. To answer, it's more the latter with around 20-30 monsters.

Linkers are usually expected to have drones to physically help their teammates on the field. Otherwise they're just freeway communicators who aren't of much support use. As for Probe, the mini-map ability can work. Could it also be funneled through a drone? Ergo, the mini-map in her mind can be displayed to her teammates too through a drone.

How many orbs can she create with Concussion? Does creating more drain her stamina?

As a Linker, does she not have a drone to physically be with her team in combat? Furthermore, Probe needs a bit more explaining since if she's just gathering and relaying information, that can easily be done with a drone. Is there something more to it?
